Super nice staff, fast service and a modern atmosphere. The price/quantity ratio could be a little better, but I guess not everyone can eat as much as I can. The bottom line is that we like to go there often. Definitely recommended.

The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. The fact that there is no paper menu and can only be accessed via mobile phone takes some getting used to. Drinks were served promptly. We were a group of 10 people and had to wait almost an hour for our food, and not everyone got their food at the same time. Therefore, one star deducted.

I recently went to this burger joint and loved it! The burgers are not only incredibly tasty and fresh, but also perfectly prepared. The ingredients are of high quality and you can simply taste that they cook with love here. Special praise goes to Celina – her service was simply outstanding! She was super friendly, attentive and made sure we felt completely comfortable. You won't find such warm and professional service everywhere. If you haven't been here yet, you've definitely missed something! The burgers? Good to bite into - juicy, perfectly grilled and with toppings that would turn even a rabbit into a meat lover. The fries? Crispier than my New Year's resolutions after a week! The absolute highlight: waitress Celina! Friendly, quick and always with a smile! Conclusion: food top, service top, Celina top – we’ll definitely be back! PS: The cheesecake was great!

Totally nice restaurant, but unfortunately the food is just so-so. We recently ordered burgers with sweet potato fries. The fries came cold. We also got new ones. Unfortunately, it wasn't until we had finished our burgers for a while. I find it very stupid. But the fries were super tasty. The burger is so-so and if you're really hungry you're definitely not. Considering the price, I wouldn't go there again.

We ordered food to be picked up from Burgerheart in Ingolstadt and waited in front of the pick-up window for a full 20 minutes until someone finally served us (the waitresses clearly noticed us). The food sat around during this time and was therefore ice cold afterwards. Next time maybe just specify different pickup times if the store is full or maybe just rethink the concept of the pickup window and have a few people mainly dedicated to serving guests at the window. A person in front of us waited even longer for his food at the window and then after a while another person who picked it up went into the restaurant to draw attention to himself - but he was then sent back to the window Insane impudence, especially since the prices aren't the cheapest and you don't really have an edible meal afterwards. Never again

It's been a long time since I've been to Burgerheart with my partner. Unfortunately, we were both disappointed with the food. First of all we had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers and secondly they were a flop in terms of taste. The burgers and fries were no longer lukewarm when they arrived at the table and some of the ingredients on the burgers were burnt. The ambience is good, but unfortunately it is very loud in the rooms, so you can hardly have a conversation with the other person. The service is still very friendly.

We were there for dinner today (again), as always very tasty and great service. Even during the week there is always a lot going on. We can highly recommend the fries with guacamole, tomato and sour cream topping. Special praise goes to our waitress, Chris. The voucher book was also accepted without any problems.

Unfortunately not much has changed since my review on August 24!! At that time we already complained that the burgers were really only lukewarm and we had to wait a really long time to pay, and that no one asked if we wanted another drink and we then received an apology from the owner via the Google review, and that too that this won't happen again and we would like to be able to convince ourselves of it again!!! Yesterday we decided to test the whole thing again and made a reservation via Quandoo at 8:15 p.m. So far everything was going well then we had to wait a bit until we could order our food and drinks!!! We ordered a Killer Kowalski I with normal fries and a Chuck Norris Burger with normal fries and ketchup and as a drink there was a hibiscus lemonade and blueberry honey lemonade. The first disappointment came with the drinks because they only use syrup, but there is no fruit in the glass, so you can snack on it! Then it took a really long time for our burgers and fries to arrive and unfortunately nothing has changed since my review in August, because the burgers and this time unfortunately also the fries were only lukewarm again!!! I had already drunk my lemonade halfway through the burger and no one even asked if we wanted anything else to drink, because no one came!!! After we had eaten it took about 10 to 15 minutes until the dishes were cleared away and again we were not asked if we would like to drink something else!!! After another 10 minutes, we heard a waitress who walked past us and ignored us despite a hand signal, saying that we would like something more to drink and that we would also like to pay, but she just flinched briefly and kept walking!!! Another 5 minutes later we tried again to order drinks and pay, but the lady said the colleague would do it straight away and what can I say, no one came!!! But she spoke to the colleague she was pointing to, who was just a table away from us, and pointed at us! After the table where he had just cashed in, this colleague then went to a next table with a large number of people and also cashed in completely here, where we thought he would finally come to us after that and no, of course it wasn't him Case, because he then disappeared into the kitchen and when he came in our direction he turned off again, cashed in on another table and then disappeared here too to get receipts to bring them to the table too! So when we had been waiting for well over 40 minutes to finally be able to pay, because we certainly didn't feel like having any more drinks, the employee said that we had to collect another table with a lot of guests and then I'd really had enough that I confronted him in front of the guests!!! Only then were we finally cashed in and received an apology, but we were not offered any compensation or small reparation!!!!

