Sometimes it takes a while to get the food! Sometimes something you ordered is missing!

Food wasn't good and cold was complained about because we were in the toilet

We went to Burger King in Telgte. The burgers were very good and the restaurant was very clean and pleasant. Not to be compared with those in Lengerich and Ibbenbüren. If Burger King then in Telgte.

Why don't they offer you cheaper options? Friend orders the same thing using the app and saves almost 50 percent. Could you have told me at the checkout?

The service has deteriorated extremely for two years. Something is missing in every order. Sometimes is understandable, but every year? It's been extreme for two weeks. I've waited twice for over an hour for food for 4 people, unfortunately it's really horrible

Since the BurgerKing Telgte simply doesn't cut it anymore, I think it would be advantageous to set up a TacoBell in the same location! A replacement of management is absolutely necessary. The TacoBell, in contrast to the former BurgerKing, offers a much more economical way to consume good food for once. The fries at BurgerKing are expensive, soggy, and unsalted. The fries at TacoBell, on the other hand, are cheaper, but also crispier and spicier; they come with a cheese sauce and a “sour cream and onion” dip. THE best experience of my humble life.

Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended. I drive by it every evening and sometimes you can't get around it. The ice cream machine has been broken for 3 months and the waiting times are beyond 20 minutes. (Whether drivein or in the restaurant)

Tasty and good, burgers, fries and the like, service is friendly and in a good mood, great!

Unfortunately the food didn't get a star because after 25 minutes I still hadn't had my two chili cheeseburgers. And then had to go to work. When asked, they didn't even start ordering. Money back not possible thanks to card machine. And no, there wasn't much going on in the store, just incompetence combined as a team and put into the late shift.

The food is ok, but what happens to me regularly at the drive-in in Telgte is that burgers are forgotten. Super annoying when you discover this at home. Sure, check straight away to see if the order is complete. But do it in the car when there are all the fries on the top.

The food was usual Burger King quality. The service was miserable and I had to wait 20 minutes for my food even though the restaurant hardly had any guests. The staff was visibly overwhelmed.

Makes you wait 30 minutes for the food, which is also completely overpriced. But the climax is yet to come. We wanted to order ice cream for dessert, waited over 20 minutes to get to the checkout and were told that the ice cream machine wasn't working. In addition, we didn't even get any money back but were offered a drink because the card reader doesn't allow change. Absolutely bad.

We've been waiting over 30 minutes for a relatively small order. What does this have to do with fast food? That's a bad joke. We're pissed. At the end, a price correction of 0.50 cents is simply added. Never again. Drive 10 minutes longer to Mecces. Underground...

Ordered three menus today at 12:16 and it had already been 20 minutes before we had our food. You could tell straight away that the fries had already been in the deep fryer twice. We then got new ones...but they weren't any better! We were still missing a burger after 25 minutes then the staff noticed! I ask why I have to wait so long to get my burger?? Answer from the employee that it was full (6 people including us and there was nothing in the drive either) so very full 🤣 Everyone who arrived after us got their food before us! Oh yes, it was soooo full. No apology, nothing.

No drink other than IceTea available... no ice or ice cubes. The tables were dirty with leftover food and sticky. The staff couldn't answer the question as to why there wasn't something else to drink even though they had chosen it...

Unfortunately I can't judge the food and drink, especially the ice cream and shake. I actually wanted to give the store another chance today. I could have had still water... unfortunately disappointed again.

Easy to understand the language, we were used to the food, but the prices were quite high.

Catastrophe! Self-service terminals on site and then only a single napkin for 2 dishes. The service desert is perfected here. Positive: the burgers tasted good.

Burger King continues to disappoint me more and more. The fries were really crispy and the vegetarian burgers were really tasty. But for some time now everything has tasted disgusting, dry and half raw.

The best burgers and fries I know from Burger King used to be here. The food was ready super quickly and the employees really had the place under control. I've never been to such a bad Burger King! After finally about 15 minutes we got the order! First the burger was wrong, then the extra wasn't on it! Personsl looked at the screen for what felt like hours, as if they weren't eating their own burgers! Staff walked around like they were plump! Keep driving when I pass there!

