I went today and I was hungry since yesterday night. I said I would go to the restaurant because I love Yemeni food. He ordered a bagel and a plate of rice. I waited 40 minutes for him to come and tell me what your order was. The important thing was that it didn’t come. I went and asked for a cup. I waited 20 minutes. The food came without the bread. I waited 15 minutes and there was no bread. I went again to ask for bread. I took the bread after the food got cold. The price was 22 euros for it and a plate of plain rice with Coke. The food was delicious, frankly, but the delay made me lose my appetite, I swear.

One of the worst restaurants i'v been to the food was okay. The waiters had obviously no experience in hospitality or service. It took 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and then they brought out the food in the weirdest order : Drinks and the first main dish for my friend Mine was brought out 20 minutes after that and was the wrong dish, and the waiter refused to take it back !! another 15 minutes for the salad, then we wanted to leave because of the bad experience we had, so we asked for the bill, then 20 minutes, the bill comes and the appetizers came with the bill !! The waiter didn't even bother asking what was wrong, plus adding the wrong dish to the bill anyway. On the hygienic side, all the dishes were brought out without trays, so the waiters had their fingers inside the dishes as they carried them . No recommended at all

We were greeted nicely, chose a table and waited more than 10 minutes for the menu, which unfortunately wasn't brought to us. There was no service. When we got up and wanted to leave, a waiter suddenly came and said: “sorry, everything is sold out today.” I DO NOT GIVE OUT SPOTS IF EVERYTHING IS APPARENTLY SOLD OUT. We were also there with 2 small children who were hungry. Afterwards we went to Qasr and had a good meal.

The restaurant is very nice Food is good 7/10 But...the service is bad and very slow I wish you could add more workers for faster service And the bathrooms, I wish they were cleaned twice a day Good luck.

We came as a group of five people. The waitress could do her job instead of just wandering around the store pointlessly and still not serving us after 40 minutes and asking twice. The store is full of dirty dishes and only a bad cheap online menu is available. (Didn't even deserve a star)

The food was very tasty and the staff was also very friendly. Traditional Yemeni food. The only point of criticism is the operating process. First a dish arrives, you had to get drinks yourself because they were forgotten. Later the second dish came without bread, where the bread came at the end. A complete mess. You definitely have to work on this! The air was also quite stuffy in there. A little more rice wouldn't hurt either.

Sunday afternoon hunger. That's how I ended up here. It's a slightly better bistro. Food is quite ok. Service so-so. Ambiance is so so. I was told that from October 1st. the owner changes. With different management and concept. I'm excited about that 😁

After a long time I was there again on Sunday, September 22nd. with you and my sister because we heard that there would soon be no more burgers and we were actually always very satisfied. Unfortunately the visit was a complete disaster. It started with the fact that after 30 minutes we didn't get a card or drinks or anything similar, even though it wasn't full. The waitress was just so incompetent and preferred to clear tables instead of taking the order, despite our advice, when we did Finally wanted to order and was told that the burger that was on the menu was no longer available. When we decided on an alternative and repeated the condition twice, we were brought 2 wrong burgers relatively quickly and the drinks weren't included. When we asked, two new burgers were brought to us, but the burger patty wasn't warm (there was probably no time for that in a hurry). We then asked for the drinks again and the waitress didn't even know which drinks we had ordered. Someone from the kitchen came to us later and apologized, which we thought was very nice, but nonetheless we will think twice about eating there again in the future. 3 stars because I was actually always satisfied and hope it was a one-off stupid coincidence.

First encaunter with Hamburg services and... I mean the first was OK. Girl who served me was very nice - made me a Groß cappuccino and when I wanted to pay (with a card ofc - I forgot that I'm in Germany, but sorry there wasn't any signs that they prefer cash) she asked one another waiter to take my payment. €4.60...I was like khmhh on the price list board it says €3.80... he made some weird noises, vhanged something in he's app and then said €3.90 with a voice that said smth like that's max I can do for You, like it was my fault that the price is written out as it is there. C'mon even in some of the airports you can buy coffe with cheaper price... amd the coffee (sry cappuccino) wasn' the best, because they use this everlasting milk... anyway be careful with the prices when You want to pay with a card.

We came from outside with the premise that the meat of the burger we prepare ourselves and is Halal. We were pleasantly surprised by the enjoyment of the juicy meat and devoured both the burger and the self-made fries in no time. Very nice and friendly, authentic waiters.

We chose this restaurant based on many good reviews and can only confirm these reviews after our visit! We were greeted in a very friendly manner, the concept was presented to us in detail and our order was implemented in detail with all our wishes. The burger patties, both beef and chicken, were super tender and juicy, the burgers were lovingly topped and the fries we ordered were fresh and crispy. As mentioned, the staff was incredibly friendly, something we have rarely experienced. We felt completely at home, went home with a big smile and would love to come back!

I have known the cafe for many years and always enjoyed going there. Then it slowed down a bit for a while, but after today's visit I have to say that I haven't had such a good burger in a long time! The burger was nice and juicy and really tasty, the sweet potato fries were nice and crispy and just perfect with the cheese sauce. Price-performance is also reasonable. I visit Café Türkis every now and then and always order burgers for dinner. The burgers taste really good and you can upgrade them as you wish. Extra patty, extra sauce etc. The cheesecake with chocolate sauce as dessert is also highly recommended. The service is super good. Very friendly and always with a relaxed saying.

