The worse service i have seen in Berlin. Pitty, the food looked ok. We where inside and had to leave due to the unfriendliness of the waitress We didn't even had the chance to order. 🤷‍♀️

We left the restaurant straight away because the service was very poor. When serving us, the waitress asked if there were ONLY two of us, with a derogatory gesture and look, because we were sitting at a table for four. The restaurant wasn't full, so we had found a comfortable spot. Because of a food intolerance, we asked the waiter whether the dish contained gluten, as we were unsure despite the allergy table. Again she made a derogatory comment and she didn't know whether this allergen was present. We then left the restaurant, with the comment that the service should have been a bit friendlier and more accommodating. She didn't understand either. So we can't say anything about the food.

It was one of the worst food experiences I've had in an Iranian restaurant. The kebab they brought was like rubber and of poor quality, with a smell of stale meat and salt that made me feel sick. I hope I don't end up in the hospital. The shallot yogurt was so bad that pieces of it burned my throat and was inedible. The Shirazi salad was left on the side of the food and tasted sour and awful. The lettuce salad was completely wilted and only had two healthy leaves on top. It's really unfair and unscrupulous to put such poor quality and unhealthy food in front of the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone. It was very bad. I should have told you right away and shown you and not touched the food and went to eat, but my story today is like the same story I tell when you put a stone in front of a hungry person. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The koobideh kebab they served was rubbery, low quality, and tasted like old meat — it actually made me feel unwell after just a few bites. I am sensitive to stale meat, and this was clearly not fresh. The mast-o-musir (yogurt with shallots) had unpleasant chunks that burned my throat, and the Shirazi salad on the side was sour and spoiled, completely inedible. Even the lettuce salad was wilted and only covered on top with two fresh leaves to hide it. This is not how Persian food should taste — Persian cuisine is rich, fresh, and delicious. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not represent that at all. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Today, after two years, I went back to Noosh Restaurant. The reasons I stayed away for so long were: • The portion of rice became noticeably smaller compared to the opening days. • The food quality was inconsistent. • At the beginning, everything was great – even the free barley soup was a very nice idea and a clever touch. But as soon as the restaurant gained some reputation, they removed it. However, the main reason I avoided Noosh for two years wasn’t the food, but a person: A female staff member, every time I visited, I felt only negative energy from her – a cold attitude, an unfriendly face, and a “hello” or “welcome” that never truly felt genuine. Even today, after two years, her behavior was exactly the same. What surprises me is that while the owner of the restaurant seems humble and respectful, this employee—who is in the most responsible and customer-facing role—doesn’t reflect that spirit. She is the first person a guest sees, and her behavior can either make customers feel welcome and want to return, or drive them away. No matter how beautiful, skilled, or talented someone may be, it never justifies treating guests poorly. A restaurant should hire people who genuinely, from the heart, welcome their guests.

Pretty expensive and not so great value for money

Honestly, this isn’t the best Persian food I’ve had. Compared to authentic Persian experiences, I’d rate it around 5–6/10. The kobideh was okay—not bad, but the meat, especially in the djoojeh, didn’t taste very fresh/was overcooked. It did satisfy my craving, but I was also starving since we had a long day. Service could be improved. The guy serving was decent, but the other person seemed new and maybe underpaid. Sides were decent. The tahdig hit the spot since I was craving it, though it should have been crispier and more saffron-y (imo). I also kind of wish the rice came with butter. Sadly seating was not optional. we wanted to sit inside cuz it was cold and no arrangements could’ve been made, like blankets or moving tables around. Great marketing and advertising tho!

The location is great, but the service here is unbelievably bad, and it has been the same for years. The first time I came with friends, we were told to wait for a table. When the table became free, the staff gave it to two people who had just walked in without a reservation, completely ignoring us. It felt like they just didn’t care. We never went back after that. After a year, I thought maybe things had changed, so I gave it another try. Big mistake. We weren’t given menus until I had to go inside and ask, even though they had already noticed us. At the end, we ordered tea. They took the order. After 2 minutes instead of bringing it, they asked if we could drink tea fast and leave in 10 minutes because they had other customers. Then they came back and said they didn’t even have tea, basically asking us to leave. Can anyone believe it? This is not just my experience so many other reviews mention the same issues. The management clearly doesn’t care and does nothing to fix it or has absolutely no idea how the service should be. The food is mediocre at best, and with service this bad, it’s simply not worth it.

