Really good food! We had an excellent breakfast there. There was a rich, fresh platter for two with delicious selections. Plus homemade bread and homemade jam. In the afternoon we had really great cakes (also homemade and tempting selection). We took pierogi back to the hotel for the evening. They were sooo good and came with special salads. The service there was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience is a bit too modern for me but that's a matter of taste. Definitely very clean and pleasant. The location is also quite nice. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but still easy to reach. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back the next time we visit Hameln.

An ordinary cafe. In the evening we ordered cappuccino and cake with ice cream. There are Polish dumplings on the menu, but I didn’t have the strength to try them anymore)

For breakfast for two, there is a bread basket with bread and rolls, although there is always only one roll. When you asked the service that there was only one roll, you could buy an additional bread basket with bread and another roll for an additional €2. Let's be honest, you order breakfast for two people! And then you only get one roll. Dear management, please reconsider this, or is this a new business model? Otherwise, the breakfast was delicious and the platter was sufficiently filled. But this missing bun is questionable! And leaves a slightly negative impression! Please just think about it and improve it if necessary. Then you'll be happy to come back again.😊👌

We often go to the Café am Ring, everything was always great, whether it was the food, the drinks or the service, we never had anything to complain about. But today it was repeated for the second time that the service was declining. We waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. It wouldn't have been a bad thing if the table behind us hadn't been picked up beforehand, the family came after us and only sat for 2-3 minutes. Then it was our turn. That doesn't work. After 10 minutes we got our cake and waited another 13 minutes for our hot drinks…. That's not possible, especially since there wasn't much going on and there were enough staff... a shame

Why isn't there a card at the entrance as required? I had to ask about it first before I decided to stay there. Food, service and ambience ok. In terms of price, I found a simple chicken schnitzel with fried potatoes and a small salad for €18 two to three € too expensive. But what the heck...what I didn't like: The (obvious) boss walks through the store with a glass of wine and chats with the staff at the bar. Actually a no-go...

Went to the cafe there at around 3:10 p.m. In our area there was only one table occupied. After 5 minutes we received neither a condition nor a menu. During this time two more tables were occupied and the guests immediately received the menus as well. Very inattentive with so many staff. We then waited a total of just under 15 minutes to order. The cappuccino was good and the cheesecake was extremely cold, only tasting like sugar due to the cold. The ambience is very nice, but that's about it.

We enjoyed a delicious coffee and cake here while visiting the town. The person who served us was really friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English.

My absolute favorite cafe! I hardly go anywhere else anymore. I'm never disappointed here. Whether breakfast, food or just a cappuccino…. I've never gone home disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is so friendly! You simply feel comfortable in this great atmosphere.

A nice café at Bürgerpark, not far from the historic city center. Guest-oriented, friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. We were informed in detail about any questions we had about the food on offer. We enjoyed it very much. Our dog was also brought a water bowl without being asked. Thanks! A clear recommendation!

Was there for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. We had breakfast for two. A rich platter of everything your heart desires. The staff was very nice. On the terrace, the wasp problem is somewhat under control with the water sprayers provided. Definitely come back

I have to agree with Sofia about the unfriendly service staff. I was there for breakfast too. And the service was a disaster (early shift, I can't rate the other shifts). I come from the catering industry myself and know what I'm talking about. But I was also shocked because this had absolutely not been the case on previous visits and the service was excellent. But that staff apparently no longer exists. But it's not all that bad, because the delicious breakfast and the great ambience make it all better. Some people shouldn't be taken too seriously these days...then they'll get less tips :))

Although we couldn't get ice cream on our hands/in our waffles, we were won over by the incredibly delicious ice cream and decided to eat the ice cream there. Espresso+water and iced coffee were also very good! Staff was nice and accommodating. Prices are okay in terms of price-performance comparison.

The food is delicious! The staff polite, nice and very helpful! All in all it was really nice. Highly recommended! Even the smoking community is allowed to do so outside or partially covered. We will definitely come back again.

We had breakfast there and sat outside. Were served super quickly and regularly. Great cheese platter and the park directly behind the cafe invites you to take a walk afterwards. You can definitely have a good breakfast. It looked nice inside too. The toilets are modern and it smells great of lemongrass.

