Das beste Burger King Restaurant, das ich besuche, alles ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und es dauerte nicht lange, bis die Bestellung serviert wurde

Waren nach dem Kino Besuch dort. Essen hat über ne halbe stunde gedauert, und sie haben leider auch über die Hälfte vergessen. Schade

Wir haben uns über den Drive In bei Burgerking je einen King Fusion Oreo geholt. Das Eis sah in der App einfach lecker aus. Was wir bekommen haben war einfach enttäuschend. Ich vermute das dieses lieblose Eis nicht umgerührt werden kann, da man von Plastik- auf Holzlöffel umgestiegen ist. Klasse, wenn man bedenkt, dass dieses Eis darauf basiert, dass Zutaten vermischt werden und diese zuvor (so zumindest beim "roten M") mittels des Plastiklöffels vermischt werden. Wieso serviert man das Eis dann in durchsichtigen Plastikbechern? Wenn schon nachhaltig, dann bitte auf ganzer Linie - oder einfach mit fairen Produktbildern werben.

Bei meinem letzten Besuch war das Personal freundlich und immer lächelnd. Ich bekam mein Essen innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, Restaurant und Toiletten waren sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spitzen-Service! Essen war heiß und lecker!

Der Mitarbeiter mraiwa war am Schalter ziemlich unfreundlich, hat sehr undeutlich gesprochen und hat den Eindruck übermittelt das er garkein Bock auf das alles hat. Ziemlich genervt. Zudem war der milchshake eher leicht gekühlte erdbeermilch. Danke für garnix.

Wir waren heute nach längerer Zeit mal wieder da und ich muss sagen es war das letzte Mal... Wie kann man auf nem Samstag abend 3 bis 4 Angestellte hinstellen, wenn der Laden voll ist.. Die Gäste warten teils bis zu 20 Minuten, weil einfach zu wenig Personal Es werden Bestellungen vergessen(nicht nur bei uns), essen teils wieder kalt oder wie bei Bekannten matschig.. Schade wir waren sonst gerne hier aber ich glaube das ist vorbei

Absolut inakzeptabel. Es kann nicht sein, dass Mitarbeiter im Drive-in Bestellungen aufnehmen, obwohl eine verständliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch kaum möglich ist. Ich musste mehrfach erklären, was ich bestellen möchte, und hatte trotzdem nicht das Gefühl, verstanden zu werden. Nach mehreren Minuten habe ich die Bestellung schließlich abgebrochen und bin aus dem Drive-in herausgefahren, weil ich nicht bereit bin, fünf Minuten lang erklären zu müssen, was ich essen möchte. Zusätzlich wurde unter den Mitarbeitern ausschließlich in ihrer Landessprache kommuniziert, was den Eindruck einer professionellen Kundenbetreuung nicht gerade verbessert hat. Wer Kunden in Deutschland bedient und Bestellungen entgegennimmt, sollte in der Lage sein, diese ohne größere Verständigungsprobleme aufzunehmen und Rückfragen auf Deutsch zu klären. Für mich gehört eine reibungslose Bestellung zu den absoluten Grundlagen eines Drive-ins. Wenn das nicht gewährleistet ist, verfehlt das gesamte Konzept seinen Zweck. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich dieses Restaurant künftig nicht mehr besuchen. Schade, aber so verliert man Kunden.

Heute habe ich einen Iced Coffee bestellt und war sehr enttäuscht. Der Geschmack war alles andere als das, was man von einem Iced Coffee erwartet. Die 4 € waren für mich leider rausgeschmissenes Geld. Hier sollte man sich dringend damit beschäftigen, wie ein guter Iced Coffee zubereitet wird. Ich werde ihn dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Wir haben ein Junior Meal für das Kind bestellt, weder das Spielzeug noch die bestellte Zuckerwatte war mit dabei, ich ging zu der Dame und bat sie um dieses. Sie meinte sie bringt es zum Tisch. Ist nicht passiert. 30 Minuten haben wir gewartet bis ich mich dazu entschieden habe zu gehen und zum Wohle aller, dem Lokal die 0,99€ für die Zuckerwatte zu überlassen. Ignoranz in der Gastronomie ist eine ganz schwierige Sache.

Die Bestellungen dauern ewig , dann ist noch die Hälfte falsch und wenn man etwas sagt wird man unfreundlich abgespeist. Wir werden diesen BK erstmal meiden.

Essen kam schnell und schmeckte wie bei jedem Burger King, Tische könnten sauberer sein.

Die Veganen Angebote sind echt super und der neue vegane Bacon ist auch sehr passig und kann zu jedem Burger dazubestellt werden. Vielleicht gibt es ja irgendwann auch Vegane Burger mit veganem Käse 💪.