Waited over 30 minutes for the “food”. Then half of it is wrong and, above all, inedible. After the 30 minutes I asked nicely how far it was and they threw the bag down without comment as if I were cattle. The shop is run down & dirty. The tables and floor were sticky and smelled unpleasant. The employees are incredibly unfriendly. There is nothing left to add to this.

Absolutely top compared to some other branches. Nice and accommodating staff, everything is always freshly prepared and the plant-based burgers have always been in stock and they also taste great at Burger King, definitely try them out.

Hello, at the drive-in counter, when asked: do you also have a milk shake? The answer to this from a lady, quote: no we don't have it, go somewhere else! Really clever answer, right? Keep it up, you can afford it 🤭

Unfortunately, once again we didn't get everything that was ordered. Large fries were exactly the same size as a medium. Chocolate milkshake was vanilla Changes were not accepted!

We no longer work with PayBack! That was the statement. I had to discuss. Then they were booked. There were none served in the drive. A pity.

I've been sitting here waiting for food for over 40 minutes. The employees can't get anything done. The food was cold and didn't taste good. Instead of putting the drinks and sauces on the tray first, first the burgers so that they can get nice and cold, then of course the fries first because they taste good cold and finally the drinks. That is not how it works !!! When I asked how long it would take, I was ignored. It seemed like the employees were just standing around and staring at the screen

It's a shame technology that fails to order and wobbles a lot. Staff who perform other tasks and do not have customer service in mind.

Subterraneanly bad. We tried it again, but we completely failed. Complaint about the franchisee was sent to Burgerking headquarters. Never again.

!!! 1 star is too much for the store!!! We were there today (February 11, 2024) and just wanted small burgers. We ordered a smart menu and a plant-based burger - to take away. When we got home we first realized that only half of the order was included! A fries and a burger were completely missing (in the smart menu it was only the cheeseburger and the chicken burger was missing) and only one of the 2 fries was there. The burgers were dry as if they had been in the oven for 2 hours. The waiting time is a disgrace for a fast food restaurant. !!!!!1 star is already too much!!!! I will never enter this store again and I will advise everyone I know not to do so!!!!

We come here every now and then on the way to or from MS. The same happened yesterday and so far nothing has worked here (long waiting time, incomplete orders). Yesterday the lady in the drive-in made a fool of herself with her unfriendliness. We had made a mistake with a menu and wanted to correct it, but she said: "Wow, I have to cancel everything, for heaven's sake!" I thought I did not hear right!!! There wasn't even an apology at the counter. The store really wasn't full, but everyone was still stressed! Added to this was the waiting time of 20 minutes and even then something was missing again. We have decided not to order here again!!!

What new can you say about Burger King....burgers. However, at this branch I had to wait quite a long time for my orders. Regardless of whether it is well or less well attended.

So lange habe ich noch nie auf mein essen bei einem BK warten müssen. 20 Minuten sind's gewesen. Bei meiner Bestellung waren 4 Nummern noch vor mir dran. Und der Drive in war auch nicht sonderlich voll.

Leider extrem lange Wartezeit. Laden leer, Drive In leer, trotzdem wartet man locker 20 Minuten auf eine normale Bestellung. Teilweise ist diese dann nichtmal vollständig...

Wenn man Burger King bestellt, bekommt man auch Burger King. Das Personal rotiert wirklich jedes Mal wenn wir dort sind. Ich habe noch nie in einem Fast-Food-Restaurant gearbeitet, aber ich stelle mir vor, dass es dort sehr stressig sein muss und dass das Personal ständig reduziert wird, um Kosten zu sparen. Dazu kommt noch die schlechte Bezahlung und die hohe Fluktuation. Trotzdem werden Sonderwünsche immer berücksichtigt und auch die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr sauber, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einzig der Kinderspielplatz ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber immerhin gibt es ihn und die Kinder finden ihn toll. Mein Favorit ist dieser Burger King, denn immer wenn ich dort länger warten musste, weil es zu voll war, gab es nicht nur eine nette Entschuldigung, sondern auch ein Eis oder andere Sachen für die Kinder. Wir sind dort gerne Gäste und werden auch hervorragend als solche behandelt.

Überhaupt nicht gecheckt, Cola Zero hatte keine Kohlensäure.

