Well I never actually write reviews but I just have to get this out of my mind it was terrible I got the wrong burger and my 2 burgers had a hair on the cheese just disgusting and then the staff wanted to tell us there was no hair on it disrespectful!!!!

Everything was great, but the waiting time had sunk into the ground. Never again!

Orders are prepared quickly. Unfortunately, the toilets are often not clean and unhygienic.

Something like that is called a fast food restaurant, cheeky thing. Waited over 30 minutes for the food.

Unfortunately I only have to give one star because I've never seen anything like that in my life. After waiting 50 minutes, 50% of the order was wrong. The employees are more than unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN!!

Food good, delivery time too, staff willing and accommodating. But the problem is similar to McD's, about every third order something is missing. Clean toilets are a big plus.

Automat caused several crashes. The staff at the counter can't get an order. Coupons taken incorrectly and could not be deleted. Should do everything from scratch. I know it differently, I'll never come here again. Unfriendly and incompetent. Then they left.

FUNNY, we'll definitely have to see how the urinals are installed on site.🤣

It's a shame, the food is actually quite okay, but unfortunately the staff can't even count to 5. Every time the order has to be checked, even if there's nothing going on, and then they're still looked at askance. Wasn't the first time a burger was missing.

Burger King always works. Very tasty, but this branch is an absolute exception. Either it's the store manager's fault or there's something wrong with management... correctly placed orders are being prepared incorrectly. No “goodwill”, although the fault lies with the employees!!! I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Not in any fast food chain or restaurant. This is really ridiculous. 😅

Sry guys, but given the prices I can easily go out to eat and have something fresh prepared. The quality decreased significantly, for example the chilli cheese nuggets had the consistency of pressed mashed potatoes and tasted neither of chilli nor of cheese. Maybe I'll try again in 2025.

We went to this Burger King after going to the cinema (7 p.m.). Just wanted to eat some burgers. In total we waited 45 minutes for our food. When we finally had it, the burgers were very strange tasting and the fries were cold. There were 2 people in the kitchen at the time. They also apologized and can't do anything about the personnel situation. But that doesn't work at all. Especially not for these prices anymore. It was terrible, actually zero stars.

I want to express my anger because I got the food and when I thanked the girl she didn't look at me or even say anything to me and this behavior made me think about how uninterested these people are in the customers are. I will never go there again. I repeat, I will never eat there again.

A Burger King restaurant like any other. I had plant based long chicken and found it very tasty. Staff was also very nice.

Very disgusting place. We came on a regular Thursday at noon and although there were hardly any people it took 15 minutes to get our food. When we had to go up and get the food, it sailed with soda, asked the cashier, the person who put our food on the counter just stood there without doing anything about it, I see that on one soda that it is filthy dirty from soda and dressing from his hands, I ask for a new one, whereupon he angrily makes a new one without so much as an apology or anything like that. Half of the burgers were cold. The tables were dirty, so were the chairs, one's arms were completely stuck to the armrests. The only good thing was that the soda was cold and the toilet was relatively clean. Definitely not recommended.

I was there at 11:15 p.m., the store closes at 12:00 a.m. The service was very careless and downright unfriendly. It was quite crowded. I had to wait over 40 minutes for a small menu and two extra cheeseburgers with double cheese and fried onions. One of the burgers and the fries were cold. I got the wrong dip and because it was now closing time, I couldn't complain anymore. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I'm disappointed!

So happy when I saw that they now have churros. But please: are you serious??? Not properly baked and without cinnamon and sugar (which ALWAYS belong on it!) because it was ordered with chocolate sauce. That's an insult. Could only eat 2 and had to gag. Never again.

Actually 0 stars but I have to give one. I just went to the restaurant and the first thing they say is that she doesn't take the order but at the terminal so please that's pure laziness. This is the third time in a row that I've been in this store My nose fell. Wrong food, bad service and every time because of laziness the shake machines are not cleaned after the shift but in the morning. I was definitely there the LAST time

Every time I ate at Burger King the food was delicious and hot. Everything was clean and I received the menu I ordered within 5 minutes. The staff at Burger King are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, Burger King is delicious. The staff is actually always nice. The waiting time (sometimes) is pretty much the only drawback in this foodshop.

Received completely cold Whopper Cheese, cheese was completely raw. After complaining, the burger was warmed up in the microwave, which the service employee confirmed when asked. The food was really bad.

The onion rings for €0.99 and the chili cheese nuggets were delicious! The teriyaki burger really disappointed me. Very dry and no teriyaki taste at all! After more than a year we were there again. It was clean and the employee gave our dog a water bowl without asking 🤗 Thanks for that! Otherwise everything was okay!

Food has to be ordered mainly at the terminal, which is a shame because I really enjoy communicating

We actually get food here almost every day, but today was definitely the last time. This is now the 6th time in a year that something has been forgotten. Today it was a €3 burger, the other times it was always fries or something else. It seems like you have to look in the bag every time before you get in the car to make sure something hasn't been forgotten. This can happen 1-2 times, even 3 times, but it's really ridiculous now. You just can't get €10 in products.

they are such bad employees. every time at least one thing is forgotten. They're all messing around and rocking their balls even though they can't manage to get a simple order of four things right.

Hot brownie with ice cream... Full price even though half is missing. If I had known beforehand that the ice cream was gone, I would have saved myself the trouble. Why did they just get a King Sundae and King Fusion at the next table? Core not liquid and quite dry. Could be used as a projectile!? How can fresh fries be cold? You can save yourself.

Unfortunately, there were extremely long waiting times; you could have just gone to a real restaurant and it would still have been quicker. If you want to eat something quickly or are in a hurry, this Burger King is not recommended.

80% of the food is always cold, even though she introduced the just-in-time system. This results in you waiting a very long time for your food and the cheese isn't even melted yet. I don't know what warm burgers taste like at Burger King anymore. It's always cold in the restaurant too. Why the air conditioning is on in the winter is a mystery to me. Almost all visitors sit in their jackets and eat their food. PS: People write here that everything is neat and clean. I saw with my own eyes that the tables are cleaned with the same cloth as the chairs. Have a good meal!

The burgers are only half of what they used to be! This is a joke!

The actually nice ambience becomes unpleasant due to the acoustics in the guest area. It echoes very strongly. A few acoustic panels on the ceiling and room dividers that absorb the sound would be appropriate.

Fries cold and nuggets really hard. The restaurant wasn't completely full and yet I waited 30 minutes with three small children for the food (3 Jr Meals with nuggets and a normal menu). And that's called fast food.

I was there in the off-hours. Everything went smoothly.

We had to wait in the drive in 20 minutes for only 4 citizens. And the condition was very annoyed on the intercom and very unfriendly.

The floor in front of the counter was very sticky. A warning sign was put up, but access to the counter must be guaranteed. In the 15 minutes I waited for takeaway, none of the staff wanted to fix the problem, which was obviously known.

Ordering at the SelfOrderTerminal was quick and easy! Waited 30 minutes for the order after paying. Restaurant only 1/3 full, when ordering. So poor organization in the kitchen! I imagine something different when it comes to a fast food restaurant. After receiving the food, the castles were hardly noticeable at all! The fries were hot

After 43 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, we got our two (cold) burgers. In the end, the nuggets weren't in the bag, even though the staff listed them when they were handed over. Unfortunately, we have been so disappointed there several times.

Stood in the drive for about an hour for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 nugget burgers.... Fast food is something different
