I was here for dinner today. The only Italian vibes were the music, nothing more😂😅 I sat down and discovered a comparatively large beetle and pointed it out to the waitress, but she ignored it, so I had to move around in the end. Shortly afterwards the food can be served. It was okay, but still has room for improvement. Then I noticed that there was a lack of hygiene in the kitchen...and there was vaping in the kitchen while the food was being prepared...just disgusting However, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere (apart from the dried flowers and dirty tablecloths) was very inviting and modern. I see a lot of potential here, which could still be exploited👍🏻

Das Restaurant können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Zwar war der Service nett, aber die Pommes waren kalt, das Schnitzel hart wie ein Brett, nicht richtig durchgebraten (frittiert) und schmeckte alt. Dazu stand der hohe Preis in keiner Relation. Schade.

Ich kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Essen für 41 P (Menü) reserviert. Keine Begrüssung unserer Gruppe. Nach 10 Min. mussten wir proaktiv nach irgendjemanden aus dem Service fragen Bestelltes Buffet zum fixen Zeitpunkt kam 30 Min. verspätet. Wein nur glasweise möglich. ( Tetrapack?) Speisen waren unterdurchschnittlich im Geschmack, unansehnlich und lauwarm Abräumen gebrauchter Teller vor Dessert wurde ignoriert, dann 2 Tellerweise mit steinerner Miene erledigt. Ambiente: lieblos und abgeranzt Eindruck: Kundenkontakt wurde vermieden. Restauranrleiter/Inhaber (?) befasste sich mit seinem Handy. Lage: grossartig, direkt am Albertinum

A really nicely located, very central restaurant right behind the Albertinum. Apparently the operator recently changed. The service is tried hard, but visibly overwhelmed. At many tables the food was served incorrectly and there was even an open argument between a waitress and a dissatisfied guest. The pizza and pasta are of extremely average quality, everything tastes a bit bland. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Five of us came and the restaurant was about a quarter full. We passed the waitress on the way to the table, but she obviously didn't notice. We sat for a while waiting for something to happen. This gave us time to observe the intensive conversation between the two young women, who were supposed to be there for the guests. The lady behind the bar had at least seen us, but she wasn't particularly interested. Operator 2 then noticed that she was being watched and gave Operator 1 a tip. Then it really came to us! When asked why it took so long, there was a snippy remark: "We talked about work. That will probably still be allowed!" Impolite? Unable? No matter, we left again and won't come again. Not recommended.

Every dish was a hit. We have found our new favorite restaurant.

Yesterday, despite making a reservation by email, we had to wait a long time for the table to be assigned and then we weren't served for a long time. Then it was said that the food took a very long time. That was a shame because we went there because of the good reviews. We then decided on another restaurant in the center where everything went a little faster and the staff was friendlier. Since we didn't have unlimited time, it wasn't possible for us to wait any longer. You can also work on the friendliness and motivation of the staff.

The Brühlscher Garten gave us an unforgettable evening. The dishes are prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The desserts are simply delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or a family meal.

There was a very tasty brunch. Everything was freshly prepared. Non-alcoholic drinks were included. The staff was very friendly. However, the ambience could have been a bit cleaner.

One of the worst birthdays we had to experience there!!! We went for brunch with 8 people and wanted to celebrate a nice birthday. Unmarked food, dirty cups and coffee pots, unfriendly to non-existent staff, kitchen staff without work clothes, no cooling of food and drinks in the buffet area, dishes are only refilled upon request, only wheat baked rolls from the frost, choleric chef when asked whether that would be normal here. And for all of this, EUR 32.90 per person and that also for children, no matter how old. We can only advise against it...only the location invites you to walk past it to find a restaurant in the immediate vicinity where the price, performance and friendliness are right.

I returned after a visit to Brühlscher Garten in Dresden in 2023 where the food was poor and the staff unfriendly. Since I learned that the restaurant was under new management and was now an Italian restaurant, I wanted to try it again. And I was really excited! The food was fresh and perfectly prepared, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The carbonara in particular was simply fantastic. It was a completely new and positive experience. Compliments to the new team for the remarkable improvement!

We were with a group of 21 people (pre-booked). After a whopping 2.5 hours we still haven't had all of our food. It was preferred to bring food to new guests instead of getting the group ready. Not a word of apology. The food was seasoned with thyme, some cold fries were soggy. Price-performance not given. A year ago German cuisine, friendly staff and now half Italian cuisine, staff who don't speak any German. I am ashamed to have reserved this location for my group. Never again.

It used to be great here (before the change in ownership). We went back in April 2024 and the food (portions overpriced, small, and too salty) was terrible. Service unfortunately the same. It's a real shame because we celebrated our wedding here in 2023...Now you can't go there anymore - it's simply not worth it!

