A must-see. A feast for the eyes. 🤩 Very delicious Eierschecke in the café and very friendly service.

The dairy shop downstairs is really good – fair prices, a good selection, and lots of things you'll want to take home. The café upstairs, unfortunately, isn't quite as convincing: the decor is a bit old-fashioned, not very cozy, and the prices are rather high.

We were there at the beginning of the year. The waiters were very bored when we entered the café. The service wasn't any better. We only had coffee, and the boys had a drink with ice cream. Some colleagues at the nearby counter complained that we had ordered so little. Well, the service and the taste weren't particularly special. We wouldn't come again.

Very unfriendly staff. I definitely won't go here again.

After visiting the dairy, we wanted to have another coffee... The entrance to the café is somewhat hidden, found through the inner courtyard. Inside, you can feel the era of the peasant and workers' state. The Eierschecke (egg cake) was a delight 🍰

Lots of elderly people, the coffee was terrible, but the warm chocolate cake was perfectly acceptable. The service was overly trying and came across as fake. Also, it was way too expensive for such mediocre quality.

The atmosphere is old but still maintains its style. It's a shame that the cream drinks we ordered were awful, and the service was terrible, not even a napkin. The visit to the dairy was fine, but the bar upstairs was a no-no.

The café isn't really worth recommending. The waiter was quite unfriendly and constantly lectured the guests about what they should do. When asked about it, he actually said, "You don't have to be a guest!" We definitely won't be again!

The cakes and sandwiches are all homemade – I think they're great! 🍰 The apple pie was unfortunately quite soggy, which I didn't like so much. The chicken breast and avocado sandwich was simple but really tasty 🥪. The coffee was rather meh – quite watery and lacking in flavor ☕️. But: The staff was super friendly and incredibly polite, they made you feel at home right away! 😊

A very beautiful shop with an impressive history. The historic design and decor of the interior is equally impressive. All sorts of small items and souvenirs are for sale. Upstairs is a small but fine café, which offers coffee and cakes as well as savory dishes. Very friendly and competent service.

No, unfriendly, zero service consideration

Today, Saturday June 21st, we were there and the cashier was so mean and unfriendly, even though we only asked for a sausage.

Horror ambience was like in a time machine the furniture was antique and rocked for this ambience the coffee was too expensive

Ambience is very old-fashioned, poorly lit and doesn't invite you to linger. We originally planned to have a drink in the dairy downstairs, which isn't really possible due to the tourist buses, and then we ate in the “café” here. The cheese soup tastes like packet soup. The cheese on the cheese platters was quite tasty, but the bread served was cheap supermarket baguette and was actually too bad to eat with the cheese. The cheese spaetzle didn't meet our expectations either. But our service was very friendly.

Really nice place that oozes old charm. The store on the ground floor is completely unique. The restaurant upstairs is more of a look back at a time that was. Very nice and excellent service. Note they do not take cards.

Although we arrived late, we were served in a friendly manner and ordered the international cheese plate, a bread basket and the draft butter. The waitress explained the individual types of cheese to us. It was really delicious! Thanks so much!

While the drinks were quite good, the service was very disappointing. For a fairly high price, we were still put under a lot of pressure that if you don't keep reordering, you should leave. Nothing like sitting relaxed and enjoying the ambience. Considering that it is a restaurant and not a cafeteria, the employees are very rude and cheeky. We were told we were blocking the table even though the place was half empty!

On the ground floor, the bustle of people is a bit overwhelming. Excursions are organized to a place that is not very spacious, so the crowd of people is a bit overwhelming. Certainly, the ground floor is more of a kind of museum with a highly visited work, rather than a cafe. However, on the second floor you will find a nice cafeteria, with prices similar to other tourist areas of the city. The cakes look very good and their flavor is in line with what the eyes see. The service is friendly and they have some toys for the little ones. They were very nice. We liked it.

Ancient café, you can still see the GDR represented! We will almost be able to return to a bit of normality in 2025. The card says card payments are possible from €20. If you ask, you will be rudely turned away. You could offer card payment, but you just don't do it. You are informed that there is a sign at the entrance that is unclear and cannot be read properly. The most beautiful milk shop below is also very beautiful. It's just a shame that he only offers cheese in conjunction with milk. We will never enter this restaurant and cafe again.

Of course, after our visit to Pfunds Milchladen, we also had to try out the restaurant. The sweet parts were very tasty and the ice cream also tasted excellent. However, we have to agree with the previous speakers that some employees did not invent how to work carefully in a cafe. You could make significantly more sales if guests were served more attentively. We waited quite a while until we were served. Were about to go again. It's a shame.....could certainly be different. But it's not entirely clear to us why as a guest - in many restaurants in the area - you have the feeling of not being welcome.