I visited this cafe on May 8th this year. Right at the beginning I was asked which drink I would like. Unfortunately I had to wait about 15 minutes until the menu was brought to me. After another 15 minutes the waitress came to me because I had reported it several times. I don't think it's okay that a customer has to wait 30 minutes to place their food order. The outdoor cafe didn't seem crowded. And other customers who came after me have already been served their food. Since I lost my appetite after 30 minutes, I paid for my drink and left the café.

We had breakfast today in the Cafe am Ring. Unfortunately all I can say is “big disappointment” It was my partner's birthday. Despite pre-ordering, there wasn't even a candlelight on the table. In addition, there is unfriendly service and total confusion. Agreements were not kept and in the end an invoice that did not do justice to everything. For 8 people a whopping 195 euros. Very very sad. I was definitely there for the last time. And our friends too. P.S. I am a trained chef, was on the IHK examination board, and have already gotten to know many different cuisines at home and abroad. But you have seriously damaged the belief in good German cuisine.

It's finally open. It's very nice on the terrace. Even the loud Deisterallee doesn't bother you. Service is super nice. So far I can only judge café au lait and strawberry cake. All I can say is delicious, simply delicious. And there's Denner beer on tap. I'm looking forward to it. The wine list is also promising, my favorite wine from the Thielen Feilen winery is also there 👍. I'm looking forward to many wonderful hours there. Update January 2023 Pinsa, simply brilliant, it's so nice that you exist.

If you're looking for something other than pizza, Peking duck, gyros and schnitzel, you've come to the right place. Very tasty, reasonable prices, good quality and attentive service.

We had just cappuccino but it was good, service was quick and friendly . We will come back for sure for the food as everything looked very tasty 😋

I was at Café am Ring for breakfast on June 18th. We sat outside. The entire outdoor area is well protected from the sun. It's really comfortable to sit in. With a view of the community garden, there is a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. I was really impressed with the service. Very friendly and courteous staff who were always present but never intrusive. A nice conversation and competent information about the dishes were always possible. I ordered a deluxe version of scrambled eggs and was really satisfied. I can fully recommend Café am Ring as a breakfast restaurant. I will come back with the family.

We had breakfast in the café this morning and discovered that this formerly first-class café in Hameln has declined significantly. The prices are disproportionately high and the friendliness of the staff has declined sharply. The service was not only inattentive but also downright rude. A small glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (0.2 l) costs an impressive five euros. We were also given two types of bread, one of which was clearly from the previous day. When we had to complain about this, we instead received bread that was still frozen in the core. The breakfast platter was a disappointment across the board: hardly any vegetables, only tiny amounts of butter and generally far too small portions. Absolutely not justified for the high price. The quality of the food and service has declined massively. With the best will in the world, we can't give this café more than two stars. It's unfortunate that a once-good cafe has declined so much. Our visit today was a bitter disappointment and we hope that the café will improve soon!

I was invited by my family to celebrate a reunion. I enjoyed it very much to be with my family. The restaurant itself has a hectic atmosphere, and the food is not for me. Lots of deep-fried dishes with a lack of flavor. The staff was great and attentive, but it showed that they were trying to deal with the volume of people coming through. Not a romantic place for sure, more for groups who want to hang out after work or sports events.

The service is still practicing, but is friendly. Breakfast is great!

We spent Sunday here for dinner, fast and friendly service, tasty and intelligently put together dishes, what is particularly worth mentioning is the considerable selection of gluten-free dishes, one of which we chose and can recommend, the pricing is okay, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come again.

Really well located in Hammeln for brunch, coffee or lunch. It has a nice menu and tastefull coffee in a friendly and beautifull atmosphere. Omelettes are to die for ans staff friendly and attentive.

My favorite restaurant in Hameln! The price is right, the food is delicious! Salad was really tasty as a starter, Pinsa tasted absolutely good, as did the dessert. The schnitzel or asparagus are also great. Delicious dinner guaranteed! Friendly staff leave nothing to be desired. Every time the Rappel store is full, you somehow spontaneously still get a table and I really appreciate that. I'd love to come back!

