We now have 4/5 orders of rancid lettuce. It's brown and flabby! It wasn't like that before. I'm turning on PayPal now. It is enough. We've probably ordered 100 times here, but for more than a year now, more than 80-90% of the salad orders have been brown and rancid in places. It's really enough. Update: The problem will still exist in 2024! When ordering, around 80% of the salad is not fresh. If you go there, you get fresh salad. A complaint to Burgerking didn't do much good, there was an on-site visit, but no violation was found there. I told them that it was okay on site and that this happens with orders.

American slow food. Always delicious, always a long wait. 14 minutes for six nuggets and a burger...

Meets almost all of my requirements for a Burger King. Waiting times for food are sometimes far too long for a fast food restaurant.

They refused to serve me at the checkout. This is an absolute disgrace. 🤬🤬🤬

Everything is good as always... except the STAFF! It used to be friendlier and helpful and now when we were there there was new staff who had no understanding of hospitality and would argue with everyone! I upgraded from normal fries to chilli cheese fries... there was hardly any cheese sauce and when I asked for more sauce, the manager said it wasn't his problem and then charged me an additional €1 for extra cheese sauce calculated... They NEVER actively offer reusable cups in order to do something positive for the environment! When we asked, they responded annoyed... so you can save yourself the project environment in the branch.

The food could have been warmer. As an older person (73), I find the new “service” with the self-entry devices (similar to the competitor Mc) terrible. The furniture is old and broken. The toilet is an imposition. Next visit???

Super decent Burger King, top service

Even after my repeated request that I would like to order at the checkout and not at the terminals, I was asked to order at the terminals. Very bad service on this point. At least the missing food was brought to the table later. What should you expect, it's just anonymous mass production and soon also anonymous mass processing. If you don't have a problem with that, you can eat there. For better burgers and fries, you generally have to avoid the system catering and go to dedicated burger restaurants that are only slightly more expensive. It just takes a little longer to wait for the food.

food good bk standard and seller ok. no outside area and otherwise rather uncomfortable top drinks machine - thumbs up! Unfortunately not all kiosks worked but that wasn't a problem as there wasn't much traffic

Dear Burger King, If you want to continue to preserve your image, then you should carefully hand over your branches to people who are willing to treat customers the way you portray your image. Westerbachstraße 162, in 60489 Frankfurt (Rödelheim) is the best example of how not to run a franchise company of your size. On Saturday May 4th, 2024 we visited the branch in question and were proven wrong. 1. Drive in? What does drive in mean in your technical jargon? That we have to come into the branch and let your employees get us ready. Example: We planned to order a menu at the checkout using a coupon, but we were directed to the column, but since we didn't know our way around, the branch manager came to our aid. We ordered a menu that was called “Steakhouse Beef Burger” according to the branch manager, everything would be beef as per the name, but since according to our religion we are not allowed to eat pork or bacon meat, we were wondering why, why and why in ours Burger that said meat was included.?!, after requesting it was said: “We should ask what is included in this burger”. As I said, the branch manager, who also told us that we had to ask what should be in the burger, also advised us at the column that the burger only contains beef in case we have concerns next time If we don't know whether it is pork or beef, we should look for whether it is called beef or bacon in the range, so we can see whether it is pork or beef. We were expelled from the house by the management and employees, how do you as Burger King justify this? If you don't have an answer, we will take legal action.

One of the worst Burger Kings in Germany. I wasn't allowed to order at Kounter. I had to pick up food and the service was rude. Never here again.

Staff rude and products not available and no other selection

the delivery man with the glasses, about 45 years old or so, brings the orders incorrectly and above all he demands money for the wrong delivery, which he received after a few weeks. He is rude and will never order from this circus again.

Have been there several times, today it's really underground. The staff is now discussing with customers about the wrong order? . My order was okay But it was like a crazy house Loudly dirty and the staff didn't seem to care! . Hygiene is a foreign word, unfortunately, fingers in fries. I've looked at it for a long time, it's not possible these days to straighten your hair with your fingers? And after eating we decided that was the last visit, food OK like in every Burger King. It's just a shame I even thought about sending the health department there. so much for cleanliness

Unfriendly staff - we've really experienced a lot but the listless, unsympathetic staff tops everything

The food itself is mostly very good, but the staff is very unfriendly. Especially the woman who is supposedly the boss there is really very unfriendly and very unmotivated!

Staff who don't understand you, food is typically ok in BK but not a treat for the palate either.

Today (02/25/24 at 12:30 a.m.) I was extremely disappointed... I've never experienced such bad service from there!!! Everything was closed or turned off earlier even though it was still open. It was still being sold but in the end you couldn't even get the drink you wanted.