Teilweise hat man das Gefühl das Personal ist sehr Lustlos, der Gastraum sollte regelmäßiger gereinigt werden.

Es war wie bei den meisten Restaurants dieser Kette. Nichts außergewöhnliches.

Na ja es ist wie überall. Du bestellst im Drive was, fährst los und stellst fest das was verkehrtes in der Tüte ist. Damit muss man wohl heutzutage klar kommen in der schönen bunten neuen Welt.

Sehr nettes Team, und bei Fragen stehen die Mitarbeiter immer zur Stelle.

Nach 3 Wochen gesundem Essen musste das einfach sein,die Bedienung war nett, das Restaurant sauber und die Hamburger gut

Ich war nur zum Bestellen und abholen dort. Zubereitung der Burger hat aufgrund von Sonderwünschen, die allesamt erfolgreich umgesetzt wurden, etwas länger gedauert. Ich musste ca. 4 Minuten warten... also eigentlich nicht erwähnenswert. Es gab ein gratis Getränk für mich, da mir jemand meine Bestellung weggenommen hat, und ich den "Dieb" mit "Körpereinsatz" (ich musste hinter ihm herlaufen und Ihm auf die Schulter Tippen - Denn der junge Mann konnte mich und die Bedienung, welche nur die Zahl meiner Bestellung ausgerufen hatte, aufgrund der akustischen Abschirmung durch seine noice-cancelling-Ohrstöpseln, nicht verstehen), darauf hinweisen musste. Ambiente war entsprechend dem BK Standard. Ich fand es sehr sauber.

Immer ein Besuch wert, es ist kühl. Man wartet nicht besonders lange auf sein Essen. Der Service ist wirklich freundlich und die Musik im Hintergrund auch sehr angenehm

4 anstatt 6 Nuggets. Pommes vergessen. Essen war wenigstens warm.

Wir waren heute da gewesen. Es wurde alles frisch zubereitet was man positiv erwähnen muss allerdings die Pommes viel zu salzig und es wurde ein Hamburger ohne Gurken bestellt und was war drauf Gurken. Sowas läuft bei McDonald's und co besser.

Я был тут в воскресенье и в понедельник. В воскресенье бургеры и картошка фри вообще не понравились, вкус был не очень, однако утром в понедельник я вновь взял картошку и Наггетс бургер и они были другого вкуса, что-ли свежее более, так же вечером я ходил туда и вкус был прекрасный, возможно это все зависит от смены. Людей было мало, готовили заказ долговато, один раз забыли добавить лёд в колу, было чисто.

Normaler Weise kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Doch sollte, wenn nach Fuze Pfirsich verlangt wird, dieser auch übergeben werden. Wenn man aber nur Zitrone da hat, sollte man dies dem Kunden auch sagen. Alles kein beinbruch, wenn man einfach ehrlich ist.

Kann nicht sein das man immer in jede Tüte gucken muss, weil nen Burger oder eine Pommes fehlt!!!!

Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ist echt Klasse. Da können die auch bei schlechtem Wetter schön spielen.

Bestellt wurden zwei Menüs mit zwei mal Fanta. Erhalten haben wir Cola und Fanta. Eigentlich auch keine Fanta, weil es nur nach Wasser geschmeckt hat. Zusätzlich haben ein Burger und Mayonnaise gefehlt.

Schönen Dank für falsches Abrechnen. Mir wurde für einen Whopper und 6 Onion Rings 9, 28 Euro berechnet. Leider war der Kassenbon nicht in der Tüte. 😐

Zu laute Musik, schrilles gepiepe aus der Küche und unzufriedene Mitarbeiter. Wen wundert es.

Essen war wie erwartet ok. Allerdings war die Bedienung unterirdisch. Von der Bestellung bis zur Abholung am Tresen sind fast 30 Minuten vergangen. Mitarbeiter waren nicht gestresst, sogar sehr langsam und hatten keine Eile Bestellungen fertig zu machen. Und am Ende war es auch noch unvollständig! Hier gehe ich nicht noch mal hin.

Burger waren gut gemacht und haben geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Auffallend freundlich! Wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein das wir dort mal einkehren.
