We were there on a Sunday. A waiter who only spoke English showed us to a table by the window. Suddenly another waiter arrived in a rage and told us in broken German to sit at the back of the restaurant. However, the first waiter said we could stay. So we waited – but nothing happened. Nobody served us. Finally the second waiter came again and brusquely asked us to go to the back. The tables by the window were all free. If you're not willing to make money and treat customers so badly, it's your own fault. In any case, the visit was over for us.

Unfortunately, I had to realize with great horror that I had never seen a toilet in Germany that was as dirty as it was here, so I had to leave with my trade fair guests :( Not possible! We left without eating anything...

The manager (in charge) is rude to his workers, we asked the waiter to charge our cell phone, the waiter very kindly told us where to charge it, which led to having problems with the manager, who called his attention in a grotesque and humiliating way (I do not recommend this place) the politeness and the ways of saying things have to be in private without the people at the premises finding out

We went here for drinks as a large party of 16 and they charged us 50 cents extra per person for "service" without informing us before we had to pay

We were there for brunch. It wasn't very crowded. The food is good, as is the selection. However, it takes a while for it to be refilled. The service is extremely bad. You can tell the staff doesn't feel like it. You wait a long time, plates have to be stacked demonstratively on the edge of the table so that they can be cleared away. Drinks and orders are also waiting. The toilets are dirty and unhygienic.

I don't even know where to start, we were there for brunch. The brunch buffet was not very appealing, the packaged jam was expired and the chocolate pudding for dessert was sour. The waiter was conspicuous by his absence and didn't even say a word of apology when we pointed out the grievances to him. There was also no thank you for the actually undeserved tip. Not even a nightcap from the house as an excuse. So we definitely cannot and will not recommend this restaurant. The hygiene in the women's toilet was terrible.

Only racists work in this shop, because of our nationality they served us very poorly (waitress said so herself). They didn't respond to our words at all and only took drinks after an hour. It's the first time I've experienced something like this in Berlin. VERY RUDE!!!

As a former bartender, I would like to give training to the bartender at the bar. Our cocktails were totally watered down and in our opinion the alcohol was missing. We weren't allowed to sit at the counter. That's a bit strange. Leaves room for speculation. Never again!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They all speak English. I spoke to a Argentinien waiter in Spanish. He was very friendly and helpful with the menu. It was my granddaughters birthday so they made her feel very special. I am not a fan of Mexican food. I had the chicken fajita and it was great. I would go back again and raccomad to try it.

OMG my soup was terrible. I specifically asked if it was fresh and home-cooked but it was simply a powder. The service was nice and quick and the atmosphere was lively.

Upon entering it seemed like a busy and cozy restaurant, which persuaded us to go in. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We had to wait a long time before anyone spoke to us, and when the food finally arrived it was very bland and lacked flavour. In addition, the toilets were not well maintained, which did not really add to the experience. Payment was also difficult; Only after asking several times was the bill brought. Finally, it was very warm inside, which made it not comfortable at all. Too bad, because the first impression was good.

Worst burger I've had in Berlin. Bun was supermarket quality, Beef patty came out of the freezer. Fries also. Onion didn't seem to be at all with super thick slices on there. Looked like one I would make at home if I'm not making an effort. Would neve have a burger there again. Please go somewhere else if you crave one! 🙏🏼

The service was fine, even if the waiter couldn't speak a word of German. This restaurant seems to have more tourists in mind. As a Berliner, I like to be at Alex and try out the existing restaurants. The food arrived quickly and looked pretty good at first glance. The pike perch that my daughter ordered tasted very musty. It must have been thawed in the fridge for a few days before it was fried. For me the guacamole had a bite. I like making it myself and know when it's no longer good and tastes good. It's a shame, when I'm back at Alexanderplatz, I'll go somewhere else. There is enough choice.

Service needs 20 minutes between each action and believes they are the cornerstone of the population and without them nothing would work. As for the ambience, no song is played and the volume is constantly changed.

We visited this restaurant shortly before Christmas with 5 people. Advance reservation was not required. We got a table for 6 people. Unfortunately, this space was quite tight for 5 people, although there was a lot of free space in the back of the restaurant, even with larger tables. Service was OK. The food was okay overall, but we've eaten better. It was very noisy in the restaurant. The toilet facilities were not particularly hygienic. Unfortunately we decided not to visit this restaurant anymore.

The meat had an unpleasantly old taste, and the rest of the dishes were disappointing in terms of taste - the only thing that dominated everything was the taste of sunflower oil. I had an unfortunately bad experience with the service. The main reason being the fact that I ordered a cocktail which just wasn’t of my liking which resulted in me asking (in some hope) if I could swap it, to which I received a cold “no” as an answer. That would have been fair enough if: 1. She hadn’t answered in the manner she did; 2. I wasn’t even asking her, I was asking her co-worker instead, who she pulled aside and started telling him off. This could have also been avoided if she didn’t rush me and my girlfriend to order in the first place, as she came back to our table seconds after we said we were still reading their extensive menu (good thing btw). To put the icing on the cake, when the waitress brought the bill, she left our table as soon as the payment went through in the rudest manner imaginable, without saying a word. This was a real shame as we didn’t go past the drinks and we would had probably ordered some food if not for this poor treatment. The woman was middle-eastern looking, with a piercing on her nose, late 20s/early 30s. I’m describing her the best I can so hopefully the manager can see this review and do something about it so no other costumer goes through this.

We had a company party there. The food was first class! The waiters were sensationally good and accommodating.

