Salad €16. Wrong salad arrived. Extremely small. With chicken instead of vegetarian. Waited an hour for the food. Went there twice. Both times the service was bad. It was very loud. Hence the low number of stars ✌🏽

I really don't think the Outback is good for the exorbitant prices they charge. We ate with two people, each of us only had one drink and no dessert. €70! And it really wasn't exceptionally tasty, just completely standard. Not terrible, but kind of average for the price... A few weeks ago, we also had breakfast here. We had vouchers. Here too. Completely overpriced! With two people, two drinks: €60 for breakfast. And neither particularly tasty nor particularly filling... We won't be coming back.

We (two people) had reserved a table and sat outside in the café's outdoor area. The service was very attentive and friendly, and we didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks. We found the food and drinks to be okay, but considering the relatively high price, we were a bit disappointed. Overall, it's an average, somewhat expensive restaurant.

My worst experience was at Outback the waiters were very rude the food was cold and over-seasoned and there was a fly in the food I was there yesterday and will never go back to the restaurant the cocktails had alcohol even though we didn't want alcohol the drinks were also warm I tell you don't go to the restaurant

We always loved going here, but unfortunately, the quality has declined and the prices are extremely high. Unfortunately, on two occasions, my wife ordered a burger where the beef was supposed to be cooked well, but it was served medium. However, we were given a voucher for it because the kitchen was already closed.

Very friendly and attentive service, a great and inviting atmosphere, and easy online reservations. The drink selection was absolutely top-notch and delicious! We had three different burgers, fries, wedges, a pinsa, and brownies with ice cream for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, great combinations, and very nicely presented. We'd be happy to come back! :)

Went to the Outback for drinks this evening. It was very empty, and there was free seating. We ordered two Outback sodas for €6.90 each. Two 0.5l glasses with ice cubes and water arrived. There was something green at the bottom, and something pink in the other glass. Upon asking the friendly waiter, he confirmed that two orders of water with syrup had been made. It tasted so artificial, and at €6.90 per glass, you felt completely ripped off for a product value of no more than €0.60. The drinks were returned. When asked, alternative spritzers were advertised as containing 100% fruit juice. I asked to see the juice: fruit juice concentrate, the cheapest available, and zero content. The waiter confirmed that you're right to feel ripped off. This was my first and last visit to the Outback. Don't get ripped off, look closely and ask questions!!

Top location! We were there with a larger group and ordered a buffet. Absolutely fantastic for 12.50 per person! It was truly plentiful and balanced, with incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended! 👍

Friday afternoon, we went out for burgers with the kids. We ordered at 6:50 p.m., and it arrived at 8:30 p.m. One server said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but the other didn't know when. The burger was delicious, but you have to be aware that you'll have to wait a long time.

Totally unpleasant! Overpriced food, careless service! The burger is a no-go! After two hours, I was asked if I wanted another drink. I could have ordered much more!!!

Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing. The burger seemed carelessly prepared—neither visually appealing nor flavorful. The ingredients used did not match the menu description, and the bun was anything but fresh. While the service was attentive and friendly, they seemed overwhelmed, likely due to the significantly understaffed staff. Overall, the experience was unfortunately unsatisfactory.

Four of us were here for breakfast today. We were served by the chef himself. He recommended the Prince and Princess breakfast. It was very filling and varied!! A very good recommendation 😃. Burgers, pancakes, and other items are made in-house, and you can taste it. It's certainly more expensive than a fast-food chain. It's quaintly decorated, and there's outdoor seating (in the pedestrian zone).

A burger restaurant with better, higher-quality cuisine. I really enjoyed the venison burger. However, prices start at around €15, and fries 🍟 cost an extra €5.50. I find that a bit excessive.

Nice café/restaurant to linger. It's great to sit outside, lots of seats. Most of the time you always get a place. Unfortunately, you always have to wait a long time for service, even when there is little going on.

I would love to come here often to eat burgers. For me it is one of the best two restaurants in this area in Detmold. The new offers in May are great and the homemade lemonades are recommended

The service is good!!! The employees are nice and respond to the customers' wishes. There is a deduction of one point due to defective payment reading devices. This needs to be improved. Otherwise I can only write good things about the Out Back. Delicious food, nice service and nice ambience.

