Eat: On my last visit to the Casa Mia restaurant in Heidelberg I was very impressed by the quality of the food. I had the opportunity to try both pizza and pasta and both were outstanding. The pizza was crispy and perfectly baked, with a balance of toppings and a flavorful tomato sugo. Particularly noteworthy was the fresh mozzarella, which rounded off the taste. The pasta was also a delight, cooked al dente and served with a rich, flavorful sauce. It was obvious that fresh ingredients were used, which was reflected in the taste. Service: While the food was excellent, the service unfortunately left something to be desired. The waitresses were polite, but lacked attentiveness. After the first order we had to wait a long time to order more drinks or get the bill. A little more attentive service would improve the overall experience and make guests feel welcome. Ambiance: The ambience in Casa Mia is another highlight. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and exudes an authentic Italian atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy good food in a relaxed environment. The decoration is tasteful and contributes to a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately we weren't allowed to go out in 35 degree weather because our "group was too big" even though all the outside seating was available

Horrible experiece. We asked if we could have drinks close to the bar. An older heavy set man said that to have drinks we had to sit outside. I pointed to a tall table inside…. Where other people were having drinks. He was extremely rude and said that if we wanted drinks we had sat to sit outside. We were two dark skin males asking to sit inside. This man was rude and frankly I felt he was being racist. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The food itself is ok. We really like the pizza. Since we live around the corner, we often picked up pizza there. On a child-free evening we had dinner there and wanted to redeem our voucher, which we were given as a gift for our wedding and which we were happy to find again when we moved in December. It is noted that the voucher is only valid for 1 year, but since we got married in 2020 during Corona times and there were always lock downs and the like afterwards, we were sure that it shouldn't be a problem Voucher is accepted. Not even close. Although the restaurant always seems to be well attended, it seems to be so benefit-oriented that our voucher was rejected in its entirety. There was also no effort made to pay for drinks or something similar out of the €75. The friendly waitress found it incredibly unpleasant to tell us this. It's not her fault and she did a great, attentive job. Legally, the restaurant is on the “safe” side, but I still find it a disgrace. Well, a few less regular customers and of course we no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are also other good pizzerias in Heidelberg.

We found the pizza and salad normal now. Special requests, such as pineapple and corn on the pizza, could not be fulfilled. Although the salad was specifically ordered without onions, it was served with onions. What is absolutely underground are the toilets - beyond dirty! We definitely won't eat here a second time.

Pizza with burrata and cherry tomatoes was very tasty. Very pleasant service! Edit: Service has gotten worse. Waiters chewing gum and clearing the plates when not everyone is finished.

We didn't want to go in because apparently (as seen from the outside) the place was full early on😛...so we called and picked up the warm pizzas exactly 20 minutes later...friendly service👍 Rating from my friend for a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella: Mediocre for €15.50, but unfortunately without basil… My pizza Diavola Speciale for 18€ can be rated from good to very good with a satisfied level of spiciness without having to add any seasoning. All in all positive without having to fuel the slight hype any further 😜

A jewel for Italians living in Heidelberg, everything I ate here was excellent, cooked to perfection and with quality raw materials. Whether we're talking about pizza, a fillet, a sea bass or a nice supplì, they don't miss a beat. The service is friendly and present, the atmosphere pleasant both inside and out.

Die Lage abseits der Touristenströme, freundliche, lebhafte Inneneinrichtung. Sehr nette Servicekräfte. Flasche Montepulciano bestellt, kam deutlich zu warm. Beispielsweise im Salma Berlin kommt der Rotwein wohltemperiert aus dem Getränkeschrank - erster Minuspunkt. Die Calzone war außen verbrannt und innen kalt - zweiter Minuspunkt. Die Spagetti kamen ca. 5 Minuten später, gut aber gleichzeitig wäre nett gewesen - dritter Minuspunkt. Zum Abschluss gab es einen "Zwischenrechnung". Es ist sicher ein Leichtes diese negativen Punkte zu tilgen; viel Erfolg.

In itself a very nice restaurant. Unfortunately, the lasagne and carbonara were not convincing. Unfortunately the lasagna didn't taste like much. In addition, it was baked too short and the ratio of dough to meat was not right. When making the carbonara, the guanciale wasn't seared long enough. The pizza was good though.

We love this pizzeria. Always friendly, cheerful staff and perfect food. Special requests are accommodated flexibly and the desert is homemade. What more could you ask for? For us, a mini vacation in Italy in the midst of stressful everyday life. Thank you very much and keep it up 👍

Great Italian restaurant! I've been there two times and I enjoyed all the food I've tried. I have a feeling the Italians of Heidelberg go exactly there - I consider it a good sign 😃 I recommend booking a table in advance bc it might be difficult to get one even on a workday evening.

