We ate in the camping hermitage again today, as always on our vacation! As always, large portions, best service and an absolutely great atmosphere ☺️ Over and over again 👍🏼 I'm really a bit irritated by the reviews people leave here! Never before, and we go there often, have I experienced the operating family treating a guest in a rude or even derogatory manner! I don't know how some people demand to be treated, but you should always remember: if you want to be treated like a king, you should behave like one! I will visit this restaurant again and again because I feel very comfortable and treated with respect there!

As expected, the knuckle was really delicious this year too! A crispy crust on the outside, tender meat on the inside. The side dishes of dumplings, cabbage and sauce were once again unbeatable. The friendly staff and the good service are of course also worth mentioning!

We were here at the end of August. Great foreign trade. Very nice, friendly, fast and attentive service. The food was really delicious, the price was right. Any time!!

We have been coming here to eat regularly for years and it is always simply delicious. We were always served in a very friendly manner. However, it is advisable to reserve a table in advance, because the Camping Klause is always well attended, especially if you come there spontaneously 😁 With this in mind, we look forward to our next visit to “our Camping Klause”

The food was very tasty - freshly made and tasted really good! Prices are ok, service is very nice, atmosphere has a bit of a pub style. Card payment possible!

Very unpleasant owner! He treats customers rudely and treats them without respect

very unfriendly owner. I was treated like trash even though I was nice. The service man poured me and my friend a beer, I asked him if they also had cigarettes, I was informed about the machine next to the "restaurant". Unfortunately, he did not accept €50 notes so I asked the bartender if he could change the note for me. He agreed without a problem which was very nice of him, unfortunately when he wanted to change my money he came in: the boss of all bosses with a bloated ego. He asked the nice bartender who he wanted to change the note for, when the gentleman answered the boss that it was for me, the boss said that "there is nothing here for her" he forbade him to change my money and sent me away laughing in a mocking way. I do not know if it is because I have dreads or because I do not speak German, he simply did not like me, he was rude and arrogant. only when he realized that I was sitting at the table where my friend was sitting (he has been a regular at a nearby campsite for 2 years and left several dozen € in this bar every day) he came and in a rude tone announced that I could change the 50 € if I paid for the beer now and not later as is customary, still using a rude tone and laughing at me when I pointed out that he was not nice and should not treat guests like that. honestly I do NOT recommend this place. rude arrogant oaf greedy for money considering his guests to be trash.

Very cozy camping retreat with delicious food and drinks and friendly staff. It's also very comfortable to sit under the parasols even when it's raining. ;-)

Today we were in the camping hermitage for the first time. Very friendly staff. Excellent food! Very well prepared, more than enough quantity! Extremely delicious! For a change there are even small drinks here 🙂

Old-fashioned, rustic restaurant, which is lovingly decorated, you immediately feel at home and in good hands with the staff. It's warm and relaxed, the dishes are a feast. The pizza reviews are 100% accurate, it is incredibly tasty, just like the other dishes. Always my pleasure. This loving manner gives the restaurant that certain something that invites you to linger for a long time. If you visit Oberstdorf, you have to make a detour here. Believe me, you'll miss something otherwise😉

We come to the Camping Klause at least once every stay. So far we have never been disappointed. Both the food and the service are wonderful. The Kaiserschmarren is excellent, you should definitely try it 🤤.

If I could I would give 10 stars. Never in our lives have we experienced such kindness. Ibo and his team are absolutely top notch. The food is also excellent. I love the Strammen Max, my husband had pizza twice, liver once, and also the Strammen Max. All dishes were excellent. We rarely go somewhere more than once. But we stayed here 4 times out of 6 days because we really felt very welcome. You should expect a little bit of waiting time, but that should go without saying. The dining room is also very cozy. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountains. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much again for the excellent hospitality. Keep your cordiality. You are an exceptionally great team.

We went there for the first time on this holiday. We loved the food and ambience so much that we ate there until the last day we were at the campsite. But what we liked most was the hospitality we received. Many thanks to Ibo, Ewa and Emi!!!! We will be back.

It's always nice here, the food is delicious and there are changing daily specials. You have to bring a little time, after all, no one is on the run. Prices completely ok. We haven't been inside yet, every time it was patio weather.

We were at the campsite for a week and had dinner in the camping hermitage three times in the evening, that says it all. We usually eat Mostly in different restaurants but we always enjoyed it so much that we would only recommend it here. Simply “sucky” Keep it up!

Mega small portions. Even my daughter, 9, couldn't get enough of the Kässpätzleportin. The pizzas are totally tasteless, but I find the mane funny, hence the 2 stars for ambience.

