Café Mori - café brasileiro in Berlin

Full of little people (school age girls, not high school students). Expensive on top of that, and the food is not authentic.

The feijão, arroz, farofa and vinagrete were very delicious. The açaí was amazing. Everything tasted great, and the service was super nice. A great spot to enjoy Brazilian food.

We went to Cafe Mori mainly to try the Feijoada. It was not 10/10 but it delivers what it promises for a 10€ meal. The beans were a bit too watery and not much meat on it however the portion is very big and overall very tasty. Even with an empty cafe the waiter forgot 1 out of the 2 dishes we ordered and we had to wait a bit more to eat.

I ordered açaí. I had come from far away and was really craving it, but I found myself with 40% granola, 30% açaí and 20% wind. Furthermore, the flavor of the açaí was not good... perhaps the pulp was not of good quality and it was frozen. I loved the idea of ​​a Brazilian coffee, but I felt very frustrated.

Unfortunately not a very authentic, or good, feijoada. The caipirinha (pictured as it came, before drinking) is so small that you can finish it in 3 sips.

we ordered feijoada, it was really good and the quantity is great. the prices are also good compared to other brazilian restaurants in berlin. the service though could be a bit better, when we arrived there was a woman attending and she didn’t asked for us if we knew the place before or how it worked, we just realized we had to order in the cashier when another person arrived and did that. however the man who was attending when we left were very nice.. Important thing to know: it only accepts cash there :(

A little corner of Brazil in Germany. Hot and traditional Brazilian food, rice, beans, you, fried egg, fried cassava, milk pudding, açaí and even paçoca. There was also Brahma guaraná and good quality cachaça. Ready weak: the feijoada didn't resemble a legitimate feijoada at all, it was missing everything, just a few pieces of meat, very small, but it was a good dish of rice and black beans.😋 Only accepts cash 💸💰 in kind (euro 💶).

"A home far from home"... Very nice place to go when you're home sick.

I bought it through the app a few days ago Coxinha with raw dough, that is, the dough wasn't even cooked, tasteless filling. Feijoada without consistency, without salt, the cabbage wasn't even cabbage, suddenly some green grass, vinaigrette just tomato and onion, also bland, the orange slice that accompanied it, wasn't fresh, it tasted like something spoiled. Semi-hard rice, also bland. Rating: 0.5/5 I certainly won't order it again.

Infelizmente nas fotos muito bonito mas pessoalmente o sabor muito ruim ! A feijoada aguada, a coxinha fria por dentro, o ovo frito tinha sabor de sabão! Infelizmente nao indico! Talvez tenha sido Um dia ruim deles ! Mas não volto ! A garçonete estava sozinha e fazia tudo ao mesmo tempo, mesmo assim foi muito simpática!

O importante é que tem arroz e feijão 💖

The food was okay. The feijoada needs more meat for sure. Couve was really good and pão de queijo were incredibly good, the best one I've eaten outside Brazil. It has yes some resemblance with brazilian food.

Bester Café in der Wiener Straße, authentisches brasilianisches Essen und super-netter Service. Eine absolute Institution in Kreuzberg. Fällt kaum auf aber sobald man einmal drin war ist man schockverliebt.

I loved the fejoada. The dish was served very quickly. I have gone at midday and the treatment has been great. It has affordable prices too.

Can’t get more authentic than this. The owner is actually Brazilian so he knows what he’s doing, and the place is always full of Brazilians so that’s a clue to how good the food is. Everyone of my friends who tried the Coxinhas fell in love with it.

O atendimento foi rápido e feito de forma impaciente por uma moça. Eu era a única cliente do local no momento. O prato foi quase que jogado na mesa e servido às pressas de forma mal educada. Não é a toa que o pagamento é realizado antes de ser servido. Pedi uma feijoada e a comida não estava nada saborosa, não parecia comida brasileira. Quase não havia carne e o feijão era aguado. Eu fiquei triste, pois moro na Alemanha e sinto falta da comida brasileira e quando encontro um restaurante brasileiro.... Queria me sentir em casa e com uma comida saborosa. Mas... Não recomendo.

Sie repräsentiert nicht unser Land. Ich empfehle nicht. Ich war traurig und enttäuscht, so schlechtes Essen zu essen, das angeblich brasilianisch ist. Ich bin Brasilianer und wurde noch nie so schlecht behandelt. Sie servierten mir wässrige Bohnen mit sehr kleinen Wurststücken und sagten, es sei Feijoada. Das Service war unfreundlich und auch ein bisschen unhöflich.

