Very friendly and good service, a great selection of food and drinks, and a pleasant atmosphere (you can go here during or after a visit to the pool—or independently). The side salad is large, the curly fries are very crispy, the bottled apple spritzer is sugar-free, and both homemade cakes are delicious—one of them is even vegan :-)

To be honest, I'm surprised by the good review. I was there today and unfortunately, the service wasn't friendly. The colleague who was there from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. was just playing with his cell phone behind the counter and didn't want to serve me.

Unfortunately disappointing I ordered a burger for €8 and fries for €5. The burger was surprisingly small and more reminiscent of a poorly copied convenience store product – not convincing in terms of taste or quality. I would have expected much more for the price. The fries were tasty, but the portion was very manageable – it felt like no more than a large potato. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a filling or satisfying meal. A real shame.

It's a beautiful swimming pool but also a restaurant where you eat little, it's beautiful, you eat well, the water is clean, not beautiful blackberries, it's beautiful. There are beautiful, polite people, perfect.

Best restaurant/day cafe in a swimming pool!

Small restaurant in the Michaelibad in the snack/kiosk style. It is located opposite the entrance and is visually somewhat shielded from the entrance area with the help of plants, room dividers, etc. Due to the circumstances, there is a certain background volume. For me it's okay here, it's just a swimming pool and therefore can't be solved any other way :-) You can also visit the restaurant without going swimming as it is divided into two parts. Visually, a complete glass front separates the outer part of the kiosk from the part inside the swimming pool and you have a view of the swimming pool. I've been there several times after swimming and can really recommend it. The food was always delicious, fresh and served lovingly decorated. And the service staff is extremely friendly. I particularly enjoyed the burger with fries and the delicious salads.

The menu offers a variety of fries, burgers, salads, as well as cakes, donuts, and ice cream. The relaxed atmosphere is particularly pleasant. The decor is reminiscent of a cozy living room, and it's not overly cluttered. It's very convenient to grab a bite to eat and relax here after a swim. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. A definite recommendation.

The restaurant, located directly in the entrance area of ​​the Michaeli-Bad, offers a small but well-stocked menu with many “swimming pool classics”. The ambience is more reminiscent of a snack bar, but the quality of the food and the extremely friendly service still give it a restaurant feeling. The food must be ordered at the counter and then brought to the table.

The service is definitely worth highlighting here. Really nice and attentive. Children have also been thought of; they can paint or look at books here. We'll definitely be back.

The meal is in the context of a swimming pool snack. However, it's a shame that there really isn't anything unhealthy for the children. I think the prices are excessive for a municipal swimming pool. A small fries with a few pieces of chicken €10.

Kudos to the Krakencafé! The food is very good, the portions are more than enough and the service is always warm and great. My absolute recommendation is the salad with haloumi, but as you know, that's a personal opinion. :) The burgers are also highly recommended and if you're looking for good coffee, seeberger's coffee beans are the best choice here. Be sure to stop by, you will be very pleasantly surprised!

I spent a lovely day in Michaelibad. The Kraken Café offers many different dishes. From fries to cakes, there is everything your heart desires. You get a lot for a swimming pool bistro and the staff always have a smile on their faces, as well as quick service. I can only recommend it.

Really good food - and we're here in the swimming pool. Prices are also totally ok for a swimming pool, I can hardly think of anything more chilled than sitting by the pool with a wheat beer. Fries & burgers fresh and hot, ice cream on a stick at reasonable prices, wheat beer fresh from the tap and cold, super nice and very fast service! Thank you, I'll always come back!

Dennis served us the other day (date April 8, 2024), and even though he served there alone, he managed it perfectly, and the wine spritzer that my mother ordered was excellent. The staff simply takes too long to prepare a few portions of fries at normal times. French fries/sweet potato fries also had a strange aftertaste; either the frying fat was rancid or of poor quality. Ambiance in the swimming pool area underground. The chairs are sticky, 50% of the chairs are reserved with towels even though people are nowhere to be seen. The operator has to intervene here.

After the walk in Ostpark we went to the nearest restaurant. At first we were a little surprised that it was the restaurant attached to the swimming pool. However, the service and quality of the food were outstanding. I can highly recommend the restaurant. There is oat milk to choose from at the cafe, a small dessert to try, water with the cafe and outstanding and friendly service. Card payment works perfectly. I can particularly recommend the falafel plate (fries, falafel, salad) for €9.50. The salad is well dressed and the side dish includes hummus, potato salad, carrot salad, leaf lettuce, cucumber and tomato.

Nun viele positive Bewertungen kann ich nur bestätigen. War heute spontan dort um einen Burger zu testen, nun sehe ich mich gezwungen hier ebenfalls eine Bewertung abzugeben. Der Pulled Beef Burger hat mir gut geschmeckt. Das Bun schmeckte zwar nach Vanille was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Doch am Ende möchte ich diesen Laden weiter empfehlen. Wir Berg am Laimer sollten ihm mehr Beachtung schenken.

Burger und Süßkartoffel Pommes sind top. Überragender Service und das Ambiente ist für ein Schwimmbad echt gemütlich.
