One of the best burgers I tried in Ingolstadt! Food 10/10 Restaurant 10/10 Service 10/10 I won't ever eat from anywhere else when I'm in mood for a burger 🙂

Really unfortunate. We ordered burgers with my friends and had to wait a total of 40 minutes to receive our order. It was really too long. I ordered a veggie burger and my colleague a classic burger. Before receiving my burger, I ask the waiter if it is vegetarian, and he confirms that it is. But in reality, I had received the burger from my friend! Luckily my friend noticed the mistake before I started eating. Then we ordered dessert, and we also had to wait 30 minutes! For a dessert already prepared… The price of the burgers was also high, especially since they came without fries. The food really wasn't worth the price, unfortunately…

A really nice restaurant with delicious food. Unfortunately the service was not satisfactory. You had to wait almost three quarters of an hour for an espresso and had the feeling that your order had been forgotten.

We ate at Burgerheart and said when paying that we had the Schlemmerblock Ingolstadt. This one couldn't be taken into account, their excuse was that we have to say it beforehand. According to a friend of ours, that's exactly how it worked for him. When we came to eat again after a few weeks, we announced that we had the gourmet block voucher. When we asked again about the billing, we were told that it had already been billed and everything was fine. When we received the bill that we asked for, as the price seemed very high despite the bill, it was absolutely not taken into account. We were offered, since it was not possible to reverse the card payment, that the boss would take care of it and contact us by email. No email ever came. Absolute rip off! If you want this voucher that doesn't bring anything, please contact us, we will no longer visit this store!

Ordered food at 8pm and the order was confirmed. 1 1/2 hours later I received a call saying that the checkout had just been completed and the order had to be canceled.

We were just eating here and sat down at 6:50 p.m. and ordered quite quickly. The drinks arrived promptly, but the food took until 8:10 p.m. to arrive and during this time we weren't even asked if we wanted anything else Wanted to drink even though we were all drunk. We wanted to go out for dinner with 3 people today at 9:10 p.m. Several waitresses looked at us until 9:30 p.m. But instead of serving us, private calls were made and others were served. The excuse was “we didn’t see you.” I will never set foot in this restaurant again. At the beginning the service was perfect. But it's wearing off! Fries were cold. The burger was lukewarm. Despite speaking to the waitress, there was no discount. I've been eating here often for 3 years now. But it's never been this bad.

I really enjoyed the evening there with my friends. I was able to order burgers without buns and my highlight was the homemade sugar-free pear and melon lemonade. I liked that very much.

Service: we had to wait a long time until a service came. But it wasn't even half full. We had to ask specifically for cutlery and napkins. Unfortunately the fries were completely over salted. The complaint about the over-salted fries was ignored and we paid the full price. Food: Fries inedible / burgers were ok / the iced tea was very good Ambience: it wasn't very busy, but the tables weren't clean or cleared. We have been here several times but the last visit was really not good. I don't know if we'll go there again, but the price/performance ratio is no longer right.

We only drank lemonade. It was very tasty, a bit sweet. The ambience is too dark for me personally, but that's a matter of taste. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but the food served through the restaurant looked delicious.

Ordered today Monday at 4:54 p.m. via Uber Eats. Food arrived almost 2 hours later. Of course it wasn't warm anymore and the fries were soggy. Had the Chuck Norris burger with it.

Burgers and loaded fries were very tasty. Unfortunately the lower frieze was completely soaked, the colleagues in Regensburg were able to do better! The ambience at the Westpark parking lot is rather difficult, but the inside is very chic. Service was quick and attentive at the beginning, but after a long wait we went in to pay.

Fabulous service. All of our complaints and problems were addressed and resolved immediately. Remained very friendly and polite. You don't experience that often! Price-performance is awesome. The burgers are really tasty. The only criticism is that there are no extra hot sauces or dips for people who like spicy food.

Burgers are rather average, portion is rather small. Ketchup and sauce (despite an additional order) was only served upon request.

Location is really nice, also great at Westpark. Staff was very friendly. Food was good. Had a vegetarian burger. But the price is really exaggerated. We used to come here often. Unfortunately, the food is no longer as good as it used to be, but it is really expensive. We won't be picking anything up anymore because the last few times the food was almost cold after a 7-minute drive, despite being picked up on time at the agreed time.

