Hallo, ich war gerade eben dort und habe mir einen Whopper geholt. Die Wartezeit war länger als durchschnittlich. Der Whopper war völlig zerdrückt und hinterließ bei mir einen schrecklichen Nachgeschmack – fast so, als hätte ihn schon jemand vor mir gegessen. Das Personal war ebenfalls unangenehm, und die Atmosphäre war auch nicht besonders. Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, waren die Toiletten. Sie sind sauber und bequem, das Waschbecken ist groß. Falls euch nach dem Essen schlecht wird und ihr euch übergeben müsst, keine Sorge – auf der Toilette werdet ihr eine gute Zeit haben. Zusammengefasst: Die Burger-King-Filialen in Deutschland sind meiner Meinung nach ohnehin nicht besonders gut, aber diese hier ist wirklich furchtbar.

Guten Abend, ich habe heute eine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen aufgegeben und fast 50 € bezahlt. Als ich zu Hause angekommen bin, habe ich festgestellt, dass die Chili-Cheese-Soße und ein Big King XXL gefehlt haben, obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe. Ich möchte eine Rückerstattung für die fehlenden Artikel erhalten. Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal, dass mir das in dieser Filiale passiert. Ich hoffe auf eine schnelle Lösung. Vielen Dank.

Es ist eine Frechheit! Man zahlt 5-6€ Gebühren dafür, dass die Hälfte der Bestellung nicht geliefert wird. Dann wird einfach aufgelegt am Telefon. Keine Nachlieferung angekommen

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an die Kasse.. Zwingen die Kunden an terminal zu bezahlen obwohl die Kasse ist offen da muss wirklich diskutieren um bar zu bezahlen!!! Einfach faul...

Bin mal wieder zu Burger King hin. Extrem enttäuschend, nie wieder. Schlaffe Onionrings, Brötchen vom Whopper schmecken nach Pappe. Graues Hackfleisch, alles nicht besonders appetitlich. Langsamer unfreundlicher Service, kein Koordination, dadurch lange Wartezeit, Burger liegt rum, bis die Onion Rings fertig sind. Getränke muss man sich selbst ziehen, die Automaten sind nicht intuitiv. Im Vergleich ist Mc Donalds viel besser von der Organisationsstruktur und für mich auch im Geschmack. Wenn ich generell Fastfood mit z.B. Pizzerien, Thais etc. vergleiche bekommt man dort das ehrlichere und bessere Essen zu günstigeren Preisen.

Über 30 Minuten auf eine einfache Bestellung warten, die dann auch noch falsch zubereitet wurde. Als ich sie auf ihren Fehler hinwies, reagierten sie beleidigt. Sie stritten sich mit anderen Kunden. Schrecklicher Service.

Seit langem mal wieder Burger King besucht. Pommes wurden frisch zubereitet, die Burger haben mittelmäßig geschmeckt - das Fleisch war sehr trocken. Das Restaurant sieht gut aus, aber die Stühle „kratzen“ auf dem Boden und sind laut. Der Getränke-Automat musste erst befüllt werden, bevor wir ihn nutzen konnten. …und zum Schluss zu Gesamtpreis. 1x_Kids-Menü, 6er Nuggets und zwei normale Birgermenüs für über 45 € - Au Mann!

Leider waren die Pommes nur lauwarm obwohl sie frisch ausgegeben worden sind, einer von zwei Getränkeautomaten funktionierte nicht richtig, ansonsten war alles soweit in Ordnung

Meine Frau und ich suchten nach einem Restaurant für Blähungen und fanden das Paradies auf Erden 🥰🥰

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich eine Rezension hinterlasse. Grundsätzlich ist es jedoch wichtig, solche Erfahrungen zu schildern. Die Bestellung wurde um 10:00 Uhr für 11:30 Uhr vorbestellt. Damit war im Vorfeld ausreichend Zeit vorhanden, die Lieferung zu planen und zu organisieren. Um 11:30 Uhr kam dann ein Anruf von einer Hamburger Nummer mit der Information, der Fahrer stehe im Stau — bei einer Strecke von lediglich 3,6 km. Geliefert wurde die Bestellung schließlich erst um 12:29 Uhr. Der Zustand der Speisen bei Ankunft war leider nicht akzeptabel: Die Pommes waren kalt, labbrig und durch die lange Zeit in der Verpackung zu einem einzigen Klumpen zusammengeklebt. Die Nuggets waren ebenfalls kalt, die Soßen aufgebläht. Auch die Burger waren qualitativ mangelhaft: Das untere Brötchen war so trocken, dass es beim Reinbeißen zerbröselte und sich beinahe zu Staub zerreiben ließ. Besonders ärgerlich ist in so einem Fall, dass die Mittagspause von 11:00 bis 12:00 Uhr ging, die Lieferung aber erst danach eintraf. Damit kam die Bestellung nicht nur zu spät, sondern war zudem in einem Zustand, in dem sie praktisch nicht mehr genießbar war. Unter diesen Umständen stellt sich die Frage, wie Burger King mit einer solchen Reklamation umgeht und welche Lösung dafür angeboten wird.