Als Deutscher mit einer brasilianischen Ehefrau bin ich verliebt in brasilianisches Essen, ist jedoch nicht überall in Deutschland gut, hier aber das Feijão war super lecker, pão de queijo fast gleicher Geschmack wie in Brasilien, Coxinha auch unglaublich lecker, das Lokal an sich super heimisch und gemütlich, nicht sonderlich groß, Service mega kundenorientiert und auf Zack. Äußerst zu empfehlen!

TRUE Brasilian food!! It’s nice to feel close to home, and that place definitely took me back. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten brown beans, a good coxinha and a cold Guaraná! Still have to go back for the açaí and macaxeira. People were super nice and speak Portuguese as well as english and german.

As a Brazilian myself, I have to admit I am sceptical to try any Brazilian restaurant in Germany. But boy, was I wrong. Café Mori has a very nice selection of coffee beverages and one of the most delicious Pão de Queijo I’ve ever had in my life. The staff is very sweet and the venue looks very authentic. I just wish they’d have a bigger space with more comfortable chairs, but other than that, it is an amazing place to try some of the Brazilian staple food!

I ordered 2 feijoadas vegan and 5 pão de queijo and 2 coxinhas. The prices for the feijoadas are so high!!! 14€€! And half of 70% was rice … the kale was a tea spoon and the madioca were tiny strips that looked like fries. Nothing like the pictures. The coxinha and the pão de queijo are worth it but I won’t order a plate there again.

That was nice to try Brazilian food again after a long time. Feijoada is my favorite dish and it is very difficult to reproduce as it is in Brazil, for example make the fresh farofa or add the lovely torresmo. The menu is full of other itens and worth a visit again soon.

High prices and small portions. Id only get the coxinha, fried manioc and pao de queixo here. Feijoada, especially, is too small for the price. Maybe if you eat on site you can boss em around a bit better but dont get take away!

I was there for the feijoada. It was very good and complete. Of course that being so far from Brasil, it's not exactly the same, but still the best you can get in here. Now, the fried manioc was perfect, to be honest it was best than many places in Brazil. I will be back for the small bites and the açaí.

Freundliches Personal und leckere Speisen....

Arrived early, made my order and was told it would take 15min. So I waited outside. Came back and all the clients that came after me were served and my order was forgoten. He rushed to make my order ready because I was close to 30min just waiting for my take away order, and it came Raw and undercooked. Ended up not eating and just wasted 14€.

The "pão de queijo"s are just like i remember them. The "macaxeira" with guacamole is a tasty combination and very well prepared. And there's an extensive choice of juice, you can for instance find graviola, cajá and cashew!! The Feijoada compared to the above could use more creativity and "couve". Compared to other feijoadas I tried in Europe, this was quite cheap, though. The crew was super nice! Thank you a lot for the meal!

My knowledge of Brazilian food is limited so I can’t say if it’s authentic, but everything I tried here is absolutely delicious. Hearty feijoada is my favorite and chilli con carne with perfect meat-to-beans-to corn ratio would be my second choice. It’s very fairly priced and the portions are big enough for a decent lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere, especially inside. Obrigado!

Ich bin bisher nur einmal hier gewesen und vielleicht habe ich einfach nur Pech gehabt. Zunächst einmal gibt es hier nur kleinere Gerichte und Snacks. Wir waren mit mehreren Leuten zur Mittagszeit da, haben zusammen drinnen bestellt und ich habe mich für einen Sandwich entschieden. Die anderen haben ihr Essen bekommen und angefangen zu essen. Auf Nachfrage nach dem Sandwich hieß es "ja ist auch gleich fertig". Als nach weiteren 10 Minuten die anderen fertig waren mit Essen und der Sandwich immer noch nicht da war, sind wir zum Bezahlen rein gegangen und ich habe, wie selbstverständlich, meinen nun fertigen Sandwich auf die Hand bekommen, ohne weiteren Kommentar oder eine Entschuldigung... Um mir zumindest die Wartezeit zu versüßen, während die anderen gegessen haben, ist für Softdrink Fans positiv zu erwähnen: Es gibt hier Guaraná Antarctica! Das sollte man mal probiert haben.

Decent food for a Brazilian experience if you can't go there. The feijoada dish (a very traditional one) was a bit small for what I was used to in Brazil. I don't know if I was homesick, but it tasted good. :) Try also the fried balls filled with chicken. It's a beloved street snack.

A feijoada é realmente muito boa e bem servida. O atendimento da funcionária também é bom e gentil, só que demorou um pouco. Pareceu muito serviço para uma pessoa só, afetando na espera dos clientes. Poderia melhorar isso.