Noosh offers excellent Persian grilled dishes and innovative vegan dishes with a high level of service. The ambiance remains undecided between a snack bar and a restaurant. Despite its culinary highlights, the overall experience remains interesting but unbalanced.

The staff was really good with her timing and scheduling of seating. The food was great! The biryani rice was fluffy, excellent price for the portion too!

We ordered Koobideh kabab; it was very delicious and the portions were quite reasonable or even big for a person. I like it that they have different side dishes. However, the waitress behaved very unprofessionally with another customer. She was shouting across the restaurant that she doesn’t like customers who tell stories, which was very inappropriate. I hope they either replace her with someone more professional or that she learns to act in a more mature and respectful manner.

I ordered a chicken bowl. The portion size is good and filling. However, the bowl wasn't a particularly special taste experience. While it was beautifully presented, I found it simply too dry. The small bowl of meze alone doesn't compensate for it.

We gave the restaurant several chances, but unfortunately, the same thing kept happening: very long waits, the waiters seemed inattentive, and guests were easily forgotten. This time was our last visit, as the menu advertises vegan dishes, but the rice was described to me as "not vegan," and in the end, all we were left with was a small salad with some pomegranate and "vegan meat" for €15-16 (without cucumber, tomato, or anything else), which was ABSOLUTELY not worth the price. We like to use the NeoTaste app, but it gets rejected very often—sometimes because it's lunchtime, sometimes because it's a weekend, sometimes because it's a holiday, etc. Overall, it's a shame, but the price-performance ratio and service just aren't right for us.

I had the worst experience ever here. I found a cockroach in my food—deep in the curry, not just fallen in from the outside. Instead of apologizing, the staff tried to make excuses, saying it was "normal" or came from somewhere else. This is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. I cannot recommend a restaurant that treats its guests and cleanliness this way to anyone.

The restaurant serves Persian food which was very tasty. We had Horesh Sabzi and dishes with chicken skewers and kebabs. We enjoyed it very much. The place is not big and the service was nice.

Nightmare! This was our first stop in Erope and I have a trauma now. We ordered koobideh and zereshk polo ba morgh. The koobideh was very smelly and the color was whitish, rather than being glowing brownish. It was also super salty. No comment about the portion size and waitress! We were seating on the corner table which had cushioned bench type seats running in front of the front window. In the middle of the dinner, my wife jumped out of her seat screaming that there is a MOUSE behind us on the bench. I jumped out of my seat and saw a tiny RAT simply walking on the cushioned seats. My wife ran to the girl waitersss and said there is a MOUSE on our bench. She and the rest of the folks in the restaurant looked at us so relaxed like it was the chef ratatouille paying a visit to diners and not surprised at all. The rat was so relaxed that had no fears to run away, so were the restaurant folks that had no intension AT ALL to come and see what’s going on or help changing our seat. We did not return to our seat and left our food incomplete. I paid 15% tip and had no intentions in writing a review for a fellow Iranian (?) business owner. However, it is 2:30 am and I have a terrible stomachache, the worst I have had in life. I am visiting from the US so have no idea where I should go for the emergency doctor visit. What a shame!!

We arrived from another city and wanted to try Persian food today. Unfortunately, because we arrived two minutes early, the waitress turned us away in a very rude manner. This spoiled our mood, and we didn't feel like eating there again afterward. It's a shame—we were really looking forward to it.

The Noosh restaurant makes a very nice impression from the outside – stylish and inviting. Unfortunately, the interior doesn't quite match the mood: the decor seems rather plain and somewhat lackluster. Although the restaurant was hardly busy, we were seated at the smallest table in the very back corner. Why we were seated there with so much choice remains unclear – it wasn't particularly comfortable. The food was okay – not bad, but nothing particularly memorable. The freshly baked bread was definitely the best part of the entire meal. The ayran, on the other hand, was not tasty at all – it had a strange consistency and flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't feel particularly well afterward, which further spoiled the overall impression. The service was also disappointing: unattentive, hardly friendly, almost disinterested. We found the prices quite high for the rather small portions and the overall package. In conclusion: a pretty facade, but the experience was unfortunately disappointing – the value for money wasn't there.

