Burgmann's in Weilheim an der Teck

The takeout burger today was amazing. The accompanying potato slices were equally delicious. The whole family was happy.

On Friday evening we were able to enjoy a wonderful event with good wine and excellent cuisine. Our friends invited us to Weilheim especially for this event and we are very grateful to them. It was worth every penny. For every gourmet from near and far. Burgmann's is worth a trip. The reviews speak for themselves. An early reservation could be advantageous. ;) Gastronomy made of passion and love. You can feel that.

We were here yesterday with friends for the first time. From the moment you walk in, you feel completely at home. A truly beautifully decorated restaurant with lots of little touches. Jesse Burgmann is very attentive, totally uncomplicated, and probably always has a few lighthearted jokes ready. You feel at home from the very first moment, and you immediately know: "I'll always be happy to come back here." :-)))) Our meal (3 different dishes) was fantastic and prepared with lots of love :-))) We'll be back very soon! And if we didn't live in NT, we would definitely be regulars here :-))) Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Best restaurant in the area - we are very happy to have it nearby and have only ever known such high-quality, fantastic cuisine from major cities. Small, weekly changing menu and we think it's particularly nice that emphasis is also placed on organic food (great Demeter wines are also included).

We really enjoy going to Burgmanns 🤎 The prices reflect the quality, but they're worth every penny 🤎 The menu changes weekly, is very clear, and there's always something to eat. They also serve lunch, but unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of that due to the distance. But it's supposed to be very good, too.

You'll be happy to come back here - that's exactly how a restaurant should be! Small weekly changing menu - products and dishes at a very high level. Very cleanly crafted, with the matching wines it's really a real treat. Service is great, knows everything about everything. One of the best addresses in the Esslingen district. The price is a bit high, but worth every cent. I would love to see more of such good restaurants - keep it up!

Very tasty 🤤. Good and exceptional food. I think a selection of 3 starters, main courses and dessert is great because the chef can concentrate on that and you can taste it. I think the “weekend closed” concept is absolutely great for the staff. This is how you can maintain quality. I can highly recommend the lunch menu and quickly pre-ordered it via WhatsApp. My rating: the best restaurant in the district 👍

We wanted to go somewhere else to eat that day, unfortunately the restaurant was closed that evening. Quickly looked around where else we could go. So we went into Burgmann’s. We received a warm welcome and were asked to first look at the cards to see if there was something for us and our young man (7). I was immediately excited because it was a nice little selection. So you weren't overwhelmed by the many different dishes and many variations. Our two young companions 16 and 17 Assen Burger and Tagiatelle were very tasty, the special fries which I also ordered. I also had my burger with a small additional vegan dish to try (unfortunately that wasn't my cup of tea). Then we tried it out Got tiramisu and it blew us away. Had to order two more. This is highly recommended!!! Food was definitely top. Service very helpful! Ambiance very nicely decorated. Getting a table for 5 spontaneously during the week was also great. Definitely worth a try for gourmets.

Small local map. Very good service and the food came at the same time for the large group and was excellently prepared. The atmosphere is very cozy and yet chic. I really enjoyed it and liked it.

Went to Burgmanns this evening for our 8th month anniversary and were more than positively surprised! Great atmosphere and very nice hosts, food was incredibly delicious, had a great chat with one of the owners and had a very, very nice evening! We would be happy to come back at any time and we would highly recommend it!! 5 stars plus

Was soll ich sagen..... grandios, wie immer

Selten solch ein authentisches, gutes, geschmacksintensives und herausragendes Essen gegessen. Sympathischer Gastwirt hat sich hervorragend in regionale und auch zum großen Teil Bioküche ausgelebt. Freut jeden Gaumen der mehr als nur ein Sättigungsgefühl ausgelöst haben möchte! Danke für den schönen Abend!

