Amore is Italian, but not this food; it's simply lacking in everything. We had three pasta dishes, and they were completely devoid of amore (they just tasted like nothing). Very disappointing. Maybe salad or pizza tastes better, but pasta is a complete no-go here. Wishing you all a wonderful day.

Looks good from the outside, looks good on the inside, but appearances are deceiving. As soon as you take a bite of the pasta, it tastes like nothing. This is supposed to be Italian? It lacks (love and passion) flavor, and unfortunately, communication with the service staff was impossible.

Very disappointing experience at the shop; the staff didn't speak German, and even when we tried to speak English, they couldn't manage that either. We ordered three different types of pasta, and all of them were far too watery and barely seasoned.

I was here with four friends. We ordered together and specifically asked for the food to arrive together. The first dish arrived after 5 minutes, the second after 10 minutes, the third after 20 minutes, and the fourth after 45 minutes because it was served incorrectly. We weren't there for the first time, and this happens repeatedly.

Terrible service, the staff clearly don't want to work there and are unfriendly, and let's not even talk about the food. Any four-year-old could have done better. It's an outrage for the price. Disorganized, unfriendly, overpriced, and the food is awful – nothing here is fresh.

I ordered a chocolate cake with an espresso macchiato, and the cake was VERY dry, without any flavor, it seemed like it had been in the fridge for days, it wasn't good at all, unfortunately. I don't recommend the sweet tooth place.

The food is still delicious, and the portions are generous. However, I used to find it a bit better. The quality fluctuates sometimes, and the prices have gone up a bit, but you can still eat well here. 😃

The staff was absolutely terrible; you had to keep asking for more. The noodles were tasteless and not as advertised. Going to the restroom was impossible because the toilet key was missing.

My German friend recommended this place to me and it was the best pasta of my life... I had the spinach cheese pasta and it was the best pasta I've ever had!!!!!! The food tasted like everything but Arrabbiata. I asked the waiter at the checkout to make my pasta extra spicy, to which he replied, "The pasta is already spicy." When my food arrived, I asked the waiter for extra Parmesan, and he bluntly replied, "You have Parmesan on your plate." I think the word "extra" is a foreign word in this place.

Friendly and professional service. A wide selection of dishes. The menu is reasonably priced. Card and online payment are available. I received my order quickly. The food was beautifully presented. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit this restaurant again if I'm in the area.

We were in Frankfurt for a day and landed there by chance, and I had the best salad, with everything from the best seasoned chicken, avocado, the freshest lettuce, and vegetables. My husband's pasta was also excellent, plentiful, and affordable. Highly recommended. Kudos to this restaurant and its chefs.

Very tasty food, unfortunately you have to order up front and that takes a while, but it's a very nice place. Unfortunately, this place is besieged by those who are struggling with Frankfurt, so the location is suboptimal.

I ordered a dish that was completely vegetarian, and it was prepared and served with chicken. That shouldn't happen. I ate it so the animal wouldn't have died in vain...unfortunately, the lemonade was also warm, and some of the pizza had the wrong vegetables. It was our second and, unfortunately, last visit.

I had pasta Gorgonzola, the pasta sauce didn't have any Gorgonzola in it, it just tasted of milk and Maggi, I've rarely eaten something so bad.

I really have to say the taste was absolutely zero I think it's great that they're open until 2:00 a.m. today on a Saturday but if the food doesn't taste good then it's no use I have to say there were a lot of people there but also a lot of full plates I think they don't have the food completely under control it tastes like nothing no salt no pepper it had no taste it's so disappointing I won't be coming again

It feels like a nightclub, not a place for a quiet meal and conversation. The upstairs is always closed, but the food is just as delicious.

The food was very good and surprisingly cheap. The service was also friendly. The atmosphere was cozy.

We had Menu 1, which was on offer for €14.90 including a drink plus €3 for the chicken. We were charged €17.90 without a drink. When we asked, we were told that wasn't part of the offer. I didn't argue, but I think it's really stupid.

