BURREATOS in Stuttgart

Ordered dinner for my family via Wolt and waited 2 hours for them to never complete my order. My order was seen and “being prepared” and never went into delivery status. We have never had an issue with Wolt couriers here, so we know it’s a restaurant issue.

Nice burritos, prices are totally okey for the size of the burrito, just shouldn’t put a lot of beans and try to make them a little bit more warm. The crew was friendly.

If I have money for it, I'll eat there! very good Mexican food.

Pretty good for Stuttgart but not spicy enough. I added jalapeños and the hot sauce they had on the back wall (not in the main cabinet) and not even a tingle. I think it must be heavily tailored to local tastes.

Tasty and the burritos are large (one was enough for me for lunch AND dinner). However, I think they mixed up the sauces because my chicken was spicy and my pork wasn't spicy.

The burrito was very tasty, it fills you up and little extras like coriander and lime as well as the delicious selection of sauces round everything off perfectly. Unfortunately, the woman who made the burrito was very unfriendly (for no reason?) and condescending... Apart from that, definitely worth a visit :)

Perfect for your lunch break. There is a small line, so it's best to get in line early. But otherwise great value for money and always delicious. Service is super nice.

Food was delicious. Good concept. Waiter laughed at the colleague's slip of the tongue with his waitress, a bit unprofessional to laugh at the customer. Otherwise everything was fine.

It's actually a great shop and very comfortable to chill out in, but really no one understands German and so you're always getting your drinks wrong. Then I have to go to this store. Or the boss. question what he is thinking and whether he doesn't care how his shop is running. Too bad

I've been there many times and will come back, but the staff could really be a bit friendlier at times. You often get it slapped down so annoyedly and today you only get a bag when you ask for a menu to go. Of course you can't carry it without a bag.

BURREATOS in Stuttgart offers an excellent burrito experience that reminded me of my first burrito meal eight years ago. The concept is similar to that of Subway: you move through the counter from left to right and can choose your ingredients individually. What struck me particularly positively was the quick processing and the enormous selection of side dishes, including extras such as liquid cheese and avocado. The taste was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly. The interior is very attractive and the atmosphere is pleasant. Although it was raining outside, this didn't bother us as the inside area is also very comfortable. Overall a great experience! Service: ★★★★★ Atmosphere: ★★★★☆ Food: ★★★★★

Summary: Food is ok but quite expensive, staff incompetent and not very friendly and Wi-Fi slow. I had eaten there regularly between 2016 and 2018 because it was very close to my workplace, the food was quite good, and they had reasonable deals. Most of the time, the food was quite good. However, I did experience a mild case of food poisoning once (which was cured by an extended stay in the restroom and a nap). Sadly, the restaurant became increasingly expensive, and the staff became increasingly incompetent and unfriendly. For example, the price of a salad went from €5 to €10.90 in just six years (same size) – that's much faster than inflation. To cover this a bit, the posted selection is deliberately misleading, but the staff refuses to acknowledge this and only points it out during the order: "No, that's not included anymore... yes, it's part of the menu but needs to be paid for extra...". In addition, you have to repeat chosen options several times, since some employees apparently cannot even remember two ingredients in a row. Last but not least, the advertised free Wi-Fi is very slow. --- The author of the response to my criticism seems to be one of the less competent employees: anyone who can do basic math will notice that the prices have increased by more than just half a cent 😅

Delicious food with lots of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, delivery sometimes takes a long time.

The food itself was okay. However, the employees were so incredibly unfriendly that you didn't feel like eating anymore. We asked a question and it was ignored and we were talked to as if we were stupid. The burritos are super tasty but unfortunately the service was really bad. One of the waitresses was super unfriendly and just screamed and spoke rudely to us the whole time.

Unfortunately, no one seems to have ever eaten a burrito at this place. What is served is a cold mountain of mishmash ingredients. The worst are the canned beans (instead of refried) and the “salsa” (as cream).

In a relaxed, quieter location in Stuttgart, a modern, stylish design and friendly staff welcome customers. There is a sufficient selection of menus and individual dishes that are offered in both vegetarian and vegan form. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen also looked very clean and hygienic. The staff were friendly. The food was okay. The ingredients were fresh and there was a lot to choose from. In my opinion, some flavors unfortunately dominated and the sauces weren't tasty at all, but that's a matter of opinion. If you like it, definitely recommended.

