Canteen in München

The dish I ordered was incredibly oily – way too much oil, which completely overpowered the flavor. As a result, the ingredients lost their fresh flavor and the dish felt more like a greasy mess. I've never had so much oil in an Asian dish in my life. Never again.

Terrible, dried out little taste and hot food cold

Expensive, cheap tasting, rude, pushy and mechanic service.

The place is so expensive and some of staff are not friendly, I was there once, and the woman told me that i must order a drink with the “all you can eat” even though i did not want to. And it is extremely expensive given the normal quality of the food. Even though i live next to the restaurant now, we go to a great place that is about 5km away but it is much better and cheaper.

Food was okay. Communion was rather difficult.

So the food is either oversalted or not seasoned and the selection that comes out isn't really tasty either

I only ordered one portion of sushi, but I was still allowed to sit in the restaurant and enjoy it. Probably because I was there with my child. I am very grateful for that. I will definitely come back.

Update 8.2024 The older lady is still very unfriendly. She is business-minded, but in a negative sense. The crispy chicken is beyond good. Update 8.22 I can't give it one more star because there is actually a nice younger gentleman who is very nice and professional and even smiles. He is very diligent when ordering and clearing and cleaning the tables!! The chicken soup that we received was also very good and plentiful. Update: The staff is not from the land of smiles! Could it be that this street food shop belongs to the Asian restaurant in the main building at the entrance? The staff there are so unfriendly too. They somehow look so angry and seem stressed, even though there isn't much going on. Somehow they just cash in. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------- Unfortunately, prices have been increased for the area. I enjoyed eating fried chicken with vegetables. That actually tasted very good. But the prices are now like in a real restaurant. Soup over 10 euros - just too much. The ambience (like fast food) does not match the price-performance ratio.

Was here with a friend for lunch at running sushi a while ago. The taste was okay, but nothing special. Service was ok, just treadmill sushi and one drink, I don't expect much. Unfortunately, the annoying thing didn't come until a few hours later... I spent the next 7 days alternating between being in the toilet/in bed/at the doctor's office with clear symptoms of illness that couldn't be explained further. He told me that I was suffering from fish poisoning... because I... Since I've only eaten fish here once in the last 4 weeks, I suspect that I got it here. Will never be able to eat here again.

Rip-off place For all you can eat sushi... plus 2 juice spritzers for child & adult, you pay just under €50, with a sitting time of 45 minutes - you can't go any longer!! The food is NOT WORTH it - Freshness, QUALITY & sophistication is missing and the only friendly face was a non-Asian woman in service. Once and never again!

We found it very tasty here. The service was quick and friendly and the price-performance ratio was perfect :) The taste of the food was a 5/5, the selection was a 4/5.

Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was less than satisfactory. Despite our excitement for our first visit, we were met with disappointing food quality and terrible service characterized by rudeness and a bad attitude. We chose to sit near the sushi train, but chose dishes from the menu instead of the sushi train. However, our decision was met with disapproval from the waitress, who not only reprimanded us for our choice of seating but also expressed her frustration in another language. Even our 5-year-old daughter noticed the unpleasant atmosphere created by the waitress' behavior. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend returning to such an establishment where rudeness overshadows the dining experience. Furthermore, neither the presentation nor the taste of the food, including the sushi, were convincing.

If you not looking for fine dining. This place is just nice to have a meal. Not crowded and not noisy. I ordered Pho Ga (Vietnamese chicken soup noodles) I like the ingredients (pak Choi, coriander leaves, celery..) this Vietnamese soup’s taste isn’t something that I tried in Vietnam (Saigon / Hanoi). This soup quite oily for Vietnamese soup, like most Chinese type of dishes. However I do like the taste. I would love that more if the soup is less oily and less MSG.

Great restaurant!! Today I had lunch with two friends. At first, since I'm a vegetarian, I was worried that there would almost only be meat or fish. But I was convinced otherwise! A very good selection of sushi, desserts and side dishes such as rice, curry and spring rolls. The service was also very good. And so our plates were picked up again and again very quickly. The price-performance ratio was also great! A very interesting restaurant that I will definitely visit again!

Very unfriendly staff. Gave us the wrong table slip. Drinks arrived half an hour late and had to order three times. Didn't pick up the dishes in forever. Sushi wasn't really fresh

We spontaneously went to Canteen Running Sushi for lunch and were very surprised at how good the food tasted and how nice and friendly they responded to our requests. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and varied. A good price-performance ratio. Gladly again ...