I like coming here when I want a quick dinner but don't want to go to a burger joint or kebab shop. The concept is a cross between a fast food restaurant and a table service restaurant. You order your meal from the extensive menu, choose your desired pasta (penne, fusilli, spaghetti, or tagliatelle) and a drink. While you bring your own drinks to the table—don't forget your cutlery—a member of staff brings the dish to your table. When you order, you receive a number that you place at your table. I like the pasta dishes with penne and the offered sauces. It's usually tuna, but yesterday, for once, I had the Bombay (pasta with strips of chicken breast, onions, mushrooms, and peas in an Indian curry cream sauce) with penne. The portion was enough for dinner—the portions are generally more generous than elsewhere. In terms of flavor, I would have preferred a bit more spice in this dish. The wine is good, but a bit too warm. The ambiance is clean and uncluttered. Many photos of world-famous stars eating pasta are a nice touch. You can sit not only on chairs but also on benches. There's also an outdoor area that overlooks the Konstablerwache. Inside, the tables are quite small and so close together that a person of average build can't fit through. Unfortunately, the restaurant also had no air conditioning—a real nightmare in temperatures of 30°C+. In general, I would recommend Buster Pasta to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat without spending a lot of money.

Well, that's really the icing on the cake. We enjoyed being with you, but the sorry is completely unacceptable. Are your homes so dirty and unclean? Cleaning products were stored. Food containers were stored on the floor, which are usually also placed on work surfaces during work. The base of the pizza oven was contaminated, including heavily with mouse traces (feces and urine). Several containers (pizza dough boxes) that were kept ready for food storage were contaminated with mouse traces. Type of Defect Correction Control Point 4 Vegetable Preparation, Warehouse, Upper Floor: A cockroach infestation was discovered. The hand basin was missing supplies for hand washing and hygienic hand drying (e.g., liquid soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers). The interior of the elevator, which transports food, was contaminated. The ceiling was contaminated. The slicer was contaminated. Food was stored in contaminated containers. The floor was contaminated, particularly in the edges and corners, as well as under and behind the equipment. The freezer was heavily iced. The base of the post-mix system was contaminated. We visited an Italian restaurant and ordered carbonara - the dish is beyond praise! Pasta al dente, creamy sauce with the perfect balance of bacon, parmesan and pepper. The presentation is beautiful, the portion is generous. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is attentive. The prices match the quality. We will definitely come back for this taste of Italy! 🍝✨

The place has plenty of tables to sit on, and the inside is beautifully decorated and pretty. You have to order your food inside and then sit at a table to wait for your dishes to be brought to you. The food was really delicious; it's a great place to eat delicious pasta at a good price. I highly recommend it; the size of the plates is excellent, so you'll leave your stomach full and your heart happy.

I've always been very satisfied with the lasagna; it was incredibly delicious. But now I get the impression that they're skimping on quality: less meat, more pasta, and hardly any sauce, which results in a very dry lasagna. And sure, my German may not be perfect, but when I tell the waiter, "The lasagna wasn't good," and he just replies, "Yes, I know. Should I wrap it for you?", I feel like a customer I'm being ripped off. Guys, please pay attention; up until now, you really were my favorite restaurant in Konsta 😞

Only, the 'Sprite' was just water the second time too. When I went back to the counter, I was accused of lying?! The next glass was actually Sprite. The gentleman at the counter honestly shouldn't have been upset, it clearly wasn't his fault. The pizzas were good, but the pasta was absolutely rubbish. A complete flop. The menu says it has lots of Parmesan... there was just a hint. The tables and cards outside were sticky, but everything inside was fine. Something very disappointing, Buster Pasta has lost us as customers.

The portions were large and the prices were reasonable. It was prepared very quickly. Everything tasted good. It just wasn't salted enough, but that wasn't a problem.

