Good Croatian and German cuisine, always delicious, portions are very generous and the service is very pleasant and friendly, even when the restaurant is full to capacity. We'd love to come back.

This is how a restaurant has to be on the campsite look. Delicious home-style cuisine, cold beer and fast service. Fits there and is authentic.

We were there with 18 people and an older gentleman served us. He wasn't very friendly and when it came to paying (pay individually, which was what was said from the start) he gave us a total bill when we told him again in a friendly manner that we If he wanted to pay individually, he did it in a very twisted way, even when ordering drinks. You didn't have the time to tell him about a larger order. When he had to walk several times, he wasn't very friendly either, he complained and was still behind one person Dropping a bottle that then fell on the floor, you're lucky it didn't happen again, but otherwise it was very nice there

I'm almost sorry to give this review. The poor waiter was solely responsible for the almost fully booked restaurant this evening. He tried to serve all guests quickly and competently. Unfortunately that didn't work in any way. The order was taken with a slight delay and the food was at least served hot after a bit of a wait. Then unfortunately the service stopped. After more than half an hour I went into the restaurant to pay. Unfortunately the waving and shouting was ignored. The food was rich, very greasy and unfortunately without any taste. Unfortunately, nothing was possible without pepper and salt... It's a shame, considering that I was looking forward to the food because of the positive reviews... Unfortunately, the price of the food and the service were incomparable. Almost €19 for schnitzel with fries with an overcooked and bland paprika sauce (+ small side salad) is overpriced. If the quality and service are right, I'm happy to pay the price. The visit was a total failure for me personally. I will no longer be a guest in the restaurant in the future and wish subsequent guests more positive experiences.

Very tasty food. Great, fast service. The terrace was full and a few tables inside the restaurant were occupied. Two conditions that were very tight. Good thing we made a reservation. Prices reasonable. We can only recommend it.

The service was terrible. Staff was so stressed and didn’t have time for us or any good service. The waiter asked us what to drink, we didn’t answer right away so he went off. Tha atmosphere was a bit tensed because of the stressed waiter who almost ran all the time. The steak was raw and fries was dry. Otherwise, the food was ok. Also, they didn’t talk any english and the menu was only on german (bad for tourists that don’t understand alot German)

Super tasty food at reasonable prices and very friendly service. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

The waiter accidentally spilled some beer on us and did nothing to fix/help the situation. We were dripping with beer and had to go change, They didn’t clean up the mess, and we were generally not treated well when asking for a compensation. And in the end we got no compensation, just a bad experience.

We only live 15 minutes away and it was still our first time there. We had Croatian dishes. Everything delicious. Plates were empty. The meat could have been seasoned more for our taste. But that's a matter of taste. Go back there. It's also very nice to sit directly on the Rhine. You can be on the safe side by making a reservation. Always reserve a table in front of the house.

Can only be recommended in all respects.....have eaten there several times. The staff are attentive, friendly and on their toes no matter how busy it is. The grill plate is perfectly grooved. We've also tried a few other dishes, nothing to complain about. We'd love to come back, Steffi and Ralf

The restaurant is located directly on the campsite. Small but nice card. The food was very tasty and the waiter was quick and friendly at the same time. If you camp here you don't need to look for another place. It's tasty here and the prices are reasonable. Only open until 9 p.m.

We ended up there by chance after a hike. Food, service and location were great! We'll definitely come back there after the next hike in the area!

Like most people, we were at the campsite with the motorhome and went to the camping hermitage for dinner. We are also happy to support such companies. Here the food and service is OK! But nothing more... Typical meat plates with fries or rice. The meat was dry and the rice was cold. We definitely won't go camping next time. There are great alternatives locally.

Ate there today, very tasty. Got a table reserved yesterday. Great service, friendly and quick. The food was very tasty. We have reserved again for Sunday and are already looking forward to it.

