The staff were helpful after some initial voucher issues. The food was okay, but I expected more. Otherwise, I agree with the previous reviewers – the place is very dark and dreary.

The staff seemed rather unmotivated and inexperienced. I had a stomachache afterwards.

I now prefer the bowl to the burritos. Very tasty and fresh!

Absolutely delicious and super freshly prepared! There are many options to choose from, and you can customize your burrito to your liking. The portions are generous, and the burrito costs under €10, which is truly great value. The staff was friendly, and everything was quick. I'll definitely be back; I can honestly only recommend it!

Super cool restaurant in Ludwigsburg, the meat is delicious and juicy. The portions are very generous. One of the employees gave us excellent information about the food. If I remember correctly, his name was "Saim." Thanks again! All in all, it was a wonderful experience, the food was delicious, and the staff were great... but they could have improved a bit on the ambiance. The restaurant isn't very inviting.

The shop is very unassuming from the outside and not very inviting. At first, we thought it was closed. The young employees aren't exactly bursting with energy or joie de vivre either. But the burritos are recommended for takeout and are truly delicious.

This restaurant has a very kind and relaxing vibe and service. The employees were absolutely amazing and patient. Food was supppeerrr yummyyy and filling!

We were actually planning on spending a relaxing lunch at Burreatos Ludwigsburg – the three of us, full of anticipation and even with some homework to do. We had dutifully checked the website beforehand because one of our group had a few food intolerances. It said they serve salads. Great, problem solved, off we went. Arriving at the restaurant, we ordered one after the other. Last of all was the person who had come along especially for the salads. When we asked about a salad, however, we got a curt "We don't have any!" Upon asking, we were given a somewhat reluctant explanation: Salad is only available in Stuttgart. It says so on the website. Spoiler alert: it isn't. We checked it again before and afterward. Of course, this initially causes long faces – and we think a simple notice on the website would really work wonders. Otherwise, you don't arrive full of anticipation and end up standing there looking stupid. As for the rest: The restaurant feels rather cold and dark inside, almost a bit like a cross between a movie theater foyer and a waiting room. The staff? A mixed bag—from genuinely nice to irritated and "please get through it quickly." My food tasted okay, and the nachos were solid. The sour cream, on the other hand, was so runny you could have drunk it—dip-dipped it with a lot of imagination. The taste was okay, though.

BURREATOS LUDWIGSBURG – Delicious, juicy burritos I visited the small shop yesterday and pre-ordered a chicken burrito, which also included rice and beans, by phone. The staff was friendly both over the phone and at the counter. The burrito was wrapped in aluminum foil and was still nice and warm when I picked it up. I was particularly impressed by the size and the generous filling – a single burrito is truly filling. The flavor was also excellent; all the components were clearly distinguishable, with nothing overpowered by a dominant ingredient. The flatbread used was nice and soft and gave the whole dish a well-rounded finish. For my personal taste, there could have been a little less rice and more chicken, but that's only a minor criticism. The shop itself seemed very clean and well-maintained, which further enhanced the positive overall impression. Overall, I'm very satisfied and can definitely recommend the restaurant. The price-performance ratio is also good, in my opinion.

I'm here on a business trip and this was my fourth time eating here. Today I tried this place. I was absolutely thrilled. The food is incredibly delicious. It's incredibly filling and, even for someone with a sensitive stomach, was very easy to digest. The dips that accompany the delicious chips were top-notch. The value for money is perfect. I definitely recommend it and it's a must-visit for anyone in Ludwigsburg.

Anyone who knows Chipotle from the USA will understand the principle. But here the ingredients are obviously fresh and special requests are also taken into account. It's really great for dinner, to take away or as a snack for lunch. It's not so nice that the door to the toilet is wide open. I'll be back. At the latest on my next business trip 👍🏼

I was there for the first time with a friend and we shared the Spicy Pork and the Exotic Chicken Burrito and they were the best first burritos you could have imagined. The seller was really friendly and also gave us recommendations. There are student prices and the prices are really good. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back🥰

As a Mexican, I think there are very few restaurants in the area that are similar to this one. I will return without a doubt.

A small restaurant with very nice service. We had the Spicy Pork and the Classic with Beef, both with everything on them as they are on the menu. We found the spicy pork to be very tasteless, but unfortunately we couldn't pick it up. We found the classic beef all the better. A really good mix of spiciness and fruity cocktail sauce. Next time we would just order extra meat here. Otherwise, both burreatos were well filled and fill you up. You can also add chips with cheddar sauce. There wasn't a long wait, everything was done quickly and freshly and the advice was also great. However, the beer I took with me was expired...it still didn't taste that bad.

Totally unfriendly salesman who doesn't care about the guests. There was no hello or anything. The portions are crap, there was only half a spoonful of meat. When I asked that I had been a customer for years, I only received an unfriendly answer. I will never visit the store again.

I like the food there, the staff is nice but I think it's absolutely cheeky to charge €9.50 for it. They ask themselves why, well I'll explain that to you. I was there before everyone knew about this food and there were no problems but now suddenly Make the bare minimum of meat and beans in this borrito. It's a shame because it was always super tasty, but now I think it's really crappy to make something like that, because it's not filling if there's no meat on it. You have to imagine that a burito has 500g and at most 40g of that is meat. What a cheek because I really liked the shop.

Southern California native here. This place is hands down the best burrito place I’ve had in my years being in Southern Germany. I had a beef classic burrito and it was pretty astounding - seriously. 10/10, definitely recommend.