Nachtrag: Auch bei mir wurde versucht, meine Bewertung über Google zu löschen. Meine Bewertung und der letzte Besuch war vor 3 Jahren. Ich war seit der Eröffnung dort einige Male, da ich Sushi liebe. Anscheinend hat sich seit dem nichts an der Qualität geändert, wenn man sich so die Bewertungen durchliest. Vor der Löschaktion hatte der Laden seit mehreren Jahren eine 2,x Sternebewertung. Schade, dass da die Alarmglocken nicht läuten und der Besitzer nicht versucht, die Qualität zu verbessern. Stattdessen wird das Geld investiert, um schlechte Bewertungen zu löschen, obwohl die Kritik begründet war. Originalbewertung: Insgesamt 5 mal dort gegessen, etwa jedes halbes Jahr, 1 mal ala carte, 4 mal Running Sushi. Immer wieder wollte ich dem Laden eine Chance geben und dachte, es könnte ja besser geworden sein, allerdings wurde es jedes Mal nur schlechter und mittlerweile kann ich jedem nur davon abraten, dort zu essen. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich mit der Kritik anfangen soll. Das Essen hat unterirdische Qualität, das Personal war jedesmal unfassbar unprofessionell und die Deko auf dem Band trägt mittlerweile auch schon eine dicke Staubschicht.

Possibly the worst running sushi I tried in Munich. For just over €40 (running sushi for two people plus a small drink each) it was probably the worst investment I've made in my life and I know what I'm talking about because I bought Doge Coin at €0.20. During my stay, which I ended hungry after 30 minutes, no new food was served. As my stomach growled louder and louder, I watched as a dry crust slowly formed on the remaining food (the plates in circulation could be counted on two hands at this point). The "restaurant" would only have deserved half a star because there was a McDonald's branch directly opposite that saved me from certain starvation. (Extremely good location) Invest in the many great fast food options at Pasing Arcaden, but do yourself a favor and don't leave your money here.

Update to my review from 5 years ago, which I attached below: I received an email from Google saying my review would be deleted if I didn't comment again. Reason: A law firm was probably active on behalf of the restaurant to carry out reputation management and delete negative reviews with reference to possible fake reviews from non-existent people. In addition, my review would violate personal rights. This law firm raised the average rating from 2.6 to 3.6 stars within two weeks in January 2024. Don't be fooled by deleting about 140 bad reviews. I think the restaurant should just offer better service and better food because then the reviews would get better. I cannot condone this approach by a law firm. Here again is my review from 5 years ago: Very bad sushi restaurant. The hot food on the conveyor belt is only lukewarm. The sushi is far too expensive for what is on offer. There is no tuna on the line, no sashimi either, mostly just avocado rolls or cream cheese to fill your stomach cheaply. The salmon tastes dry. The ambience at the back of the conveyor belt between cleaning products and crates of drinks is subterranean. Definitely not recommended

My last visit surprised me with mold in the pudding. It tasted exactly like what soil smells like and i never tasted this before. My girlfriend told me that is what mold tastes like, because she experienced that before. Glad i didn't eat any raw fish, else i would have gotten food poisoning as others reported already. It is also too expensive and you always see the same 20 dishes, they rarely put on new food. At 7pm, the band is almost empty and they let you pay the full price after half an hour. Now the owner reports legit reviews as "fake users" and puts "violates my personal rights" as reason, this is absurd. I am a local guide with quite some reviews and this is obviously an attempt to clear bad reviews, which now leads me to review with absolute minimum. I will never visit this place again and advise you to stay away too, if you care about your health.

It's terrible. It was a waste of money but I felt sorry for eating such rubbish so I came out even though I only ate two plates. All the food was very very very dry, old, unfresh and even though I stopped by at 6:30pm, the peak time, the food was not refilled at all no matter how long I waited. When I picked up the dried salmon, there was wavy hair underneath the sushi. Waiter sighed sorry about the hair but when I said about quality of sushi he just said yes! said and left. 🙄 Please don’t visit, folks. ★★Google informed me that the restaurant owner complained that my review was fake and requested it be removed. It's shameless. That's why I'm attaching the invoice and photos! Now I really can't recommend it anymore.★★

Went there for the first time yesterday. I just read the reviews and couldn't agree more. The staff were all friendly, funny and we could also see a smile. The food was delicious, although we did get some fried rice that was lukewarm, but it tasted great. We also liked the sushi. The fried noodles weren't to our liking, but they were fresh and hot.