Great environment, waiting time to get serve is minimal and the food taste delicious. The portion of is quite sizable too. I intend to try every Mexican speciality on the menu. I’ll be back

The food lacks a touch of chili, if we talk about the cocktails they are true delights for the palate, excellent.

We were in a large group at the Cancun restaurant. We would prefer to give 0 stars. The food was subpar, the waiter was rude and rude. The drinks were ok. When it came to paying, too many drinks were charged that were not drunk at all. Our conclusion We will never enter this restaurant again. That such behavior can still be afforded in this day and age……….

The place is beautiful, a lot of decoration from the Mayan culture. BUT IF YOU ARE MEXICAN OR LATINO DO NOT COME They have the worst food in the world, absolutely everything you order will be a big disappointment for you!

Horrible service, the menu price for a burger was 13.90 €. The waiter charged me 15€. I let it slide as it was his tip. However this is not how a restaurant should charge you. The food was cold and the waiter could not speak German or English. Some food never arrived and they still tried to charge us for it.

The food (rump steak) was okay. The meat was well done but unfortunately everything was a little bland and tasteless. The side salad is no longer the freshest. The restaurant is very large, the ambience suffers somewhat as a result. Very impersonal. It's easy to feel lost in the restaurant. The staff seemed annoyed and one got the impression that they were being dismissed. Too bad.

We have already recommended this restaurant to many friends and have been there with them before. The food tastes very good and always came quickly even when the restaurant is busy. Especially in summer it's fun to sit outside in front of the TV tower and for the location the price is like any other restaurant (we paid €100 for 4 people with drinks and an appetizer). The service was okay you had to draw attention to yourself if you want something, but the interaction was polite and we have never experienced the staff being annoyed. The restaurant is always clean, the only point is the toilets, the doors are smeared but the toilets and sinks are clean. Whenever we are in Berlin it is a really nice restaurant where we always like to go.

We were there for dinner on New Year's Eve. Crowded and loud, but entertaining, not disruptive. Toilets were a bit overloaded that evening in terms of cleanliness. The food was delicious and arrived at the table quickly thanks to the small “New Year’s Eve menu”. Afterwards a few delicious cocktails + tequila 🥳

We waited for a long time and repeatedly asked the servers to take our orders, but they kept telling us we had to wait. Eventually, we ordered drinks and waited for an extended period, but only one of our orders arrived. After waiting even longer, we decided to leave. However, the server refused to accept payment for the single drink we had received and insisted that we pay for all of our orders. We waited again for the remaining items, and when the server finally approached our table, he touched one of our female companions and began arguing with her when she reacted to his inappropriate gesture. The service was absolutely terrible.

I ate salad but it wasn't that great… the service was good but it's better to just drink.

Our reservation was not made and the staff was completely overwhelmed. This happens sometimes... While at our table the driest Christmas party in history sought attention from any waitress, several birthdays were being celebrated around us. So Ea was loud and dreary. The food and portions were okay. Our impressions of this were also different. My advice to the management: when assigning tables, YOUR service MUST be introduced to the guests. “Another colleague is coming soon” who-knows-how-often is actually an invitation for me to leave. (Note: we were a colorful group of 12 people, neatly dressed and smelled good too.)

I am writing this review to confirm what has also been read in other comments, i.e. that you are "forced" to pay a tip of 5-20% and you have to choose to pay by card! ... don't let yourself be taken for a ride and tell them clearly ZERO if you don't want to pay anything (even if I had to say that several times) I've never experienced anything like that before The intended cash tip quickly went back into my wallet PS: The food wasn't necessarily bad, but it wasn't good at all either

We were there for brunch this Sunday and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The service was not only unfriendly, but also completely disinterested. The waiter who welcomed us didn't come to see us once during our entire stay. When I wanted to order another drink I had to call another waitress. However, she was on a video call, saw us and completely ignored us. She continued her call and never came to us. After a long wait, we finally had to get up ourselves to pay. No apology, no bill - instead we were told to come back at 12:30 to receive this. This was by far the worst service we have ever experienced. We are definitely never coming back!

The whole restaurant smells like dirty toilet, but the toilet is even worse. Glasses are dirty.

We had the opportunity to have dinner there yesterday with friends, I leave a lot to be desired, the food is of very poor quality, everything is drowned in deep oil, Even though we ordered different dishes, all three looked the same, the tortilla pancakes were the cheapest you can find on the market, the hamburgers were not great, the buns were stale, the cheeseburger was just a piece of cheese pulled out of the foil, so cold that even the cheese didn't melt, the staff couldn't do anything to them accuse, Me and my friends won't go there to eat there anymore.

Very noisy and chaotic place. The waiters were fighting among themselves, a client argued with the waiters because of the delay, the waiters' treatment of customers is quite pitiful, the food was mediocre, the toilets were mostly clogged, it was quite disgusting to enter. After all this, they forced us to leave 5% to be able to pay, the tip is something that I don't mind paying if I really consider that they deserve it, but being forced is another issue and even more so when the service leaves a lot to be desired.

Food was okay, a bit lukewarm. The ambience was also okay, the store was also full. The restroom locations were a mess, containers overflowed, sinks and fittings were floating, tiles were dirty, operating supplies were partly missing and urinals were full to overflowing. Only good thing about this restaurant is the look of it, do not come here. Service is awful and the food is disgusting. You HAVE to tip or you can’t pay it’s ridiculous. So expensive as well there’s much nicer for cheaper