I thought that a milk place would have big variety of breakfast options but I was wrong only one savory breakfast and a few Cakes. Although the quality was good. The service a little bit slow but nice. Perhaps is better to go for lunch or dinner

We were here recently and drank delicious coffee and ate cake. What was surprising to us was that you weren't allowed to choose a spot yourself, but had to wait at the entrance. A waitress came running up and said that she couldn't stand it when everyone was standing around. Another waiter was just busy running around and didn't pay any attention to the waiting guests. Even looking for a place would certainly take the stress out a bit. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there were a few customers here. We sat in a booth and three times a waiter ignorantly ran past us without taking an order. The guests at the table next to us had drawn a similar lot. We understand that it is stressful when there are many customers. However, it might make sense if employees' tasks were better distributed or clarified. The atmosphere is a bit old-fashioned, but okay. What was worse was the stress that the employees conveyed. What also surprised us: the menu said card payment. But when we checked in it said that only cash would be accepted. We didn't see the "no card payment" sign at the entrance because there were several people waiting in line... A little bit of modern technology wouldn't hurt.

Above the great shop is the somewhat outdated “café”. The ambience screams for an overhaul. The prices are ambitious.

Angetan vom Delikatessengeschäft im Erdgeschoß, eben Pfunds Milchladen, glaubt man, das Café im Obergeschoß gehöre dazu. Wir waren dort zum Kaffee (typisch sächsischer Filterkaffee), Eierschecke und einen Milch-Grappa. Eigentlich soweit, naja, okay. Leider war die Eierschecke nicht die ohne Boden aus dem Geschäft unten. Aber das kann man verkraften mit dem Milch-Grappa. Kannten wir noch nicht, aber eine tolle Erfahrung. Irritation kommt auf jeden Fall beim Bezahlen auf. Weil ohne Anstrengung die Gesamtsumme schnell in den Bereich um die 50,- € kommt, glaubt man erst mal nicht, dass eine Kartenzahlung unmöglich ist. (Im Laden unten kein Problem.) Der nette Kellner erklärt, das Café gehöre nicht zum Laden, und man wird aufgefordert, Bargeld an einem Bankomaten zu holen. Nein, ich werde hier keinen Verdacht zum Geschäftsgebaren äußern. Auf jeden Fall ist es eigenartig für ein Unternehmen in derartiger Lage.

Das Frühstück war ok. Leider mit Aufbackbrötchen. Aber 6,50 € für eine große Tasse dünnen Filterkaffee. Ohne Worte. Die Bedienung war aber freundlich.

The pot of coffee was inedible... when we returned it, the waiter tried it out of the cup and gave it back to us and it wasn't exchanged... this also had to be paid for, despite the fact that you didn't drink it... the waiter was very grateful for that been rude...

The staff is friendly, but seems overwhelmed and haphazard... the butter we ordered came when our cheese platters were empty, the bread was cheap baguette, the drinks came extremely late... the selection of cakes was poor, considering that Tourists are driven to the door... disappointing, although the sales area is worth seeing and beautiful...

Solo se puede acceder a parte del edificio debido a que el descanso está cerrado, lo que es una pena ya que puede haber comprado más. Los productos disponibles para comprar eran limitados, pero lo que estaba disponible era un precio razonable en parte. El interior de la tienda es impresionante.

A nice restaurant with good service. We love coming here with guests and it is always difficult to decide between homemade cakes, cheese plates or warm dishes. The house-made buttermilk ice cream is a great ending to the meal.

We spontaneously went here for ice cream and found a nice place even with a stroller. The ice cream and waffles were very tasty. We tried the quark ice cream and were thrilled.

Hot and no air conditioning, poor service, cash only. Not recommended for summer

For me the most beautiful milk shop in the world, a nice selection of sweets and of course dairy products. The ladies from the service staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambience with the historical tiles is unique. I am always fascinated. The special poinsettias are also very beautiful. You shouldn't miss a visit to the mustard shop a few entrances away. It is also very worth seeing and is one of the most beautiful milk shops. The selection is sensational. I can only recommend both. If you want to eat a delicious egg pie and don't mind not being able to sit down, then ask for it at the mustard shop.

Cafe employees are racist. When giving change, they knowingly gave a lot of coins even though they had paper money. Even though I told them that coins are not accepted in my country, they responded negatively. When I said, "You have paper money, why don't you give it?" they said, "If you accept it, that's it." I condemn this racism.