A really cozy cafe😊 Service was attentive and friendly. Latte M. And coffee with milk was also available decaffeinated 👌 The two of us shared a vegetarian Pinsa. It had plenty of toppings and was very tasty. We were both full afterwards. Card payment is also possible 😊

We were here for the first time today, the hamburgers were delicious, but as someone who was there for the first time, I didn't know that the meat was medium rare, so upon request the staff served me the second hamburger and I said okay, it was very tasty. Only the hamburger buns could be a little fresher. The staff is friendly and understanding and the place is very pleasant.

Unfortunately the rating is very bad, we had to wait a very long time (over 20 minutes) until the order was taken, then it took a long time again until the drinks and food came. After a total of 45 minutes we finally got something to eat. It actually tasted ok, but 3 out of 4 people had stomach problems later! I don't recommend the store.

We ordered 2 burgers to take away today. After about 10 minutes we were home and the burgers were completely soggy. It's clear to me that the quality suffers somewhat when you take it with you. But it can't be that the burger is so soggy after 10 minutes that the bread is already dissolving. The entire box was full of meat juice and the burger was literally dripping when you lifted it out of the box. It's a shame for the rather hefty price of €20 (without supplement). However, the taste is great. Really tasty, but not suitable for to-go at all. Maybe something could be optimized there. Works at other places too…

Food on the Google menu is shown to be much cheaper than it actually is in the restaurant. There is also a large sign in the door stating that non-guests using the toilet costs €2. Very rude.

A few days ago I ordered a burger home and the burger patty was completely raw on the inside, so it was only roughly fried on the outside. Unfortunately I had to throw the meat away and it was absolutely not worth it for the price.

Waited an hour for the food - just too long. The staff was constantly on the move, but it was not possible to order new drinks during the hour. The burgers were bathed in sauce (a matter of taste) – too much for me personally. Just under €60 for two burgers with a side dish and two cokes – just too much. 2x burgers €31.80 1x sweet potato fries €6.90 1x onion rings €8.90 2x coke 11€ Won't eat there anymore.

We always enjoyed eating there. This time the waiter noticed a pack of cigarettes sticking out of his pocket, which is very strange and not very appealing to non-smokers, as well as the unfriendly and condescending treatment. The commitment and friendliness of the staff fluctuates too much here. I find that very disturbing. After all, when you go out to eat, you want to have a completely successful experience with such a pleasant atmosphere and good food. So we're now taking this as an opportunity to try out new restaurants that offer burgers. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the burger is too unspectacular for me to continue carrying my money to a place where the service makes you feel unwelcome. Kudos for paying your employees fairly. We were there yesterday afternoon with two adults and one child. The waitress was super nice and always came out to ask if everything was okay. New guests in the outdoor area were also immediately seen. Rarely have I seen such fast service!! The young woman is doing great!!! Keep it up

When we are in Detmold, we like to visit Café Outback. The burgers taste great. No matter which one I've tried so far. The service is attentive and very nice. It's always worth it.

Burgers are really good, but the prices are now really exorbitant. Burgers from €15? A vegetarian burrito for €17.90? And sweet potato fries for €6.90. Where did we end up here? It is Detmold and not a big city with exorbitant rental costs etc.

We are just 1-day "tourists" who were recommended this place by their airbnb host. We ate a burger called Bettelmonch, mozzarella sticks and fried onion rings. The prices weren't low, but where are they today ... Only the mozzarella stick portion size seemed a bit modest. The waiters were all friendly and quick. The toilet was clean and we also liked the interior.

Restaurant is empty but it takes forever for food to arrive. Burgers cost 17 euros without a side dish!!!! I'm starting to wonder if the prices are still right. Especially everything costs extra like side dishes etc. I'm really disappointed, the dishes are completely normal but so expensive

A walk in Detmold and hunger came. We discovered Café Outback by chance. My husband and I were very happy with everything. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back.

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Total disappointment. Both burger patties burned, complained once, after 30 minutes the replacement came and burned again. The neighbors also had leftover patties on their plates, also black. Unfortunately overpriced for the money, without all the supplements. Can't recommend the restaurant.

Great cuisine, always delicious burgers. My favorite shop in Detmold! The only thing to complain about is the really VERY HIGH prices for burgers and side dishes. That used to be significantly cheaper.

Good food would definitely come back, with the 🍔 price starting at €15 the standard fries would certainly have been included. Otherwise I can't complain, it's a really good one 🍔! With good meat!

The atmosphere is very nice! The hamburgers are okay, but the side dishes are outrageously expensive! Fries 5.50 euros and fried potatoes 8.50 euros. Crazy, where else are the fries usually included?