Went to the square spontaneously and didn't want to go far away in the bad weather. Luckily, because all I can say is super nice, and the quality was good too. The only thing I don't like is Kölsch in 0.3L glasses.

We already knew that we had booked outside, but we weren't told that there wasn't even a heater. It was definitely too cold to accept a reservation outside. One should have said that there is only a patio heater in the smoking room. It's a shame. It's just too expensive for more reservations.

Everything very quickly. Food at the campsite. No more and no less. Ambience is completely fine, food too.

I didn't understand the behavior of their staff. I called to reserve, he said you we are busy, you should come and see if there is an empty table. Then when we reached he said that we should wait and he has no stimation and can't help us in finding the table. We agreed with other guests to share a table and then he said we will not serve any food and you should wait 1hour, from the beginning he knows that we want to eat! The place location is fantastic, I hope they change the way that manage it.

I dont really like it. Can be done, does not have to be. There are much better restaurants in Bad Hönningen. For example, the Altes Stadtweingut, Bit Eck, or the restaurant in the thermal baths. I'd rather pay a euro more, or even two, and have the corresponding quality.

Hatte einen schönen Abend und sehr gut gegessen.

Nun trotz des freundlichen Personals war der Abend nicht so gelungen. Wir erhielten spontan noch einen Platz drinnen aber die laute Akustik war fast nicht erträglich. Aufgrund der vielen Gäste dauert alles was länger. Unser Essen war Ok aber mehr auch nicht, etwas zu trocken, der Reis kalt, das Steak verfassert und zäh.Auf Dessert und weitere Getränke haben wir verzichten.

Ein kroatisches Restaurant auf einem Campingplatz....klingt nicht sehr verlockend...das täuscht...tolle Sicht auf den Vater Rhein dazu ein frisch gezapftes Pils in der richtigen Temperatur und die köstliche Kroatische Grillküche...freundliches schnelles Personal...frische Kost. Salate lecker angemacht bei einem Top Preis Leistung s Verhältnis..was will man mehr...also trau dich auf den Campingplatz und genieße...

Wir haben durch verschiedene Empfehlungen das Lokal ausprobiert. Wirklich gutes Essen hatten wir in schöner Umgebung auf der Terrasse.

Vorweg, es ist eine Camping Klause und daher an solch einer gemessen. Man sitzt sehr schön und für die Kleinen ist ein sehr schöner Spielplatz daneben. Das Essen ist absolut in Ordnung - gut bürgerlich mit typisch kroatischen Grillspezialitäten. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und es schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Das Highlight ist allerdings Theo, der Kellner. Ein absolutes Unikat. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen, keine lange Wartezeit. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber. Uns bediente THEO , er war sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Sehr nettes Familien geführtes Lokal. Es ist immer wieder schön dort und das Essen ist auch sehr lecker. Wir sind sehr gerne dort.

Für Einwohner und Camper sicherlich ein Topangebot mit Portionen die satt machen. Der Service ist schnell. Die Lage am Rhein schön. Für mehr Sterne sollte das Essen qualitativ hochwertigere Zutaten beeinhalten; dafür ist der Preis gut. Der Service könnte freundlicher sein, war trotz vollem Restaurant jedoch schnell und bemüht, wirkte leider gestresst & überfordert. Die Lage ist zwar direkt am Rhein, leider ohne freien Blick. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze 👍Alles in allem ok, es ist halt eine Campingklause, kein 5Sterne Restaurant.

Ein wirklich gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Aber auch nur im Restaurant. Der CP selbst ist viel zu teuer. Über 30 Euro der Platz und man muss alles von Strom bis Duschen extra zahlen.

Ein kleiner Laden bietet die Möglichkeit, Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Eier und andere Lebensmittel von 8 bis 10 Uhr ohne Vorbestellungen zu kaufen. Das ist sicherlich bequem für die Gäste, die ihre Frühstücksbedürfnisse direkt vor Ort decken können.