In general ok, but I didn't like the service. There were 4 of us (2 kids and 2 adults), and the waiter suggested a small table, also I told her that we needed a table for 4 people. Then we seemed to be ignored and we couldn't understand if someone would come to us and bring the menu. When we finally ordered dishes, we didn't wait too long. The dishes were tasty.

Located directly above the dairy and yet we almost didn't find it because the access is a bit hidden either from the outside through the courtyard entrance or in the shop through the stairwell behind a door. The egg pie and the quark cake were a poem, the coffee, the hot chocolate and the fresh milk were very good, the service was very nice and attentive. The furnishings are a bit old, but have charm.

Don’t go there! They have NOTHING to do with the well-known Pfunds Molkerei above which they are located. This is a completely separate venture with cheap retail products (not the ones from the store below!) sponging business of the famous name. Also they lie to customers about this, assuring you that they would be a part of the Molkerei, while the staff of the Molkerei insists they are not. This also explains the huge difference between the two places. The restaurant is musty, unwelcoming and unclean. I first sat down (you have to wait for someone to assign you a table even when the place is empty) but decided to have just takeaway instead because of how unpleasant the whole place was. I bought one product (repeatedly asking if it was the same as downstairs of which I was assured). Then I went downstairs to the actual Pfunds Molkerei and when looking around at the counter realised how different their products look. The staff then informed me that they have zero to do with the restaurant which just leases the same building and conveniently adopted the same name. Why would they do that if not to deliberately deceive people? So I went upstairs to politely ask about this. They continued lying, insisting their cakes and other items were all from the store below. I returned the product I bought just 5 minutes ago but of course didn’t get my money back. I didn’t even argue about it because if a business has their whole concept based on misleading customers, you know there’s no point.

I usually find something positive everywhere. But this is not the case. There is a queue to be seated, but it is small, not scary. It even reminded me a little of Sacher in Vienna (spoiler, it turned out to be nothing in common at all 😁). I purposefully wanted to try the Eierschecke dessert. The last piece was taken away, it turned out there was no more. There was still something left, but she didn’t want anything else. I decided to take some original coffee. To be honest, nothing special 🤷‍♀️ cost €6.5 (pictured). And the attitude of the staff 🤦‍♀️ they brought us a menu in German. A friend asked in English. They brought us a separate folder, but we noticed that the menu did not match.... The positions of the same coffee in German are several times larger. But that's not the point... When the waitress returned, we showed her what we wanted on the German menu and what do you think?))) She actually grinned in our faces and, giggling, said ‘for some reason they asked for an English menu’, took it and left. ..maybe I don't understand something? But what was that 😅 In general, this woman ruined any impression that could have been…. Therefore, my recommendation is to stop at the store on the first floor, from which there were only positive emotions, and do not go up to the second floor of this restaurant...

We were in your restaurant Pfunds with our friends on December 30, 2023 and were served by the trainee Mr. Vu (Rechn.135895). We enjoyed our lunch very much and Mr. Vu's care was excellent. All the best to the Mößmer family and the Gärtner family from Potsdam.

The entrance is between the shops on the first floor, and there is a cafe on the second floor up the stairs. I arrived just after 10am, right after they opened, so I was able to sit down right away. I received the Air Sikhye, and the top part was sweet and fluffy like castella cake, and the bottom part was cheesecake and had a sour taste. So when you eat them together, they taste just right 👍 ​​I also had the cheese soup and it was creamy and delicious. There are other cheesecakes that I would like to try. The clerk was very friendly and complimented my poor German, which made me happy. Please note that cards cannot be used and only cash can be paid.

Wir waren mit Freunden im Milchladen, der uns fasziniert hat und haben dann noch im Obergeschoss zu Mittag gegessen. Es hat uns Allen sehr gut geschmeckt, besonders aufgefallen ist uns der freundliche Service.

精致大气的餐厅，环境非常的优美动人。来Dresden游玩的时候一定要来品尝一次，距离Neustadt车站不算太远，坐车10分钟就可以到！而且菜肴的味道非常地道！这里菜单的样式竟然如此精致，有各类奶制品和奶酪制品，喜欢奶酪的朋友们一定不要错过。各类Sachsen本地的特色美食和点心都可以选择，服务人员可以说至少两种语言英语和德语，因此交流沟通完全没有问题。如果大家想吃正宗的Sachsen奶酪拼盘，牛奶制品和各类特色奶酪制品很推荐来这里！中午套餐的价格也很不错，端上来的份量让我感觉很惊讶了，因为分量很足。另外还想吃的有奶酪饺子和各种奶酪蛋糕，看起来非常的美味！希望下次可以和其他人一起来，这样可以体验一下更多美食。所以说餐厅的价格很合理，服务人员态度也很好，下次还会再来的。