This has become a favourite of mine whenever I am visiting the area. Located close to the center of Hameln, next to a park and also an underground parking facility. Great staff, consistent quality and service with authentic pizza and pasta. The ingredients are all high quality and clear the staff in the kitchen are very talented. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was delicious. But since I was there with a large group you could see that protons and prices were very different and sometimes didn't fit at all. The service was ok, even if the ladies had a rather grumpy expression on their faces, they were always friendly.

Update Unfortunately, I and my friends don't particularly like the cake. Here, as a Café Welten, you could expect better cakes and something more unusual. Otherwise the Pinsa is great as always. Super tasty selection of Pinsa, quick and large too. The staff is quick to be friendly and accommodating, I'm looking forward to trying a cake next time :)

Today we spontaneously went to the Café am Ring and got a nice seat on the terrace. Food great, service very friendly and attentive. Good value for money, we'll be happy to come back.

Simply recommended!!!! Whether you want delicious coffee and cake or a delicious lunch... you'll definitely find what you're looking for here. We haven't tried breakfast yet but we'll do that later. The employees are great and you just feel comfortable.

🍽👌We made a reservation for today and everything worked out. The breakfast for two plus scrambled eggs and salmon was very filling. Salami, raw and cooked ham, three different types of cheese plus cream cheese preparation😋. The homemade bread was served warm and was super tasty, you don't need rolls 🤭. We had 2 different types of cafe latte, coffee and homemade lemonade, which was also very tasty. What we didn't eat was packed into to-go containers at our request👍. The outside area is now covered so that you can sit outside and maybe have a smoke🚬. The staff was very friendly and attentive 🤩

Delicious food, good service, but unfortunately: for the second time my table reservation couldn't be found! Therefore only 3 stars. Despite the confirmation email, the daytime staff were not informed. But it was spontaneously rearranged so that the guests and I could spend a lovely evening/morning. However, the noise level is loud.

There wasn't much going on on a Sunday afternoon, the service was attentive, food and drinks were on the table promptly. Already positive. The carbonara was actually without cream, which is becoming increasingly rare, and the pirogi were also quite tasty. What I didn't like: the carbonara looked like the plate had exploded and there was (too) much pesto on the pirogi. Both dishes are heavy on the stomach. Overall, I think four stars are justified.

Absolute disaster, we wanted to order a second round and the waiter didn't want to take our order. It was a wild mess and I decided to order directly from the bar inside. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly staff. There was a lot to do, but that certainly wasn't the guest's problem.

The food and service were very good. After the restaurant was full, the noise level was extremely high.

We spontaneously went for breakfast here. If you order a plate for 2, it would be nice to add more butter and a few more slices of pinsa/baguette (in the basket). Price performance is high for the small plate (nothing special) with baguette/pinsa €24 and then you have to pay extra for the drinks. We found charging €5 for a 0.2 l glass of orange juice to be outrageously overpriced, even if it is "freshly self-pressed" which you don't realize doesn't justify the price for "ONLY" 0.2 l at all in my opinion! In other restaurants where you can have breakfast you get enough coffee, tea and orange juice! Our warm drinks were brought beforehand and when the food came the coffee was cold or already empty, so we ordered another drink. It would be better to only bring warm drinks when the breakfast platters are served.

Richtig schönes Cafe. Modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und kompetent. Die hausgemachte Limonade war sehr lecker, die polnischen Teigtaschen mit Champignonfüllung der absolute Wahnsinn. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Auch für Veganer geeignet.

Wir waren zum Frühstück dort. Es ist insgesamt recht kalt und laut. Omelett und Joghurt Bowl waren richtig lecker. Der Kaffee war leider ungenießbar, bitter und für mich nicht trinkbar. Ich habe ihn zurück gegeben, mit Begründung und einen Tee bestellt. Trotzdem musste ich den Kaffee bezahlen. Service ist was anderes. Schade.

Es ist ein wirklich gelungenes Café mit leckerem Essen. Schade, dass es keine kleine Spielecke für Kinder gibt. Dann würden die ein oder anderen Mamas viel öfter kommen. Vielleicht findet sich ja irgendwo Platz? VG