One of my absolute favorite places for lunch in the city. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good (and reasonably priced as well). While the place is nice the atmosphere could be improved. Music can be quite loud (which is good for privacy but not for hanging out) and it has a takeaway vibe (which I don't mind at all). The only reason why this placed isn't packed with people is probably because time between order and serving takes less than 2 minutes :D (seriously maybe it's still somewhat of a secret gem, but I'd recommend eating here anytime)

The selection isn't huge and the food isn't bad, but it could definitely be a little fresher. But in itself very satisfactory, especially the prices are relatively fair. Definitely recommended for a quick lunch or dinner.

I've been here a few times and ordered takeaway. So far the quality is good and I can recommend it to everyone. But something urgently needs to be done about the service quality. It can't be that when you enter the store, both service staff are on their cell phones and don't even look at you, even if you're standing at the counter and waiting.

We went for lunch quite spontaneously and ordered two menus. A menu with a burrito and a menu with a bowl. Both times we chose the pulled beef. The meat and black beans were delicious. However, the rice wasn't particularly fresh and individual grains of rice were so dried out that they were unpleasantly hard when eaten. There was also way too much sauce on the bowl. In addition to a drink, the menu also includes chips and dip. However, we didn't like the chips at all. We didn't like the crunch or the spice.

I ordered the mini burrito and it tasted amazing my mother got a bowl and she said it was really good, 5 stars to the food was amazing and filling service 5 stars cause it was fast and atmosphere 4 stars cause the seats did feel a little hard. Overall 4 stars would go again!

On my last visit to the restaurant, I thought my burrito could have used a little more seasoning and flavor. It's possible that it's not the restaurant's standard and maybe it was just a bad day. A stronger choice of spices could improve the dish. I'm looking forward to giving the restaurant another chance and seeing how it develops.

There are some Mexican chains and I unfortunately have to say that the fajita flatbread is served in some kind of plastic container, which I personally don't find inviting. Nevertheless, it was really a lot and super tasty and that's what counts!

We have been regular visitors to Burreatos since it opened and unfortunately the quality seems to have suffered over this period. How do I determine this? [1] The rice, which is very dried out already at lunchtime (sometimes the rice is still or again hard), [2] the beans, for which the sauce no longer exists and [3] some of the service staff no longer know the word "hello" or how to be nice to a customer. The service staff is at least not rude, but it no longer feels inviting.

Das Konzept von Burreatos ähnelt dem von Subway nur eben mit Burritos. Ich finde die Burritos super lecker und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Zutaten. Die Guacamole finde ich besonders gut. Die Zubereitung geht auch schnell. Auch vegetarisch schmecken sie gut.

If you come from the US, you will easily recognize this place as a knock off Chipotle. So similar that it almost feels like a copyright violation. Everything from the circular logo, the atmosphere, the seats and tables, the decorations, the choices of foods, and the way you order. Everything is the same except the food tastes very bland and disappointing compared to Chipotle. I only give it 2 stars by the off chance that theyre a branch of the same company as Chipotle and they're not just a knock off. As a Mexican American, all the similarities to Chipotle gave me high expectations that were not even close to being met and was left disappointed. Though, I can see people that dont have these expectations liking it, so to each their own.

Nachdem wir von Stuttgart nach Ludwigsburg gezogen sind, haben wir uns sehr gefreut, dass wir auch in Ludwigsburg einen Burreatos haben. Gutes, hochwertiges Essen und eine einmalige Cheddar Soße :)

Ich hatte diesmal die Beef Bowl, beim ersten Mal einen Pork Burrito. Hab schon deutlich besser mexikanisch gegessen. Ich könnte jetzt wahnsinnig viele Worte darüber verlieren, dass alles einfach insgesamt so mittel ist, aber das bringt es dann doch schon ganz gut auf den Punkt. Alles in allem schmeckt es okay. Es ist alles eine Ecke zu generisch, gibt ein convenience-Gefühl und die Saucen waren mir zu lasch vom Geschmack. Der Service war aber top, freundlich und schnell.

Ich war schon mehrmals dort und die Burritos sind lecker. Aber der Service lässt leider echt zu wünschen übrig. Burritos und Preise sind stark abhängig von demjenigen der sie zubereitet. Bei dem einen Mal musste ich bspw. Käsesoße und Jalapenos extra zahlen, bei dem anderen Mal wiederum nicht. Negativer Abschluss war aber mein letzter Besuch. Meine Kollegin und ich haben genau das gleiche bestellt, erneut von unterschiedlichen Person zubereitet. Mein Burrito war aber nahezu die Hälfte kleiner. Nachdem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, hat die eh schon unfreundliche Bedienung nur mit den Augen gerollt und die nächste Bestellung gestartet. Erst nachdem ich erneut erwähnt habe, dass ich das so nicht ok finde, hat sich der Kollege eingeschalten und mir einen neuen zubereitet. Sorry aber sowas geht gar nicht...werden deshalb nicht mehr in der Mittagspause vorbeikommen.

Das Essen war tatsächlich sehr gut und vor allem preislich konnte ich mich nicht beschweren, da ich leider aufgrund der großen Auswahl ein wenig Schwierigkeiten hatte mich zu entscheiden habe ich die Mitarbeiterin mit den Rotlichen Haaren gefragt ob sie mir einfach etwas machen kann was sie persönlich lecker findet und dass hat sie dann auch. Allgemein war das Personal extrem freundlich, der Ort war schön, das essen war sehr gut und ziemlich günstig. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ich LIEBE es!!!!😍😍 Kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen. Ich esse dort immer ein Buritto den ich selber zusammenstellen kann. Man kann zwischen vielen lecker Zutaten sowie Soßen auswählen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Mittlerweile gibts sogar eine Stempelkarte ;)