Über dem Milchlädchen gelegen kann man hier in Ruhe etwas trinken, Kuchen und etwas Warmes essen. Die Eierlikörtorte war sehr gut und der Milchgrappa war einfach nur lecker. Natürlich gab es auch Buttermilch, die bei unserem Besuch die perfekte Kühlung von innen bot. Im Café selbst gibt es viel entdecken. Überall ist Deko und Bilder, die zeigen wie es hier früher aussah. Ein bisschen Geschichte zum Anfassen. Der Service war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Ein guter Pausenort.

Wir waren letzte Woche im Café…. Das erste und letzte Mal. Bedienung sehr unfreundlich. Milchkännchen auf dem Tisch von innen dreckig (im Ausguss). Der Bitte um ein neues Milchkännchen wurde frustriert nachgegeben. (Das neue Kännchen wurde uns auf den Tisch „geworfen“.) Ich habe die Betreiberin per Mail Informiert, doch eine Antwort gab es nicht, dementsprechend bewerte ich halt jetzt hier. Man versteht in der heutigen Zeit, dass Personal, vor allem gutes, überall fehlt. Trotzdem erwarte ich als Gast (wenn auch nur Tourist) ein freundliches Auftreten. Im CAMONDAS in der Schlossstrasse gibt es ebenfalls Eierschecke UND freundliches Personal……

Uriges Restaurant/Café über der Pfunds Molkerei, was leider nicht mit der tollen Einrichtung der Molkerei mithalten kann. Die sächsische Käseplatte war lecker ebenso das Stück Kuchen. Der Cappuccino hat uns nicht ganz so gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Kartenzahlung ist hier leider nicht möglich.

Wir waren nach dem Besuch der unteren Räumlichkeiten des Milchladens auch noch eine Etage höher in dem angeschlossenen Café und Restaurant, Die Bedienung dort war nett und professionell. Ein Gedeck mit Kaffee, Dresdner Eierschecke und „Milch-Grappa“ war gut, der Haus-Eisbecher mit frischen Milcheissorten, Johannisbeeren und reichlich Schlagsahne war einmalig lecker.

eine schwangere Frau und ein kleines Kind wurden nicht auf das WC gelassen, nur gegen Zahlung eines Euros. Da kein Euro vorhanden war, durften sie nicht auf das WC! Unglaublich.

Die Dame (wurde mit Chefin angesprochen) hinter der Kuchentheke ist sehr unfreundlich und in keiner Weise Kundenfreundlich. Wir hatten uns ein Stück Kuchen, welches das letzte war und sehr groß ausfiel ausgesucht. Mit zweimaliger lustiger Bemerkung haben wir das große Stück und noch weitere 5 Stück Kuchen bestellt. Die Anmerkung des Kellner "die Chefin wird da noch eine Scheibe abschneiden " haben wir nicht für möglich gehalten. Aber leider gab es da keine Kulanz. Wir tranken den Kaffee und warteten vergeblich auf das letzte Stück Kuchen. Auch da warteten wir vergeblich. Was nicht wirklich schlimm war, denn der restliche Kuchen war sehr lecker und auch ausreichend. Da waren unsere Augen mal wieder größer.... Als die Rechnung kam war aber das fehlende Stück mit auf der Rechnung. Die Bemerkung der "Chefin " als wir darauf hingewiesen haben ist an diesem Nachmittag die Krönung "...da sollen die den Kuchen doch mitnehmen..". Dazu kann man dann nichts mehr sagen.

Die Eierschecke war sehr gut und fluffig- der Service sehr freundlich. Die Atmosphäre allerdings etwas oll.

Wir haben hier nach einem Besuch der Molkerei noch etwas essen wollen und haben uns zwei Mal den Hausbecher bestellt. Dieser bietet gleich mehrere, außergewöhnliche Eissorten zum probieren an. mit reichlich Sahne und Deko verziert! Sehr lecker! Service war super, Ambiente eher klassisch statt modern. Aber passt dort gut zum Rest und zur Kundschaft.

Mir hat der Kuchen leider nicht geschmeckt. Er sah toll aus, aber war kalt und hatte kaum Geschmack. Leider hatte ich mich durch die tollen Bilder vom Laden unten blenden lassen. Die heiße Schokolade war auch nicht toll. Schade!

