Best fries really tasty, burger as it should be. Friendly staff.

So I just ended up at Burger Stüb'l by chance. The other two bars on the town square were full. But I don't regret it. The BBQ burger was really tasty. And the fries that went with it were amazing. What bothered me a bit was that the guest room is also used as a storage room. And unfortunately it was a little too cold to sit for long periods of time. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible.

The premises were ok. Unfortunately, the inside smelled very strongly of urine. At first we thought the toilet was just around the corner, but it must have come from the waitress. Unfortunately we had already ordered the drinks. Since we were there with small children and we didn't want to move to another restaurant with them, we stayed and ordered food. We ordered empty plates for the children because they eat a little bit of each. We couldn't recommend the food more. On the invoice these were stated as 2 euros each. If we had known that, we wouldn't have ordered empty plates. And then the service was rude. We will no longer visit the restaurant and will not recommend it.

I can't understand many of the negative reviews. I've been to Burger Stüb'l several times and I can't complain. Delicious food, nice ambience and the service is always friendly and there for you. We'd love to come back.

I don't understand the negative reviews. There were 6 of us there for dinner. Great atmosphere, nice service and very, very tasty food. I highly recommend it. Very warm treatment. I can't find a single negative point.

We were here for the first time. The journey from Zwickau was worth it. The common meat, juicy and absolutely delicious. The ribs are awesome 😍 Butter tender, cooked nice and dark. Price/performance is great. As a critical eater, I am totally thrilled. We'll be back ✌️

We ordered the traditional German schnitzel. The restaurant specializes in burgers. It is a clean minimal restaurant. Value for money. Recommended for lunch (we did not try dinner)

UNFORTUNATELY NOT recommended. Very tasty food and great ambience. BUT - 90 minutes waiting time for ordered food - wrong food and drinks delivered - Citizens are delivered in medium rare, no information about this beforehand - Invoice issued too high Our 6 year old daughter fell asleep in the restaurant for the first time and only ate 1 nugget!!! Our 14 year old son didn't eat his burger because the inside was completely raw. A note, especially for children, that the burgers are medium rare should be given to the waitress when ordering.

Went there for dinner during our vacation and were very happy with the food. Point. Can highly recommend it!

I can't really judge the food and ambience. But even though we reserved a table, the waiter threw us out. Unfriendly wrote to us directly to get out of the store.

We made reservations for 40 people on a Saturday lunchtime and placed a complete order of each dish beforehand. The food itself was tasty and large portions, but: The order was taken again completely with a waiter and then the dishes were spilled onto the tables within just under 2 hours because there was only ONE SINGLE COOK. Unfortunately, this completely derailed the rest of our planned day trip. In the end, the blame was placed on us because we “didn’t do a collective invoice.” You could have simply announced in advance that not so many people could be served. That would have made everything better. Big disappointment, please don't book here with larger groups, that's obviously not possible.

Ambience ok, food nothing special and service simply poor. The waitress is overwhelmed and the boss loves to discuss things. Some of the positive reviews seem to have been bought

Discovered during an evening visit to the Christmas market in Schneeberg. We asked if there was a table available for two people and we were lucky. The landlord and the other service staff are friendly and if you have any questions about the food on offer, everything is explained to you. The ambience is appealing and in an old building which is very attractive with vaulted ceilings. The food is great and the prices are ok. Overall it's great and there will definitely be a repeat.

While I was there, I had to admit my displeasure, the service would have been praised as “poor”. It was almost impossible to sit away from the loud music. When we asked to sit at another free table, the answer was no, even though the table remained free the whole evening. We were looking forward to a medium-well-done burger, as described on the menu, but received a piece of tough, well-done and dry burger patty. The lack of response to our criticism disappointed us and felt unprofessional. The fryer fat could also be changed from time to time. Given the prices and a restaurant that focuses on burgers, we would have expected more competence.

We went to the Burger Stüb'l for the first time today. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We would be happy to come back :)

Good restaurant. The food looks good and is also very tasty. However, the prices are relatively high because you have to pay extra for the side dishes, for example. The food has nothing to do with fast food. It's a shame: three different waitresses at the same table somehow cause unnecessary unrest and confusion.

I was really very happy with the food and the service. Service was very polite and accommodating. Overall we had a pleasant stay and can only recommend it. Ps. nice service 😉

Mega leckere Burger. Ziemlich teuer aber gerechtfertigt.

Voll lecker vor allem die Rinderrippchen sind der Hammer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder mal vorbei.

Das Essen war lecker, leider war die Aushilfe etwas überfordert.

Super leckere Burger und Pommes. Ein sehr guter Wodka nach dem Essen ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und gibt Touristen sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und gute Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Stadt.

Das Essen ist gut und seinen Preis Wert. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente dem Gebäude gut angepasst.

Einfach Klasse! Große Portionen, hohe Qualität der Zutaten und sehr guter Geschmack. Dazu ein super Service und ein tolles Ambiente. Auch für Vegetarier wird alles angeboten. Was will man mehr?

Wir waren urlaubsbedingt hier und sind leider sehr enttäuscht wurden. Gerade der Service war leider unterirdisch. Es gab keine bzw. nur eine sehr unzureichende Kommunikation. Kein Entschuldigung bei falsch gebrachten Essen, keine Lösungsvorschläge. Auch insgesamt gab es keine ordentliche Begrüßung, kein freundlicher Umgang. Mehr denn je kommt es auf Kommunikation an, denn es ist überhaupt kein Problem, wenn mal etwas nicht klappt oder Speisen fehlerhaft ankommen. Wie ich damit umgehe und vor allem wie ich dies gegenüber dem Gast kommuniziere ist wichtig. Das fehlte uns leider komplett. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung. Beim Schnitzel „Pumpkin“ war leider zu viel Panade und zu wenig Fleisch weshalb wir eigentlich fast nur die Panade und nichts von dem Fleisch geschmeckt haben. Auch Soße fehlte leider komplett. Schade.

Weltbeste Burger außerhalb der USA, sagen selbst Amis, die ich überzeugen konnte.

Riesige Burger / Portionen, frisches Gemüse, saftiges Fleisch - alles in allem sehr lecker! Auch die Spare-Ribs mit schmackhafter Marinade.

Die Burger waren sehr lecker und der Außenbereich sehr offen und einladend. Der Innenbereich machte einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Es gibt gute Burger und Getränke zu moderaten Preisen. Der Chef war nett. Der Burger war sehr lecker. Wir saßen draußen, darum kann ich gar nichts über die Gaststätte von innen sagen. Kann man auf jeden Fall mal hin gehen.
