A lovely restaurant with good food and atmosphere; the staff is friendly. The food is delicious. It's a fun experience.

We went there for breakfast on Saturday; I had reserved a table for two. The table was in a niche and very cramped, with too many tables on the mezzanine. The restaurant was quite busy, I'd guess around 150 people or more. For that many people, the buffet was very meager. Salmon and onion sausage were served in tiny little dishes, not even enough to fill half a roll, so they were constantly empty. There was one type of sliced ​​cheese, cut so thin you could read a newspaper through it, along with crumbs of chive cream cheese weighing about 5-10 grams, and equally large pieces of blue cheese. The selection of cold cuts and fruit was similarly "abundant." In three-quarters of an hour, the plates on the small table were only cleared once. Breakfast was okay, but nothing more. Other restaurants offer much more variety and service.

We arrived on Saturday around 5 pm without a reservation and were given a seat at a high table. We received very friendly and prompt service. When we asked if we could have a table by the window, they responded immediately. Five minutes later, we were offered one! 💃💃💃 The food was truly excellent and served very quickly. I especially want to highlight the warm and welcoming service, even though the restaurant was packed. Hats off to them! 💃💃💃 We'll be back! 😊

Back here after about six years, and I can see and feel the consistently good service and coffee quality. Thank you for this wonderful break. Once again, it was worth the detour from the A2.

It's alright, I'd say. The decor and service are quite good, but the food is nothing special and the prices are sometimes ridiculous. There was, no joke, a tiny piece of bacon in the bacon burger, and the pasta and nachos were definitely from Netto. There are better options, but it's acceptable.

You'll receive a friendly welcome in a fairly large room. It's quite loud, but okay. The server was super friendly. Another employee didn't seem to know the ropes of being a server. The food is: Simple, inexpensive, and good.

We went to the breakfast buffet again after a long time. I have to say, it's gone downhill quite a bit. The selection has become very limited, but the price has increased. They used to offer fresh waffles and pancakes, but there was nothing to be seen. The fruit buffet consisted of pear slices and melon wedges. And there are so many more fruit varieties available in season. The spreadable sausage and bacon were served in small bowls, but only just enough to cover the bottom. You need three or four bowls for half a roll. Our conclusion: The price-performance ratio is no longer justified, and we'd rather go somewhere else.

It's actually quite good. But there's always a dog among the guests that whines or barks the whole time…

Nice location, but the acoustics aren't great due to the high ceiling. If you're there with a group of people, you almost have to shout to be heard. But the service is top-notch and the food is good.

We were there for Sunday brunch for the first time in a long time and were very disappointed. There was a limited selection of cold cuts and cheeses. The bread selection was also very limited, as were the rolls. The containers for hot dishes were completely empty for a long time. Refills were offered, but very slowly. The service for ordering drinks was quick at the table, but only once; after that, they were conspicuously absent. All in all, for the price, you expect a bit more than you get.

We last visited Cafe del Sol in Garbsen about six years ago. Several recent, less-than-stellar reviews almost prevented us from stopping there, but we went anyway, and it was the right decision. You can't go to Cafe del Sol expecting a Michelin-starred chef to lovingly handcraft each meal for each guest. But we were there with six people, ate a wide variety of food, and everyone was satisfied. The service was excellent, unobtrusive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are reasonable.

We mostly ordered takeout. The food inside was actually okay, but the service wasn't that great; you waited a long time for a member of staff and had to get their attention. The takeout, on the other hand, was absolutely terrible. The fries weren't cooked through, and they always forget something, and you always have to be careful when you have them in your bag. After you ask if you can have new ones, they just make you feel disgusted, and the new fries were just the same. So, it's best to stay away.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. But not anymore. I was surprised at how much the standards have dropped. I went there with my friends, hoping to have their popular long pizza/pinsa. They don't make that anymore, though. We had to wait a long time for them to take our order. And when they brought our pinsa, there was no cutlery. After waiting about 15 minutes for cutlery, we had to serve ourselves and get it from another table, and by then the pinsa had gone cold. After asking for the bill, we had to wait another 15 minutes. I'm not sure I'll go back anytime soon. All in all, it was a disappointing evening.

I highly recommend this restaurant for parties, meetings, conferences, breakfasts, family get-togethers, etc. Everyone will find something they like here. Great!

I was completely satisfied. The food was delicious. The nachos were well-seasoned and crunchy. The burger tasted good, and the various ingredients were excellent and also delicious. The homemade lemonade was nicely sweet and fruity. It complemented the meal particularly well. The service was funny, competent, and friendly. I really liked the ambiance.

The space is in line with what we're used to at Café Del Sol. The service was good. The space is pleasant, and it's possible to have a conversation without having to speak loudly.

