Burrito was completely hot on the outside, cold on the inside and for €10 it was the same size as a snack burrito for €5.

So if you expect to be full here, you're in the wrong place. There was more rice than chicken in the burrito and it was really hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Really a bit disgusting.

11 euros for a vegetarian wrap with guacamole is a hefty price. The taste was ok (the guacomole was good, although expensive), but the wrap was not filled enough and looked very sad in the hand. The last bites of the wrap were soggy from the sauce and then completely limp. I wouldn't come here again

The food is ok but relatively expensive for the portion size. The pumpkin falafel were delicious. The food was carelessly prepared and does not correspond to the pictures at all. There are much better options out there for the money and, above all, more. My husband is not there. Sauces at the table were all empty and the ingredients were not of very high quality.

Get a burrito card, 10th burrito is on the house!

I used to love this place. It was convenient and good. Now they changed the whole order system and it's inconvenient and downright annoying to get an order right online. Good if you don't want to talk to people tho.

Great place for a quick and delicious burrito. 🌯 Very tasty with great ingredients! Tiny place with minimal furniture - but perfect for take away or to go.

What a “store”. Ordered and 1:20 hours later, after calling (!), I was told that the dish was ready but there was no driver. Offered to pick it up, which I couldn't. Order canceled 5 minutes later. Seriously, colleague, instead of annoying someone so harshly, just keep it straight and pass on some information so that people don't have to rely on someone like you. First and last order.

For a fast food place it took over 30 minutes for our food to come and when it did it was absolutely disgusting. Could not eat it and will never be going back.

Why would you ruin what worked?? Burrito Company was never as good as Chipotle in the US and Frankfurt, but good it was. Today, they announced a "new system". There is NO (!) salsa -- just mayonnaise and chopped tomatoes!! Guacamole is no longer an option. The chicken tasted like rubber. Awful, awful, awful. Burrito Company was the only place in Leipzig one could get a decent burrito. Used to come here all the time, but -- NEVER AGAIN!

The burritos are perfectly adequate for the price. They're a quick, tasty pick-me-up. But unfortunately the order didn't go quickly at all. The store was moderately busy. However, we waited almost an hour for the food. This is a fast food restaurant. After asking, the answer came within 10 minutes. We emphasized again that we have been waiting for a long time. Food was then suddenly brought within 3 minutes. But at least it was warm too. The employees were still nice and apologized. Personally, but wouldn't come here again.

Tortillas chips gratinated with cheese + avocado dip - I've actually eaten better. Coffee was okay too, overall okay for the price. Staff friendly, best able to communicate in German/English.

We've always been big fans of this place and have been coming here for ages. So far, it's always been a 10/10! Unfortunately, we feel like a lot has changed recently, whether due to new management, a different team, or adjustments to the menu. Our binder with our regular orders has been removed, which was a bit of a surprise. The food is still good, but it used to be much better and of higher quality. The quesadillas and burritos were warm, but not overcooked, making them unusually soft. The vegan chorizo ​​also used to taste better; now the sauce seems less tomatoey and noticeably more cheesy. Overall, it still tastes good, but a week ago the quality was noticeably better. We miss the old Burrito Company, where every dish seemed to be prepared with more love.

I treated myself to the pumpkin falafel burrito today (as recommended by the employee) and he was so right! Absolutely delicious! Unfortunately I find it quite expensive. Still, it's worth it. Absolute recommendation ❤️

You wait forever to be served even though the shop is almost empty, then you wait just as long for your food, the service is incompetent, unprofessional and extremely unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN

Very tasty burritos that fill you up 👌🏼

It's bad if the operators don't speak proper German. We placed 2 orders on site and had everything served on one tray. We thought it was a meal, so my buddy started eating everything. The food I ordered never came, which made us wonder if both orders were on one tray. The waiter, if you can call it that, couldn't tell us who owned which food and just put it on the table without saying a word. We definitely won't be coming back.

We ordered our food and it was a complete disaster! The Crunshy Chilli was a minimal layer of Chilli Con Carne and the rest was just filled with disgusting cheap rice. In the burritos, everything is inexpensively filled with rice instead of the flavorful ingredients. So for €50.00 3x burritos + chilli con carne - never again for this taste! We also waited 1.5 hours!

Not only does it look wonderful, but the food tastes like it comes from a 5 star restaurant. I bought the Vegan Burito and a Fritz Cola and it tastes heavenly. You can put sauces on it for free at the table, ranging from one jalapeno to three jalapenos. You can eat there, but you can also order takeaway food. The staff is very nice but mainly speaks English which is not a problem for me.

Good and affordable. The food is relatively big and every spicy option is mild at best. The service is quite quick, however the space is small and you are shoulder to shoulder with your neighbours.

After a brief misunderstanding with the cashier, I finally placed an order. 10.98 for 84.4g minced meat (hopefully organic). What I liked most was the excellent distribution of all the food. When I bit into the middle I had the opportunity to taste the rice and vegetables, on the left there was only sauce (perfect for deglazing and also cold) and on the far right was all the meat. Basically three meals in one, absolutely top class!

Nice Burrito. Simple, good price. Right in the heart of the city. I love the fact that you can order and pay from a website (PLEASE more of this in Germany!) The guy delivered the Burrito to my table in no time. Flavor-wise it is pretty standard like Chipotle or what you would expect from a similar store. Definitely would come back for a healthy and fast meal. PS: I didn’t buy myself but I saw some options for people with dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, etc)

I haven't seen anything so bad in a long time. Had a naked Borito...a cardboard box with a few ingredients was just carelessly thrown in. For that money I could definitely have bought something better and more filling.