Nachfüllpackung erhältlich, ich liebe es!

Ich habe als Lieferfahrer gearbeitet und habe oft Bestellungen von dort abgeholt. Leider hatte ich mehrere negative Erfahrungen: Wenn ich kam, um die Bestellung abzuholen, haben die Mitarbeiter gesehen, dass ich da bin, aber sie haben so getan, als würden sie mich nicht sehen. Ich habe sie gegrüßt, aber sie haben mich nicht zurückgegrüßt. Die Mitarbeiter wirken teilweise ungepflegt. Ich finde dieses Verhalten gegenüber Kunden und Lieferfahrern nicht in Ordnung und hoffe, dass Maßnahmen ergriffen werden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Hans M

Zwei mal bestellt und zwei mal enttäuscht worden. Das erste Mal wurde falsches Essen geliefert und das zweite Mal fehlten die Getränke trotz Menübestellung. Wir haben dafür viel Geld bezahlt und sind sauer

Ich habe eine Nacken-, Schulter-, Rückenmassage gebucht, weil ich viele Verspannungen im oberen Rücken und eine Blockade im Iliosakralgelenk hatte.

Ich finde diesen Burger King sehr angenehm. Das Personal war nett, das Ambiente angenehm und das Essen lecker.

@BK: Werbung und Produkt müssen näher zusammenpassen, dann vllt 5 Sterne. +++ Die Kinder haben den Chicken Nuggets Burger geliebt. Die Babyburger waren im Vergleich zur Werbung enttäuschend und hatten nicht das tolle Volumen, was dann auf dem TV im Lokal lief. Das Baklava Style Eis war auch nicht wie in der Werbung verrührt. Crisp geil, Rest okay. Korrekt verrührt hat es gut geschmeckt. Filiale wirkte ziemlich sauber; auch wenn der Tabletwagen am Ende überfüllt war und wir unsere Tablets nicht mehr einstellen konnten.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe den "King's Selection Double Beef" bestellt, der laut Werbeplakat mit saftigem Rindfleisch, frischem Rucola, Tomaten und Röstzwiebeln beworben wird. Das Produkt, das ich erhalten habe, entsprach jedoch absolut nicht der Abbildung: Von dem frischen Gemüse fehlte jede Spur. Abgesehen von den zwei trockenen Fleischpatties und etwas Käse war kaum etwas vom versprochenen Belag zu sehen. Bei einer Premium-Linie ist eine solche Diskrepanz zwischen Werbung und Realität nicht akzeptabel. ​Dies ist leider nicht das erste Mal, dass so etwas passiert ist, und als treuer Kunde bin ich darüber zutiefst enttäuscht.

Meist leer und sehr ruhig in diesem King. Pommes wie immer fast ohne Salz. Aber ich liebe die Cola Variante... besonders Himbeer

Das Essen war gut. Die Tablettsammler waren leider völlig überfüllt. Es stapelte sich der Müll. Die Toilette war sehr dreckig.

Die Mitarbeiter der Filiale haben Handschuhe und Munschutz getragen. War optisch alles ordentlich. War sehr zufrieden. Und es war lecker.

Ich habe mehrmals bei BurgerKing bestellt mit der Hoffnung, dass gleiche Fehler nicht wieder passieren.. Bei jede Bestellung haben die was vergessen ODER WAREN HAARE IN POMMES ODER BURGER!!!! unglaublich

Burger King, as usual. Unfortunately, the burgers were only lukewarm. The fries, however, were hot. It's rare to be able to have both, isn't it? 🙈 The restaurant seemed relatively clean. What I did appreciate: the women's restroom was quite clean. That was a nice touch.

I bought the Mystery Burger. It had a patty weighing less than 100g, a few onions, tomato, and lettuce. Basically, a tiny hamburger. All for €3.49. Outrageous! This is a rip-off!

