Very tasty burgers and courteous service!

Unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We were ignored for a long period of time and had to ask the waiter several times to bring us the menus. Even after that he didn't take our order so we had to approach another waiter with man bun. In contrast to the first waiter, who was short and had little hair, the second waiter was very friendly and respectful to us, even though he actually worked at the bar and our table was not part of his area. The food was good overall, but the service was really lacking.

i had the vaunted truffle and parmesan fries - they were greasy and a little soggy. the parmesan was not melted and the truffles were a a weird clump. i also ordered the Giggly Smash Burger and it was not smashed but in fact appeared to be a frozen patty. go to Five Guy's Burgers for MUCH higher quality food for a little lower price.

What are these provincial opening times recently? Only open from 5 p.m. during the week!? In a city of 1.6 million? Able?? C'mon!

Food was great and I really have no comment. What was a disappointment was that I was deducted €10 more when I paid, which I unfortunately only noticed later. Although plenty of tips were given, I find that very cheeky and cheeky. My mistake was that I didn't ask for an invoice and put everything on trust. Although the food here was good, I will avoid the place.

Burger House in the middle of Sendlinger Tor. Very central and good burgers. The selection is large and the service is equally good. Compared to other burger restaurants, they tend to be in the middle of the pack. Burgers are to the point and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries and sweet potato fries were also perfect. We'd love to come back!

Was clearly understaffed during a festival weekend with only 1 server. Although the server took our order correctly, the kitchen messed up the order twice. The barback did not step in to take the orders of the only 2 groups inside even though he was not busy. Food was pretty good however, except for the aforementioned issue and being undercooked.

Very bad service, wasn't served for 20-25 minutes, others were sometimes served before me. I left the store without an order.

I went with my boyfriend last Saturday (we had made a reservation). I can say it was an unpleasant experience for us. My boyfriend got the Chilli cheese burger and hand cut potatoes and I got the vegan truffle burger and hand cut potatoes, a basil sauce and a mayonnaise and garlic sauce. My boy's burger really stunk and we got cold, I don't know if it was the smell of the burger or the sauce it had but it was crap. My burger was ok and the sauces were nothing special to indifferent. But the worst thing was the hand cut potatoes that I really do not recommend to anyone!!! They were uncooked inside, not at all crispy and with a lot of oil that made them sit like a "brick" in our stomach. Of course, we didn't manage to eat them... In short, the food is very expensive for what it offers and we never went back. The shop inside was nice and the service ok. From us it's a big no!!

Food is ok. It's a little monotonous. Service seems forced. The price isn't quite what you'd expect for the portions. Lunch menus are only set up for decoration. According to the display it's €9.50 for a cheeseburger with fries but it's actually €16.50

No one will force us into this company anymore. Immediately upon arrival, we realized that the staff had other priorities than customer service, namely a bowl of fries on the bar. It took a while to seat us and even longer to bring menus. But nothing compares to waiting to order. Even though our menu was closed and the restaurant was mostly empty, the waiter was not bothered by this and continued to chat at the bar. After an embarrassingly long time, they noticed us, but we still waited. Meanwhile, the man at the next table had time to wait for the burger, get it and eat it. After ordering they brought the food quickly but switched our burgers. Since our burgers looked pretty much the same, it was only fair to ask which one had which. They must have forgotten about our drinks because they didn't bring them to us until almost after the meal. The food was nothing special. We assumed that if we went to Burger House, we would get something better. The icing on the already disgusting cake was the discovery that the phones, which we asked the staff to charge at the beginning of our visit, were not charged and were just lying on the bar the entire time. We know from our own experience that customer service is not always easy, but it just doesn't have to look like this.

Very tasty burgers. And attentive service. We were often asked if everything was OK. I ordered the Blue Chees Backon Burger and it was to my liking

Burgers were very good. Service could be improved. Music was too loud indoors in the afternoon to be able to have a conversation at the same table. To my regret, a bottled drink that was over 3 months old (expired beforehand) was also served. A somewhat ongoing exchange took place after a comment. However, something like that simply shouldn't happen in the catering industry - if someone with a sensitive stomach had consumed it without checking, health consequences could probably not be ruled out.

Disappointing for the price Burger and fries very bad. The hand cut fries are an outrage and not edible. Taste like pre-cooked potato wedges dipped in oil and baked again with an excess of rosemary, absolutely disgusting. In addition, the portion looks like it was already half eaten.

