The “store manager” at Tempelhofer Damm walks around chewing and talking on the phone in order to discipline me as a guest, spitting and still chewing. Absolutely recommended if you want to be treated badly or insulted. Otherwise you should give it a wide berth!!!

I was just at Burger King Tempelhofer Damm and wanted to order using a coupon from the app. The employee wanted to collect over €7 instead of €3.99 because it was “too late” and he already had the regular price in his checkout. The manager Mustafa told me in an extremely unfriendly manner that I should pay almost double the price or leave. Absolutely unprofessional and rude!

A drive-in has no waiting time, a very large parking lot, lots of seats, nice staff. I can recommend the Long Chili cheese, a very quiet place

Burgers were fresh and warm, I had the double chilli cheese and I usually ALWAYS put it in the microphone for a second. It was just nice and warm there. Most importantly, the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. 100 stars to the slightly older employee who worked at 12:45 p.m. He calmly explained everything to an older couple who were completely overwhelmed at the terminal. Very often the terminals are defective and the toilet is unfortunately very often dirty. The burgers are prepared carelessly. The ice cream machine felt like it had been broken for half a year. The branch used to be really good, I think it was sold and unfortunately things have only gone downhill since then.

In my opinion there is no reason why this restaurant is closed for dinner at 10-11pm when it is open until 2am. You have to drive, but they don't even offer mobile ordering. I just left because I didn't feel like standing on the driving line with real cars.

While you wait for your order, other customers bring back their cold burgers and want new ones. All in all, just bad. 2 months later: Staff is still overwhelmed, burgers aren't even lukewarm. I don't see the point of the new terminals either, they're set up in an uncomplicated way, but if you want to pay in cash I have to stand in line, so I could have just said what I wanted. Everything is very impersonal. Payback card cannot be scanned at the terminal.🤮

There are 5 guests in the shop, preparation takes forever - service friendliness is 0 and the absolute cheekiness, “GouderLover” for almost 10 euros is so dry and completely lacking in taste.

Burger King stands for fast and confident service with reproducible taste. This is the reason why food is ordered. It's a shame that you have to wait an extra 10 minutes at the drive-in to place your order and then receive a rejection from the employee. Due to the high number of visitors, the employees are often stressed and it is not an isolated case that food was mixed up as a result. It's a shame that managers don't have an eye for it and try to relieve the team. The development of Plant-Base production can still be highlighted! The taste is great and in my opinion it can more than compete with the usual meat. The wide range in this regard makes it easier for me to decide whether to go to McDonald's or BK!

Plant based nuggets ordered but received normal ones. Luckily it was recognized straight away. When it was exchanged there wasn't even an apology, just a "I didn't make the food". Luckily at BK you can easily distinguish the plant based ones from the normal ones.

According to Google and also locally, opening times are at least until 2:00 a.m. However, when I arrived the restaurant was already closed at 1:20 a.m. without any notice.
