Insanely expensive. Ordering doesn't work properly. Burgers and sweet dishes can sometimes only be ordered with a "compulsory extra" like a coffee or a meal. The service is very poor. Tables are dirty. Cash is the only payment method at the counter.

Was there yesterday and I have to say it was ok. :Negative my Cola, it arrived without ice so the machine was apparently broken. Unfortunately there are not enough seats. Burger King's best days are clearly behind it and now it's just being run down. Small, dark and dingy are the most positive descriptions. You are forced to order from vending machines. You can then pick up the goods at the counter after a while if they suddenly appear there. The food is just as careless and like the ordering process. Bland, dry and sticky food is paired with overpriced food prepared by tired and sad-looking employees. Of course, offering food for the gutter but quoting prices from a 5-star restaurant doesn't go together. I can only strongly warn against the heap of abject disgrace being served up here.

One of the best places to eat something good. If you are non-veg then there are a lot of options such as wooper burger, crispy chicken,long etc. but if you are vegetarian and tired of eating salad and plant based stuff I will suggest you to eat veggie King one of my favorite burgers paty filled with mashed potatoes, kidney beans and more veggies. I had tried a lot of burger King burgers but this has vast amounts of burgers which can only be found in this one only.

To be honest, I felt very uncomfortable in the store. Maybe it was the clientele, the ordering process or the carelessly thrown together Big King burger that I received. As soon as the order was placed (digital column), the price suddenly increased during the ordering process. I've never experienced anything like that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Burger King Wandsbek Markt.

The burgers and fries arrived cold, although there was only one person in the Burger King besides us, so there was hardly anything going on and we brought in extra because we wanted fresh burgers and they gave us the old ones. They were cold and so clumped together. The fries were also cold and sticky, at least 30 minutes old. I don't expect the finest of the finest here, but at least fresh burgers, especially when there's no one else there and we're eating here. It doesn't bother me when I'm on the go, I can warm them up at home and when we asked if we could have fresh burgers and fries, they just warmed them up and gave them back. Unfortunately, this meant that they were completely soggy and it just didn't taste good. The person at the front of the checkout was very friendly. But the person who was in the kitchen was extremely rude and didn't care that they gave us cold food. It's not like the burgers cost 1 euro like they used to, but rather 8 euros or more. You can at least expect them to be warm.

We ordered a meal in the restaurant for 40 euros and were the only ones there. We had specified special requests for the burgers and the burgers still arrived cold. When we returned the burgers and explained that they were cold, the eaten burgers came back warmed for a short time. How can it be that you don't get any fresh burgers for 40 euros and extra requests and the restaurant is empty and after I give notice the same burgers, which were probably made at least 10 minutes before we arrived, are served to me again. No explanation, no apology from service.

When the store first opened, it was very good and the staff was friendly. Since then, the business has been on a downward spiral. The store looks very unclean and not very inviting due to the ordering machines in the middle. I always order takeaway food and so far there has always been a bag to bring your food home safely. On the penultimate visit, the nuggets we bought were pretty old and no longer fresh. During the current visit, despite several bags, there was no larger bag left and, what was very annoying: two products worth €2.49 each were completely missing, which I only noticed when I got home. It counts again: cooking yourself is better after all.

A relatively new Burger King store therefore very pleasant and modern store. Food very good for fast food.

A pure disaster! We had to wait 15 minutes for the table to be wiped down (during which time we asked for it several times), the tray was dirty, there were no toys for the junior girls and instead of a cola there was an iced tea. When the table was finally wiped down, the food was of course cold. Never again!!!

There was 1 woman and 2 men in the kitchen, the woman had gloves while preparing the food and the 2 men didn't. One of them also had hand jewelry on and the other wipes the sweat from his forehead with a cloth and continues to prepare the burgers without washing his hands and without gloves...🤢🤮 I will definitely never go there again and advise everyone to go there before ordering Check in the kitchen to make sure everyone is wearing gloves during preparation.

Have been here many times since it opened and have never been disappointed. Mind you, it's above average for a fast food restaurant. Some people are unable to return their tray, but there is nothing the store can do about that. I would have liked the tray return to be emptied more often by the employees at peak times, but it is understandable that there is a lot to do. Sometimes the order terminal didn't spit out a receipt or you couldn't redeem coupons with your cell phone, but the employees are quick to help you at the checkout and are very friendly. When it comes to food, I always got what I ordered and it was always good. I really enjoy coming here.
