Caphe HOA in Berlin

Dieses Restaurant ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber es lohnt sich absolut, denn das Essen ist unglaublich lecker. Ich träume davon, solche veganen Restaurants auch in Frankreich zu haben. Hausgemachtes Essen, fantastische Aromen … kurzum, eine kulinarische Reise. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.

Leider eine extreme Enttäuschung - umso mehr, weil wir das Restaurant von einem früheren Besuch noch in guter Erinnerung hatten und die Bewertungen online so positiv sind. Vorspeisen und Getränke waren okay. Aber die Hauptgerichte haben uns wirklich alle nicht überzeugt: fade Soßen, wässriges Tiefkühlgemüse, fade vegane Ersatzprodukte , eine viel zu süße Kokos-Udon-Suppe — wir haben alles halbvoll stehen lassen. Ich esse oft asiatisch in Berlin und habe selten so schlechtes Essen bekommen. Als ich dem Kellner gegenüber ehrlich war, kam die Antwort: „Man kann es nicht jedem recht machen.” Schade - das Viertel würde ein gutes Asiarestaurant verdienen.

Nette vietnamesische Cafés, ich liebe den EFG-Kaffee.

Leider geschmacklos :-/ Beide Frühlingsrollen waren geschmacklos. Die Currys waren sehr wässrig und ebenfalls fast geschmacklos. Der Kaffee war aber gut. Es gibt aber definitiv bessere vegane vietnamesische Restaurants in der Nähe.

Super leckeres Essen, sehr freundlicher Service und ein cooles, stimmungsvolles Ambiente. Einfach nur positiv! Wenn ich jemals wieder in Berlin bin, werde ich definitiv das Caphe HOA besuchen. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Es war sooo lecker! Wir haben uns mehrere Tapas geteilt. Besonders die Teigtaschen haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt 😋😋

Fantastischer Geschmack, Service und Auswahl!

Dieser Ort ist wirklich einzigartig, denn man bekommt dort richtig leckeres asiatisches Essen im Tapas-Stil. Uns haben alle Gerichte sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war außerordentlich freundlich und nett.

Vietnamesische Küche mit Ausflügen nach Thailand und Korea. Wie überall bestelle ich dann authentisch also vietnamesisch. Hier ist es aber schwer, da es wenige scharfe Optionen gab. Also doch mit Pad Thai Sauce. Sie Speisen sind meistens als Bowl angelegt und die Schärfe wird in der Karte sichtbar. Die drei Chillis sind nicht so scharf wie ich dachte. Nennen wir es deutsche Schärfe 😉 Der Flat Rice Noodle Mix war lecker. Zum Anfang bekamen wir einen kleinen Tee aufs Haus. Am Ende bestellte ich noch einen Caphe Den. Schon recht original aber in Deutschland schmeckt er eben anders. Liegt wohl am Klima. Der Service ist schnell und dezent im Hintergrund. Für einen Mittagslunch empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war wirklich gut und frisch zubereitet. Es war mit das beste Essen, das wir seit Langem gegessen haben. Leider enthielt die klebrige Mango keine frischen Mangos. Dennoch sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein verstecktes Juwel mit phänomenalem Essen. Viele vegane Optionen mit deutlicher Kennzeichnung, sehr freundlicher und schneller Service, absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Cafe/ Restaurant, hab nach einem vietnamesischen Restaurant gesucht, sehr sonnig und nett, leider gab es gar nichts an Fleisch und das Essen hat uns leider gar nicht angesprochen, die crispy Gyoza waren meiner Meinung nach auch geschmacklos.

Sonnige Terrasse ☀️, sehr leckeres Essen (die Suppe war köstlich) und interessante Kaffeespezialitäten – Eierkaffee und Kokosnusskaffee waren hervorragend.

Vietnamesische vegetarische Küche – guter Geschmack

Wir haben uns eine Portion Dumplings und eine Portion Crispy Plate zum Teilen geteilt und dazu zwei verschiedene Desserts bestellt. Alles war superlecker, besonders die Dumplings!! 😍 Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert! ✨

Einfaches kleines Lokal, das wir an einem Sonntagabend mit 7 Personen besucht haben. Mit vietnamesischer Küche kannte sich niemand aus, aber alles wirkte sehr authentisch und frisch zubereitet, freundlich erläutert vom sehr aufmerksamen netten Kellner. Alle Mann und alle Frau waren zufrieden.

Zurück in Berlin wollten wir unbedingt in dieses Restaurant zurückkehren, das wir bei unserem ersten Besuch zufällig entdeckt hatten. Der Empfang war fantastisch, die Mitarbeiter aufmerksam, freundlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend. Das Essen war köstlich, von hervorragender Qualität und sehr preiswert. The food is simply outstanding! For me, it's one of the best Asian restaurants in Berlin I know! We ordered a selection of tapas, and they arrived incredibly quickly. Each dish was unique, with hardly any repetition of flavors, and a great variety, some even incorporating other culinary influences! The drinks were also delicious! Highly recommended.

