The food wasn't anything special, just regular burgers and fries. There were three people serving: taking the order, bringing drinks, and bringing the food. For me, there was no one to talk to if I wanted to order anything else. Considering the wait time and the fact that they mainly offer burgers, 40 minutes on a Friday is a long wait. Especially since my child only got fries. I ordered takeout here quite often during the pandemic, but this time I wanted to try eating in because my daughter wanted something to eat after going to Westpark. That was my last time.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Burger Hearth. The food was cold when it arrived – the burgers and fries looked like they'd been sitting out for a while. Even worse, though, was the service: The waitress was rude and made us wait a full 25 minutes to pay, even though she served customers who arrived after us immediately. When we asked about it, she became even more snappy and simply ignored us. Such behavior is absolutely disrespectful to the customers. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Ordering a burger used to be so easy. These days, you get four different buns to choose from, but you have to hunt for the meat. There was no mustard to order, and the pulled pork burger was barely room temperature because the coleslaw seemed to have come straight from the fridge. A small portion for a lot of money, and nothing special taste-wise. The bun was crispy and crunchy, which made it crumbly when you chewed it, leaving an overall very dry impression.

I'm here for the free coffee and self-promotion. Five out of five stars to Mr.Blackmedia for the awesome video.

Since the takeover of Ruff's Burger, the quality and taste have deteriorated. The confirmed online reservation was not found at the restaurant. The fries are no longer the same. The vegetables on the burger were less flavorful. The buns were flatter. Overall, the burger seemed less caring and smaller than when Burgerheart itself was. The onion rings are apparently the same. The service was very friendly. There are now many places that offer burgers, and I have to say that some surpass the current quality of Burgerheart (Ruff's Burger).

I would and will continue to visit this place, even after it was taken over by the competition. I don't think I'd go so far as to say these are the best burgers in town - BUT: After what is often an unfortunately long wait, you get a solid American-style meal here, chosen from a well-stocked digital menu. The homemade lemonades, sauces, and dips are also really delicious. Overall, Burgerheart at Westpark in Audistadt is a recommendation that shouldn't be missed 👍🏻☺️ 🍔.

We were a large group with a reservation. Unfortunately, the service didn't meet our expectations: The dishes were served in pairs, sometimes with considerable intervals, forcing most of us to eat alone. It was particularly disappointing that one dish was completely forgotten despite repeated requests. Therefore, in our opinion, the restaurant is unfortunately not suitable for groups. Since we regularly dine with larger groups, this will be taken into account in future planning – we can't imagine a return visit.

We waited varying amounts of time for our burgers, some of which were served cold despite the long wait. We waited another half hour for dessert and coffee.

Worms discovered in burger!!! I was at Burgerheart Westparkzentrum and ordered the vegan burger "The Berlin Mitte." After taking a few bites, I realized the patty was riddled with worms. The burger was then cleared away by the waiter, and although I was served a new one, I didn't touch it again for understandable reasons. The entire incident is extremely disturbing to me and indicates serious hygiene deficiencies. What's particularly frightening is the idea that other guests could have been affected without even noticing. I wasn't alone there; three other people witnessed the incident. It's clear to me that something like this should never happen in a restaurant. I would therefore like to expressly warn other guests and hope that appropriate checks are urgently being carried out here to protect the health of the customers. Unfortunately, I didn't react quickly enough and didn't take any photos as evidence, as I was understandably shocked.

I went to Burgerhearth and I'm absolutely thrilled! The burgers are not only fresh and delicious, but also perfectly prepared – juicy meat, fresh ingredients, and truly great flavor combinations. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love. A very special shout-out goes to Chris – the best employee! Chris greeted us in a super friendly manner, was attentive, warm, and made us feel immediately welcome. Such a positive attitude is rare, and it simply makes the visit that much more enjoyable. Bottom line: If you want to enjoy really good burgers in a great atmosphere, this is the place to go. Thanks to Chris, this was a real highlight for us – we'll definitely be back!

I waited 45 minutes and my order still wasn't there. If I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have known it wasn't coming. I don't recommend it at all.

We were here on a Saturday evening and got a table relatively quickly (with a reservation). That was about it in terms of speed. Unfortunately, it took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken, and the food apparently took another 40 minutes to prepare. Guests who were seated next to us but arrived later had their food at their tables before us. The burgers were tasty, but the sweet potato fries were unfortunately burnt. The sauce we mistakenly ordered was immediately deducted from our bill. We wouldn't come back without the voucher book, but I think the value for money is okay.

Very expensive, the service was rude. We ordered two burgers and two Red Bulls and got one burger and one Red Bull. We waited 45 minutes for it, and it tasted like a McDonald's burger for €5, and one Red Bull costs €4.50. The cheeseburger costs €11.40 and is nothing special.

It took ages for no one to come and get our food or drinks. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the drinks alone, and the food took another 40 minutes. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold. Both the burgers and fries weren't even lukewarm. There was a bug crawling around on my plate, but I have to admit I don't know if it came from the burger or from outside (we were sitting outside). In any case, this was the third time in a row that we had to wait forever for our food, and it ended up getting cold.

Terrible service, the restaurant wasn't full (3 tables occupied), and we had to wait forever for our food and to pay. No tip.

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The rolls seemed old and dry, the meatballs were unfortunately over-fried and therefore a bit dry. The side dishes were okay, the fries with bacon also tasted good. The packaging was attractive and aesthetic.

When we picked it up, we emphasized again that there had to be eight burgers - the staff replied: "We don't have time for that now." We then went through the order again without the staff there and noticed that a burger was missing. We then spoke to the staff, but the reaction was sobering: the wait for the missing burger would take 20 minutes. The food available still tasted good.

No apology, no accommodation - instead we were treated rudely. This is not how you treat paying customers. Mistakes can happen, but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference - and unfortunately it was miserable here.

We ordered 8 burgers for 8 people over the phone, I specifically asked on the phone that the order be repeated so that nothing was missing. When we picked it up, we asked again whether everything in the order was there and was only rudely told that there was “no time for that now”… After we noticed that unfortunately a burger was missing, no apology was given and no solution was found - instead we left with one less burger and in a bad mood. The lack of professionalism in this situation was unfortunately very disappointing as a solution could certainly have been found :(

It took a long time for the food to arrive. This is different at other Burger Heart branches.

I have been a guest at Burgerheart am Westpark several times, both in the restaurant on site and with online ordering for pickup. As good as the food is, there are unfortunately long waiting times. You order online for a time to pick up and still wait outside for about 15-20 minutes and that's not an exaggeration! In my opinion, this isn't possible at all! I order for pickup at least twice a month and I can't remember when Burgerheart had the food prepared on time. Right now I've been waiting for my order at the pickup window for 20 minutes. I am writing this review due to the accumulation of missed times on the part of Burgerheart.