The food was tasty, tasted okay, but unfortunately nothing special, lacking a wow factor. The wait time of approximately 45 minutes was far too long, especially since the shop lacked a clear structure or organization. You didn't know exactly when it was your turn or who was in charge. Hygiene was okay, but nothing particularly positive here either. Overall, it was rather disappointing; there's significant potential for improvement with better service and more structure.

I've rarely eaten anything so tasteless. The pasta was completely bland, as if cooked by someone who had never been in a kitchen before. The sauce had no depth or flavor—nothing at all that you associate with good food. It seemed like the whole thing had been thrown together without a plan. For someone who truly loves pasta, this was a complete disappointment. I'd heard a lot of good things about it and therefore came with high expectations—unfortunately, I was completely disappointed. This was definitely the first and last time for me. If you're looking for really good pasta, you'd better steer clear.

Incorrect orders were given to many people, including me. Hair in the food, cobwebs on the cupboards, etc.

The menu says all day long happy hours, all long drinks and cocktails only 8.40. When I ordered my jumbo, it said only the regular cocktails, although you can't tell from that. It's really a scam to attract people and make them believe that cocktails cost 8.40 euros.

Modern, young atmosphere. Service very friendly. So far, the restaurant has always been very busy when we have been there. This occasionally leads to increased waiting times when ordering and until the food arrives. But since the food is so delicious, I'm happy to wait a bit!

Food is great! However the woman who takes order at the counter has been arrogant every time I visited. I understand it’s a crowded place always with customers but she can try to be polite. Not once but it has happened twice hence I decided to put up a review.

When we arrived we noticed that the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped down by the guests in front of us. Given the relatively high prices, the service could be such that you serve the guests at the table, be friendlier and you don't have to pick up the orders at the counter and carry your drinks to the table yourself, unfortunately there was no tip for that. I had ordered the 57, "Pollo Pasta Chicken". At first glance, there wasn't any chicken in it at all, only when I spoke to the waiter at the bar did he say that there was only a little bit of it. I remember this dish from before, about 3-4 years ago, the sauce was creamier and contained more, now half of the dish consists of rocket salad with pesto and the other half of pasta with 2-3 small pieces of chicken. Since the quality and service have, in my opinion, deteriorated significantly, the dishes should also cost less. The real Italian restaurant next door simply has better food and great service. I expected it to be the same as before and was simply disappointed. They should charge less for the dishes if they don't offer the service to the customers. The waiter only comes to bring the food, but you have to order yourself at the counter.

Now seriously – I think this “restaurant” is only running because it’s downtown. When making reservations, how the system works in the restaurant is not clearly communicated! Large groups don't even get decent service - so why are they offering the space at all? 🤨 It doesn't surprise me at all that you get a €0 tip, with some of the staff being so cheeky... You try to clarify something with the people in charge and they just leave in the middle of the conversation.

I ate here almost every week for years. As of today I will avoid this “restaurant”. The food was always great, but it had deteriorated significantly the last few times. However, today I went to the customer restroom after ordering. The entire toilet was full of puke and worse. Unfortunately, the chef came to meet me from this disgusting environment. He washed his hands without soap and smeared them on his apron that he wore when he went to the toilet, the hands with which he will make the next pizzas. I've absolutely lost my appetite. The public order office should check the precarious conditions here and close the shop.

I would like to lodge a complaint about my visit to the restaurant today, where I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from your staff. I ordered from you by phone today at 10:35 p.m. to get something to pick up. The employee on the phone told me that I couldn't order and had to order in person instead. I followed the instructions and reached you promptly at 10:50 p.m. But to my surprise, I was informed that the restaurant was already closed. I pointed out that I had called 15 minutes ago and was told to come in to order. Also, according to Google Maps, I saw that your opening hours are until 1:00 a.m. Instead of showing understanding for my concerns, I was treated unfriendly and disrespectfully by a blonde employee. She shouted at me and when I asked her name I was tried to be pushed out of the restaurant. A colleague of hers, Paul, tried to calm the situation down, but he didn't show any real understanding of my anger either. I would like to note that I have been a regular customer at your restaurant for years and unfortunately such incidents have become more and more frequent recently. Service has deteriorated significantly over the last few months and it is very disappointing how unfriendly some of your staff are now towards guests. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take action to ensure this doesn't happen again. It would be nice if you could let me know how you will deal with this situation. Best regards

The price/performance ratio was good, there was a large portion. The food came quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately there was no option to pay for tickets and you had to order yourself at the checkout.