I was just passing through because, to be honest, I don't like junk food in general, and when I ordered a large meal from the vending machine, the only drink options were water, Coke, and lemonade. The difference with the large meal was that the drink was 500ml instead of 400ml. So I ordered the lemonade, and to my astonishment, they gave it to me in a ridiculously small glass, and on top of that, it was a Monster energy drink with just a splash of lemon. What a rip-off!

This is our regular Burger King. When we go here, the food comes quickly and is always nice and hot! I wouldn't have thought to write a review, but Ms. Sahiti spoke to me. ^^ Great service!

Far too little for the price. I bought ice cream for just under €5, and there was far too little ice cream and sauce in it. Fix it, or you'll have one less customer!

The restaurant was quite empty and seemed a bit desolate. The food was as expected.

As always, good quality. And, best of all, they're open until 1 a.m. Perfect for grabbing something to eat after a late flight.

Yesss... A lot has changed here... And for the better... I thought burgers topped this perfectly only appear in photos... Then yesterday, just before closing time, there was a work of art... In my opinion, the Burger King in Sossenheim is the best in all of Frankfurt! The food is fresh, the restaurant is very clean, and the employees are friendly. One small drawback is that there's no cell phone or internet reception in the restaurant, which is sometimes a shame. Nevertheless, this location impresses with its cleanliness and good quality – highly recommended!

The food was okay. The reusable drink cup was dirty—unfortunately, so were all the other reusable cups I was offered. The store was dirty (trash on the floor, spilled drinks), and unfortunately, the men's restroom was also very dirty.

I've been to Burger King for the first time in years, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The food was delicious. Fresh salad, a nice warm burger, and well-salted fries. What I particularly liked was the great drink station, where you have a huge selection and can refill your drinks for free. Even ice cubes. Their competitor could learn a thing or two from that. They stopped serving them years ago.

The typical Burger King food is okay. I've seen many worse, but also better, restaurants. Unfortunately, the service here is abysmal, quite unfriendly and unmotivated. Customers seem to be more of an annoyance. Hygiene also needs improvement; sticky floors and tables.

Everything was fine with the food. BUT....... TAKE THE CELL BLOCKER OFF. ZERO RECEPTION IN THE STORE, 5 BAR OUT THE DOOR. THAT'S INTENTIONAL. I couldn't download my BK app. So no discounts.

The food was good, but unfortunately the staff wasn't. Our order was missing something, but we got it upon request. Some friends were also missing something.

The employees were very unfriendly and refused to serve me because I wanted to change my order during the checkout process. They wanted me to enter the voucher code, which I had to look up first. They didn't want to help me and apparently didn't wait either.

I'm sorry, for the price you pay for food you should go somewhere else, long wait, the place was empty, the portion of chips was small.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The food was warm and tasted like a typical Burger King dish. King's churchy chicken is truly more than just a recommendation. It tastes (and actually looks) like a creation by van Gogh and Jamie Oliver. 10/10

They forgot to deliver several items from my order and refused to resend them. They simply kept the money. When I complained, I was insulted on the phone.

Dear Burger King management, Unfortunately, during my last visit, I was made aware of hygiene deficiencies that were very irritating and, to be honest, put me off. The staff weren't wearing gloves, had their hair down, touched their noses, coughed, and then proceeded to prepare the burgers. Considering current food hygiene standards, what I saw was simply disgusting.

I've eaten here regularly, never had a problem. Fast service, food is up to the standards of burger king, plenty of parking and they even have a drink mixer. Perfect.

I ordered chili nugs with an order code at the counter. The man then said you could only do that once. I gave another code, and then he said he had three and couldn't cancel. A disaster, never again. I threw everything away because I think he spat in it and gave me the cold goods. Never again. Time: 21.05.2025, Thursday.

I would like to complain about the staff in your store. Unfortunately, during my visits I noticed that the entire team, including the shift leader Mr. Ahmad, seemed very unsympathetic to me. The way I was served was unprofessional and unpleasant. I expect a sales team to be friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met. I hope you take steps to improve your team's behavior.

If I order something without tomatoes, I expect that to be the case

The only problem is the phone coverage is very poor inside.

I was at the drive counter and wanted a sundae ice cream and politely asked if the gentleman could put more chocolate sauce on it. However, his answer was that I should pay €0.60 more. I didn't accept that and went to the nearest Burger King in Eschborn and there it was possible without paying more. Conclusion Eschborn Burger King better than in Sossenheim!

The free choice of ingredients makes the double Whoppler a pleasure.... Happy again from time to time...

Burgers are served WITHOUT gloves very disgusting and unhygienic!! Unfortunately I only noticed it at the end otherwise I would have given the burger back just the thought makes me sick. Managers and colleagues watch and don't say a word!