I came here 2 times but I don’t recommend anyone coming here. Unfortunately we had an awful service treatment. We came in the afternoon and we were 6 people. We all got a big main dish. But one minute after we were done our table got cleared and every 2 minutes the lady came to ask if we want something else. And at end we were really like kicked out. The restaurant was hundred percent empty and they told us that the table is reserved. There weee tables everywhere and the outside was all empty too. We were looking at the baklavas but didn’t get a chance to eat any. It was really really rude. We were there for like 40-45 minutes in total but we were planning to sit eat dinner maybe a desert too and the waitress came so many time while we were looking at the menu as well. We were so rushed into it that at the end we just ordered similar kebabs because she was very intense. I have never treated this way in somewhere in Berlin. Wouldn’t recommend going there to anyone. Also the inside smelled like toilet all the time. First time we didn’t have this smell, but second time we went it was disgusting

Unfortunately, the staff was very disappointing and unprofessional. There were seven of us there, and the food didn't arrive at the same time. After waiting about 20-30 minutes for the food, I was told they didn't have my skewer and I'd have to wait. There was no real apology. The chicken skewer was also unfortunately too salty. We wouldn't go there again and don't recommend it.

Unfortunately the restaurant didn't live up to my expectations. Persian cuisine is a very rich one with various delicious dishes, but I wouldn't say this restaurant is a good representation of this rich cuisine 🙄

We reserved a table in advance before visiting Noosh Restaurant Berlin. The service was excellent—quick and efficient. We ordered two different dishes, and the food arrived surprisingly fast. The staff were very nice and friendly, which added to the pleasant experience. I especially loved the lamb dish—it was absolutely delicious!

The food was pretty good, but in a strange city in a strange country, you can't expect such inhuman and immoral treatment from a fellow countryman. We arrived at the Tabreem restaurant in a very, very heavy rain, and we had to pay the driver's fare and we didn't have any change. We asked them to give us our money in small pieces, but we were met with indifference and very ugly behavior. This was in a situation where my four-year-old daughter was shaking all over in the rain, but they refused to help us. It's really unfortunate. After this behavior, I will never praise the hospitality and support of Iranians to any foreigner. Shame on them. The environment was also not pleasant at all. A large photo of a person wearing Indian clothes was hung on the wall, which did not resemble Iranians at all. In addition to the very small and limited environment, the bathroom did not have paper towels or toilet liquid.

We ordered, and I was surprised by how delicious it was. The lentil and eggplant stew (Khoreshte Gheyme/Bademjun) tasted like my mom's, something I've never had in an Iranian restaurant. The yogurt and salad side dishes could have used more salt, and the minced meat skewer could have been juicier. I would come back for the stew again and again; highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars, I would have. Service and food were absolutely garbage. The chicken tasted disgusting, like a sponge. Minced meat tasted weird, so snotty. Raw lamb was overpriced for such a quality of food. Cold potatoes tasted absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this restaurant if I could.

I can't understand this overall score and reviews. We went there it smelled awful on one side of the restaurant and had to sit on the other side full of customers. The service wasn't very reactive but worst of all was the music (Rap, RnB) which was loud and the nonreactive staff dancing on this crap (probably whilst doing TikTok, we'll never know xD). There were three of us there on a Friday evening, and there were plenty of seats available. Unfortunately, the service seemed a bit bored and unattentive. At one point, there was even an audible argument between the employees, which further spoiled the atmosphere. The food came quickly, which is generally a good thing. However, we found a hair in one of the yogurt bowls—an absolute no-go. The server's response was rather halfhearted, and there was no genuine apology. This significantly dampened the overall impression. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit.

