Burger King in Schorndorf

Words fail me. The change since opening until today in terms of filth and unfriendly service.

As is so often the case, the toys included with the children's menu were missing. This wasn't apparent before ordering; we only found out after asking about it and receiving the food, which the employee clearly didn't care about. The food was also more soggy than elsewhere.

Food is OK, but there is no self-service drinks anymore

Pepper packets contaminated once again. Reported to the “restaurant” two weeks ago, still there today. The fresh supply from the box was also contaminated… Food is just as expected at BK... drinks machines have been broken for weeks, so currently without free refills.

No recommendation. Our food was completely forgotten, we went there after half an hour and asked where the food was. Unfortunately the lady didn't understand much of what we were saying. We then simply got random citizens to put on our “shelf” and our extra orders didn’t seem to matter, it didn’t cost anything. I pointed out to the lady that something was still missing and she reacted annoyed. The music played haltingly the whole time, which was very annoying during our unintentionally long stay. The staff also seemed very overwhelmed considering there weren't many people in the store.

The food was very poor, the burgers were lukewarm and tasteless, as I know from Burger King. Coca-Cola was non-carbonated and a Freestyle machine was also broken, so there was no alternative. When asked, we smiled nicely and got on with business 🤨. Unfortunately a disappointment €50 for crap. There were only 10 people in the restaurant.

It is very surprising that there is hardly any movement and communication in this Burger King, let alone oriented work. In addition, the shop simply does not look well-kept (tables are barely cleaned, the floor is full of leftovers, both at the checkout and in the dining room) and during the time I was eating there were always loud and stressful actions from the kitchen that disrupted eating. In addition, there were severe delays in the shop despite there not being much going on and the concept of a fast food chain for the most part missed I would not recommend this Burger King and as a recommendation for the branch “more employees and no delays and a clean studio”

Was just in via Drive, but there is a blonde with glasses on Drive, really unfriendly!!!! There was no napkin in the bag, no receipt and no straw. When I asked her about it when I ran in, she cheekily replied, "They're here on the side" and just ran away. Never again!!! You can tell that she's not in the mood at all, the unfriendly, most arrogant person I've ever met on the drive, so she'd rather go to the mac!

The first Citizen King where is clean...and very pleasant... Can only recommend Staff also very nice. That was in Schorndorf.

Everything is freshly made, but therefore quite slow for a fast food. A Cola machine is defective and all in all, the lighting is very energy efficient, even outside.

Burger King always tasted good, served quickly and wasn't overcrowded. The restaurant and toilets were always clean. There is enough parking space

Food was very freshly prepared, Staff/boss very nice. The normal employee was probably only employed for a short time and sometimes had to ask the shift manager. But that's not bad at all. Everyone starts somewhere :) You can pour/mix your own drink, which I think is good Everyone was really nice. would love to come back

Be careful with ToGo orders. Luckily, I just noticed at the counter that not everything I ordered was in the bag. Of course the employees looked pretty stupid when I checked because it wasn't the first time, but they quickly followed up. That was certainly no coincidence.

Disgusting, nothing is fresh here! Menu of 3 products put together incorrectly. It takes forever even though there's nothing going on and then it's not even that good. Not getting enough change, even though there was no stress or hecticness. Burger was cold, looked like someone had sat on it and the vegetables looked like they had been there the day before. Disgusting! 13€ for a handful of fries and a draft Coke I would have been better off doing the rest myself. Then sat hesitantly nibbling fries in front of the sad pile of cold mud and staring in disbelief at the poster behind it that seemed to be mocking me, which showed a utopian image of the burger in a way that couldn't even be pooped on the table by a unicorn at the end of a rainbow. None of the 20% tip was included on the bill

Eat ? Well, it's just Burgerking and you get the food from Burgerking. What's a shame, 1 drinks machine hasn't worked for months and the 2nd one only works the way it wants, it's a shame that it hasn't been taken care of. The employees are friendly and do their best. The ambience is like in every BK, it's just a chain.

I mainly come because of the Coca-Cola®️ Freestyle machine (which is why I always choose this branch when I want to have something to eat with friends late in the evening.) The employees are very friendly and will also accommodate any requests for changes at a later date.

It always tastes great and the staff at the checkout is always friendly. However, I have already experienced customers being really cheeky and rude at the checkout twice, which is a real shame and unnecessarily simple.

We ate Citizens during the holidays and ordered that menu (this menu was from advertising) with the large Citizen with bacon, fries and cola for around €12 and the Citizen was 😋😋👍👍👌👌 great. What's also cool is that the second drink is free.

Worst Burger King ever! Even worse than the rat-infested BK in Esslingen at the main station! Burgers partly cold and all put together very carelessly, fries soggy and the staff very unfriendly and with language barriers. I will go to Deizisau in the future if I ever have a craving for BurgerKing again.