Wir haben das Restaurant empfohlen bekommen….. die Karte verspricht einen Kulinarischen Gaumenschmaus …. also Platz reserviert und voller Vorfreude los gefahren… leider gab es zu 18:30Uhr Sonntags keinerlei Parkplätze … nach einer halben Stunde verzweifelter Parkplatzsuche und direktem Fragen bei der Pizzeria wo man denn parken könne kam leider nur zur Antwort er hätte keine privaten Parkplätze … das war ja nicht die Frage wir wollten nur wissen wo wir denn was finden können… tja frustriert zogen wir weiter und kehrten dann bei Grill 16 ein und so wurde aus dem Notfall ein Glücksfall für uns denn das Essen war legggger…. Aufgrund der fehlenden Erfahrung auch keine Bewertung für Casa mia nur der Tipp eventuell mit den öffentlichen hin zu fahren wenn möglich …. oder zu Fuß war für uns leider zu weit … 60Minuten

Delicious food in a harmonious atmosphere. Service quick and courteous. The start was a bit bumpy. The reserved table was only assigned on the second attempt. Cuisine more Roman. Pizza was delicious, lasagna was good and the foccacia was really tasty. In any case, make a reservation.

All in all, we had a lovely evening at Casa Mia. We were happy with the truffle pizza (delicious) and the carbonara. Unfortunately, the bacon in the carbonara was not fried crispy, but a bit too soft and therefore a star was deducted (unfortunately it changed the taste of the pasta considerably). The drinks (Aperol) were very large and tasty. Conclusion: it could have been a little better for the relatively high prices, but we were still very satisfied (especially with the pizza).

Bester Italiener in Heidelberg! So lecker & absolut zu empfehlen. Am besten vorab reservieren. Ich liebe die Chips mit Pecorino Käse & schwarzem Pfeffer - so lecker! Auch die Pizzen - wie in Italien!

Tolle Lokation, direkt mit dem Pizzabäcker im Restaurant, etwas verwinkelt, aber wirklich toll. Toller und wirklich sehr guter Service, erstaunlich so ein Gedächtnis - alles ohne jegliche Hilfsmittel wie Block oder Handy. Gutes Essen, Preis - Leistungsniveau völlig OK angemessen (leicht gehoben). Jetzt kommt die Frage, warum dann nur vier Sterne bei zwei Punkten bzw generell 4 Sterne. Nicht falsch verstehen, Kritik auf äußerst hohem Niveau - bei meinen Tagliatelle mit Ital Wurst und Steinpilzen, waren die Steinpilzen so klein, dass sie kaum zu sehen waren 😉. Bei den Nudeln mit entsprechenden Käse war praktisch kein schwarzer Pfeffer sichtbar / vorhanden, und es musst nach nachgepfeffert werden. Die Pizzen sind groß lecker. Nur eine Anmerkung noch, Parkplätze sind halt in der Weststadt echt ein Problem, aber wer die Suche nicht scheut, findet ein Restaurant, in dem man irgendwie Italien lebt und zudem mit Karte zahlen kann.

Nettes italienisches Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Leider war der Service einfach nur schlecht! Wir wurden zwar schnell bedient, aber nachbestellte Getränke kamen nicht an, leere Gläser wurden abgeräumt, aber nach weiteren Getränken wurde man nicht gefragt... Zahlen der getrennten Rechung ging nur am Tresen , heißt dort haben wir dann noch Schlange gestanden. Alles in allem lecker, aber nein danke, wir werden keinen zweiten Besuch im Casa Mia machen und weiterempfehlen kann ich dieses Restaurant leider auch nicht.

Das Restaurant hat einen typischen italienischen Flair mit leider etwas kleinen Tischen umd die Akustik ist recht laut in den Räumlichkeiten. Essen war ok, eine "Pflichtvorspeise" ist befremdlich wenn man kurz vor Weihnachten einen Tisch als Gruppe reserviert.

Sehr leckere Pizza dort. Ich habe zum abholen bestellt und konnte sie nach 15 Minuten abholen. Pizza ist sehr Groß und für den Preis Top. Parken ist dort eher schwierig.

Super leckeres Essen, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Was will man mehr? Wir gehen sehr gerne hier essen und können es sehr weiter empfehlen. Abends sollte man jedoch reservieren, denn die exzellente Küche hat sich bereits rum gesprochen ;)

Ho mangiato una pizza molto buona , impasto leggero , cottura perfetta , anche il dessert era buonissimo originale e molto abbondante , delle palline fritte con la cioccolata sopra . L ambiente e soprattutto il personale sono molto accoglienti , ora capisco perché questo ristorante piace così tanto alla gente .

