The worst salad. You can't call it a salad. It's leftovers, and you package them when people order. This is the first time I've ordered salad from you, but it's terrible. Easter is good, but the salad left me speechless.

A nice cozy place , opened till late night which is a plus point , the pasta that we ordered was delicious . The staff was friendly, the service was fast . The decor was also very pleasant . Overall good experience.

Unfriendly and disrespectful Absolutely terrible service! The staff is extremely rude and insulting. I placed a simple order but instead of clarification I was loudly shouted at and even insulted. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. Customer service = 0! Never again!

We would be on March 6th. eat here. I had tagliatelle with sesame, chicken..., the second meal - Penne Gorgonzola. Overall, everything was very sticky, with food 1. It's a good thing I only ate half of it, because when I ate it, I found something indefinable on my plate, which made me stop eating. My stomach bloated so quickly that I thought I was going to throw up. As I was having food two packed up, I got a glimpse of the kitchen and thought ohhhh my god, what a mess. Food on the floor. They couldn't be open for three hours. When we left the restaurant, I had to go to another restaurant to use a toilet. Diarrhea - like water! Today on March 9th I'm still dealing with stomach pain. For me this was it!!!

Due to the fact that the food was really okay in the end, the second star is given. Otherwise….unfortunately a disaster! That such a chaotic concept still exists in this day and age... After ordering, you get a number and then the waiter looks for this number throughout the restaurant to deliver the food... Imagine him running three laps... Also really not clean and extremely loud!! We had to change seats because it felt like we were at the airport… No longer worth a visit.

Horrible experience on Fri, 7th Mar'25. We order all veg meals and i ordered for myself Veg Pesto pasta. Firstly they served me Pollo Pesto with chicken by mistake and I realized it before eating. I explained it to the Service team and they accepted there mistake and asked me to wait for my correct order. Now, I got the actual veg Pesto pasta which was without chicken. I almost ate it and found towards the end a piece of ham in it. I quickly took the bowl to the same service staff & she was shocked and was very sorry of this blunder. Chef told me by mistake this piece of ham came. Now, they asked me if I need refund or another portion. I asked them to cook fresh Pesto Pasta (please only veg) and pack it for me. My son had it later at home and we again found piece of ham in it. I am very disappointed and I don't think we'll eat here again.

Was there on the recommendations of two friends, just wanted a pizza rocket, but the cashier said in bad German that it wouldn't work and that I had to order something different (which she unfortunately said very unclearly) So I took the Napoli pasta and I'll say it like it is: I could have made the pasta better, never again! If you're reading this, Bella, I'll never listen to you again.

Almost a year ago, we visited this restaurant regularly as the portions were enough for one person and the place was clean. When we sat down we realized that everything had changed - but the saddest thing was the portion of protein, which wasn't even a quarter of what it used to be. Secondly, our table was dirty when we sat down and no one came to clean it. And when other customers left, none of the tables were cleaned either. Worst of all, the paper with the order number from the kitchen was placed directly on the food before it was served to customers - and before leaving, it was simply thrown away. Terrible service and poor quality. Unfortunately that was the last time for me.

I'm a little disappointed with the restaurant. The shop looks very nice from the inside and the ambience is really nice. But the food and drinks are just mediocre and not authentic at all. The homemade iced tea tasted like the iced tea granules from Lidl & it came spit out of the slushy container so quickly. Pasta only tasted mediocre, instead of parmesan there was mozzarella and Thai basil. Unfortunately, the cutlery was also dirty and the service was unmotivated. Wouldn't come again

The clerk is friendly and enthusiastic, If the meal is large, you can share it. The taste is good and the price is cheap. There are plenty of seats in the store and there is also a second floor. You need to ask the store clerk to get the key to the toilet.

It's very good that there is now an upper floor. As always, the food was delicious and the portions were large. Staff friendly.