Sehr nettes Personal. Haben ein Getränk verschüttet und wurden sofort freundlich an einen anderen Tisch gesetzt. Große Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Getränkepreise sehr fair. Räume etwas eng und Running Sushi Ambiete halt.

Essen war ok, gab halt keine Nudeln mehr, nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten, hieß es nur die Nudeln kommen noch, Spoiler wir haben keine bekommen. Zudem mussten wir uns vorwerfen lassen, wir essen zu viel.

War echt okey aber nichts besonderes und die 2 buchungszeiten stressen etwas.

Schade, aber das Essen ist nicht sehr frisch. Eingetrocknetes Gemüse, den Fisch haben wir ignoriert. Die Getränkebestellung klappte auch nicht; wir bekamen etwas anderes serviert. Wir haben nichts gesagt, wollten nicht pingelig sein. 15 Minuten später kam ein Herr und eine Servicekraft zu unserem Tisch, er nahm den Zettel mit der Getränkebestellung und fuchtelte damit vor ihr herum und wurde sehr laut, was uns als Gast unangenehm war. Sie diskutierten lautstark vor uns, der Herr ging, sie lächelte und sagte etwas zu uns, was wir nicht verstehen konnten. Dann ging sie auch. Ob ihnen der Fehler mit der falschen Getränkebestellung aufgefallen ist und er deswegen schimpfte, wissen wir nicht. Zumindest brachte man uns dann keinen Ersatz. Beim Bezahlen später bekam ich kein Wechselgeld, es war mir unangenehm, hier nochmal nachzufassen und es war auch nicht wirklich viel. Trotzdem sollte man den Gast entscheiden lassen, ob und wieviel Trinkgeld. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Es ist ein schöner Running Sushi Laden. Ich bin immer wieder gerne da.

Idee ist super, aber das Essen haut mich nicht um. Personal wirkt demotiviert und unzufrieden. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Der Service ist gut, alle sehr freundlich und machen einen auch extra Platz für den Kinderwagen. Preiß Leistung ist in Ordnung. Man darf aber auch nicht vergessen dass wir in einem Einkaufszentrum sind, dementsprechend zahlt man für die Zeit wo man braucht beim Essen. Was aber auf einer Seite auch verständlich ist, da viel mehr Kundschaft zu erwarten ist an dieser Location als in einem anderen Running Sushi. Das Sushi ist okay, nicht das beste aber trotzdem gut. Die anderen Sachen sind sehr gut bis gut. Ich kann es empfehlen. Wenn man allerdings nur zum Sushi essen gehen möchte würde ich ein Running Sushi empfehlen was nicht direkt in einem Einkaufszentrum ist. Wenn man aber hier zum shoppen ist und dann hier noch was essen möchte kurz dann ist es top!

Rumming Sushi inzwischen zu teuer für die Qualität

Essen war sehr gut, hatte das rote Curry mit knuspriger Ente und Jasmin Reis. Service sehr freundlich, brachte uns sogar das Essen an den Tisch. Restaurant könnte etwas ordentlicher sein.

Habe ca. 20 mal dort gegessen, war immer sehr gut, sehr freundlich.

Es war ok aber mehr auch nicht. Viel Auswahl aber teilweise kalt gewesen und nicht so schmackhaft dieses Sushi auf dem Fließband.Einen zweiten Besuch wird es nicht geben.

Ein Running Sushi. Schnell hin was zu trinken dazu und das war's. Nichts besonderes doch die Erwartungen die Mann hatt werden erfüllt. Manchmal ist die Musik etwas zu laut. Schön daß es Sweet Chilisauce am Tisch giebt.

Das Essen ist mega lecker, das Sushi frisch... Minuspunkte für das Bier, (Augustiner) leider wohl zu lange im "Fass" und die Temperaturen der Speisen sind eher lauwarm, als heiß. Aber dennoch Preis/Leistung für mich ok

I like how easy it is to eat here, you can just come and go as you please. Wide variety and despite the other comments, I think the sushi is quite good. I go here about once a month.

Hühnchen versalzen, Nudeln ok, sehr kleine Portionen. Hätte ich vorher die Bewertungen gesehen hätte ich hier gar nicht erst bestellt.
