The owner then insulted and threatened me. Despite my calm attitude and repeated requests for a new kebab, he told me that he wanted to fight and whether I was crazy. Because of the repeated insults and threats, I eventually left the store. The owner kept the kebab and didn't refund me my money. I was there once with friends and had a burger, Brought up was delicious, the Pommers were also delicious, the kebab was also delicious, even the drinks were good cold. Go there if you feel like a kebab or burger with fries. The music itself was nice.

Very disappointing! After two hours our food still hadn't been delivered. When we called the restaurant our further calls were ignored. When the burgers finally arrived they were inedible and way too salty. We tried contacting the restaurant again but again we were ignored. So the kebab is pretty good for a minced meat skewer and you can follow it on Instagram and get the kebab for €4 but I had the feeling that he wasn't in the mood for it that I didn't pay €7 and the kebab was pretty small and then I asked for one I asked for the second one but was only allowed to eat one. We spontaneously ate there. Falafel Dürum and a child a burger. The guys there are super friendly and the food was very tasty and everything seemed hygienic. If you want, you can also sit at the front facing the street, inside or in the courtyard.

Best kebab I've eaten in my life and super large, crispy and tasty fries. Staff very friendly and hardworking. Ps. The store probably has a new owner, but unfortunately it's not nearly as good as it used to be.

I can't say anything about the kebab, but the burger was so-so. I've definitely eaten better ones. Ate TexMex burgers and cheeseburgers. The cheese on the TexMex burger wasn't even melted. Overall 6/10

For years I've just walked past this shop and today I thought, come on, I'll grab something quick to eat here today. The young man was so unpleasant. Not cool. Ordered food for delivery with a simple extra request for a burger (this was completely ignored and everything that wasn't supposed to be put on it). The in-house driver also delivers the whole thing to the wrong family (why is the floor and 2x last names in the order???) so that you get the food much later (since the non-capable child to whom it was delivered thought it was theirs parents would have ordered it) 😡

The people are super nice, I've been there since they were there and they've never disappointed me

Wir hatten einen sehr leckeren Döner und einen Burger. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist nur, dass man hier zwei Tresen mit zwei Kassen hat und Döner und Burger separat zahlt.

Bürger mal anders. Wer lecker Burger essen möchte ist bei Bürger City und Döner City genau richtigt. Nicht einfach "zusammengeklatscht", sonder leckere und gute Zutaten. Mir hat es sehr geschmeckt.

Hab Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Frage extra noch beim abholen, ob ich noch Soße für die Nuggets bekommen kann. Und erhalte die Antwort, alles drin. Komme zuhause an und bemerke, dass ich bei den 12 er Nuggets keine Soße bekommen habe. Was soll ich mit 12 Nuggets ohne Soße. Das man etwas vergisst, ist natürlich. Aber ich spreche ihn darauf an und frage. Bin richtig angepisst. Wofür verlangt man eigentlich für 12 Nuggets über 7€? Nie wieder! Entweder macht eure Arbeit richtig oder lasst es einfach sein.

Eten was dikke 10 waard. Kheb het in Berlijn vooral moeilijk met het ongeduld van sommige mensen. En gebrek om een andere taal te spreken dan duits.

Ik had bij de bestelling een verkeerd adres erbij gezet. Werd netjes gebeld en eten werd vervolgens als nog naar mij toe gebracht. De hamburger was goed. De service vond ik echt super!

Döner was top!! could have been 5 stars but not enough sauce. When I hit the saucy areas it was like there was a tasty party in my mouth. But too much of the experience lacked the additional flavor.
