Ordered food for delivery. Delivery time should be 45-50 minutes. After less than 30 minutes the food was already there. And it tasted good too. The delivery driver was very friendly and the order was taken friendly over the phone. I will happily order here again and visit the restaurant if necessary.

I'm disappointed that the food was lukewarm and very dry.

No trace of quality. And you can taste it. We don't order food there anymore.

We had a kebab and a salad with chicken breast strips - both tasted good. The prices are normal. Particularly positive: The food was served quickly. The drinks served by the glass were a bit stale.

Ordered for the second time... And the last time... Delivery time was given as an hour but it arrived after just 30 minutes... That was positive... Pizza went like this, it was better the last time... But edible... What I was very disappointed about was the kebab... The menu says chicken and veal... So in my opinion 95% chicken and only 5% veal... That wasn't meat either... It was mostly minced... So the cheapest thing you can use... And unfortunately that's how it tasted... It was old and dirty... a very disgusting aftertaste... Cannot be described... You have to try it yourself... The bread was good... the sauce was ok too but I was so disappointed with the meat... Very unfortunate... Please choose another supplier who takes pieces of meat and not minced meat... One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten... That was nothing...

Have ordered food. For us, baguettes are not baguettes but calzones and the dough in both of them was undercooked. Fries are soggy but that's no surprise considering the delivery time is 1 1/2 hours... Cheeseburgers are also very, very lean. We won't order again

I've been getting pizzas, kebabs and especially lahmacun there for years. At the beginning they were based in a neighboring town, they were already great there, when they moved to Burgtor, I moved with them as a customer. For me, the quality, quantity and price of the dishes are right, I won't miss it. The tone is not for everyone... warm, friendly, nice, personal, almost friendly... I feel welcome there. I still have one little thing... once or three times a month I get Lahmacun there for my colleagues, including former ones (they then come specifically to pick it up), also for years, now there are almost 60 on my list (1 per km, castle gate to work approx. 60 km) who are looking forward to it, fortunately not everyone orders at once. Whatever it is, building and maintaining a customer base (with customers from up to 80/90 km away), I think it speaks for itself. Thanks to the employees at the castle gate. You can argue about taste... so try it out for yourself and remember... Mistakes can happen and one day is not like the other, not even in the castle gate... So now I've written a lot about my impression, my opinion... now it's your turn.

Essen tip top, Preis - Leistung super!

Haben jetzt zum 2ten mal dort essen bestellt. Einmal selbst geholt und Einmal liefern lassen. Das Ambiente Vorort is echt schön und das Personal mega freundlich. Das Essen is ein Traum. Mega lecker und extrem viel für den günstigen Preis. Lieferzeit war auch perfekt. Definitiv unsere neue lieblings Anlaufstelle für Döner,Pizza usw.

Essen war sehr lecker, trotz Lieferung heiß,Fahrer nett,werden da jetzt öfter Bestellen.

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut! Wir hatten eine Pizza, einen Burger und ein Schnitzel und alle Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet und lecker. Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig und preislich angemessen, so dass wir alle sehr satt waren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service im Restaurant. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und kenntnisreich und hat uns bei der Auswahl unserer Gerichte hervorragend geholfen. Er beantwortete alle unsere Fragen zu den Gerichten. Die Pizza war perfekt gebacken. Der Burger war saftig und die Pommes waren knusprig und perfekt gewürzt. Das Schnitzel war zart. Alle Gerichte waren perfekt zubereitet und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles in allem war das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Wir können dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