I ordered a pasta and had to wait about 15 minutes. After I asked where my food was, they completely made a mistake and told me that it would be ready soon, which took another 5-10 minutes. Or rather, they completely forgot my order. The staff is unfriendly except for a few candidates, really very disappointing. Food is hilariously bad, maybe one of the worst food spots in Frankfurt if we are being honest. There is nothing Italian about this place other than the implication of food stemming from Italian tradition, it’s a total joke of an establishment. Service is really lacking, I worked there for a bit and know some ppl that still do, so I can confidently say there were a lot of hygienic and administrative problems behind the scenes. After I saw how real it was I never ate there again. Atmosphere is just non-existent, I recommend avoiding it if possible

Too bad you can't give 0! I visited this restaurant hoping for authentic Italian cuisine, but it turned out to be anything but. It has nothing to do with Italy, it's a parody of everything it should be. The food was of poor quality, with obviously old and poorly preserved ingredients. The breaded cutlet, for example, had a strange breading, starting from the ingredients, with a suspicious taste and fried in oil probably never changed. The place was dirty and neglected. The worst thing was seeing a mouse calmly wandering around the room, then entering the kitchen without anyone caring! If you are looking for an authentic or at least decent dining experience, this place is definitely one to avoid. An insult to Italian good taste and to all gastronomy!

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Buster Pasta, and I must say, it was an experience I wouldn’t wish upon anyone who appreciates authentic Italian cuisine. Their so-called “carbonara” was a travesty—a far cry from the traditional recipe that calls for spaghetti, guanciale, egg yolks, Pecorino Romano, and black pepper.  Instead of the rich, silky sauce created by emulsifying egg yolks and pasta water, I was served a soupy mixture dominated by heavy cream. To add insult to injury, the guanciale was replaced with bacon, a substitution that stripped the dish of its characteristic depth and flavor. It’s disheartening to see such a classic dish misrepresented, especially when the authentic version is a testament to simplicity and balance. For those who value genuine pasta dishes and understand the importance of preserving culinary traditions, I would strongly advise steering clear of this establishment. There are plenty of restaurants that honor the true essence of Italian cooking—unfortunately, this is not one of them.

If you want to eat good and authentic Italian, you should go somewhere else. Penne a la Mama had no taste. Portion very large, but taste subpar. The doll behind the counter didn't seem to want to work, but she was dressed up. The most annoying thing, however, was what was going on outside right in front of the restaurant and you didn't feel safe: There were tables in front of the restaurant that were occupied by shady people. It was very cold outside, so there were no guests sitting outside. The group mentioned above was obviously dealing in stolen clothes. One of the men sat at the table and others came at irregular intervals and laid out jackets, sweaters, etc. for him. including label. He checked and then disappeared with the goods, which had obviously been stolen beforehand. Then he came back and it started again... I don't blame the restaurant for having such a clientele on its doorstep, but as the owner I would have made sure that the guys didn't even sit down at the tables to pursue their criminal activities. Unfortunately there was no police presence anywhere.

The ambience is solid and inviting. The waiters looked at you several times, but the staff neither spoke to you, greeted you nor smiled at you. The staff generally seemed a bit slow and inattentive. The tables could be cleaned/wiped better, as there were a few small bits of leftover food (salad and crumbs) on my table as well as to the left and right of me and there were light films of grease reflected on the tables. At the beginning you have to queue at the checkout, place the order, pay in advance and then wait at the table again until the food comes. -> (No classic hospitality). The food came quite quickly, about 10-15 minutes. However, cutlery was only brought upon request. I had ordered pasta number 47 (penne pollo tomat with "fried chicken strips"). Unfortunately, what ended up on the plate were lightly cooked turkey breast cubes with a very bland aftertaste, instead of fried chicken strips. The tomato sauce was well seasoned, fruity, with a pleasant, light spicy note. The penne was aldente. The homemade lemonade (ginger basil) was a bit too sweet for my taste and less fruity, refreshing and tart. The prices are not for the smallest budget, but are okay for the central location. All in all, the ambience is good, the food and drinks were ok, the service and cleanliness could be improved. Of course everything is based solely on personal impressions and taste.👍🏼

One of the best restaurants in the city center. Pasta portions are plentiful, pizza and schnitzel are also great. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I'm really surprised how this store got so many good reviews, probably from people I know, etc. We ordered pollo penne, first of all there was hardly any salt and the taste was very bad I also ordered an iced tea and the iced tea tasted like powdered iced tea from Aldi A real waste of my money

Food always comes out wrong. The last time there was hair in the food...

Never again! Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 of which with basil. After 50 minutes of waiting, the first pizza came cold (it was probably there somewhere). After the waitress was asked where the second pizza was, she got loud and said “What should I do?” After 5 minutes the second pizza finally arrived, with rocket instead of basil. They can't even apologize. Thanks for nothing.