A lovely hacoenda-style café with a large terrace, ideal for fine weather. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. Nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either. I love coming here!

Four of us were there for lunch on a Sunday. The veranda was almost empty, but it still took a while for the waiter to come. Drinks were brought quickly, followed shortly after by the appetizer (warm homemade bread with three dips, of which there could have been a bit more for the amount of bread). Our children's two burgers were excellent, according to them, but the currywurst and pinsa were only "mediocre." My small mixed salad was a disappointment, however: the iceberg lettuce and other ingredients were already mixed with the dressing and garnished with very little cucumber/cherry tomato and a few sunflower seeds. Fresh salad can really be better! Furthermore, there are ashtrays on every table on the veranda, which, although empty, still give off an unpleasant smell of stale smoke. So, placing them on the next table doesn't help much... The provided blankets (it was surprisingly cold that day) could also use a wash: after the third musty blanket, I gave up searching the basket. It's not a good idea to cover yourself with them...

The food was delicious, and the portions were definitely large enough to fill you up. The staff was super friendly, and the location is also very nice, with its wooden hut and green spaces.

Great atmosphere and delicious food – absolutely reasonable prices! We had the avocado chicken fries – super delicious and highly recommended. For dessert, we had the mango yogurt cake, which was a real treat, not only visually but also taste-wise. We'll be back!

Went there for brunch on Sunday. The place was busy, but not overcrowded. The menu is large and varied. But the hot dishes – there's still a lot of room for improvement. The squid rings had no flavor (confirmed by other people), the small sausages were only half-cooked, the "scrambled eggs" were a yellow, pressed mush, and the bacon was essentially inedible. The coffee was tasty! The service—I don't understand service very well. The table was pushed so close to the row of chairs by the window that it was extremely difficult to sit there. I pointed this out to the gentleman and received a very arrogant response: "It's okay. Otherwise the staff can't walk past the table." Strange, the staff had previously managed to walk past without moving the tables. The interior is fine: clean and tidy.

Café del Sol is a solid location. The food is typical of the chain—nothing extraordinary, but delicious and reliably good. The service was friendly, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, a pleasant visit, as you'd expect from Café del Sol.

We were there on a Sunday at 7:30 p.m. We had made a reservation, but that wasn't necessary for us. The restaurant had plenty of free seating both inside and outside. We were able to choose our own seats and were served very promptly. The drinks were served within 5 minutes, and the food about 10 minutes later. The food was very tasty, although my burger without any sides cost just under €14, which I found a bit pricey. All other orders were served very quickly. Friendly and competent staff. I can't say anything negative about the noise level. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we were able to have a normal conversation.

The food is really delicious. Prices are a bit high, but okay (at least for the food). Service is good, as long as you make yourself known every now and then. The ambiance is very good, and the room isn't stuffy or anything like that. However, when it's full, it gets very loud (due to sound reflections). But everything else is clean and top-notch! 4-5 stars are easily worthy. The Schnitzel de Sol is a favorite, along with the French fries bowls.

I was there on a Saturday evening and ordered and ate as usual. When I wanted to pay and got the bill, I was charged over €20 for things that I didn't order. After asking, I got my money back, but it's still a disgrace to simply charge almost double the actual purchase price and let the customer pay without even looking at the bill. That was definitely my last time here.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent. Very friendly staff. The location is in a prime location, not far from the motorway and main road. The ambiance is very pleasant, with a cozy interior and a large terrace outside. Everything is well-maintained and clean, and the prices are reasonable. I'd say other locations aren't much cheaper either. I really enjoy coming here and would happily recommend it.

Very large restaurant with delicious cakes and lots of loud guests.

We wanted to have a cozy evening with friends... Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. I got my drink in a glass with a lipstick print on it. My friend got her still Coke. When she asked the employee about it, he simply said: That can't be right. But it can be, if the drinks come from the tap and the carbonated bottle is empty... I'm still waiting for the small glass for my son. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and they insult you if you don't give a tip! And I can say that, as I come from the restaurant industry myself and trained in the hotel industry! We will avoid this place in the future. It's a shame, really, because the terrace is really nice and you could end an evening there perfectly...

Food delicious, drinks delicious, service super friendly and fast...everything perfect!

The visit was a disappointment several times. I ordered 3 times and still didn't get everything. The staff should listen better, then they might be able to recommend the restaurant to others. The person in charge should definitely show his employees schools and sustainability. Other locations in the chain do a much better job.

Large event venue with the typical skills. Everything is pleasing to the eye. Food is ok. Service is normally quick. Price a little higher. Still OK for meetings of a private or business nature.