First of all, a huge compliment to the staff. Incredibly nice and accommodating. Our dog was also immediately given a water bowl. The facility is great. You feel very comfortable. The lighting is professionally dimmed and creates a homely, cozy atmosphere. The burgers taste good, and the side dishes (sweet potatoes and onions) were also good. All in all: we'll be back.

We have now eaten at Burgerheart in Ingolstadt at least 10 times over about 3 years. Things used to be so much better than they are now. When you have to wait forever for everything, whether it's drinks, food, or for someone to come over to see if everything is okay... So I thought it was nice. Standard citizen house as we normally know it. Nothing that knocks you off your feet. But sometimes standard is better than negative surprises. I would come again as the location is great. It's worth a visit.

Update: We have now been refunded the amount. We ordered there and the food was delivered lukewarm. The burgers were average and they forgot the sweet potato fries at over six euros. On the phone, the boss said that there was nothing he could do about it, because he certainly wouldn't go out for a few fries. We didn't get our money back. Been there again after a long time. I have to say extremely disappointed. We had 3 burgers (Cheesy, Chuck Norris and Surf & Turf) as well as 2x lemonade and 1x water, sweet potato and regular fries, 2x dip. for 70€!!. Burgers are now small, without a side dish and arrive on a tablet carelessly without any decoration. McDonald's sends its regards. Taste ok. No longer an option for me.

The Burgerheart Restaurant at Westpark has established itself in Ingolstadt over the years. The food tastes very tasty, the service is friendly and the style is also good. It's a bit of a shame that there's no free ketchup with the fries. The surcharge policy (e.g. dip €1.50) is not customer-friendly. The simple online service for reserving a table can also be positively highlighted!

Wait to be seated - unfortunately we waited for a small eternity. Until it got too colorful for me and we just went in. Wasn't a problem either. The concept is good in principle, but it should work. Ordering food - that took a while until someone stopped by. And surprise, we also waited a long time for the drinks. The food came seconds after the drinks. The burger was delicious, as were the dips. The fries weren't bad but not good either. Luckily, paying went quickly. I guess there are a few coordination problems because it wasn't full.

The two of us went there for dinner. The ambience is very nice. Both the vegetarian burger and the New York Chili Cheese Burger were delicious. What you should know: you order the burger separately, with a side dish (fries, sweet potato fries, cole slaw or onion rings), which you also pay extra for, and then the dip with it again (mayo or ketchup are relatively cheap and more unusual dips like chili Cheese or sour cream cost more). What we found a bit annoying was that we were told at the beginning that we would have the table until 7 p.m., but we didn't constantly look at the clock. The waitress then asked if we wanted a second drink, we ordered and the drink came after a few minutes, but then the waitress told us that it was 7 p.m. and we had to vacate the table. When we asked why she brought us or offered us the second drink and didn't immediately point out that our reservation was about to expire, we only got a curt answer that she pointed it out to us at the beginning and not her Everyone can keep an eye on the time. Since the drinks were ordered, we were given them in a to-go cup and had to leave the restaurant. Conclusion: food great, service flop!

Really stylish burger joint. Typically American and a good selection of burgers and various side dishes. There are also some vegetarian options and meats other than just beef Priced okay.

The service staff was courteous and friendly. The food, however, for a “burger joint”, was anything but good. The fries were hard, the children's burger was tasteless and the meat was very dry. Unfortunately the last visit.

Sind kurzfristig an einem Samstagabend auf Durchreise ohne Reservierung daran stehen geblieben. Der Laden hat gebrummt und anstatt weggeschickt zu werden, hat die Dame am Empfang einen exzellenten Job gemacht und alles versucht um uns am Ende doch noch einen Tisch für drei zu ermöglichen. Vielen Dank nochmals für diese Freundlichkeit und vor allem professionelle Betreuung wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und leider ist sowas nicht selbstverständlich. Auch der Burger hat uns gut geschmeckt sodass wir den Laden guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Als wir zu sechst dort waren (mit Reservierung), hatten wir einen schönen Tisch, der Service war beim ersten Gang sehr gut. Beim zweiten Gang (Getränke-Nachbestellung) dauerte es allerdings fast 20 Minuten, bis wir die Getränke hatten. Es war mittlerweile voll besetzt, es war dort sehr warm und laut. Essen war jedoch TOP!!!