We would be on March 6th. eat here. I had tagliatelle with sesame, chicken..., the second meal - Penne Gorgonzola. Overall, everything was very sticky, with food 1. It's a good thing I only ate half of it, because when I ate it, I found something indefinable on my plate, which made me stop eating. My stomach bloated so quickly that I thought I was going to throw up. As I was having food two packed up, I got a glimpse of the kitchen and thought ohhhh my god, what a mess. Food on the floor. They couldn't be open for three hours. When we left the restaurant, I had to go to another restaurant to use a toilet. Diarrhea - like water! Today on March 9th I'm still dealing with stomach pain. For me this was it!!!

After ordering, you get a number and then the waiter looks for this number throughout the restaurant to deliver the food... Imagine him running three laps... Horrible experience on Fri, 7th Mar'25. We order all veg meals and i ordered for myself Veg Pesto pasta. Firstly they served me Pollo Pesto with chicken by mistake and I realized it before eating. I explained it to the Service team and they accepted there mistake and asked me to wait for my correct order. Now, I got the actual veg Pesto pasta which was without chicken. I almost ate it and found towards the end a piece of ham in it. I quickly took the bowl to the same service staff & she was shocked and was very sorry of this blunder. Chef told me by mistake this piece of ham came. Now, they asked me if I need refund or another portion. I asked them to cook fresh Pesto Pasta (please only veg) and pack it for me. My son had it later at home and we again found piece of ham in it. I am very disappointed and I don't think we'll eat here again.

Was there on the recommendations of two friends, just wanted a pizza rocket, but the cashier said in bad German that it wouldn't work and that I had to order something different (which she unfortunately said very unclearly) So I took the Napoli pasta and I'll say it like it is: I could have made the pasta better, never again! If you're reading this, Bella, I'll never listen to you again.

Almost a year ago, we visited this restaurant regularly as the portions were enough for one person and the place was clean. When we sat down we realized that everything had changed - but the saddest thing was the portion of protein, which wasn't even a quarter of what it used to be. Secondly, our table was dirty when we sat down and no one came to clean it. And when other customers left, none of the tables were cleaned either. Worst of all, the paper with the order number from the kitchen was placed directly on the food before it was served to customers - and before leaving, it was simply thrown away. Terrible service and poor quality. Unfortunately that was the last time for me.

I'm a little disappointed with the restaurant. The shop looks very nice from the inside and the ambience is really nice. But the food and drinks are just mediocre and not authentic at all. The homemade iced tea tasted like the iced tea granules from Lidl & it came spit out of the slushy container so quickly. Pasta only tasted mediocre, instead of parmesan there was mozzarella and Thai basil. Unfortunately, the cutlery was also dirty and the service was unmotivated. Wouldn't come again

The clerk is friendly and enthusiastic, If the meal is large, you can share it. The taste is good and the price is cheap. There are plenty of seats in the store and there is also a second floor. You need to ask the store clerk to get the key to the toilet.

It's very good that there is now an upper floor. As always, the food was delicious and the portions were large. Staff friendly.