Das Frühstück war äußerst enttäuschend. Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse war minimal und die Präsentation wirkte sehr unappetitlich. Die Butter war nicht einmal gekühlt und komplett geschmolzen. Die Brötchen waren von minderer Qualität, und die „frisch“ zubereiteten Spiegeleier sahen so aus, als hätte man keine Ahnung vom Kochen, zudem schmeckten sie gummiartig. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls von schlechter Qualität. Außerdem gab es ein paar Joghurts und Konfitüren, die von Wespen umschwirrt wurden. Ich glaube, das war die gesamte Auswahl. Für 16,30 € pro Person ist das einfach nicht akzeptabel. Es ist wirklich schade, denn so ein schlechtes Erlebnis hatte ich noch nie zuvor.

The outside area wasn't even half full, there were still dirty glasses on the empty tables and the tables were sticky... a couple was so angry about the whole thing and was literally thrown out loudly by the staff... I underline the bad reviews. Obviously the opening was not about the gastronomic task. Guests have underground waiting times for everything!!! Very unfortunate. There is a lack of qualified staff and professional management. We'll never get lost there again.

Tables dirty. When you ask to clean it, nothing happens. No ashtray was brought. Service is listless and totally overwhelmed. Staff is only responsible for certain tables. First an ordered coffee arrived and after a long time our other ordered things. When paying, our waitress couldn't find the order. We should state what we ordered. Then a young waiter came to us with ordered goods that he couldn't identify. After our criticism, he said there was no staff there and threw us out of the restaurant, saying it doesn't matter to us! Either it was the owner or he thought he was important. Furthermore, we know the restaurant from previous stays. My tip Avoid the restaurant and go to the center around the Frauenkirche, there are much better ones there.

The food was good so far but nothing special. Pasta, pizza and ciabatta. The service person was certainly newly employed, if not an inexperienced temporary worker. She seemed quite overwhelmed. There wasn't much going on but there weren't any experienced staff to help her either. After everyone had finished eating and only had drinks, the dishes were simply not cleared away. I don't even want to go into the state of the ladies' room. The interior of the restaurant looked quite inviting and there was also a large outdoor area.

We had ordered a table and had this confirmed in writing. When we arrived, we were first ignored and then no one knew anything and the waitress was completely overwhelmed by the situation. We then got a table that wasn't wiped down and waited 15 minutes for a waitress who might bring menu cards or ask if we wanted drinks. Unfortunately in vain. We recently went to this charming Italian restaurant in Dresden, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! Since January, the restaurant has changed cuisine and now offers authentic Italian cuisine - and that was definitely the right decision. The food was simply excellent. We had a Margherita pizza and a prawn pasta – both perfectly cooked and full of flavour. You can tell that real Italian recipes and high-quality ingredients are used here. The service was also excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The ambience is very inviting and cozy, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The new Italian atmosphere fits perfectly and creates a great overall package. We can only recommend this restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit!

There is one star because it is centrally located and you can quickly get to a decent Italian restaurant in the city. We've been to the Brühl Gardens every time we've visited Dresden over the last few years because we loved it there so much. This year we were a bit shocked when we entered because it no longer seemed well-kept and inviting. After looking at the menu and asking a waitress, we realized that the "old" Brühl Garden no longer exists. We still gave the new guy a chance, which we really regretted. Neither food nor drinks were really edible or lovingly prepared. The pizza was a tough flatbread with no taste and my wife's pasta was completely overcooked. The service was completely overwhelmed or anything but friendly. We think that the current operator has little knowledge of gastronomy and that we will look for something different for our next visits to this beautiful city. It's a shame about this great restaurant

Unfortunately I have to revise my positive rating. We were in Brühlschen Garten today and wanted to redeem our voucher, which we purchased at the end of 2022. This was not accepted. At first it was said that a code was missing here. Then they said it had expired. And then the boss said he was the new operator and therefore the voucher was not valid and that I should contact the old operator. None of this is my problem. The voucher was purchased and 3 years are not yet up. The rejection was very unfriendly and arrogant. Our bill was way too high. We found various drinks that we hadn't ordered. The service was friendly, unlike the boss. Everyone was overwhelmed and the tables were full of dirty dishes. We visited this restaurant very often until 2023, held our Christmas party here with a large group every year and were always very satisfied. Today's visit was my last. Very unfortunate.