The food is delicious. There is nothing to complain about. BUT: Every single burrito is wrapped in aluminum foil. It doesn't matter whether you eat on site or not. There is also no waste separation. A pity! Not up-to-date.

As a student and Mexican food lover, I loved this place because it's cheap, tasty and has a great vibe. The workers were humerfull and really generous. The only thing here is that it was a bit small and really crowded but the food definitely made up for it. I really recommend this to all of you.

Delicious burritos with a say in the composition. They have very tasty ingredients, but not a huge selection. My recommendation: choose the lime and something rice.

I was just there and was served by a dark-skinned lady who obviously had NO INTENTION AT ALL to serve me. It had already started that she didn't greet me and constantly tried to correct me when making my choice. As with the light beans, for example, “Pinta Bohen” came with a sigh. Then I asked her nicely if she could give me a fresh piece of aluminum foil because the previous one was completely soaked and she said no and hated making the burrito (it wasn't even rolled properly, everything was hanging out). I then said that the burrito was still half open and she then replied very seriously that I should do it myself if I didn't like it. I then left the two burritos there. So what a disgrace!!! Nobody wants to be served like that! If she doesn't feel like working, then she should stay at home. So back to the answer. 1. Who you? I was there alone. 2. It was my first time in the store. 3. I will never enter the store again anyway. And 4. unfortunately there was no second employee on site, otherwise I would have had someone else serve me, so no one could have noticed anything. But that shows that I'm apparently not the only one with bad experiences.

Super tasty burritos, of course more expensive than a run-of-the-mill kebab, but they also fill you up and are a great change. The service was very friendly (even though it was busy).

I got the beef burrito 🌯 it was delicious! although the whole grain rice was overcooked but rest of burrito was yummy. If your visiting from the United States and really missing Chipotle this is a comparable option. It can be hard to find seating in the winter but plenty if seating outside.

You can put together your own favorite salad at the salad bar. You can optionally have couscous mixed with the green leaf salad and then have a great lunch. The price for this is super fair. Unfortunately, the salad ingredients are extremely cold, so the salad tastes very boring - the dressings are also rather bland. This could still be optimized. I usually season with salt and pepper in the office.

They labeled the burrito I ordered as vegan when it was full of meat. I am a vegetarian. They use gross cheap cheese sauce which is bright orange. The burrito cost 13 euros and it’s not big or flavorful. At least put the correct sticker on it. Do better. — since this restaurant just replied in the most disgusting way- I’ll be more clear. My friend ordered the beef burrito and I ordered the green vegan one with cheddar added. They mixed up the stickers on our burritos. They put beef on the vegan one and vegan on the beef one. If you add sides to the burrito like cheddar (even though they gave cheese sauce instead), it can be even more expensive since than 13 euros. Mine was about 13… with the side added. I will go by this restaurant and discuss it with them since they just publicly called me a liar, even though they they messed up my order and it is totally their fault. Shame on your for your reply. I did not lie. You just messed up. Don’t worry I will not come back to order your sub par food.

The ingredients are fresh and nice quality. Price is good, but the taste is okay I think, very Germanised. But a good healthy alternative.

We had two burrito from the recommended menu. One with chicken and the vegan one. Sadly they were quite salty and not really tasty. The vegan one was so salty you could not taste the guacamole anymore. Service was OK, standard for these kind of fastfood imbiss restaurants. In my opinion it's overrated. Value for money was OK, one burrito each made us feel quite filled

The food was excellent – tasty and healthy. The service was quick, and the vibe was good. However, the chairs were noisy, and the baby high chair was extremely dusty and dirty. But I definitely recommend eating here.

Für das schnelle Mittagessen zum günstigen Preis, fast schon unschlagbar. Die Burritos sind wirklich lecker und die Zutaten frisch. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

I had a Chicken Burrito and My Wife a Beef Burrito. Service was Great👍 food also. I would just suggest ro change the name in the menu instead of Chips to Nachos. We bought thinking it was potato chips but it was Nachos.

