Simply...sorry...AWESOME pizza Crispy crust, thin and delicate toppings, hot and greasy on the plate, I'll put up with the calories for this pizza. The service is friendly and good, but it's fast...no, but it doesn't have to be, I'm not on the run. Good house wine. The ambiance...well, that's a matter of taste; I didn't find it particularly cozy, but I came here to eat a good pizza, and that's what I got.

Truly delicious Italian, not fancy, but pleasantly ordinary. The pizza is wonderfully fluffy, with a thin base, a nice crust, and a great topping. It looks delicious. I'll be back.

Can you give it 6 stars? 😂 I even got two free Kinder Bars. The staff was generally very friendly. This pizzeria isn't in Europe's top 50 for nothing.

After reading about the pizzeria in the press, we wanted to try it for ourselves and were certainly not disappointed. The first two pictures below show the Pizza Queen and Cavello's, both of which taste amazing. You can immediately tell how fresh the toppings are. The dough is wonderfully fluffy and has a nice, high crust. We both agreed that we haven't had such a good pizza in Germany. Prices are in the very high range at €22 and €20, respectively, but they're still reasonable. The drink prices are really good: a Sarti Spritz for €8.50, a half-liter of Augustiner for €4.50, and a 4cl Barrique Grappa for €6.50 (highly recommended). A small restaurant with the necessary charm and Neapolitan flair. Thanks for the excellent service, we'll definitely be back.

0.5 liters of tap water for €3.50? The pizza can't possibly be that good!

It was the BEST pizza we've ever eaten. We were on vacation in Munich and stumbled upon it by chance. An unforgettable evening. The owners were super nice and we felt very welcome. Thank you for that❤️

This small pizzeria is a must-see for anyone who wants to eat an excellent Neapolitan pizza in Munich. The staff is friendly and kind, the products are exceptional and what can I say, the pizza dough is very light and delicious. A small family-run place that makes you feel welcomed like at home.

The pizza are delicious. I took a Queen, and that was the best one on the table. The other one, the Nuvola, was good but lack of salt and too green on the salad: lack of guilty pleasure feeling. We had it take away and it was super quick to be prepared! Good communication via WhatsApp to order.

Highly recommended! I was initially a bit skeptical about the online impression. But when I got there, I was quickly proven wrong. The service was very friendly and the pizza was truly excellent. My biggest recommendation, however, is the tiramisu, which is absolutely fantastic. You get a real Italian feeling there. 😋😊

The best Neapolitan pizza in Munich! We ate there today and were absolutely thrilled. The crust was doughy yet crunchy. The toppings were exactly what you'd expect: well-filled and cheesy. All the pizzas had a top-notch taste. The Calvello's Spritz is highly recommended. 👌 And on top of that, it's a small family business with very friendly owners! We look forward to our next visit!

This is the best Neapolitan pizza in Munich - hands down. Dough is perfect and the options for toppings are very creative. Massimo and the tram do a great job of taking care of the guests and making you feel like family.

We really like the pizza here every time we go! Authentic, tasty and fairly priced. The staff is always nice. A small disadvantage is that you can pay only with cash or paypal, if you go in without a reservation you might have this issue. However in Munich is very frequent. :)

We first tried their Boscaiola gluten free pizza on delivery, with no expectations, but it turned out to be a "life-changing experience". Me and my friend were dreaming and talking about that pizza for weeks, and after one unsuccessful attempt to get a place without reservation, we finally made it. Gluten free dough is soft and not at all crumbly, the pizza is rich in ingredients, juicy and flavourful. Service is great too.

One of the best Italian pizza in Munich, the place is a bit small for larger groups, but perfect for couples and small events!

The pizzeria offers delicious food at fair prices. The pizza and pasta are good without being exceptional. But what really impresses is the service – super friendly and attentive. You immediately feel welcome and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed.

A cozy Italian restaurant with very tasty food. The ingredients used are top notch and they offer a nice variety of food. The ambient is nice, although a bit artificial for my taste. The service was friendly, although they made a mixup with the orders so we had to wait long, and no one really communicated anything to us about it. At this price point one would expect more professionalism or at least some acknowledgment of things. That apart it was a lovely dinner so I can recommend it for Neapolitan style pizza definitely

Pretty solid Napoletana pizza. Nice chill restaurant. The pizza is pretty good. The dough is cooked well, it’s pretty airy, but not too chewy. The ingredients taste very fresh. It’s a bit pricey but, I think that’s just Munich these days 💸🥲

Calvello’s is just fantastic. In my opinion it couldn't be more heartfelt. The pizza is simply one of the best I have ever eaten. You will definitely meet me there regularly, whether to eat there, pick something up or just chat for a moment. A stop by is a must!

Nice little pizzeria. Just know that this pizza is Neapolitan - so it looks really nice, but it's crunchy but chewy. If that's what you like, this is the right place for you.

As a Neapolitan, I was really positively impressed that I was able to enjoy a very good Neapolitan pizza in Munich. I've eaten here 3-4 times now and every time it's great. I recommend pizza bufalina with very good buffalo mozzarella. Service relaxed and authentically Italian. Ambiance cozy. Bravi, keep it up and see you next time.

Food is great, service is great, but the atmosphere could be a little quieter and more comfortable.

Pretty bad pizza unfortunately. I was there with an Italian company and we were very disappointed. After a short time, the bottom and edge become flimsy and tough. The waitress was extremely taciturn and I had to point out to her that she should take the plates away after 25 minutes. There were no questions, no offers of dessert or anything like that. Paid without a word and left. It was the first time I let a quarter of pizza go back without wanting to take it with me. I really hoped for more.

If you're in Munich or traveling, we recommend this Carbello for pizza. I went to Da Michelo and Brandi, two famous restaurants in Naples, but to be honest, I thought Calbello was better. The pizza preparation and service is shared between brothers, and the chef, who has been selected as one of Europe's top 50 Neapolitan pizzas, will fascinate you with his carefully selected dough and toppings. The wine selection is also affordable and delicious. We recommend the pizza with truffles, the unusual pizza with pistachio cream and mortadella, and the classic margherita.You'll be surprised by the smooth and fluffy dough that melts in your mouth. You can start with the caprese appetizer, which has the sweetness of tomatoes and the creamy, milky taste of mozzarella cheese, or start with the layered eggplant and parmesan cheese. Please enjoy the cheerful and homely atmosphere unique to Italy.