I orderd and pay my food on midnight, they canceld my order in one hour after And i didnt get any message that my order was canceld I notice that after almost two hours of waiting First and last time that i order my food from there

Order never arrived, suddenly the store closed. The order is supposedly on the way. According to the app, the food was never prepared. When you called you were greeted unfriendly on the phone. The store is simply a disaster. Don't recommend anyone to order here. Definitely lost me as a customer. Amateurs.

Very nice and quick service. We came in quite late but still got our food fast! The crunchy chicken burger was good and the fries were great. We got a good amount of salt. Ketchup and mayonnaise were free which is always a delight for a Dutch tourist like me. Not too expensive especially since the food is of great quality!

Hamburger just outside the centre, reasonable value for money. Menu not too varied but what we ate was good, even if the portions were not abundant. Staff that had some defects but overall everything was ok. For a quick, unpretentious meal

Bad, unsympathetic service. Burger undercooked, wrong fries (unlike what was ordered) undercooked. Unfortunately every McDonald's is better.

Really good burgers and the best waiters in Munich

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied, we waited 20 minutes to order and every time we asked we got a “my colleague is coming soon”. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't that tasty and there is a net above the store's sign with a deceased pigeon hanging on it, which unfortunately looks unresponsive while you're eating.

The burger was small. The service was bad. There was no information about gluten-free or lactose-free options.

I was impressed that the menu showed gluten free and vegetarian options. Ordered a gluten free veggie burger and fries. The bun was extremely dry and cold.. I left most of it behind.. the veggie pattie was good. The fries were already cooked at least 2/3 times and were not good. I left most behind. Won’t return to eat here.

The wings were hot outside and ice cold in the middle. When I asked if they are frozen and I sent them back, I was assured they are not and we still had to pay for them. Big red flag and huge disrespect towards customers to serve frozen food.

It's a burger house, and that's exactly what you'd expect, nothing more. We weren't really greeted by the service, and when we asked if there was no cream with the brownie, the answer was "no, that's not on the menu, we don't have any cream" even though cream was obviously listed on the menu. I felt particularly uncomfortable with the service (except for João, who was really cool). That food tasted good. Ambience was mediocre.

The burgers were tasty, the sauce was a bit too strong, but that's a matter of taste. Fries ok but a little too salty. The service was very nice. We had a really nice sit outside in the sun, the atmosphere was very pleasant because despite the very central location it was pleasantly quiet and relaxed.

Very greasy, I still have a stomach ache. I can't sleep at all from 1-3 am awake. The bread shouldn't be bathed in oil 1 star. The service talks too fast and you can't understand anything but maybe that's their fault 2 stars. You have so much potential but you don't use it and that's a shame for a FAST FOOD restaurant it can really be better!!! Overall 2 stars But what do they say beauty only comes from the outside

Delicious burger for a reasonable price in downtown Munich. We sat outside, enjoyed the hustle and bustle and the delicious food. The ideal starter to then plunge into the cultural events.

Food was good withput being anything special. Nice comfort food. Theo only one that was exceptional of the dishes we asked for was the Truffle Fries. I cannot recommend those enough.Service was okay and the place itself has a nice ambiance. Good quality va price ratio.

We were warmly welcomed at lunchtime and given a table by the window. It took a while until we were able to order, but overall everything worked out on time. The salad and fries were freshly prepared and very tasty. I have never had such high quality sweet potato fries before. You are worth every penny here. Of course there was praise for the kitchen, and I then found out that the waitress had prepared the fries herself, which made it all the better. We'll definitely come back.

Service very bad. Long waiting times and unmotivated employees. A smile or a friendly “Hello” is not there. Food tasted OK but was cold. The only positive thing: the employees have cool shirts, ketchup and mayo are free.

Staff is a disaster. Unmotivated and unstructured. It took forever to be able to order and for the food to finally arrive. Then the food was still cold. The taste was ok. The atmosphere is modern.