Bin sehr spät hier rein um noch einen Burger vor dem Kinofilm zu essen. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat mich an der Tür quasi schon erwartet und mich zu einem freien Platz geführt und gleich gefragt ob ich noch was essen will, weil die Küche gleich zu macht. Sehr aufmerksam. Der Burger war echt gut, die Soße(n) ein Traum! Als Beilage hab ich einen Salat genommen, der war auch spät Abends noch frisch und knackig, das Dressing auch sehr gut. Einzig der Eistee hat mir nicht besonders geschmeckt, hier werde ich nächstes mal was anderes bestellen, ist halt sebstgemacht und doch recht bitter vom Tee. Ich kenne das von Zuhause wenn man den Tee langsam (im Kühlschrank) abkühlen lässt. Wenn man in den fertigen Tee Eiswürfel gibt kühlt er schneller ab und verliert mehr Bitterstoffe. Aber keine Ahnung ob sich das auch mit großen Mengen realisieren lässt. Unterm Strich sehr gut gegessen, kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Für mich der beste Burger weit und breit und ich habe viele gegessen. Bedienung ist top freundlich ,das Warten genau richtig nicht zu lang nicht zu kurz. Reservierung erforderlich vorallem Abends.

Lieblingsrestaurant in Ingolstadt, wenn man Burger mag - sehr lecker. Ziegwnkäseburger ist mein Favorit. Service ist immer sehr nett, allerdings bin ich kein Fan von digitaler Speisekarte. Ambiente in dem Lakal selbst ist sehr cool, allerdings könnte das Deko leichte Entstaubung vertragen. Außenbereich dem Standort geschuldet nich sehr schön - man ist auf dem Parkplatz.

Wir waren schon öfter hier,um den Pulled Pork Salat zu essen,allerdings haben sie die Rezeptur vom Pulled Pork umgestellt und es schmeckt wie ein Gyros vom Griechen. Schade. Jetzt sind wir wieder rein,um mal einen Burger zu probieren,können wir leider nicht empfehlen. Hatte den Triple Cheeseburger und der war so trocken,kalt und der Käse nicht geschmolzen. Es ist so traurig,weil das Ambiente und die Bedienungen/Service sind wirklich top und sehr freundlich! Und die Pommes schmecken auch nach wie vor! Leider werden wir aber durch die Rezeptumstellungen nicht mehr zum essen hin gehen,da es nicht mehr unseren Geschmack entspricht!

Have been here once for a supper on a weekday evening. It seemed, that there were not enough waiters, because (1) I had to wait too long and (2) my waiter seemed to be upset with something. It was very inconvenient, that the restaurant does not provide a menu on the paper. But the food quality was good.

Da wir schon öfter hier zum Essen waren sind wir etwas enttäuscht und überrascht worden, dass es hier keine Speisekarten mehr gibt sondern man auf seine Handy angewiesen ist um hier einen QR-Code zu scannen um dann die Speisekarte runterzuladen und auf dem Smartphone zu betrachten! Für mich ist das ein absolutes No-Go denn ich habe nicht immer mein Smartphone dabei und außerdem gibt es auch ältere Leute die mit sowas gar nicht klar kommen, oder auch keinen QR-Code und PDF Reader installiert haben! Auch auf Nachfrage konnte man uns keine Speisekarte geben und das ist für uns auf jeden Fall ein großer Grund hier viel seltener essen zu gehen, denn in einem Lokal gehört sich eine Speisekarte und nicht jeder moderne Trent muss mitgemacht werden! Außerdem ist in diesem Fall aufgefallen dass beide unsere Burger im Gegensatz zum letzten Mal kleiner geworden sind und man nicht wirklich satt wurde! Also hier muss man in Sachen Speisekarte definitiv eine Änderung herbeiführen, da dies ein Ausschlusskriterium für uns sein würde ob man dieses Lokal weiterhin besucht!

Ausgefallene Rezepte, gut gemacht, preislich in Ordnung. Arg viel vegane Chemie (z.B. vegane "Bratensauce" im einzigen Gericht das überhaupt Bratensauce hat) und etwas nervige Speisekarte.