Today we received a French fries sauce that has already expired 3 months ago (September 8th, 2024).

Totally rubbish toilet door cannot be closed, water pressure fitting is completely missing, unkempt toilet.

+ fast - Employee with brown hair, which she always wears high, gets the food out of the deep fryer way too early, regardless of whether it's fries or nuggets. So ALWAYS mushy and undercooked!! Don't you train your employees? How can you give out undercooked, partially frozen food?

As they used to say at school, “they tried hard.” Forget 50% when ordering via terminal. Then asked if we could fix that, for example by putting the bacon we ordered on the citizen and I have to say I didn't know that you could make "fresh" bacon so cold. I'm very disappointed 😞!

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars to a fast food place like Bürger King. So what's absolutely not possible is that you haven't been able to pay with a card for weeks. Why? No more money for it? In addition, every third meal is wrong or even missing. Given the prices, that's outrageous. I actually wanted to get food at the drive-thru. After I had to wait 3 minutes for anyone to communicate with me, I was told that only cash payment was possible, so I had to go in. About 15 people were waiting for their food inside. And that with 2 employees. So it took about 20 minutes until I had my food. Then I wanted to limit myself to a Coke at the machine. There are 2. One is defective. At the working one there was no water or cola, almost nothing. Then I had to drink Cola and Lime which tasted terrible. The food was ok then. Overall, terrible service. Everything is going down except the prices. They have been rising happily for years. I'm no longer convinced

The kitchen crew tried hard. The lady serving food has probably never heard the word “service” before. The tables were never cleaned during my stay. Hopefully the toilets do not reflect the preparation of the goods. Well, a franchise chain with too few staff, like almost everywhere in the catering industry.

What I ordered from the menu was not the same as what they gave me, I ordered a menu of double chesburger and 2 separate chesburgers, the difference between the double chesburger and the normal one was 2 slices of cheese 😅 and of course the price, the normal one had only one cheese slice

Sometimes there was a long waiting time, otherwise everything was good as usual!

I've been here several times and the quality of the food has varied. For a Burger King, compared to other BK branches, it fluctuated between 3 and 5 stars, so I give it 4. Sometimes the burgers are really fresh and toppings, sometimes you notice that they have been sitting for a while and are not very topped . The fries are sometimes very fresh, crispy and well salted and sometimes unfortunately not. But all in all, even the "worse" visits were still okay and I've gotten to know significantly worse BK branches.

The new ordering machines tend not to work (two out of three guests had problems during my visit). The lady at the counter is friendly and helpful, but if everything is broken, she can't save it. Drinks from the vending machine that you could tap yourself were mostly empty (Cola, Mezzo and Sprite were out 🤷🏽‍♀️) and at regular intervals a cloud of scent from the toilets wafted through the entire restaurant. So they won't see me there again any time soon.

I thought for a long time whether I should write something here - but I'll do it: During the Easter holidays my son (13) was with his friend at your place and was harassed and threatened at the table by a group of other young people (the older ones would come and they would go outside beat up). Luckily the worst didn't happen. BUT don't you care what the guys do to children who are YOUR customers?! Why didn't you step in and throw those guys out? You have the right to house. You could have also offered to call the police so that the kids could get home safely. But nothing! The employees noticed it very well. I no longer allow my son to eat with you. Unless he finds another adult to accompany him - I won't go with him. It's a shame what happened there.

Ordered 2 large fries today, waited right in front of the counter, asked after 15 minutes if he could please give them to me as long as other people's burgers weren't ready (french fries en mass ready at the back!) - "sorry, I'm alone". Unfortunately 0 stars is not possible Initially ignored at the counter, other customers were preferred later ordered at the counter: Burgers were requested individually, staff typed as a menu Fries were more than salty and cold. The Smart Menu wanted 2 cheeseburgers, one as beef, one as plant based, only received plant based, one of which was a nugget version (although the question was asked and answered three times). Ordered 3x French fries sauce, we received 1x French fries sauce, 2x ketchup.

Unfortunately received some incorrect products, but this was corrected immediately when we addressed it. The employees seem nice. Unfortunately, the men's toilet was completely messed up by customers, which is why my shoes stuck with every step.

They finally have self-service screens here and you no longer have to go to the counter to order. However, the last few times there was only one waitress there when picking up - regardless of the day and time. Don't know if that was a coincidence or they are now cutting back on staff. However, the soft ice cream is pretty tasteless and watery and not nice and creamy like the competition with the golden M. The many toppings don't make up for that. Great selection at the drinks machine. E.g. Fanta in so many flavors and that you can mix yourself

Disastrous service and ignorance at Burger King Schorndorf! My experience at Burger King Schorndorf was simply a disaster. I placed an order worth €60 and what do I get? Missing food worth €15! But that is not all. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also have the audacity to ignore my emails! No apology, no refund, nothing! Burger King Schorndorf, you are a bunch of incompetent and disrespectful clowns. If you can't even do your damn job and respond to complaints, you don't deserve to be in business. Avoid this store at all costs!