Poor customers service. Nobody tolds you that you have to place your order at the bar....and you can wait to talk to a waiter for half a day...if you want to eat , don' t visit this place in Frankfurt

You have to wait a very long time until your food is ready, say another 10 minutes. I had to wait around 25 minutes until my food is ready. The service wasn't the best either

Unfriendly aggressive employee named Giovanni. The store is not recommended, let alone customer-friendly, because he misunderstands the order and shouts at the customers instead of realizing his mistake.

"An absolute scandal when it comes to the cleanliness in this store! Hygiene seems to be completely ignored here. The chickens have easily been lying around for at least 14 days or come straight from the freezer - simply unappetizing. The service also leaves a lot to be desired: Man I have to serve myself, which is simply outrageous given the exorbitant prices. The ambience also fits in perfectly with the rest - dark and carelessly designed. I definitely won't be coming back!"

The taste of the food was okay, unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes for our food and it arrived cold. We pointed this out to the waiter, he didn't react to it and was then very unfriendly to us. We didn't feel comfortable

We ate at Buster pasta on the Zeil today. The food was very good and the atmosphere was rustic but nice. The hospitality was very friendly. I will recommend Buster pasta. The price-performance ratio is fine and good.

I can't believe my childhood dream has come true. I went to buster pasta for the first time and I ordered pasta with tomato sauce and when the food was ready they brought us RATATOUILLE!!!!!!!!!!! I know you won't believe me so I politely asked for a photo with him he had something beeping in front of him but I took that as a yes. I asked the human waiters where she found ratatouille. An Arab employee touched me because I didn't eat his burnt rat hair pizza. To calm him down, I ate a piece of pizza and immediately got flatulent. But since they don't have toilets, I had to go to a gas station to do it. But they were still very professional (I'm kept in the basement)

The music sound inside was a little loud and the temperature was hot too so we decided to seat at outside tables. The food was good but we didn’t got any service at all . We had to buy our food at the counter / cashier inside and pay directly . Form outside you will feel the restaurant is more nicer ( Luxurious ) than it look like when you try it . The location itself has a negative aspect which is the entrance/ exit of the subway is infront of the restaurant and you will feel it next to the table that you are eating at . The stuff is nice and speak English. The pizza was good , the drinks were refreshing but the napoli pasta wasn’t a good choice.

We have eaten there as a group of 6-8 every Friday evening since March. In general, the service wasn't particularly good, but the food was okay for the price, which is why we went there again. Last Friday we were there as a small group of four and had one drink each and only one lasagne to share since everyone else had already eaten. Before I had finished eating, a waiter (who claimed he was the manager) threw a used napkin onto my food without asking, never apologized and took the food away. Only after one of us asked him about it did he ask whether he should remake the food for us. And this after he still didn't apologize until the end and was busy explaining that he didn't do anything wrong. Later the same waiter came and called another waiter and said "clean up here and send them away quickly", whereupon I confronted him and he didn't apologize until the end, but justified himself and said that others too Customers have to eat here when we're done. (There were at least 15 free tables left) Only after the discussion did he come to the realization that we were German-speaking foreigners and apologized with a piece of cake. No thanks, we won't let ourselves be bought with a piece of cake, especially when there wasn't even a proper apology for such behavior. Added to this is that lately orders have been given to the wrong table and we are not believed that they are our orders, like glass shards coming out of drinks where the drinks are not taken back. It's a shame that loyal customers who otherwise spend 150 to 200 euros there every week are being pushed out like this. It's been nice so far - now we're looking for another restaurant that's open on Friday nights :)