Three of us went there for burgers. Nothing special at all, the burgers are overpriced and just average in taste. Frozen patties are simply tasteless. Price performance across the board, too high for this well performance. Service was very friendly, but not particularly on point. All in all, there are much better burger places to spend your money. Once was definitely enough for us.

Have been here many times, the food is great every time! Despite a few extra requests at our table, everything was served correctly, service is actually always pretty good. On Saturday evenings you just have to take a little more time because it's always completely full here, but times are still okay Satisfied every time and would love to come back again and again👍

After 1 1/2 hours we still didn't get any food and then the waitress came and apologized that unfortunately our food was given to someone else and it still took 5 minutes until we got ours. We still waited for half an hour afterwards.

The ventilation systems are super cold, and the "to go" offer is apparently accessible via a window - in winter it is simply far too cold with the cold air from above and the window constantly being opened. The service and the employees are quite nice and on point. The food is really not worth the money - if you expect a super hyped large burger for the price, you're definitely wrong here. Tastes quite good, but really small and hardly recognizable. You can definitely do it yourself quite well. All in all, I'm really surprised that the restaurant is so extremely busy..

This is the worst store I have ever experienced. The waiting times are an absolute disgrace - as if you had never heard of organization or respect for customers' time here. It's ridiculous how unprofessionally the store is run. After we had to wait at the entrance for 15 minutes to get a seat, we sat there for another 25 minutes without speaking to an employee. And that at a moderately crowded restaurant. Apparently only incompetent people work here who have neither interest nor knowledge of their job. Never again.

My go-to burger restaurant in the area. Delicious burgers, good side dishes and a sufficient selection of burgers, dishes, etc. Prices are reasonable, although I think the burgers should be a little bigger. Otherwise everything is quite good!

Sweet potatoes melted together. Waiter informed, food didn't come back to our table from the kitchen after 5 minutes. The burgers looked the same and cold as before. The fries aren't any better either. We ate it anyway. When we paid to see if everything was okay, we were told again that we were very disappointed. After trying to explain, we got the answer that he didn't know what to say and left. We couldn't get hold of anyone to pay, which took a long time. You pay a lot of money to eat out these days, so at least everything should be okay. The fact that a "supposedly" warmed-up meal is brought back to the table is a disgrace at this price. You should have started with a decent warm new burger. Sorry, out of our house!

Normally we like to order here, but today we pre-ordered for self-collection, waited outside for 45 minutes for 2 burgers and one fries. When asked, they always said it was still taking time. We're happy to understand if it takes a little longer, but that was definitely too much. When we got home it was just a little warm. After the exertions, to make matters worse, I found my burger with a wrong bun! Lye instead of brioche, although I don't even like lye that much. All in all, a real disappointment today. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they order here or not. 😊

Simply bomb! Burger (pulled pork) was awesome! Homemade iced teas simply taste fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We were there the evening before an event and everything was fully booked. The lady at the door was a bit overwhelmed but the staff at the table and the waitress were extremely friendly! Great atmosphere, modern and cozy. Great!

We've been to Burgerheart at Westpark several times. The last few times the waiting time was always critical, but yesterday it was extremely long and the burger was no longer warm. The taste is always very good and so is the quality, so we will come back and hope that the problems will have been solved by then. According to the service, the kitchen was not well organized and then overwhelmed on a public holiday. I can believe that, we had that impression too. Me and my girlfriend's favorite restaurant. We go here regularly and are thrilled every time The food tastes great, it doesn't take long to arrive and the atmosphere inside is very nice. The waitresses have always been super friendly so far. You don't need anything more when you go to the restaurant.