Das Restaurant ist gut zu erreichen und es gibt diverse Parkmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Personal ist freundlich und das Essen lecker. Lediglich die Chips, könnten etwas Würze vertragen ;) da hilft auch kaum der Dip 😄 Aber alles in allem definitiv gut. 👍🏼

Ich bin immer wieder überrascht, dass es so wenige Burrito-Läden in Deutschland gibt. Hier in Stuttgart kommt in den Genuss köstlicher Burritos. Das sie gut sind liegt nicht nur am Geschmack, sondern zeigt mir auch, dass ich sie aufesse, trotz dass ich fast platze. Ich habe schon bessere Burritos in Deutschland gegessen, dich sind bei BURREATOS die Zutaten frisch, vielseitig und preislich völlig in Ordnung. Der Laden ist sehr klein, reicht aber um dort seinen Salat oder Burrito zu essen. Ich habe mein Essen dennoch mit nach Hause genommen. Der Mann hinter dem Tresen ist sehr freundlich und schaut, dass der Burrito gut gefüllt ist, sehr aufmerksam. Gerne wieder

Nice and tasty burrito bowls. The place is rather no frills, it's self service and the burrito bowls are tasty but nothing outstanding. They have a good evening deal of beer bowl at 10 euros for a burrito bowl and small beer and that's good for a quick and easy meal. The service is also okay, the outdoor seating is nice.

Die Burritos sind lecker - jedoch sind sie mit 8,50 pro Stück auch nicht günstig für einen gehobenen Imbiss. Das Combo Menü mit ~12 EUR ist da nicht viel besser. Der Preis ist damit mittelmäßig (die Fleischmenge ist bei einem Döner mehr) Die Burrito - Schmiede könnte schneller funktionieren - die Wartezeit ist teilweise lang.

An sich sehr lecker und frisch. Leider wurde die Preise etwas erhöht aber das ist ja überall aktuell so. Geschmacklich war es anfangs als wir hier waren echt sehr lecker aber hin und wieder schmeckt es so nach nichts. Ungewürzt und ähnliches. Man kann hier einen Salat selber zusammen stellen lassen mit frischen Zutaten. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man hier gemütlich essen bzw. das Essen mitnehmen und es schmeckt auf gut in den meisten Fällen. Es ist zu empfehlen definitiv. Vielleicht etwas mehr Fleisch reinpacken das wäre cool weil es kommt immer drauf an wer bedient manche sind großzügig manche nicht. Wir sind hier gerne!

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen sind wir bei unserem Besuch in Stuttgart hier essen gegangen! Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, unser Burritos waren kalt und auch nicht sonderlich lecker. Absolut essbar, aber kein kulinarisches Highlight. Positiv sind die Preise und auch die Location zu bewerten. Die genderneutrale Toilette war leider auch sehr schmutzig mit überquellendem Mülleimer.

Portion schön groß und Qualität sehr gut, der Preis ist aber im Vergleich zu anderem Fastfood leicht erhöht. Und nahezu überall ist Korriander enthalten...bähh ;-)

Flavour fehlt Guacamole ist ok aber nicht homemade Große Menge an essen zu dem preis, aber ohne Liebe und außergewöhnlichen Geschmack.

Direct copy of the American Chipotle restaurant with the same meat options, but fewer salsas. The meats need more flavor, but this is about as close to Mexican as you will find in Stuttgart so it's a good option.

Sehr lecker, gesund und vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen Bowl-/Salat-Anbietern noch bezahlbar. Die Bowls und Salate kann man aus einer großen Auswahl selbst zusammenstellen, alles schmeckt sehr frisch und lecker. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier auf jeden Fall! Wir waren schon einige Male essen bei Burreatos und kommen immer wieder gerne.

Здесь можно попробовать как буриньо так и салаты и боули. Можно намешать что и как тебе это захочется. Очень вкусный буриньо с рисом кориандр с черными бобами и говядиной! Мясо бесподобное! Так же можно выбрать соус. К чипсикам подается гуакамоле. Всегда берем меню и наедаемся до отвала. Кстати напиток с арбузом очень понравился.

Der Chicken-Burreato war sehr lecker. Leider konnte man ihn sehr schlecht essen, weil er so voll gefüllt war. Die Chips erinnerten an Nachos. Preis Leistung stimmen. Ich war zum ersten Mal da, leider war die Mitarbeiterin hinter der Theke genervt von meinen Rückfragen.

Bowls und Burritos sind toll, aber das Personal hinter der Theke nimmt einem mit seiner von der Arbeit angewiderten Art die Lust am Wiederkommen. Wirklich noch nie so eine Genervtheit erlebt. Sehr schade für den Laden...