A typical BurgerKing branch for all fans of Whopper and Co. Unfortunately, the service is annoying and makes the customer feel how annoying it is if they don't order their food online or at the ordering station. The food is within the usual BurgerKing repertoire. At least it was served fresh and hot.

I waited 8 minutes directly in front of the ordering counter and then the service wasn't exactly friendly. The two burgers also took a long time and there wasn't much going on.

At the beginning it was very clean and the employees were very unfriendly. In the drive-in you have to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer.

Spontaneously ordered around 10:40 p.m., burgers were there shortly before 11 p.m., driver found me immediately, great, food was ok too, clearly not hot, but warm enough. Certainly again. (Delivery and service fee are very high with Uber...7€)

Yesterday at 22:53, We ordered 9 king nuggets with fries and a cola for a drive through. The person who took the order didnt even mention that the ‘’chicken’’ nuggets are plant based.. 🤦🏻‍♂️, or even that we could choose 3 sauces, he just put 3 mayos inside the bag and that was it.. like, take it or leave it..

Actually my favorite Burger King in the Frankfurt region with free drink refills at the machine and a cozy location. However, for a few months now the drinks machine has become difficult to use (unresponsive) and the choice of drinks is almost exclusively limited to Cola and Fanta - neither of which I actually want to drink - and the rest cannot be selected. So unfortunately I can't come here anymore. Actually it would be unbeatable, but if you don't maintain the drinks machines and let them go to waste, then of course it won't get any better. Until the drinks machines are working properly again with a full selection, I would advise against visiting.

You think you are no longer in Germany. No hygiene standards, no politeness or proper manners. It's not forbidden to take photos, so if it continues like this you have to make the public aware. The only positive thing was a nice employee who had a smile while doing the work. The supervisor has a lot to work on, but he doesn't seem trustworthy to me.

Underground!!! Super unfriendly staff! I've actually been a customer here for a long time and have never really been convinced by the service, but hunger has often made me endure or endure the minimum service. Electronic ordering is not intuitive, abroad without knowing the language is easier! The staff has great difficulty in taking a verbal order, which is a no-go when interacting with the customer.

Rude staff – a very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience at the Westfalenstarße 128 branch. When I went to place my order, I was treated extremely rudely by an employee at the checkout. Before I could even fully express my order, she asked me in a condescending tone if I was "kidding" her. I calmly explained that I just wanted to order a drink, but instead of responding to my wishes, she continued to react unfriendly and irritably. To my surprise, she continued her disrespectful behavior, which completely alienated me as a customer. It is not acceptable to be treated like this when you just want to politely order something. Fortunately, another employee intervened and resolved the situation professionally and respectfully. His friendly and helpful manner defused the incident a little, but the experience with the rude employee remains unforgettable for me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect in every situation - regardless of how stressful the work day may be. I hope that such incidents are taken seriously by management and that steps are taken to improve staff behavior. The experience was disappointing and I will consider visiting this branch again in the future.

The restaurant was very dirty, there was cola stuck to the floor in front of our table, the table itself was dirty with packaging and crumbs from the previous guests, but there wasn't much going on and there were three or four employees there. We had ordered at the terminal and when our order was ready, the service person stood there without a word and just stared at us, not saying a word, standing there and looking stupid. I would have expected more service than what the lady had to offer her customers.

Bad luxury restaurant, overpriced Absolutely unimaginable disappointment It was with great anticipation that I went to this restaurant with my beloved wife because of the nice looking ambiance from Google But when I arrived, disappointment came quickly and soberly. The Burger King looked very open, but closed inside. Absolutely embarrassing and out of date opening hours. I'll put it this way, even other fast food restaurants have been here for 4 hours and are open, but they just hang around and eat burger patties in the back room or what?

Ordered a completely vegan menu, plant-based was emphasized for every product and yet of course there were chicken nuggets in the bag. Never again, I want to be able to decide for myself what I eat and not be taken for a ride!

So I got a bacon cheeseburger as a menu. The cool thing about vending machines is the variability. I had a Coke without sugar but with raspberry flavor without ice. About the burger: Very tasty but little bacon taste. Fries were once legendary but now more normal. Drink was awesome. Waiting time was very short. Price is OK There is enough space for cars and also for customers inside. Toilet was clean and didn't smell.

Normally zero stars but I had a black long hair on my chicken nuggets that's all I'll say about it. Me and my family got severe food poisoning And couldn't get out of the toilet

We ordered an ice cream and in the end it wasn't in the bag, which we only noticed on the highway. Good selection of veggie burgers