Ich war heute um 23:43 beim take away habe ich 2 min an den fenster geparkt Mitarbeiter hat mich einfach ignoriert nachdem dass ich hab an den Fenster geklopft hat sie den fenster auf gemacht und meintet dass ist schön zu habe ich gesagt dass hier an den Fenster eine Schild geklebt dass sie auf machen bis 24:00 und die antwort war einfach wir haben trotzdem zu und schön alles sauber und nür für Info dass war nicht die erstemal einfach extrem komisch wenn so ist dann schreib euch kein Öffnungszeiten und einfache spontan auf und zu 😂😂

Nen Chez' BK eben. Essen ist bekannt. Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeit 😉, aber immer freundliches, flinkes und nettes Personal, gerne wieder 👍 👍

Also ganz ehrlich ich bin sehr enttäuscht ich habe mir ein menü geholt und zu dem menü gibt es eine käse Soße und diese Soße war Steinhart und nicht appetitlich und der Eistee fuzetea oder sowas hat ganz anders geschmeckt und zwar bitterlich ich würde es keinem empfehlen mir ist nämlich jetzt kotz übel 🤮 LG Leon

Personal gibt sich wirklich wahnsinnig Mühe. Hatten wirklich volle Bude und wir mussten daher etwas auf die Bestellung warten, war aber alles komplett, frisch und lecker(naja..was man eben von Brugerking erwarten kann) Nur das Klo ist etwas unterdimensionniert.. in einer Klokabine wurden 3 Pisuars installiert..davon dann 2 wieder aus Betrieb genommen wegen logistischen Probleme... und der Dyson Handtrockner ist echt an einer unmöglichen Stelle montiert

30 min anstehen im drive in und von 5 Autos noch 2 vor unserer. Der Laden drinnen ist nicht mal halb gefüllt. Unmöglich und nie wieder hier her.

Es ist ein Bürgerking für mich besser als McDonalds und bei längerer Autofahrt praktisch. Preislich auf dem Niveau eines richtigen Burgers vom Restaurant aber qualitativ weit darunter! Fastfood eben! Wenn ich die Wahl habe geh ich nicht hin! Kaffee Preis-Leistung gut! Angestellte am Schalter nett! Toilette sauber.

Zwei Menüs to go bestellt, beim Bestellvorgang erst an den Deutschkenntnissen der Servicekraft verzweifelt und dann konnte diese Person nicht einmal die Rechnung splitten weil sie einfach nicht verstanden hat, dass zwei Menüs getrennt bestellt wurden. Und als Krönung kam dann bei unserer Beschwerde der Spruch: da hinten ist MC Donalds. So geht's nun wirklich nicht! Ihr seid ne ganze Weile raus!!! Heute habt ihr alles wieder rausgerissen! Ein bisschen entäuscht dass der Beefburger nicht so lecker war wie normal in BK.

Seit Monaten 2 von 3 steh Toiletten gesperrt. Mindestens ein terminal defekt. Heute als ich ca 15 min auf meine Bestellung warten, musste welche auch fehlerhaft war , mitbekommen wo min 8 Beanstandungen waren ,wobei eine von einer Allergikerin war weil was abgewähltes drauf. War also langsam ist dieser Laden eine Zumutung! wenn dort kein deutscher Muttersprachler mehr arbeitet sollte das System vielleicht so umgestellt werden dass die Angestellten die Wünsche der Kunden auch richtig lesen können ..... Ich habe aus Versehen etwas Falsches bestellt und mit Karte bezahlt. Direkt nachdem ich den Kassenbon erhalten habe, wollte ich die Bestellung sofort stornieren. Die Mitarbeiter haben mich jedoch sehr unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Außerdem wurde mir ins Gesicht gesagt, dass eine Stornierung nicht möglich sei und dass es mehrere Wochen dauern würde, bis ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Insgesamt war das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich und die Behandlung gegenüber mir als Kunde wirklich schlecht.

Naja, fand dieses Burger King nicht so toll. Bin ein riesen Burger King Liebhaber, aber hier nicht so toll gewesen. Hatte 3 Cheeseburger und die waren schon komplett ineinander gerutscht und nichts war mehr an Ort und Stelle... Naja.

Bei weitem meine Lieblings Burger King Filiale Die Burger sind immer saftig und voller Geschmack, und die Pommes sind perfekt knusprig. Ich liebe es, dass man die Burger so individuell gestalten kann. Dazu kommt, dass der Service super ist, die Atmosphäre angenehm und die Preise wirklich gut. Ein echter Klassiker, wenn man mal richtig Hunger hat!

