Eine der enttäuschendsten Erfahrungen, die wir in einem Imbiss gemacht haben. Wir sind extra wegen der guten Bewertungen hingefahren und standen bereits in der Warteschlange, weil wir uns auf einen guten Döner gefreut haben. Kurz bevor wir an der Reihe waren, haben wir jedoch gesehen, wie ein Mitarbeiter mit der bloßen Hand in den Salat gegriffen und darin herumgemacht hat. In einer Situation, in der Lebensmittel für Kunden vorbereitet werden, ist so etwas absolut unhygienisch und darf einfach nicht passieren. Gerade bei Salat, der direkt gegessen wird, muss auf Sauberkeit und einen ordentlichen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln geachtet werden. Hände kommen im Alltag mit unzähligen Dingen in Kontakt. Man fasst Türklinken an, Geld, Gegenstände, das Gesicht oder andere Stellen am Körper. Genau deshalb gibt es in der Gastronomie klare Hygienevorschriften und Standards, damit Lebensmittel nicht unnötig verunreinigt werden. Was uns besonders enttäuscht hat, ist, dass so etwas direkt vor den wartenden Kunden passiert ist, als wäre es völlig normal. Wir waren fast an der Reihe, sind dann aber sofort gegangen, weil uns dieser Anblick den Appetit komplett verdorben hat. Sehr schade, denn aufgrund der Bewertungen hatten wir eine ganz andere Erwartung. Bei einem Lebensmittelbetrieb sollte Hygiene an erster Stelle stehen. So ein Umgang mit Zutaten ist für Kunden nicht akzeptabel.

Für mich mit Abstand der beste Laden im ganzen Umkreis es sind immer gute Portionen alles wird frisch gemacht und die Leute hinter der Theke sind auch super freundlich nett und immer für einen lustigen Spruch zu haben. Ich bin selber aus dem Norden und fahre hier immer wenn ich beruflich in der Nähe bin extra vorbei, um dort ein Döner zu essen. Und ich würde sagen, ich bin ein Penner in Sachen essen, da ich beruflich extrem viel unterwegs bin und tagtäglich mindestens ein oder zweimal außer Haus essen muss.

Also der Döner war in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter waren echt lustlos, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um, sollte man keine Lust haben, sollte man nicht arbeiten. Zur Wartezeit... noch nie so lange gewartet... Kalbfleisch war durch zu langes braten zu trocken.

Trockene Falafel. Bessere Alternativen gibt es in der Umgebung, auf dem Campus der Ruhr-Universität und in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs.

I was just passing through. I drove 15 minutes across town to get here for dinner. The place was closed, which wasn't indicated anywhere. Even Google Maps said it was open.

Always top-notch! Delicious, the meat is flavorful and juicy. The staff is simply fantastic. You're treated like an old friend here, always kind and friendly. The food has always been excellent. I think the line outside the restaurant says it all 👍

I've been here several times now and have been disappointed every time. The food is unfortunately poor: there's hardly any sauce in the pastries, you're lucky if you can taste any sauce other than tzatziki in a single bite, the meat is under-seasoned, and the selection is generally very limited. The service is sometimes abysmal. You're asked for your order five times or even more, but since no one takes it down, you end up getting the wrong food anyway. In short, it was a bad experience and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This used to be my absolute favorite place! I used to get my doner kebab here regularly for at least four years – always top-notch, always delicious, and really good portions. But now… it's a real shame. Since the new guy started, the meat is maybe half of what it used to be. Today I came all the way from far away just to get my big doner again – and all I got was bread with a little salad. I'm really disappointed, honestly. It wasn't like this before. I hope things get better again, otherwise, I'm afraid that's it for me and this place.

This kebab tastes absolutely amazing! Super friendly people who provide excellent service, every time. It's important to note that you can't sit there. You can either eat it on the go (there's a heated, wind-free shelter) or take the food home! You can also park right in front of the shop, so you can get your food quickly, drive-thru style.

I go there regularly to enjoy the delicious kebab. It always tastes great, and I've tried other dishes as well, and they're very tasty, fresh, and the portions are very generous. A real highlight for kebab fans! CAN Döner at Markstraße 122 impresses with its particularly tasty kebab specialties – the tzatziki stands out for me and harmonizes perfectly with the quality of the meat.

Was there today. 1 doner kebab for 7 euros. The quality was the cheapest of everything. Ready-made bread and cheap onions, nothing special. The meat was the cheap minced meat. I thought the 7 euros was too expensive for the quality. It was a 4.5 out of 10, but I wouldn't come back for the doner kebab. Anyone who rates this place 5 stars and thinks the doner kebab is the best is also happy with Curryking. 😉

Despite only a few customers ahead of me, I had to wait a full 20 minutes – that's usually how long you'd expect to wait at a restaurant on a weekend. Unfortunately, the food wasn't enough to compensate: A lot of it fell out with the first bite, and the preparation was also rather disappointing. I definitely won't be returning.

I got a kebab box here with one goal. Bringing some culture to the Portuguese! Let's start with the flight. The security check at Düsseldorf airport didn't notice the box without any problems.. or didn't want to.. In any case, I was able to enter Portugal without any problems. The goal was now within reach. After a few gravel paths and unpaved roads I was able to give the box to the target person. Conclusion of the target person: -The vegetable chopper needs to be fired. “Where did you learn to cut!” - The fries were dry. “Where did the sauce go at the bottom?” The sauce is spread like a seagull's shit surface. -Well at least the meat was “lamb and not hands” that’s why it was 5 out of 5 stars! I'll be back! Personal conclusion: everything worked out as planned. Thanks boss

The kebab actually tastes good, but the last two times the two Turkish colleagues with the short stature made the flatbread turn black. The third time I wanted to see the bread and it was black again. I don't know if they both fall asleep or do it specifically, but it doesn't taste like that. I told my colleagues and they were moody afterwards and didn't give me a bag . He wanted 1 euro for a 0.10 cent bag. Ridiculous...the boss should talk to both of them.

It's normal to hit on women and follow them into the car to ask for a "walk." When the answer was that they were not interested and they were taken, the only response was “It doesn’t matter”. Just disgusting and disgraceful. Such people shouldn't be allowed to run a store and should have some decency.