We were there last week and went to the restaurant, but wanted to take the food away and waited over 30 minutes for our food even though there was only one person with a small order in front of us. That's just way too long. When we were in the car, we checked whether everything was there and then something was missing. We rarely eat here because we always have bad experiences. The employees are overwhelmed, it's dirty and something is always missing.

Dirty shop, there are cigarette butts and dead cockroaches on the floor. The waitress insulted you by drawing your attention to the pollution in the store.

Your employees are not doing well at all! Today, April 27th. We were at your house at 10:50 p.m. with a few people waiting in front of us. By the time we got there it was already 11:01 p.m. What happened then? Your employee kicked us out. Why? Because it's after 11 p.m. and she wants to go home. Did it only occur to her after we had been there for 10 minutes? Then when we just said that we wanted a drink, she just said 'yes, the cash register is closed'. When I asked her her name because I wanted to complain she said "I have no idea" so her employees don't even know her name??? The tattooed employee with the red hair is the reason why we will never come back to her shop and tell everyone else about it! This can no longer be surpassed in terms of audacity, the customer who came after us wanted fries, then the cash register suddenly opened and she was able to collect. You are really the absolute worst!!!!

Food - Wrong at first and then cold and disgusting. Staff - By far the unfriendly thing I've seen in the last 20 years. My children cried! They were afraid of the boss, who had neither decency nor manners and insulted people in their native language. Words like "Sikerim" and any others were used. That really disturbed us. Communicating in German was sometimes difficult. An absolute NO GO!!!

We usually drive directly to WN or GD. We often get a brownie/blondie with ice cream at BK and unfortunately in Schorndorf the machine is often not in operation or the ice cream is simply not good.

I visited the restaurant on Thursday, January 25th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m., and the person who ordered the order was unfortunately unclean and uninterested in his external appearance. His nails were very long and dirty and I couldn't finish my meal because of his physical appearance. I really wonder where the supervisor is and the branch manager. Whether he sees his employees or not, cleanliness must be maintained in restaurants and employees must be carefully selected.

I was there with my family on January 25th, 2024 around 7:30 p.m. Everything was fine, but the employee is unkempt, his nails are so long and full of dirt. And the thing that disgusts me the most while he was talking to us, his hands were on his nose. I ask the additional ones to reconsider the choice of their employees, especially the attention to cleanliness and the wearing of gloves. is also better with masks

Der Laden war sauber. Bedienung war auf zack. Für mich fehlten nur die Bestellbildschirme.

Nach den schlechten Rezensionen war ich positiv überrascht. War heute gegen 11:00 Uhr hier. Sehr wenige Kunden daher schnelle Bedienung. Die Burger hätten etwas wärmer sein können. Aber sonst alles gut soweit. Nur beim Toiletten Besuch erlebte ich eine Überraschung. Die Pissoirs waren voller Eiswürfel. Keine Ahnung warum 🤷

Sehr unfreundliches Personal, zumindest an diesem Abend. Das Licht im Gastraum wurde um 22.40 Uhr ausgeschaltet, obwohl noch Gäste dort aßen und auch noch Gäste an den Kassen standen. Vermutlich sollte so darauf hingewiesen werden, dass um 23 Uhr geschlossen wird. Geht gar nicht!!!!

War heute dort, der BK hat auf mich einen anständigen Eindruck gemacht, es war soweit sauber, ist teuer geworden ja, von den Getränke Automaten war nur einer in Betrieb gewesen.... Aber wie gesagt, Die Burger waren geschmacklich gut 👍 👍 Haben mir einen sehr frischen Eindruck hinterlassen... 😃 Was mich jedoch stört, es sind zu wenig Pommes für den Preis 🙁 Heute 08.10 mehr Pommes bekommen, Tische teilweise dreckig... lange Wartezeit... 😡

Ein guter Burger King. Wir essen oft die Plant-based Produkte hier und diese werden jedes Mal frisch zubereitet und schmecken richtig lecker.

Heute mal wieder dem Burger King Schorndorf einen Snack genommen. War nicht sehr voll, also sehr angenehm.

Ziemlich dreckig. Vorallem in der Küche lagen einige pommes auf dem Boden rum. Leider auch total etwas anderes bekommen als bestellt. Der Mann vor mir hatte einen Burger ohne Fleisch erhalten. Also im großen und ganzen nicht so wirklich empfehlenswert

Die Tische waren alle nicht gereinigt obwohl nicht viel los war. Die Spielmöglichkeit drin für Kinder,ist ganz praktisch.