Food was really bad. Service is mid guy was not friendly but also not rude. Atmosphere was kinda good.

Way too expensive and not tasty! ~55€ for 3x Brito's, 1x Nacho Chips with cheese on top, 2x Spezi and a tea 🤷🏻‍♂️ There were four of us and none of us enjoyed it very much.

Was in the mood for a burrito. I thought to myself, I'd try the one in the center. It was my first and last time here. The seller had no money to change notes. Long wait and cold burrito didn't work at all. As I said, the burrito itself was cold and poorly distributed as the sauce was only on one corner. The inside looked like a murder scene and, to put it simply, sucked. NEVER AGAIN!!

Spontaneous visit to satisfy your hunger after a shopping trip. The way you order is a bit strange. All of my wishes are marked on a card and handed over to the counter. Maybe this makes sense when things are busy, but not necessarily on a quiet late afternoon. But nonetheless, the food was great. The mini burritos were freshly prepared, all the ingredients were fresh and the nachos came with the best guacomole we've had in a long time. The service and the owner were really friendly. 39€ for two burritos and two drinks - not exactly cheap! Unfortunately, the individual toppings did not come into their own in terms of taste. Service was nice and courteous.

Food miserable and way too overpriced. The toilets don't work. You trip over the table legs because they are resting on the sidewalk. It is not possible to speak to the manager because there is supposedly too much to do, even though there are no customers on site.

The food is cold, the salad is not fresh, the chicken is not like the photo and even the packaging is bad

Horrible experience. The portions are tiny and done poorly. Food comes cold to the table because there is only one employee taking orders, preparing food, and bringing it to the tables. There is no toilet, so you can not even wash your hands. It was not the restaurant's fault, but there was a wasp in my beer. I had a terrible time there.

The food tasted very, very good, so we ordered burritos again the next day. The prices are okay, but you're happy to pay for the enjoyment you get. The principle of ordering the burritos using a piece of paper to tick is a bit of a waste of paper, but at least there are no misunderstandings when preparing the order, especially since some of the staff speak little or no German. But it didn't bother us, we are very satisfied and would like to come back.

I will say I bought 2 burritos one with chorizo and beef and the other one with beef, I didn't have this feeling of meat, they are big and I was at the end full no complain in size, the burrito was ok, acceptable, but to be honest, I'm latinamerican, I know how a burrito taste, and I spent 24 € in 2 big burritos I guess when we people is picking ingredients and they are choosing meat, specially chorizo and meat, make me happy and let me feel the meat in the product. Unfortunately the staff wasn't particularly friendly. The food was okay but the sauces were spread all over the edge so the rest tasted very dry. It was okay, but wouldn't go there again.

Nothing seemed to be fresh, all felt really artificial. Couldn’t recognize any beef or beef flavor within the beef. The cheese sauce seemed to be plastic. Just not what you want when you want to eat Mexican. Everything should be fresh. Really disappointed.

The burrito is not special, but it feels expensive compared to the ingredients and taste.

Burritos tasted really good, well assembled and easy to eat. The service was ok, but there are no plates nor forks or knives. Since you can sit, these furnitures would have been useful, especially for picking up the ingredients falling from the burritos. The place was nothing special. Nothing bad to say, but it was really un-characteristic.

This is the most offensive “Mexican food” I’ve ever experienced. I see in another comment the owner calls it a “California style burrito” and coming from California myself I am doubly offended. This atrocity does not exist in California. The rice is sweet and I think parboiled? It had an off putting texture. The meat is also weirdly sweet and liquidy. It was spiced like it belong in a Middle Eastern dish (so off by about half the earth's circumference), the sauces are sweet and don’t match the flavor profile of anything else. The beans are liquidy for some reason, and judging from the color maybe kidney beans, it did not taste like pinto beans. Even if pinto beans are hard to come by, why not use white beans and fry them to make something closer to refried beans, why boil kidney beans and puree it. I don’t understand why there was lettuce. The cold grated cheese is also a mystery. The tomatoes are just diced and not in the form of actual salsa. There was no actual salsa. Aside from being sweet it’s mostly bland, and what flavor it does have is not Mexican. If the food served here were called “wrap” - more open to interpretation than a burrito - I would not enjoy the food but probably wouldn’t be motivated enough to write about it on the internet.

So the food is really tasty and is prepared quickly. But I'm specifically only referring to the burritos, because everything else is more or less "out of the box". As an example, the tortilla chips were just bought at the supermarket (the ones with the red corner) and put into Burrito Company paper bags. You could see well through the kitchen window. The ambience in the store itself was pleasant and the wood look matched the food, but overall it was recognizable as the establishment of a fast food chain. I would definitely try it again, but I'm still a bit put off by the prices.

Price-performance ratio is a disgrace. We ordered a "large" burrito (as opposed to a "small") for €7.99. The taste of the food was okay, but when you only get a relatively small burrito for just under 8 euros, you feel really ripped off. You couldn't estimate the size in advance from the pictures, but when choosing between small and large I expect the large one to be more than just an estimated 10-15cm long. If you want to be full, go somewhere else or bring plenty of money with you.

You can put together the burrito according to your wishes and ordering is easy. For the price, the performance (size & taste) is not sufficient for me. The tables were sticky and there were no napkins.

The food was good, but unfortunately the burrito fell apart quickly. But it tasted very good. The staff was a bit slow and they didn't realize that the sauce was so spicy. So it's difficult to see.