We have been going to this place quite frequently. the food is good and the place is okay for late night dining. however, the service was terrible which angered me few times. the first time, my friend's drink had some sort of small glass like fragments which worried him and when he talked to the server/manager about this, they were very aggressive towards him and wanted to see the proof of broken glass. he brought the drink which he had full still and showed them the drink but they still wanted to see actual glass fragments. unfortunately, my friend did not had them as it was very small and just left and told them to throw the drink away. few mins. passed by and they just gave my friend a new drink. but the worse is to come... we have order few items and the last order we had not received was a pizza which we waited maybe 2 hours and still none had brought to our table. the manager came to our table to take the order number stand as he though they have served all our food. we told him that we never received the pizza and demanded us to show him the invoice for the order which thankfully we did. we showed him the invoice and the waiter went back to the kitchen to check and found out that it was sent to the wrong table. we waited for additional time which we were tiered of waiting with no explanation from them. We asked them to refund and that was the time they brought the pizza....they did not apologized for the inconvenience and their mistakes. the another incident was when we went back to dine in again and had a relaxing meal. another friend of mine was not done with his lasagna but the different manager came to collect the empty glasses and the plate of lasagna that my friend was not done with. he just threw the used tissue to clean up the table. we told him that our friend was not done with it and just said " do you want the new one?" I think in this situation the right thing to do is to apologize first to a customer but no...he just if my friend wanted a new one. at this time, he lost is appetite and did not wanted anything to do with the rude manager. I have confronted with him later about his action to handle the situation and how he talked to us but he was not standing his ground and very aggressive towards me also. I was shocked and furious about the whole mess he is handling and just did not wanted to deal with him and just went back to my table. after 10 mins or so, he sent a server to collect the rest of the empty glasses and clean the table to get us off the restaurant which we heard their conversation. just wow.... this time, my friend confronted the manager about the whole situation and how he was treating us. the manager was giving all the excuses he can bring out which was not acceptable but still never felt his apology sincerely. Later, the manager brought us a piece of chocolate cake to say that he is sorry but the damage has been done way too far and still did not felt his sincerity to this point also and we ended up leaving where we never touched the piece of cake which he tried to buy us with. I would say if you would like to be treated very unprofessionally and rude way, please go here but if not, just don't.

Very nice atmosphere. The prices for the pizza are really good because you get a pretty big one. John F. Kennedy has already dined here, which enhances the ambience. For my taste the music is disgusting, but for cultural philistines that's no problem. Therefore no deduction. I'm always drawn back here and I enjoy every moment here.

Once I ordered spaghetti with beef strips and tomato sauce... the meat was toe and the spaghetti wasn't aldente like I wanted! Then due to carbonara ..... a catastrophe.... here we work with the cheapest food and then we still have keib3 ahbubg wow wow wow

This restaurant with the illustrious name of a good businesswoman from the 90s is located near the Zeil. The seats in front of the restaurant were well occupied and yet there was one free table. Unfortunately it took the staff a long time to clear or wipe the table. You have to order in the restaurant and pay everything in advance, so in this respect it has more of a snack bar feel. All in all a nice restaurant, but since you have to go to the restaurant and order and pay for another drink after your meal, the cozy factor is not present here. Did Dolly Buster plan it that way?

We haven't eaten yet but your staff was a bit rude. We all ordered together but wanted to pay separately. It's strange that he got mad because we are in Germany and everyone can pay separately.

Had pasta with scampi and gorgonzola, the other pasta with salmon and cream sauce. Both plates with the same basic sauce, really tasteless without extra salt (the Gorgonzola could only be tasted with a spoonful). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the store if it is self-service!!

Absolute juice shop. Ordered 2 meals. The pizza arrived half burnt half an hour later than the pasta plate. Served and cleared away without comment. No goodwill after complaint. I was there in the evening on New Year's Eve 2023 to 2024. Due to my special requests for my pizza, it took a little longer and of course cost more. I paid just under €20 for my Hawaiian pizza + prawns (with a decent portion of prawns) + 1 water + a homemade soda. The price is absolutely right. = €€. It was very well attended. Ordering and payment had to be made at the checkout. The food and drinks were served. The prices were reasonable, especially for New Year's Eve, so the price-performance ratio is good. Due to the holiday there were long queues and also waiting times for seats that were still available that were not located under the stairs. If you want to eat here on special holidays like New Year's Eve, I recommend you reserve a table. The outdoor seating is available with patio heaters. The audience is largely young and nice. The ambience offered is nicely decorated. Nevertheless, I could tell that it was partly a fast food Italian restaurant.

Probably got food poisoning. I've eaten there a few times and always liked it, but yesterday, since we left the store, we've been incredibly sick. We have symptoms that I don't want to mention here. And it must be the food because we both ate the same thing and we were both feeling great beforehand.

Service was not friendly - I think both were annoyed. My friend received his food - I received my pizza after 15 minutes - and he was almost finished eating.

Actually always pleasantly surprised until we saw a mouse inside. After we asked the waiter about it, he just said that it was normal and that they were playing. So the meal was done and was free as I lost my appetite.

Yesterday there were two of us ordering our dishes, which took a very long time even though there were only two people in front of us. I picked up the two glasses of iced tea plus this huge license plate, which was quite an art. When our food came, my pizza was missing and I politely asked the waiter if it would be refilled. Apparently not. My friend's chicken tasted terrible, really. It's partly dirty there. The health department should take a look. The employees there looked like seven days of rainy weather.