I ordered a pasta and had to wait about 15 minutes. After I asked where my food was, they completely made a mistake and told me that it would be ready soon, which took another 5-10 minutes. Food is hilariously bad, maybe one of the worst food spots in Frankfurt if we are being honest. There is nothing Italian about this place other than the implication of food stemming from Italian tradition, it’s a total joke of an establishment. Service is really lacking, I worked there for a bit and know some ppl that still do, so I can confidently say there were a lot of hygienic and administrative problems behind the scenes. After I saw how real it was I never ate there again. Atmosphere is just non-existent, I recommend avoiding it if possible

Too bad you can't give 0! I visited this restaurant hoping for authentic Italian cuisine, but it turned out to be anything but. It has nothing to do with Italy, it's a parody of everything it should be. The food was of poor quality, with obviously old and poorly preserved ingredients. The breaded cutlet, for example, had a strange breading, starting from the ingredients, with a suspicious taste and fried in oil probably never changed. The place was dirty and neglected. The worst thing was seeing a mouse calmly wandering around the room, then entering the kitchen without anyone caring! If you are looking for an authentic or at least decent dining experience, this place is definitely one to avoid. An insult to Italian good taste and to all gastronomy!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Buster Pasta, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn’t wish upon anyone who appreciates authentic Italian cuisine. Their so-called “carbonara” was a travesty—a far cry from the traditional recipe that calls for spaghetti, guanciale, egg yolks, Pecorino Romano, and black pepper.  Instead of the rich, silky sauce created by emulsifying egg yolks and pasta water, I was served a soupy mixture dominated by heavy cream. To add insult to injury, the guanciale was replaced with bacon, a substitution that stripped the dish of its characteristic depth and flavor. It’s disheartening to see such a classic dish misrepresented, especially when the authentic version is a testament to simplicity and balance. For those who value genuine pasta dishes and understand the importance of preserving culinary traditions, I would strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. There are plenty of restaurants that honor the true essence of Italian cooking—unfortunately, this is not one of them.

If you want to eat good and authentic Italian, you should go somewhere else. Penne a la Mama had no taste. Portion very large, but taste subpar. The doll behind the counter didn't seem to want to work, but she was dressed up. The most annoying thing, however, was what was going on outside right in front of the restaurant and you didn't feel safe: There were tables in front of the restaurant that were occupied by shady people. It was very cold outside, so there were no guests sitting outside. The group mentioned above was obviously dealing in stolen clothes. One of the men sat at the table and others came at irregular intervals and laid out jackets, sweaters, etc. for him. including label. He checked and then disappeared with the goods, which had obviously been stolen beforehand. Then he came back and it started again... I don't blame the restaurant for having such a clientele on its doorstep, but as the owner I would have made sure that the guys didn't even sit down at the tables to pursue their criminal activities. Unfortunately there was no police presence anywhere.

The ambience is solid and inviting. The waiters looked at you several times, but the staff neither spoke to you, greeted you nor smiled at you. The staff generally seemed a bit slow and inattentive. The tables could be cleaned/wiped better, as there were a few small bits of leftover food (salad and crumbs) on my table as well as to the left and right of me and there were light films of grease reflected on the tables. At the beginning you have to queue at the checkout, place the order, pay in advance and then wait at the table again until the food comes. -> (No classic hospitality). The food came quite quickly, about 10-15 minutes. However, cutlery was only brought upon request. I had ordered pasta number 47 (penne pollo tomat with "fried chicken strips"). Unfortunately, what ended up on the plate were lightly cooked turkey breast cubes with a very bland aftertaste, instead of fried chicken strips. The tomato sauce was well seasoned, fruity, with a pleasant, light spicy note. The penne was aldente. The homemade lemonade (ginger basil) was a bit too sweet for my taste and less fruity, refreshing and tart. The prices are not for the smallest budget, but are okay for the central location. All in all, the ambience is good, the food and drinks were ok, the service and cleanliness could be improved. Of course everything is based solely on personal impressions and taste.👍🏼

I'm really surprised how this store got so many good reviews, probably from people I know, etc. We ordered pollo penne, first of all there was hardly any salt and the taste was very bad I also ordered an iced tea and the iced tea tasted like powdered iced tea from Aldi A real waste of my money

It was impossible to wait 70 minutes for a pizza, I had to eat my lasagne and Eisklat never preferred to go to McDonald's again