Liebe Betreiber des Cafés, ich bin enttäuscht, das aus dem großen Namen des Milchladens schamlos Kapital gezogen wird. Die Einrichtung war bestimmt mal im Stile der Zwanziger Jahre geplant, leider sind die Sitze und Bänke verschlissen als wären sie wirklich aus dem Zwanzigern des letzten Jahrhunderts. Die Käseplatte für zwei Personen beschränkt sich auf sechs Stück TK Baguette und neun kleine Stücke Käse mit einer sauren Gurke und einer Scheibe Zwiebel. 16,50 für Käseplatte empfinde ich als Touristenfalle. Sorry, aber lieber ehrlich als das ich sage der Besuch hat mir gefallen.

Touristennepp pur, Käse war nichts besonders, Miniportion 16,50 mit Supermarktaufbackbaquette, Kaffee gut Einmal und nie wieder Nach der Antwort nochmals im Detail: Es waren ca. 100-120 Gramm Käse für den genannten Preis. 2 Cocktailtomaten, 1 Essiggurke, ein Blatt Chicorée und eine dekorative Blüte

Ambiente gut, Personal freundlich, aber das Essen war nur mäßig.

Alle Zeichen für 5 goldene Sterne erfüllt.

Probieren Sie die Käseplatte für 2 Personen. Der Laden ist sehr schön. Das Café ganz nett eingerichtet.

We went there for a dessert and a coffee. Can we adopt Mr.Vu, please? He was so helpful and friendly! Food was very good, too. And defintely recommend Mozart coffee - one of the best I have ever had!

Absolut top! Hungrig und etwas müde von der Anreise zu unserem Dresden Wochenende waren wir zunächst nicht sicher, ob wir im Café und Restaurant Pfunds richtig sind. Herr Vu hat uns jedoch vom Gegenteil überzeugt: uns wurden hervorragende Speisen serviert, die wir mit absolutem Hochgenuss verzehrt haben. Getoppt wurde unser Bauernfrühstück nur noch von der königlichen Eierlikörtorte. Ein Gaumenschmaus auf höchstem Niveau! Unser besonderer Dank gilt nochmal Herrn Vu. Soviel Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit haben wir selten erlebt. Den kalten Hund gabs to go obendrauf. Was für ein fantastischer Service! Das Café und Restaurant Pfunds können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Café oberhalb des Milchladens. Obwohl der Laden unten recht gut besucht war, haben wir im Cafe noch einen Tisch bekommen. Der Torten waren sehr gut, die Bedienung sehr nett. Also wir kommen gern wieder.

Restaurantbesuch. Donnerstag, 17.11.2022. Kaffee und Kuchen waren gut. Der Rest weniger. Die Bedienung wirkte überfordert, bei wenigen Gästen. Die Einrichtung enttäuscht völlig, besonders nach dem Besuch der Molkerei. Keinerlei optische Beziehung. Der Service in der Molkerei war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht besonders. Sind kaum Kunden da, sollte sich um diese gekümmert werden.

Der Kuchen dort ist so Furz trocken igitt.

Mein Eindruck war damals sehr positiv. Das Café und Restaurant, bietet nicht nur leckeres Eis und Kuchen an! Freundliche Bedienung, liebe und nette Wirtsleute. Ich denke oft an Euch! Bleibt gesund.

Das in der ersten Etage gelegene Café und Restaurant bietet leckere Speisen und Kuchen. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und Spirituosen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Alle Speisen und Getränke sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. :D Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Seit Jahren bin ich hier in Dresden und durch Zufall habe ich erfahren das es über Pfunds Molkerei ein Restaurant gibt. Aussen ist sich kein Richtiger Hinweis oder Werbung zu sehen . Das wäre meines Erachtens SEHR notwendig und wichtig.

Das Gebäude teilt sich in einen Verkaufsraum und in oberen Bereich das Restaurant und Café.Es gibt leckeres Essen wobei der Focus auf den Milchspeisen liegt denn das ist die Spezialität des Hauses. Die Preise sind fair unfassbar Personal ist freundlich.

Guten Tag lieber Inhaber, ich war gestern mit Tilman Blumenstock zusammen im Café und der Quarkkuchen war wirklich trocken, man schmeckte die einzelnen Fettstücke. Außerdem würde ich an Ihrer Stelle nicht einfach behaupten, dass da nichts ausgetrocknet gewesen wäre, sondern den Sachverhalt einmal prüfen, ob unsere Feststellung vielleicht ja doch ausnahmsweise zutraf. Reputation der sehenswerten Verkaufsräume im Erdgeschoss setzt sich leider im Café im 1. Stock nicht fort. Personal ist latent unfreundlich, die Kuchen trocken und die Preise deftig. Keine Empfehlung!