Alles wird ganz frisch nach den Wünschen zusammengestellt und es schmeckt einfach immer sehr gut. Manchmal stehen die Kunden bis auf die Straße, aber das Warten lohnt sich und es geht dann doch immer erstaunlich schnell. Ein tolles Mittagessen unter 10 Euro

Die besten Wraps der Stadt, auch vegan und immer lecker. Ich gehe oft und gerne hin. Die Wraps sind gut gefüllt, man wird mehr als satt. Salate zum selbst zusammenstellen gibts auch.

Die Burritis waren ganz o. k., auch wenn sie etwas kalt waren. Natürlich kein Vergleich zu Mexiko. Schade ist, dass hier beim Zubereiten Aluminium-Folie verwendet wird.

I really enjoyed my bowl there, the veggetarian was really good you cam choose the ingredients of you bowl which is great. The only thing tjey coul improve, stop the plastic cub for the souce you serve with the nachos. I would comw back for having a quick burrito or bowl instead of going to amy other fastfood restaurant.

Πραγματικά αυτά που φάγαμε ήταν όλα τέλεια, απλά θα ήθελα να έχουν πιο πικάντικες σάλτσες γιατί εγώ προσωπικά δεν κατάλαβα τπτ από αυτές που είχανε!!! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφθώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία να το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα...

Das Essen ist o. k., eine Alternative zu McDonald’s oder Döner. Leider aber auch nicht mehr. Die Mädels an der Theke hatten es leider auch nicht drauf, wir haben excotic chicken & classic Rind bestellt, es wurden erstmal die Aufkleber verwechselt, dann chicken ohne exotic souce serviert. Der laden war fast leer, also auch kein stress.

Das Burreatos wurde von meiner Liste der Lieblings-Locations gestrichen. Als ich noch öfter beruflich in Stuttgart war, habe ich hier 2-4 Mal im Monat mit Kollegen/Freunden gegessen. Anfangs war alles sehr zufriedenstellend, flotter freundlicher Service, gute Portionen, frische Produkte, ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Bonuskarte (für mind. 50 Euro konsumieren und 1 Burrito oder Salat gratis bekommen). Wenn man bedenkt, dass man bei jedem Essen mit Getränk rund 10 Euro pro Person ausgibt, wäre das ein fairer Deal. ABER! Als wir (Gruppe 5 Erwachsene) beim letzten Besuch unser Bestellungen bezahlt hatten und unseren 10. Stempel abholen wollten, sagte uns der Mitarbeiter, dass die Bonuskarten nicht mehr gültig seien. Die Nachfrage warum und seit wann wurde mit Schulterzucken und einem lapidaren "Ist halt so." kommentiert. Das an sich ist schon ganz schön frech. Wir fragten dann bei seiner Kollegin, die schon längere Zeit dort arbeitet, nochmal nach. Diese erklärte uns, dass es das Bonuskarten-System schon seit über einem Jahr nicht mehr gäbe. Merkwürdig, denn unsere Karten wurden bei unserem vorletzten Besuch im Februar noch abgestempelt. Erneut hakten wir nach dem Grund nach, und die Dame erklärte uns, dass es vermehrt "Unregelmäßigkeiten" mit diesen Karten gegeben hätte... D.h. im Umkehrschluss, Einzelne (z.B. Mitarbeiter?) haben dieses System missbraucht, und alle regelmäßigen Gäste, die diese Bonuskarten regelkonform nutzen werden bestraft. Das Bonus-System abzuschaffen ist zwar die freie Entscheidung des Betriebsinhabers, zeigt aber auch, dass man an Kundenbindung nicht mehr interessiert ist oder sie nicht nötig hat. Allerdings hätte ich mindestens einen Vorschlag zur Kulanz erwartet, da uns ja nur noch ein einziger Stempel zum "Gratis-Burrito/-Salat" fehlte. Selbst ein einfacher Espresso wäre für uns schon als Zeichen der Wertschätzung okay gewesen. Fehlanzeige! Die Stuttgarter Gastro-Szene, die selbst im Fastfood-Sektor eher zu den hochpreisigen Örtlichkeiten gehört, lebt in der Innenstadt anscheinend nur noch von Laufkundschaft. Schade, aber dafür freut sich ein anderer, vielleicht etwas mehr motivierter und kundenfreundlicher Imbiss über neue Stamm-Kunden.

Very quite area, big delicious portions of good quality and so cheap. Whas much better than expected. Very healthy, cheap way of killing the hunger!