Servus, wir waren gestern, 2pax, im Lokal. Ich war schon in vielen Burger House Franchise-Ketten zum essen. Gegessen haben wir einen Chessburger mit normalen Pommes. Es waren die schlechtesten in München. Pommes waren 2x fritiert, hat man an den verschiedenen Farben der Pommes gesehen. Das Fleisch wurde Medium bestellt es kam aber Well done an, Röstaromen am Fleisch habe komplett gefehlt und es hat auch nicht nach frisch gebratenem Fleich geschmeckt. Als Benchmark nehme ich das Burger House am Max-Weber Platz (MAX Skala 10) Bewertung 9 und das am Sendlinger Tor Bewertung 3. Für den Preis haben wir alles aufgegessen, es war aber nicht der Rede wert. Der Frainchisegeber und -nehmer sollte für den Namen "Burger House" mehr Qualität verlangen und diese mehrmals prüfen. You don't feel like you're in a restaurant, more like you're in a Snipes store.

There was a mouse running around the place and apparently is a known topic to the staff but no action was taken, food was good (a bit cold) but after seeing that is not that it's not very appetizing to eat there

Wir waren an einem Freitag am späten Nachmittag da und haben zwar reserviert, was aber eigentlich nicht so nötig war. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bedient. Das Essen kam schnell, nach ca 20-25 Minuten und war hervorragend. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal

Everything went almost well but unfortunately in the 50 minutes that we were there we saw mice under the tables 5 times.

Very good burger. I ordered a medium-cooked classic burger, and it was delicious. Juicy burger, slightly pink in the middle, and with good-quality meat. The fries are crispy and well cooked. I can also highly recommend the bacon-cheese fries or the cheese fries, as they put a generous amount of cheese on them. Prices are ok for Munich. I paid 20 euros for one burger, a portion of bacon fries, and a radler. Overall very good. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place with good food.

My (our) absolute favorite Schmackofatz shop with the finest fries specialties. My colleague and I wanted to order everything 10 times, it was sooooo delicious!!!! Apart from that, the service is an A with stars, very friendly and attentive! There is no long wait and you are ALWAYS greeted with a friendly smile

Ich hab noch nie in meinem Leben eine Bewertung geschrieben, aber für diesen Laden muss einfach eine sein. Mein Besuch im Burger House am Sendlinger Tor hat mein Leben von Grund auf verändert. Hier gibt es den besten Burger, welchen ich in meinem Leben je gegessen habe. Das geilste und sympathischste Team in diesem Universum, rundet den Laden auf brillanteste Weise noch ab.

Naja, Handgeschnittene Pommes bestellt und latschige, komische Kartoffelecken bekommen. Sehen sehr lecker aus, genau wie sie geschmeckt haben. Musste sie in den Müll schmeissen. Der Burger war OK, aber absolut kalt, über Wolt bestellt.

Really good choices of fries and really delicious as well. Burger could be better, small patty and well done, it was good but it could be juicier and bigger for the price. The place and the service is much better than many places in Munich though.

Essen war okay an den Burgern und Pommes kann geschmacklich nichts bemängelt werden außer der Preis der Burger. Ambiente ist typisch 0815 Burgerladen. Der Service ist grottig ewige Wartezeiten bei der Bestellung, falsches Essen und natürlich alles immer fehler des Kunden. Fazit gerne nichtmehr aber vielleicht bieten andere Läden der Kette die gleichen Burger mit besserem Service

Reservierung per Telefon wurde sehr freundlich angenommen. Leider war es dann vor Ort doch sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben mehrmals darauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir gerne unsere Getränke bestellen möchten, nachdem wir dann mehrmals ignoriert wurden oder sich einfach umgedreht wurde durften wir nach ca. 25 Minuten endlich bestellen. Bei der Burgerbestellung wurde ein Burger ohne Zwiebeln und einer ohne Jalapenos bestellt, die Burger kamen recht zügig und leider wurden die Wünsche die Burger ohne Zwiebeln und die Jalapenos nicht beachtet. Der Burger mit Zwiebeln haben wir zurückgegeben und kam nach 30 Sekunden wieder. Sichtbar war, dass die Zwiebeln einfach nur runtergenommen wurden da das Hackfleisch auf den Teller verteilt war. Der Preis stimmt meiner Meinung nach auch absolut nicht mit dieser Qualität überein. Sehr schade. Übrigens war der Laden nicht voll und wir hatten eine Reservierung um 17:30 Uhr.

Gehe immer mal wieder gerne zum Burger House am Sendlinger Tor. Der Blue Cheese Bacon Burger 🍔 schmeckt mir persönlich am besten. Generell empfehle ich zu jedem Burger die Chilli Cheese Fries.