Pizza average. The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full. The service was stressed and overwhelmed but friendly. The waiter who brought us the bill after our meal told me the amount. When I wanted to see the bill, I noticed that various drinks were overcharged. I pointed this out to the waiter and he told me a new amount. After a quick calculation, this was wrong again and I pointed it out to the waiter again. This game was repeated about 5 times until, after a lot of running back and forth, the waiter still couldn't tell me the correct bill amount. When he came back he confirmed my stated invoice amount and I was finally able to pay after half an hour. Unfortunately there was no apology. Turns out he's the CEO. Hard to believe. A guy with jeans, sneakers, a sweaty shirt and greasy hair that he always combed through with his fingers and then touched glasses and cutlery. Very disgusting and unhygienic. Were here last time. We had a drink here today and ate tiramisu for 8 euros. We were super disappointed - the tiramisu only consisted of whipped cream and cocoa powder. My cocktail was also carelessly prepared! It's a shame!!!! We won't be going there anymore!

I only know Brühlschen Garten as a German restaurant. Now I was amazed that pizza, pasta and a few meat dishes were on the menu. In my opinion, there is already a clear surplus of Italian gastronomy. It's a shame, I won't eat there again. By the way, a very friendly employee served me.

Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, that's already too many! At most for the location opposite the Albertinum. We had made a reservation for brunch today and also paid the deposit. Only the staff on site didn't know about our reservation. The restaurant was fully booked by a company. And it wasn't just us. We then politely declined the alternative of “enjoying” brunch on the drafty and cold terrace. Luckily there are better alternatives in the area. You won't see us there again.

Thank you for the lovely Easter Monday brunch, we felt very comfortable. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was almost family-like.

Easter Sunday brunch...should be something special...but absolute disappointment!! Never again and €32.90 is in no way justified!! Baked and bone-hard supermarket rolls, packaged butter like at the gas station, miserable coffee. As a cold portion, cheese slices, cheap salami, cheap boiled sausage...done!! no Italian salami, not a slice of ham. Inattentive service staff - the orange juice jug was empty twice. All hot dishes extremely strange... flimsy pieces of puff pastry, food cooked to death in the warming containers... and that right at the opening!! Typical Italian offerings such as antipasti, pasta or pizza were searched in vain. At least the children could have been happy with it. Unfortunately there are no Easter decorations in the guest room or on the tables. As I said...never again!

Brunch is not really recommended. Very basic and not a good quality of food for me. The food on offer was also not worthy of a brunch. The ambience is really nice and the service is also very nice. Unfortunately, that's not enough to visit the location again.

Nice restaurant with a beer garden at the end of the Brühl terrace. The menu is clear, there is German cuisine. The food is good. The prices are ok. We always enjoy coming here in the summer. The historic court gardener's house is located on the edge of the “Brühlscher Garten” park. The house was built in 1750 by the court architect Johann Christoph Knöffel as the conclusion of the “Baroque glories” on the Brühl Terrace. In addition to guest rooms, it houses the “Brühlscher Garten” restaurant and the community rooms of the Evangelical Reformed Community in Dresden.

The food is not exactly what we Portuguese enjoy, but the menu was well presented. Spectacular!

So eine unterirdische Bedienung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wenn ein Gericht + Getränk aus sind, dann bietet man zumindest die Karte an. Ein beleidigtes Gesicht der Bedienung hilft bei Hunger und Durst nicht weiter. Gerettet hat mich der nette Herr am Grill mit seiner Bratwurst inkl Kinderpunsch. Einen herzlichen Dank an ihn.

Wir waren im Kasemattengewölbe zu einer Auszeichnung durch das Rote Kreuz. Liebevoll dekoriert, tolle Atmosphäre, ganz köstliches Essen und freundliches Personal, dass allerdings z.T. noch etwas lernte. WC tiptop sauber.

Wir hatten Brühlscher Garten besucht. Nach dem langen und heißen Tag in Dresden. Hat uns optisch sehr gut gefallen. Leider Service vor Ort war nicht OK meine Meinung. Wir waren zum 7 Personen und durften nur bei einen 4 Platz Tisch sitzen obwohl waren viele freie Tische. Haben aber keinen Erlaubnis bekommen zwei Tische zusammenzustellen. Dazu Kellnerin hat uns von die ganze Karte nur Bratwurst zu Verfügung gestellt. War dazu nicht ganz freundlich. Sehr schade. Hab versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen und Situation bissl entspannen aber auch das war mir nicht gelogen.