Wir waren zum Mittagessen mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort neben dem leckeren Essen(!) ist und die Kinderfreundlichkeit aufgefallen. Es gibt auch eine große Wickelmöglichkeit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

schlicht und ergreifend sehr. ich bin froh, gleich in der nächsten strasse zu wohnen, so kann ich auch mal eine pizza abholen. personal ist freundlich, speisen immer lecker. wartezeiten sind gut bis moderat, das spricht für die professionät, der laden ist stets gut besucht. auch die qualität ist stabil.. ab 4 personen würde ich reservieren. auch mittags geöfnet.

La carbonara nel cestino di Parmigiano. Da provare. Favolosa. Per antipasto abbiamo preso un piatto con delle ottime bruschette, aglio e olio, patè d'olive nero, pomodorini. Accoglienza perfetta. Personale professionale. Il posto giusto dove passare una serata tra amici o in famiglia.

Ich kam mit hohen Erwartungen, wurde aber leider etwas enttäuscht. Die Atmosphäre hat mir nicht gefallen, viel zu viele Tische auf zu engem Raum. Fühlt sich wie Massenabfertigung an. Die familiäre Atmosphäre anderer Rezensionen konnte ich nicht nachempfinden. Auf der anderen Seite sind die Preise mit 6,90 € für 0,75l Wasser oder 8,90 für ein Aperol Spritz obere Preisklasse. Da würde ich mir mehr Platz und Ruhe im Restaurant erwarten. Die Pizza war in Ordnung, gut für unsere Breitengrade aber kein Vergleich zu original italienischer Pizza. Ich glaub auch keinen Steinofen gesehen zu haben. Alles in allem kein so gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mein Geschmack.

Junges stark frequentiertes italienisches Restaurant, mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Pizza war lecker, aber keine Offenbarung. Preise für die Speisen angemessen, für die Getränke doch etwas überteuert (Flasche Wasser 0,75 für 6,50€ und ein Glas Wein 0,2l für 7€). Würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Das Regal mit den Weinflaschen ist ein toller Hingucker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pizzaboden ist dünn und richtig schön knusprig. Die Größe optimal. Bei der Sauce bin ich mir noch etwas Unschlüssig, schmeckte etwas fad. Der Belag war sehr gut und reichlich. Werden wieder kommen, da die Lasagne am Nebentisch soooo lecker aussah, die muss ich unbedingt probieren.

Ich hatte mich auf gute Bewertungen verlassen und eine klangvolle Speisekarte. Auch das es hier Arancini als Vorspeise gab,lockte mich zum probieren. Leider waren diese,zwar groß, aber geschmacklos und trocken (Himmel wie gut schmecken diese gut zubereitet..), danach wollte ich ein Rigatonigericht mit Speck und pecorini,aber lieber mit Spaghetti-der Wunsch konnte nicht umgesetzt werden,da die Küche sonst überlastet sei...also bestellte ich Spaghetti Bolognese. Leider überzeugte mich auch die Bolognese nicht vom Geschmack, es fehlte an Würze.Fazit: Kann aber muss man nicht haben, zumindest was meine Speisen betrifft. Die Pizza am Nachbartisch sah übrigens überzeugender aus..

Das Gericht bestand nur aus Pasta und hatte kaum Soße und ernsthaft zwei daumennagelgroße Stückchen Bolognese. Eine Frechheit für den Preis! Sie kostet 13,50 Euro!! Und geschmacklos war es auch noch. Hier würde ich nie wieder essen.

De très bonnes pizzas avec une pâte légère (même ma fille avec son petit appétit a fini la sienne ! c'est très rare que cela arrive ), un personnel avenant, des tables en terrasse. Bémol : le tram passe tout près.. Bon en une soirée , on en a entendu 2 ou 3 seulement... Et un nombre limité de vins proposés sur la carte des boissons.

Ein Pizza die sich echt sehen lassen kann. Nachteil - aber das ist fast überall in Heidelberg, dass ohne Reservierung fast nicht mehr geht. Trotz allem hatten wir ein schönes Plätzchen und haben sehr gut gegessen.

Absolut miserabler Service!!!!! Pizza bestellt, eiskalt geliefert, am Telefon wird man unfreundlich abgefertigt. Es wird vermittelt, dass keine Zeit zum Sprechen sei, da schließlich noch andere Kunden im Laden seien. Service wäre, mit dem Kunden zu kommunizieren oder eine neue Lieferung anzubieten. Wenn ich schon viel Geld für eine Pizza zahle, dann möchte ich diese auch gerne essen können. Nie wieder!!!