"Needs improvement" We came with a voucher that was not accepted because it was a public holiday. But it was neither on the menu nor on the internet. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our food because the pick-up service was given priority despite the restaurant being full. Every table around us was complaining or loudly considering running to McDonald's. We were able to order another round of drinks after we had already been sitting there for half an hour without drinks. When we finally got the food, we said that we would like to pay immediately, but we then waited another 40 minutes

My original review was once pretty much immediately after the store opened. So it's time to correct this further upwards. Over the years, Burgerheart has become my favorite restaurant when it comes to burgers. The BBQ pulled pork burger is unrivaled for me. Combined with the delicious fries and the fantastic BBQ sauce, there's just not much that comes close. Add the homemade watermelon iced tea and I'm happy. Alternatively, you can also try the ingenious chicken fingers, which are fantastic. The service is now also top and so the only minimal point of criticism on site remains that, in my opinion, the lighting is too dark. I know it's considered modern, but I don't like it. But if that's the only thing to criticize, then a store has done something right. Chapeau.

Very nice location inside and out. The food of course, burgers are very good. Had Chuck Noris with sweet potato fries. Happy hour only from 5 p.m. on certain cocktails. Here you can shorten or lengthen the waiting time for the cinema. Absolutely recommended!

We came to Burgerheart today on Sunday, not all the tables were occupied but the restaurant was absolute chaos. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food and were not informed of the long waiting time when we were allocated a table or when we ordered. When our food came, I found a hair in my daughter's Kids Burger. When I told the waitress, she said she could order me something new, but we would then have to wait forever because the kitchen processed the orders in the order they were ordered. I find it a great disgrace not to even prioritize the guests and provide a new burger after a 3/4 hour wait due to a kitchen error!!!!!

The fries don't taste homemade, but rather straight out of the bag. The Crispy Chicken Burger consisted of 4 finger-sized breaded nuggets placed on a bland bun with lettuce. It's also a shame that there is "baking paper" underneath all the dishes. This makes me feel like I'm in a fast food restaurant and isn't environmentally friendly either. Unfortunately, the ambience is far too dark and, if you look closely, a bit unkempt.

I think the burgers are delicious and there is also a good selection for vegans. 😊 It's just super loud in the restaurant. So going out for a “relaxed” meal isn’t so much...

Really unfortunate. We ordered burgers with my friends and had to wait a total of 40 minutes to receive our order. It was really too long. I ordered a veggie burger and my colleague a classic burger. Before receiving my burger, I ask the waiter if it is vegetarian, and he confirms that it is. But in reality, I had received the burger from my friend! Luckily my friend noticed the mistake before I started eating. Then we ordered dessert, and we also had to wait 30 minutes! For a dessert already prepared… The price of the burgers was also high, especially since they came without fries. The food really wasn't worth the price, unfortunately…

Rating for Restaurant Bürgerhart in Ingolstadt Unfortunately, my visit to the Bürgerhart restaurant in Ingolstadt was not particularly pleasant. The service left a lot to be desired as our drinks were forgotten several times. The quality of the food also did not meet our expectations. Overall the experience was disappointing. But I will come back and hopefully be pleasantly surprised.

We ate at Burgerheart and said when paying that we had the Schlemmerblock Ingolstadt. This one couldn't be taken into account, their excuse was that we have to say it beforehand. According to a friend of ours, that's exactly how it worked for him. When we came to eat again after a few weeks, we announced that we had the gourmet block voucher. When we asked again about the billing, we were told that it had already been billed and everything was fine. When we received the bill that we asked for, as the price seemed very high despite the bill, it was absolutely not taken into account. We were offered, since it was not possible to reverse the card payment, that the boss would take care of it and contact us by email. No email ever came. Absolute rip off! If you want this voucher that doesn't bring anything, please contact us, we will no longer visit this store!

Ordered food at 8pm and the order was confirmed. 1 1/2 hours later I received a call saying that the checkout had just been completed and the order had to be canceled.

We were just eating here and sat down at 6:50 p.m. and ordered quite quickly. The drinks arrived promptly, but the food took until 8:10 p.m. to arrive and during this time we weren't even asked if we wanted anything else Wanted to drink even though we were all drunk. We wanted to go out for dinner with 3 people today at 9:10 p.m. Several waitresses looked at us until 9:30 p.m. But instead of serving us, private calls were made and others were served. The excuse was “we didn’t see you.” I will never set foot in this restaurant again. At the beginning the service was perfect. But it's wearing off! Fries were cold. The burger was lukewarm. Despite speaking to the waitress, there was no discount. I've been eating here often for 3 years now. But it's never been this bad.

I really enjoyed the evening there with my friends. I was able to order burgers without buns and my highlight was the homemade sugar-free pear and melon lemonade. I liked that very much.
