I ordered at the terminal and paid in cash, everything went quickly. Little citizens but otherwise good.

Inhuman behavior! A homeless man had followed the house rules, ordered something to eat and wanted to enjoy the social environment until an employee came and insulted the gentleman. She threatened to call the police, took his personal belongings and threw them outside the door. The homeless man gave up his food and left the store without making a fuss. I've been going to Burgerking - Wandsbek for months. The employee already had the right word in her mouth: “Dirty” but it wasn’t the gentleman, it was the whole store! The Burger King has nothing to do with humanity!

I recently visited Burger King and was very pleased with my visit. The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. The branch was clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience. Gladly again!

Have been here many times since it opened and have never been disappointed. Mind you, it's above average for a fast food restaurant. Some people are unable to return their tray, but there is nothing the store can do about that. I would have liked the tray return to be emptied more often by the employees at peak times, but it is understandable that there is a lot to do. Sometimes the order terminal didn't spit out a receipt or you couldn't redeem coupons with your cell phone, but the employees are quick to help you at the checkout and are very friendly. When it comes to food, I always got what I ordered and it was always good. I really enjoy coming here.

Ordered via Uber Eats and never received it. For 2 hours it said “food is being prepared” and at the end “delivered” even though it NEVER arrived. Absolutely terrible. No refund, no apology, nothing.

Food comes quickly, is hot, you can see that it is always freshly prepared for you. One of the better Burgerking branches.

Ordered brownie with ice cream, as if it wasn't outrageous to charge 50 cents for the sauce, half of the sauce was on the tray instead of ice cream! The brownie was also barely warmed up. A real disappointment for around €5!

For me, it's simply not appropriate to go to restaurants of any kind to ask for money. Unfortunately, the staff only took care of this after multiple requests.

Ordered and paid for various things via the touchscreen, then found out that some of them were no longer available?! Then why the system? Forced to take something else. Although it was OK But it didn't suit our granddaughter's taste.

Auch hier muss man an den unsäglichen Terminalkassen bestellen, der Innenraum ist schmuddelig wie in den meisten Fast-Food-Filialen, und es gibt kaum Sitzplätze. So stehen direkt vor den Tischen eigentlich immer andere Gäste herum, die gerade auf ihr Essen warten.

Würde nicht wiederkommen, meine Pommes vom Feedback wurde nicht angenommen, es wurden hier Lügen erzählt von wegen das man etwas kaufen muss und das es überall so ist. Stimmt aber nicht. Die Steckdosen funktionierten auch nicht und mein Ladegerät wurde beim einstecken stark beschädigt. Leerer Laden, hat trotzdem alles lange gedauert.

Das Essen hat geschmeckt, aber viel zu teuer, dafür dass es keinen Service gibt und mit dem Müllhaufen auf dem Tisch so ungemütlich ist.