In my opinion, the camping hermitage is an absolute insider tip and can easily keep up with the big ones in Oberstdorf. An absolute must for every Obersdorf visitor and local. We'll be back 👍🥂🍾🍽️

Very good and beautifully decorated little restaurant in the middle of the campsite. We can particularly recommend the pizzas, which are prepared in a reasonable pizza oven. We have ordered and picked up here several times and most recently dined on site.

What can I say...if I could give 6 stars, it wouldn't be enough! We ate in this incredibly delicious, familiar and warm restaurant three times! The pizza will completely blow your socks off! But not just pizza! Pork loin, schnitzel, knuckle etc. all outstanding! In addition, there is an owner who reads your every wish!! Just wow! This restaurant will be a permanent stop for us travelers! Sehr gute Gastgeber.... man wird immer herzlich bedient und fühlt sich wohl. DIe Pizza ist mega lecker... sowie alle andren Gerichte auch. Das Hähnchenschnitzel Grieche Art war hervorragend auch die Köfte einfach Soitze.

Mehrmals dort getrunken und gegessen. Das Weizenbier ist perfekt als Abkühlung und Super Lecker. Genauso wie das Essen dort.

Nach einer 2 stündigen Wanderung im strömenden Regen machten wir eine Pause, um sich etwas auszuruhen und zu essen. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und auch nicht zu groß. Wir haben dann selbstgemachte Käsespatzen und Salat dazu gegessen, und als Dessert einen warmen Apfelstrudel mit Vanille Eis gegessen. Als wir dann wieder weiter gelaufen sind, haben wir gesehen, dass links und rechts ein schöner kleiner Campingplatz war. Vom Service her auch toll, höflich und nett. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Ich hoffe mann kann es an den Bildern erkennen .

Ik kom hier al sinds begin 60's. No nonsense camping. Goed prijzen goede sfeer, schoon samitair broodjesservice. Gezelige campingklause.

Super leckeres Essen und eine lockere gut gelaunte Bedienung. Ambiente ist eben, was es ist. Ein Campingplatz. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich, die Bedienung sehr nett, was will man im Urlaub noch mehr 😊

Wir waren gestern in der Camping Klause und waren sehr begeistert vom Essen und vom netten Service. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der beste Gastwirt von Oberstdorf und sein super Team bewirten ihre Gäste nicht nur, sie nehmen sich Zeit, sind freundlich und bieten einfach einen tollen Service. Die schöne Sonnenterrasse, mit Blick in die Allgäuer Bergwelt, lädt zum verweilen ein. Selbstredend sind die Speisen immer sehr lecker, wechselnde Schmankerl findet man als Tagesgericht. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Tisch zu reservieren 😉

Toller Service, leckeres Essen, gutes Bier. Dies alles zu vernünftigen Preisen. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Heute Abend 2 Pizzas geholt, waren super lecker sehr gut belegt und der Teig war total fluffig, besser als in Italien. Personal super freundlich. Wir kommen wider !

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren auf den Campingplatz und kehren sehr regelmässig in der Camping Klause bei Ibo und Team ein. Das Essen ist einfach immer wieder ein Gedicht - das Miteinander einfach toll. Wir können die Campingklause wirklich nur empfehlen. Alle Gerichte werden mit viel Liebe zubereitet und die Pizzen sind einfach großartig. Wir freuen uns auf unser Wiedersehen in zwei Wochen. Liebe Grüße aus Saulheim

Ja ja, die gute alte Camping Klause. Wir waren jetzt schon so oft hier und es war immer ein Erlebnis. Egal ob super Essen oder einfach nur die nette Bewirtung. Habe mir diesmal den Allgäuer Zwiebelrostbraten gegönnt. Ich kann nur sagen " ein Gedicht". Ibo mach weiter so!!!! Ne schöne jrooß us Kölle.

Ich habe nicht mitgezählt wie oft wir schon dort essen waren. Das Essen war immer super lecker und das preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Bilder von dem leckeren Essen gibts schon viele😊👍 Hier jetzt das Foto von den netten Betreibern die immer für den angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgen. PS. Pizza ist auch sehr 😋 lecker. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Euch.

Sehr nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen und anständige Preise, was braucht man mehr?

Das ganze Team ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen schmeckt und mein Favorit ist die Pizza Nr. 8 . Preis stimmt und die Portionen sind gut. Wir kommen jedes Jahr wieder und freuen uns schon immer darauf. Das einzige Manko ist.....das dass Lokal etwas klein ist.....ok, das weiß man entweder Tisch reservieren oder essen zum mitnehmen bestellen. Im Sommer hat man draußen noch schöne Plätze zum sitzen. Unser Fazit ist👍👍👍👍👍.

Heerlijk gegeten bij camping Klause. Klein restaurantje met heel vriendelijke bediening. De pizza s zijn heerlijk, de kaiserschmarren is overheerlijk. De prijs van de gerechten zeer netjes.