Burgers are very tasty. The chicken breast meat is often very hard (still raw). It should be fried longer. I also think it's a shame that the regular bread (wheat) is no longer available, but you have to choose between brioche and hearty versions. The fries are still very tasty. The chili sauce used to be free, but unfortunately not anymore.

Ich war mit meinem Bruder & Schwester heute da. Die Leute dort sind super nett, bedienen sehr freundlich man fühlt sich einfach automatisch wohl durch diese Freundlichkeit. Man kann sich auf keinen Fall über die Preise beschweren sind mehr als fair. Essen schmeckt super. Wir hatten Bürger , Pommes, ein hotdog und ein kidsmenu war alles sehr lecker. Schreibe eigentlich nie Bewertungen aber das Restaurant sollte viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit kriegen! Echt wirklich nur weiter zu empfehlen.

There's an offer until the end of June: €10 fries + burger of your choice. You can't go wrong here. The portion is really big. After that I didn't eat anything anymore. I had the Kotlett Burger. Been very solid.

I was not satisfied with the hygiene and reliability

There is no service anymore, it feels like a canteen. The employees behind the counter were nice, but everything else was very chaotic. The beeping is annoying, the music is very loud - unfortunately a relaxed evening looks different. Fries were good, burgers were sometimes bland. It's a shame how the store has developed.

We waited 1 and a half hours for our food and it is way too overpriced!

One of my favorite restaurants, the food is excellent, the employees are attentive and take care of their guests. The price-performance ratio is also right. I'm always happy to be there again. Recently a friend reserved the space for an Iftar evening for himself and his guests. I'm thrilled and can only recommend it.

It would be nice if they would also answer the phone. Always the same thing every Ramadan, so you never get a reservation... it rings endlessly with a dial tone, no answer (called according to the opening times specified in Google Maps). Of course it's understandable somewhere when it's full or something similar (I totally understand). But you should at least answer a telephone operator (there are many restaurants) and let them know that you're already full... Otherwise you will unfortunately try in vain. Last year (also the years before) it was exactly the same, called shortly after 3 p.m., often a dial tone, after about an hour they said that they were already full. Outside of Ramadan, it is of course no problem to get a table on site. Either my number is being blocked intentionally, or Allahu Alam (inshallah khayr, haqq is haqq).

A really nice restaurant. The burgers are super tasty, the ambience is perfect and the service simply reflects both of these things. I can recommend it to everyone. Simply great!

The burgers are really tasty and the service is first class. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff. However, we note that prices have increased noticeably recently. At €38 for two burger menus you're not exactly in the cheap range. Still, if you're willing to spend a little more to enjoy the excellent burgers and service, Café Türkis is definitely worth a visit. That's why we give it 4 out of 5 stars - one point deducted due to the higher prices.

The food tastes quite good. It's definitely freshly prepared, you can always taste it. The friendliness of some employees is strange and often a little “different” towards women, to put it more nicely. I find it takes a lot of getting used to. You may think it's funny, but it's not.

Einer der besten Burger die ich je gegessen habe, jedes mal wenn ich in Hamburg bin, ist Cafe türkis ein must have... Der Colt Burger ist der Hammer und die Pommes sind auch die besten die ich kenne.

Seit der Eröffnung bin ich Kunde und habe diesen Laden gelobt und supportet wo ich nur konnte. Es gab halt früher nur 3 Halal Burger Läden. Ihr habt Stück für Stück abgebaut. Heute das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Burger Patty war kalt. Burger war furchtbar. Es wurden Sachen auf den Bürger vergessen. Pommes Portionen waren winzig. Sauce in Einweg und viel zu wenig. Dafür war viel zu viel Sauce auf den Bürgern. Die Bedienung hat weder Besteck geholt und Gläser. (Trotzdem Trinkgeld bekommen) Und die Preise sind unmöglich! >20€ für ein Sanchez Menü? 7 Euro für Pommes und ein 0.3 Getränk? Ihr seid eure Stammkunden los.

Mein Mann und ich haben diesen Laden zum Café trinken besucht. Wir haben San Sebastian Cheesecake bestellt mit Cappuccino. Es war wirklich sehr sehr lecker. Jeder der diesen Laden besucht sollte von dem bekannten San Sebastian Cheesecake probieren! Auch der Kellner war sehr nett. Wir bedanken uns wirklich für den leckeren Kuchen.

Obwohl ich lange warten musste habe ich gehofft das meine Bestellung fehlerfrei ist. Nun das zweite Mal das mein Sohn normale Pommes bekommen hat anstatt süss Kartoffeln. Wenn ich bis zu den Kartoffeln alles prüfen muss ob alles so ist wie die Bestellung, werde ich bei den Preisen mir doch lieber was anderes holen.

San Sebastian war ne andere Liga. Personal war sehr nett und symphatisch, die Auswahl an der Speisekarte ist sehr groß. Laden schön eingerichtet und sauber gerne nochmal.

Wollten für das Mindeste an Bedienung und mittelmäßiges Essen, maximal Trinkgeld und gaben sich mit 5% nicht zufrieden.

Der Beste Burger der mich noch nie enttäuscht hat. Sehr freundliches Personal, weites Spektrum an Auswahl mit sehr leckeren Burgern. Mein Favorit bleibt der Chicken Cheese und der San Sebastian Cheesecake. Nette entspannte Atmosphäre, fühlt sich nicht Zwanghaft an. Perfekt um mit Freunden oder Familie zu Essen oder auch zu Feiern.

Der Käsekuchen ist von einer anderen Welt! Toller Laden, sympathischer Chef & Mitarbeiter! So muss es sein! Vielen Dank!