Essen war wie immer sehr gut. Die Salate haben eine schöne Größe und sind bunt gemischt. Die Burger sehen nicht nur gut aus sondern schmecken echt lecker. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und gut drauf, auch im Stress.

Habe einen Ziegenkäse burger bestellt und nur einen Hamburger bekommen.

Bedienung war unfreundlich und gestresst, kein guter Kundenservice, Essen war nicht das was wir erwartet hätten, das Ambiente war in Ordnung.

Ich war 2x beim Burger essen und beide mal war das Burgerbrötchen kalt und 'roh', wie, wenn man beim Aldi Semmeln zum aufbacken kauft, aber diese nicht aufgebacken wurden. Außerdem wollte ich meine Pommes mitnehmen und in der Box die ich zum einpacken bekommen habe, war eine spinne drin🤢 an den Blumen waren auch total viele Spinnweben und die Toilette schlimmer als ein Raststätten Klo. SO wiederdlich. Werden definitiv nicht mehr dort essen

Eigentlich ist das Essen hier wirklich gut. Doch die Bewirtung hier war das aller letzte. Am 31.10, Halloween, wollten wir hier spontan was essen. Ohne uns zu begrüßen wurden wir von einer etwas dickeren Bedienung unfreudlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es kein Essen mehr gäbe. Dennoch entschlossen wir uns dazu hier etwas zu trinken. Sofort kam Sie an meinen Tisch und fragte was ich trinken wolle, als ich antwortete “ich warte noch auf meinen Freund” hat die dicke Bedienung mit einem genervten Ton meinen Tisch verlassen. Als “Strafe” dafür ließ Sie uns länger warten bevor Sie die Bestellung aufnahm. Leider Mischte sich auch keine andere Servicekraft ein, sodass das Missverhalten der ersteren hätte ausgeglichen werden können.

Immer wieder super! Beste Burger und leckerste Cocktails. Die süße Maus Emilia hinter der Bar macht super leckere Getränke und im Service ist gizem eine super warmherzige Person. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Burger und die Pommes kommen leider nur warm an den Tisch und sind dadurch sehr schnell kalt. Das leere Geschirr wird sehr schnell abgeräumt und man hat das Gefühl man solle gleich wieder gehen.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Essen kam schnell und war mega lecker. Schien alles selbst gemacht zu sein (Patties, Soßen). Auch unsere Bedienung war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Lediglich etwas heller könnte es sein, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Preise sind fair.

Wir waren zu zweit essen. Ich muss sagen das es nicht voll war und wir draußen saßen. Der Tisch war schmutzig vom Vorgänger. Eh der Kellner kam vergingen 15 Minuten. Als wir bestellt hatten, warteten wir weitere 20 Minuten auf unsere Getränke. Dann kam auch gleich das Essen. Die Burger waren lauwarm bis kalt. Für den Preis ne echte Enttäuschung. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Our drinks were very late and the food as well. I booked in advance and asked to book outside. They said ok but when I arrived, they said they only had inside. The food was not bad but the overall experience yes.

Wir waren hier am Freitag Nachmittag und bekamen einen schönen Platz. (einziges Manko: Die Musik war zu laut, da der Laden fast leer war) Unsere Getränke u. Essenswünsche wurden schnell aufgenommen und auch die Wartezeit war sehr kurz. Die Frische der Burger hat man geschmeckt und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Nur für Ketchup in einem Burger Laden 0,30 EUR zu verlangen naja .. Das sollte im Pommes-Preis wirklich mit drinnen sein ... Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Absolute Empfehlung!! Top Auswahl an Burgern, tolle Beilagen und dazu auch einfach nur lecker! Es ist einfach ganz was anderes, einen frischen, warmen Burger zu essen, wo man alle Zutaten auch rausschmeckt (ist ja nicht bei jedem Burger so...) Die Bilder täuschen nicht, auch das Ambiente ist wunderschön. Die aktuelle Situation ist natürlich gerade schwer und trotzdem kann man selbstverständlich online bestellen oder dort anrufen! Nettes Personal, offen für Extrawünsche und reibungslose Abwicklung. Da zahlt man auch mal ein paar Euro mehr! Immer gerne wieder!! :-)

Wirklich frisch, lecker und außergewöhnliche Burger. Tolle Limonaden und Home fries. Wir sind jedes Mal begeistert. Die Salate könnten etwas größer sein.
