I got a long chicken menu with an extra chilli cheese burger. The chilicheese burger was cold. I then said so. The answer was that she would warm it up in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. I thought that was really crazy instead of giving me a new burger that was also warm. I am very disappointed in this branch and I threw the burger away. Thanks to the manager keep it up

Unfortunately not recommended. Staff can rarely carry on even the simplest conversations in German. It is often limited to "your order", "ancestors", and the price. Ordering takes a long time, and a lot of time passes before it is served, with the result that the food is then lukewarm. Payment receipts are given on request and then reluctantly. If you then dare to say something, you are treated rudely and condescendingly. IT DOES NOT WORK !!!!

I was there with friends between midnight on Friday and ordered 3 menus, we waited longer than normal because it was too full, but service was perfect. Harsh, unhealthy, I've gotten the wrong products at the drive-in several times. E.g. Cola, instead of Fanta. Cheeseburger, instead of Xtra long Chilli Cheeseburger.

I didn't have the option to order anywhere else on the way to the highway three times. As a drive in. The nice service staff didn't understand the simplest announcements. There were various restrictions during our visit: You couldn't pay with cash. Menu - Order only via terminal. So you could only book 3 drinks with the menu. I know from other branches that I also have one in addition to cold drinks could get warm cocoa instead of the cold drinks. Although I had previously been assured that I could come to the counter with my menu and then get a warm cocoa instead of a cold drink. The cheese fries were sticky and the cheese sauce was cold. This was the 5th visit in a row where I was unable to use my Payback card. Hence the points deduction. The shop looked dingy.

Serve the food two days before it is left there. I had stomach pain again for two days and again when I came. Very bad food Attention ⚠️ they spit in my food why I have no idea unfortunately the employees can't even speak German and give back to the citizen. They didn't want to either.

The “store manager” at Tempelhofer Damm walks around chewing and talking on the phone in order to discipline me as a guest, spitting and still chewing. Absolutely recommended if you want to be treated badly or insulted. Otherwise you should give it a wide berth!!!

I was just at Burger King Tempelhofer Damm and wanted to order using a coupon from the app. The employee wanted to collect over €7 instead of €3.99 because it was “too late” and he already had the regular price in his checkout. Very often the terminals are defective and the toilet is unfortunately very often dirty. The burgers are prepared carelessly. The ice cream machine felt like it had been broken for half a year. The branch used to be really good, I think it was sold and unfortunately things have only gone downhill since then.

In my opinion there is no reason why this restaurant is closed for dinner at 10-11pm when it is open until 2am. You have to drive, but they don't even offer mobile ordering. I just left because I didn't feel like standing on the driving line with real cars.