If you know what you want to eat. Wanted to have dinner there. The service person took our drink order. Since we hadn't decided on the meal yet, we told him about it. Drinks were brought quite quickly. Nothing happened for thirty minutes after that. The service staff no longer paid any attention to us. When I wanted to pay at the counter, another employee was responsible for this table. This one also passed us by several times. What can I say: There was a 20 cent tip. Think of the rest...

A great restaurant, we can only recommend it. Whether you want to have brunch, lunch or a good dinner, you will find it there. The ambience is very chic and seems harmonious. The outdoor area is also very pleasant to sit in in the summer. A clear recommendation is that you should reserve a table, as the restaurant is almost always busy.

We were there on a Saturday evening with four people, unfortunately the visit was a disappointment. Long wait until you were brought to the reserved table. Unfortunately there were only three chairs at the table and only three pieces of cutlery on the table, which of course the service staff didn't notice. Another long wait to place the order. The food came quite quickly, although unfortunately not for everyone at the same time. Unfortunately, the service this evening was completely overwhelmed. We were really looking forward to this restaurant but were very disappointed, a shame. But the food was okay. Payment was only possible for certain service staff, which unfortunately took a long time...

Despite the rating, we like to go here. A good selection of drinks and food. The ambience is quite good when it's not too crowded. If it gets more crowded, it's hard to have a conversation because of the noise, and since the ceilings are very high, it's like a canteen. The best thing is the outdoor area, a mega covered terrace. We were at the Sunday buffet right at 9:00 am. The atmosphere was great because there were only a few guests there at the time and we were able to have a good chat. The buffet was very tasty and plentiful. The waitress (young man) was very attentive and friendly. From around 11 a.m. it got really crowded and loud, with additional unpleasant loud music. We then left and talked outside.

Went there for breakfast today. We were looking for a nice place. After 10 minutes a lady came and kicked us out because we didn't pre-order and we didn't let ourselves be seated. There was no reservation sign anywhere, there were several places available. Everyone was probably taken, just no guests or signs. We were told it was at the front. No, it wasn't! And she didn't stand there to seat people either! I've known the store for over 10 years, but there's never been anything like this before. Cafe del Sol no longer needs to receive guests. Can't recommend this to you more. Underground unfriendly bad! From the pictures you can see that there is nothing written anywhere, but there is no space even though there is enough space!

Great food and above all such a nice guy who served us, Dennis. Such kindness he radiated. My girlfriend and I were impressed and were in such a good mood. We would come again and again because Dennis gave us such joy

If I had visited the sanitary facilities first, I wouldn't have eaten there, it was very unpleasant there and a very bad smell, they should do something about it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food also very good.

You can actually get missing pancakes from everyone. Unfortunately not enough for children. And what I don't like is the tipping suggestion for EC payments, which only starts at 5 percent and if you want less you have to press a different amount first.

I rarely give negative comments, but I have to express a few opinions about this “restaurant”. The quality of the food is absolutely not recommended, a soup is served cold with a bland aftertaste. Their hotly advertised iced tea varieties, for example pomegranate iced tea, taste like sugar water, so nothing is fresh, it's all frozen goods. Ok, the CdS is a system restaurant, but so is the McD and you should stand out a little from them. The waitresses are quite nice, the cappuccino has worn off. It's actually a shame, the location and situation is relatively good, but it has deteriorated very much. And what the owner has been thinking for years about the above-ground KG pipes that are supposed to direct the rainwater from the gutter to the grass is still a mystery to me to this day. For a few hundred euros you can make it look nicer.

Quite a nice restaurant, café or bistro. However, a bit too noisy and a bit too "open" due to the high ceilings. Good standard food and drinks. With attentive service, at least as long as there isn't too much going on. There are a few positive things to mention, such as the nice service, the really delicious champion sauce with fresh champions and the large parking lot as well as the possibility of sitting outside (covered) in summer. Once again for a schnitzel holiday in the café. Quality of the food was top, service from Marlena was excellent. Since it was Tuesday, it was relatively empty, which helped the otherwise very high general noise level. An all-round successful evening.

In itself a pleasant location if it is not too crowded and therefore too loud. But for my taste the prices are too expensive for the service, both for drinks and for the food. The cake is delicious and completely reasonable in price. On the other hand, the baked goat's cheese, which consisted of 4 mini slices and 2 baguette slices and cost just under 10 EUR, was an absolute disgrace.

I love it there! It's like a vacation for me every time. I'm happy every time we go there to eat and take a break from everyday life because we're straight back in Spain and the holiday feeling is right back. Simply great!

We had a family reunion. We had a lovely time at Café Del. We had to wait longer to order drinks, but that was because the girls cleared the buffet from 12 p.m. On the whole, the food was good with a few small exceptions. But still recommended, the atmosphere is great and we had a wonderful time.