Hamburgers cold, fries cold, iceberg lettuce wilted, everything inedible, no recommendation, any Imbussbude is better, unfortunately you can't give negative points

Food wasn't fresh, iceberg lettuce no taste withers terribly, Cold fries, better avoid this shop. Unfortunately I can't recommend a dish as this is the second time I fell in and nothing changed

I just bought a chili cheeseburger burger, the bread was rock hard and the meat was simply cold, how can that be when everything is supposedly made fresh on site??!

Lots of employees standing in one heap. The food wasn't fresh. The bread was dry. The fries were cold. The onion rings are soft. The chili cheese nuggets were ok. It's a shame because the restaurant is nice and modern, and also a great location. The employees seem friendly. It seemed like the heater was broken. Without exception, the guests sat in the restaurant wearing jackets.

Like almost every Burger King... Moderate. Fries tasted old or like old chip fat. As always, toilets are not particularly clean, last cleaning was signed a week ago, no soap. Kind of musty water.

Way too expensive for the quality

The food is Burger King delicious. A drinks machine is available. The people at the counter are completely chilled. The tables and floor are clean. I always enjoy coming here!

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for the service because the employee didn't speak German very well.

Moderner großer Burger King, essen wurde schnell zubereitet, Getränke kann man sich am Getränkespender selber zapfen und auch nachfüllen

Buenos combos, buenas papas fritas!! Lo mejor la maquina expendedora de sodas, puedes hacer las m2zclas que quieras!!!

Sauberkeit leider nicht gegeben (Sitzgelegenheiten, WC, Getränkeautomat). Freundlichkeit Fehlanzeige. Personal verstand auch unsere Bitte zur Bestellung nicht. Nachfolgende Bestellung am Terminal wurde falsch zusammengestellt (erst Zuhause gemerkt)

Burger King halt. Aber es sind alle voll nett und hilfsbereit.

Burger waren recht fad Pommes hingegen aber frisch und knackig Pluspunkt dafür, dass noch ein Getränkeautomat vorhanden ist

'n ganz gewöhnlicher Burger King Filiale.. Nur in den späteren Stunden sind die Mitarbeiter recht lustlos.. Das merkt man dann direkt an ihre Umgangssprache und vor allem auch an den Burgers.. Dann sehen und schmecken die immer wie "geschüttelt UND gerührt"!! 😵‍💫 😅 🤣Update: Falschen Burger eingepackt.. Durfte aber nicht umtauschen.. Wird als schlechter!!

Zur manchen, meist späteren, Uhrzeiten designierte Mitarbeiter.. Das schmeckt man dann auch..

Great friendly service and didn't have to wait long. Same international BK experience. Burgers are well priced and if you visiting Frankfurt it will be good to have the experience. Will prefer BK over most of the local over priced food.

War nun schon öfters dort. Manchmal ist die Verständigung etwas schwierig. Geschmacklich wie zu erwarten. Wartezeit ist hin und wieder zu lange.

Ein kleinerer BK etwas weniger Publikum (was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde) . Saubere WC's und auch Tische! (Hier wird auch noch zwischendrin Mal ein Tisch abgewischt)...Leider leider ist in den Getränkeautomaten die Auswahl inzwischen geringer geworden weil man schlichtweg die Getränke nichtmehr nachfüllt! Sehr sehr schade. Von 2 Getränkeautomaten funktioniert auch nur noch einer...

Leider ist uns aufgefallen dass das Eis mit Wasser gestreckt wird. Letztes Jahr war es noch schön cremig im Vergleich zu MC, und jetzt merkt man am Geschmack und den Eiskristallen das die Rezeptur mit Wasser gestreckt wird, zu dem hat sich der Preis auf 2€ verdoppelt, sehr schade…. Hoffe die nehmen das Kommentar zu Herzen und korrigieren das, werde es auf jeden Fall noch mal in den nächsten Monaten probieren, die letzten 3 mal waren leider eindeutig.

Ruhige Lage, nicht mega viel los, keine unpersönlichen Bestellterminals, Getränkeautomaten zur Selbstbedienung noch vorhanden. Burger sehr lecker. Fluffiges Brötchen schöne Menge Soße, frisch und warm. Leider schmecken uns die Soßen (Mayo, Barbeque, Süß-Sauersoße) bei BK generell nicht so gut wie bei McDonalds (Vegane Mayo schmeckt mir besser als die Pommes Sauce, aber ist dennoch nur ok) Saubere Toiletten, saubere Tische

Essen war für ein Burger King echt gut

Kaffee war o.k. Kaltgetränke soviel man mag uny verträgt.

Dieser Burger King ist völlig zweifellos eine der besseren Filialen der amerikanischen Franchise Kette. Bei unserem Besuch war hier im Inneren alles sehr sauber und alles wirkte gepflegt. Die bestellen Burger waren ebenfalls alle gewohnt lecker, weshalb sich ein Besuch dieser Burger King Filiale besonders empfehlen lässt.