Sehr geehrtes Burger-King-Team, bei unserem heutigen Besuch in Ihrer Filiale(15Uhr rum) kam es zu einer sehr unangenehmen Situation. Ein Mitarbeiter bzw. Schichtführer mit einem Mikrofon im Ohr hat uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wiederholt und auffällig angestarrt. Als Frauen fühlten wir uns dadurch beobachtet und sehr unwohl. Es war uns nicht möglich, in Ruhe zu essen, da der Mitarbeiter uns ständig mit Blicken verfolgt hat, anstatt seiner Arbeit nachzugehen. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unangemessen und respektlos. Ich bin der Meinung, dass Mitarbeiter entsprechend geschult werden sollten, damit sich insbesondere weibliche Gäste sicher, respektiert und wohlfühlen und nicht aus Unbehagen gezwungen sind, das Restaurant zu verlassen.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing visit. The self-service kiosks weren't working, which already made ordering take longer than expected. When almost everyone was finally able to order, we were suddenly asked to leave – even though other customers were still able to order without any problems. We were told, "We're closing now," and told to leave, even though the place was relatively full and other customers had just ordered a few seconds earlier. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression. We certainly won't be coming back. I've lived in Goslar for too long and I've never experienced anything like this before.

The slowest Burger King team I've ever encountered. I've been there twice, and both times it wasn't particularly busy, yet the wait for my order was SO long—crazy! So, be prepared to wait at this Burger King :)

Very unfriendly. I had problems with the digital order boards, and the employee's response to his colleague was, "It's the same as always." His colleague, when taking the order, was very unfriendly. My daughter doesn't want to go there again, which is a shame. The XL bacon burger wasn't crispy; the bacon was still cold. We told the staff, and the response was that it's made that way. It's a pity; we'll never go there again.

I received undercooked bacon today. I spoke to the shift supervisor, who explained that this was normal. I asked him if he would eat it himself, and he said yes, and that he liked it that way. Even the photos hanging everywhere didn't impress him; he just started grinning stupidly. Top service and top quality. Thanks for nothing. Oh, and of course, the clearing cart was overflowing.

You can really skip the fries with chili cheese... very disappointing. Nowhere else at Burger King was there so little sauce as here in Goslar. When I asked about it, they told me that was normal and always the case. The burgers were good and fresh! They didn't have Coke Zero or Diet Coke... sad...

We placed our order and paid, but as it turned out, we paid for someone else, and upon arrival, it turned out the machine had issued two identical checks. In the end, we received nothing.

All the men's restrooms were covered with garbage bags. There was only one toilet, but it was very dirty, and you had to stand with your legs wide apart to close the filthy door. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, the quality there has declined. While some of the employees are trying hard, there are also some unfriendly ones. And as soon as you go through the drive-thru, you should check carefully to make sure you've actually paid for everything.

We don't often go to Burger King, and now we know why. With three kids, it's over €50, and the food you get for that is a joke. Large fries are small, and small fries are three pieces... The burgers are completely overpriced, and for that money, we'd rather order a really nice meal and still have some money left over. There are three locations for burger fast food chains in Goslar: McDonald's on Okerstraße; McDonald's on Baßgeige; and Burger King on Baßgeige. The latter is definitely the most recommended of the three. The clientele there is less antisocial and unpleasant, there are significantly more plant-based options, wait times are shorter, and the branch is relatively cleaner. However, the quality of the products (as with McDonald's) is not the best, and all of the above-mentioned points are only better in relation to the poor conditions of the two McDonald's branches. If you want higher-quality products at an acceptable price, a trip to Burger Express Goslar in Oker (a district east of Goslar) would be the right choice.

The very last store takes forever, and you can't understand any of the employees... I wonder why that is...

Everything fried tastes like it's been in the fryer for quite some time. But hey, despite the bill of around €50, you don't expect much more anyway. Average food, sticky floor, and taciturn staff My recent visit to Burger King was rather mixed. The food was okay—the fries with ketchup and the Coke Zero were what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. It wasn't anything special, but it wasn't bad either. What really bothered me, however, was the condition of the floor. It was so sticky that I was worried my shoes might stick to it. This significantly spoiled the overall impression and diminished the enjoyment of the meal. Cleanliness is an important aspect that definitely needs improvement here. Another thing that caught my attention was the staff. They seemed rather neutral to the point of being taciturn, which didn't exactly improve the service. A friendlier and more attentive waiter would make the overall experience much more pleasant. In summary, the food was solid, but the ambiance left a lot to be desired due to the dirty floor and the demeanor of the staff.

Too stupid to put together orders correctly. Forgot toys and mayo on the kids' menu. Got onion rings instead of 9-pack nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home.