Immer wieder toll hier etwas Neues auszuprobieren, wo es sonst nirgends gibt. Ein Gaumenschmaus!! Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Das Burgmann‘s mit seinem Chef Jesse wurde in kürzester Zeit zu meinem absoluten Lieblingsladen überhaupt. Der Mittagstisch ist vom Feinsten, zu einem immernoch sehr fairen Preis. „2 good 2 go“ wird ebenfalls angeboten. -> Hier passt einfach alles zusammen: die Menschen die dort arbeiten, die Gäste, die Qualität des Essens & vorallem die Restaurant-Philosophie. Ganz ganz großes (Gourmet)Kino! 5*

Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Karte variiert mindestens jede Woche. Daher einfach Überraschen lassen und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Das Burgmann's hat uns mit herausragender Qualität, nachhaltigem Konzept und perfektem Service überzeugt. Die Karte wechselt wöchentlich. Es gibt 3 Vorspeisen, 3 Hauptspeisen und 1 Dessert. Die kleine Karte unterstreicht dabei die Philosophie des Inhabers: Weniger Gerichte = frischere Ware & einfachere Mengenplanung = geringere Lebensmittelverschwendung. Wirklich sehr Herzlich , habe mich gefühlt wie wenn man sich schon länger kennen würde . Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich und vor allem das Personal und das Essen sind 10/10 mit 🌟 🤩 wirklich sehr Empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne sind einfach zu wenig. Der Empfang ist herzlich und freundlich. Das Ambiente gemütlich und das Feeling sogar familiär. Das Essen fantastisch und das Konzept top für Angestellte und Kunde. Für mich absolutes Goldstück. Ich komme wieder!!!!!!!!

Leckeres Essen, toller Service - immer ein Erlebnis!

Kleines, nettes Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist modern, hat aber nichts "heimeliges". Die Küche ist bodenständig und ehrlich, sehr wenige Gerichte, aber gekonnt und schmackhaft. Preis eher an der oberen Grenze. Service sehr freundlich und auch aufmerksam.

Aufgrund der guten Googlerezessionen war ich hier und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich hatte vegetarisch den Kürbis mit Ziegenkäse und es war wirklich der Knaller. Ei einfaches Gericht mit wenigen Zutaten, bezahlbar und hübsch angerichtet. Eine klare Empfehlung meinerseits. Ich komme sicher wieder, wenn ich geschäftlich in der Nähe sein sollte. Ich konnte sogar per Paypal bezahlen!

Fantastisches Essen in schönen Räumen, sympathische Menschen

Wonderful restaurant. Clean bright and inviting decor puts one in a good mood. The owners are very friendly and engaging making you feel like an honored family member Then the food is original and fantastic! The steak tartare was creative paired with a delicious pesto. This was our appetizer but frankly I could have made it my meal. The small salad was delicious with a citrusy house dressing. So fresh and colorful. Our main course was delicious and fresh, extremely tender and flavorful venison like I have not experienced done so well. We heard they are also famous for burgers!! During the peak Covid crisis they made popular gourmet burgers for pick up. The line wound down the road. Find this hidden gem and enjoy the most pleasant evening and remarkable meal. I speak German but found that the owner Jesse speaks flawless english, my native tongue. So this is an excellent place for visitors around Stuttgart to make the trip out to Weilheim - can’t wait to go back.

In das Burgmann's habe ich mich schockartig verliebt. Von der internationalen Berliner Food-Szene kommend tue ich mich mit dem eingebrannten Kartoffelsalat/Wurstsalat/Rostbraten-Horizont der Stammschwaben mehr als schwer. Das Burgmann's hat damit nichts zu tun. Die Karte wechselt wöchendlich komplett. Es gibt jeweils 3 Vorspeisen, 3 Hauptspeisen, 1 Dessert. Saisonal und frisch eingekauft, frisch gekocht, keine Convenience, keine (bzw. wenige) Abkürzungen. Nicht alles ist immer perfekt, aber manches ist in überraschender Weise so gut dass man kaum glauben mag gerade nicht am rustikalen Küchentisch eines Besternten zu sitzen. Die Handschrift der liebenswürdigen foodaffinen Inhaber und die Passion der 3 Köche/Köchinnen ist auf jeden Teller present. Ein Höhenflug ohne gelegentliche kleine (ev. nur von wenigen wahrgenommenen) Luftlöcher wäre für dieses gut besuchte Restaurant wohl kein Problem wenn genügend weiterführende Inspiration aus dem Publikum heraus stattfinden würde. Die Region kann man nicht ändern, die dankbaren Gäste lieben ihr Burgmann's und ich habe mich der Schar der Verehrer angeschlossen. Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf das Abendessen.

Never change a winning team! Holen uns mittlerweile regelmäßig die veggie Burger mit den bekannten Kartoffelscheiben und wurden bisher nicht enttäuscht. Bestellung über WhatsApp bequem und einfach. Wartezeit beim Abholen geht zügig und das Essen immer frisch und lecker :) Freuen uns auf das nächste mal ;)