Wir waren beim Frühstücksbuffett hier, wobei der Begriff Buffett fehlleitend ist, da es recht wenig Auswahl an Brötchen, Belägen und Trinken gibt. Das ganze ist eher als normales Frühstück zu sehen und mit 14,99€ pro Person meiner Meinung nach überteuert. Auch war die Bedienung nicht sehr freundlich, was uns das entspannte Frühstück vor der anstrengenden Fahrt am Abreisetag versaut hat. Da das Restaurant (Frühstück) zu unserem Hotel gehörte waren wir mehrere Male da frühstücken, haben zusammengerechnet über 200€ dargelassen und durften dann heute nicht mal jeder ein geschmiertes Brötchen mitnehmen und wurden gleich angemotzt, was wir uns dabei denken würden. Ich bin eigentlich sehr kollant mit solchen Äußerungen weil jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber das war nicht das einzige mal und daher einfach unhöflich. Wir gehen hier nicht noch mal her und würden das auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Kurz: Überlastung der Mitarbeiter durch zu viele leere Stellen, deshalb Stress und unfreundlichen Service. Essen wenig wenig Auswahl aber in Ordnung.

Dwie gwiazdki tylko za jedzenie !!!!!. Żona poszła do ubikacji z córką a ja zamawiałem. Pan z obsługi miał do nich pretensje o 2 euro ze nie zapłacili za toaletę !!!!!! Po takiej akcji zmieniłem zamówienia i kupiliśmy tylko jedzenie dla córki. Nie pozdrawiam z PL :))))))

Schöne Location, die Qualität des Essens entsprach dem leider nicht. Im Würzfleisch war mehr Mehl als Fleisch, hatte die große Portion gewählt, das Gericht war durch zu viel Worcestersouce mehr braun als hell und schmeckte überhaupt nicht, die Hälfte ging zurück, schade. Wir haben hier in diesem schönen Restaurant mit 40 Personen eine wundervolle Hochzeitsfeier ausgerichtet. Es war ein voller Erfolg und die Anmietung der kompletten Terrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung erwies sich als hervorragend! Herr Zickmantel und sein gesamtes Team haben uns bestens betreut und auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Das live BBQ und Buffet waren einfach fantastisch, ebenso die empfohlen Weine. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön und bestimmt bis bald einmal wieder!

Im Rahmen unserer Familienfeier waren wir von Anfang bis Ende mit dem Service, der Qualität der Speisen, der Atmosphäre und dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überaus zufrieden und sprechen unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das Restaurant aus! Vielen Dank für den perfekten Rahmen eines unvergesslichen Ereignisses.

Ich kann nicht für jeden Tag und jede Zeit sprechen aber heute, am Freitag Vormittag war Service nicht existent. Obwohl wir zum Frühstück reserviert hatten wurde gesagt es gibt nichts zu essen. Bis sich überhaupt jemand für uns interessiert hat vergingen 10 Minuten.

Für den Preis gibt es hier ordentliches Frühstück und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl ist aber eher unterdurchschnittlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt aber.

Wir waren aufgrund der guten Bewertungen zum Frühstücken hier. Das Buffet ist für knapp 15€ p.P. wirklich sehr mickrig. Die Brötchen waren zäh und es gab eine minimale Wurst und Käse Auswahl. Den im Preis beinhalteten Filterkaffee mussten wir stehen lassen, da er kaum trinkbar war. Jedes noch so schlechte Hotelbuffet bietet mehr Auswahl. Schade, die Location ist wirklich hübsch und mit etwas mehr Liebe beim Buffet könnte man hier wirklich ein solides Frühstückslokal haben. Persönlich würde ich hier definitiv nicht mehr frühstücken.

Bedienung ist rotzfrech! Selten so etwas unverschämtes erlebt.

Superschönes Mai Wetter, hätten sehr gerne draußen gesessen. Von der Straße aus dachten wir, es wären noch viele Plätze auf der Terrasse frei, aber erst beim Betreten sahen wir, diese Stühle waren an die Tische gekettet. Trotzdem nachgefragt, ob da was geht. Den Grund für die gesperrten Plätze draußen erfahren wir von der genervten Dame nicht und werden hinein gebeten. Drinnen der Groll im Bauch wegen dem schönen Wetter draußen , außerdem für Hintergrundbeschallung etwas zu laute Lounge Musik. Haben unseren Besuch auf ein Getränk abgekürzt.

Wir haben hier gefeiert und waren sehr zufrieden. Faire Preise und sehr guter Service.

Tisch nicht abgeräumt, Bedienung lässt auf sich warten, wir geben Zeichen, dass wir bestellen möchten, Bestellung kommt dann endlich, wir sagen, dass wir gleich zahlen möchten, wir trinken aus und warten, keine Bedienung mehr zu sehen, wir machen auf uns aufmerksam, interessiert niemanden. Wir gehen rein zum Bezahlen und werden nicht mehr wiederkommen. 🤷🏽‍♂️