It was my first time at a Vietnamese restaurant (because everything is vegan). I really enjoyed not only the food and the staff, but also the atmosphere, which was very pleasant and peaceful.

My soup was very salty and noodles were overcooked. After a long time I didn't finish my plate. Maybe your trial won't be that bad.

I enjoyed a delicious meal here with my parents from Korea. Since my mother likes her food very mild, we asked for some hot water for the soup. Instead, they even apologized and gave us extra hot water and a cup of tea. My parents especially appreciated the friendly service in the dining room. Now my parents are traveling back to Korea and I'm going to Erlangen, but thanks to the food here, this will remain a fond last memory of our Berlin trip. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely visit this restaurant again. P.S. The Berlinische Galerie is just a ten-minute walk away – I recommend travelers combine a meal here with a visit there.

We ate here twice in a row because it was so delicious! The large dumpling plate was fantastic. The salad and sauces that came with it were incredibly delicious with the dumplings. The curries were also superb. The (slightly salty) lemonades were also delicious and went very well with the meal. In summer, you can sit outside for a nice meal. We didn't order any meat-based dishes, so I can't comment on that. Larger groups are better off making reservations.

We found the restaurant on Google and reserved a table there. The service was very good, and the food was exceptionally good—very authentic and delicious. We'd love to come back on our next visit to Berlin.

There was a lot of choice and interesting combinations, but I found the meat substitutes too bland—beans, tofu, seitan, and more. The flavor came solely from the sauces, while good, but at times it just felt like a tasteless filling you dip into instead of offering any flavor in itself. I found the papaya salad delicious and harmonious. For me, therefore, there was too much focus on being a direct meat substitute.

Chairs and tables are a drawback. But you quickly forget that once the food is on the table. Very friendly service, and the food was fantastic. We tried the tapas, and next time we'll continue on to the next pages of the extensive menu. We're already looking forward to it 😃

excellent vegan food with a wide selection

I've recently returned from Vietnam and was craving Vietnamese food and especially the famous and delicious egg coffee. Unfortunately, there are not that many Cafe's in Berlin that offer it and if they do the taste isn't quite the same. However, Caphe-Hoa makes a fantastic egg coffee and it was like the ones that I had in Hanoi. I had to drive 1 hour to get there but it was SO worth it. We also had food which was also outstanding. Won't be my last time there!

Relaxed, friendly, and very well-organized service. Absolutely delicious food (Asian tapas that are more individual and better than in many other restaurants). The homemade drinks are also great (sugar-free upon request). The ambiance is simple (plastic tables and chairs) at an intersection (although it's not very busy after 6:00 PM).

I was here a year ago and was absolutely thrilled, especially with the vegan duck, which was really crispy and tasted almost indistinguishable from real duck. Yesterday, I was really looking forward to the dish again, but this time the duck was unfortunately a bit pale, lacking a proper crust, and not quite as intense in flavor as before. Perhaps they've changed the recipe or the preparation? 🤔 Otherwise, everything was great again: The ambiance was very welcoming as always, the staff friendly, and the other dishes were super delicious. I'll definitely be back; maybe the duck will be like it used to be next time! 💚

Caphe Hoa is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is always incredibly delicious, high-quality, and beautifully presented. They catered our wedding dinner for 80 guests this year upon request, putting a lot of effort and love into it. Our guests (including those who weren't vegan/vegetarian) were all thrilled, and we received many compliments on the food. Thank you so much for providing us with such a delicious meal on our special day. We would do it again in a heartbeat <3

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the food was unfortunately really not good. While there is a wide selection of dishes, and we tried many appetizers and one main course, none of them were particularly tasty. The main course was okay, but the summer rolls only contained lettuce and unripe mango, and the fried tofu had a consistency like a sponge. The gyoza tasted and smelled like soap; we tried several different varieties. Unfortunately, I really wouldn't recommend it. The salty lemonade was the least impressive. When we asked about it, we were told it was supposed to taste salty and sour. Unfortunately, it wasn't drinkable for us. At least they were accommodating with the price, so we only had to pay for a salty lemonade.

I had dinner here tonight, and my expectations were completely met. The menu is so diverse, it's hard to decide because everything sounds delicious. The prices are affordable and the portions are generous. Service and food are quick. The restrooms could be improved. I'll definitely be back!

There are few restaurants I could go to every day! Caphe Hoa is ALWAYS a good choice, and it tastes amazing every time! Even the kids love it!

Great restaurant. Five of us were there at lunchtime, and we didn't have to wait long. There's a huge selection, and everything is vegetarian/vegan, so there's something for everyone! Great value for money, too.

Loved it. Ordered the Avocado smoothie, crispy tofu, truffle curry dish, erdnuss klassik dish and mini rolls. The crispy tofu alone will bring me back. This is an intimate family owned vibe, so many choices and the menu has pictures of each thing beside it (this helped me choose it to begin with). Everything was great.