I found out about it through a story – disappointing! Yesterday, I saw in an influencer's story that she had been to Nosh and was totally dissatisfied. She has a lot of followers and openly spoke about how badly she was treated there – and honestly, that didn't surprise me. I was there myself once, and my experience was just as negative. One of the waitresses was extremely unfriendly and had a truly condescending attitude – especially towards Afghan customers. It was simply unpleasant to sit there and be treated like that. You quickly notice that racist attitudes unfortunately resonate here. An absolute no-go for me. My only advice: Go to a restaurant where respect and hospitality are taken seriously. At least you'll feel welcome there.

Unfriendly staff & disrespectful behavior! I was truly shocked by the behavior of a particular waitress at the Nosh restaurant. I've rarely experienced such arrogance and dismissiveness. She was extremely condescending, as if she thought she was superior to others. Someone like that shouldn't have any place in the restaurant industry. The way she spoke about Afghan guests was particularly bad – completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, clearly racist. You should feel welcome in a restaurant, but the exact opposite was the case here. The food was mediocre, but the service was so bad that I definitely won't be returning. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended! I was at Nosh Restaurant yesterday, and it was an absolute disaster! The food was tasteless and of very poor quality – simply inedible. Even worse, however, was the service: rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I know what good service means – and this was the complete opposite. Particularly shocking was the behavior of one employee, who acted extremely disrespectfully and blatantly racist – especially towards guests of Afghan or Persian-speaking backgrounds. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and deeply disappointed me. She even made derogatory remarks like, "It's always these Afghans here." – That's absolutely disgusting and has no place in a public space! I would strongly recommend that all Afghan and Persian-speaking guests avoid this restaurant. There are many better alternatives, such as "Restaurant Khatoon" or "Herat Darbar," where you're treated with respect and the food tastes really good. Nosh is a place where you don't feel welcome as a guest—especially if you're from a migrant background. I will never return and can only advise anyone not to waste their money and dignity there.

Never again! Bad service and attempted bill fraud! I had a truly terrible experience at Nosh Restaurant. The food was disappointing, completely tasteless, and the service was simply abysmal—as if they had no experience at all in dealing with guests. The servers were unfriendly and overwhelmed, and the entire team seemed disorganized and disinterested. But what annoyed me most: Our bill was suddenly higher than it should have been! I had the feeling that they had deliberately added extra items in the hopes that we wouldn't notice—perhaps to get a bigger tip. To me, that's nothing short of fraud. My advice to everyone: Check your bill very carefully and ALWAYS ask for an official receipt with the word "BW_Beweg" (receipt). Don't accept anything on a scrap of paper; that's not a valid receipt! For me, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I will definitely never go there again and can only advise against it to anyone who values ​​honesty, good food, and respectful service.

A waitress waited with her hair down, wearing a top... sat us and the others at dirty tables that hadn't been cleared, let alone wiped. Two waitresses should have been more than enough for the space, but we still waited a long time to place our orders because she was chatting the whole time... She took our order by sitting next to us :D Then our drink was forgotten, it can happen. Then the cutlery, well, okay.

Today, my good friend and I decided to visit Noosh Restaurant. After a long wait, the waitress finally took our order. Unfortunately, the food wasn't what we had expected compared to other good restaurants. What really annoyed and frustrated me in the end, however, was the waitress's behavior: She calculated the total bill without the lunch discount and didn't give us a receipt. Only after paying did we realize that the discount, as advertised on the menu, hadn't been applied. The waitress responded to our complaint in a very rude and unprofessional manner – she simply threw the overcharged change on the table without apologizing. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant that deals with customers every day. I therefore give this restaurant a maximum of 2 stars.

There were four of us there, and making a reservation over the phone was already very difficult because the staff member couldn't understand us due to the language barrier. I ordered kebab koobideh without rice, but they charged me the price for a kebab with rice. Four portions of kebab with rice cost 71 euros, but they charged me 66.70 euros for the portions without rice. When I complained, they told me that if I wanted rice, I would have to pay an additional 13 euros. The meat was raw and undercooked. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A really nice experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, you feel welcome from the first moment. The food is traditional, homemade and prepared with a lot of love. The tahdig is crispy, golden brown and just perfect. Authentic Persian cuisine with a balanced taste – absolutely recommended!

The first impression of the restaurant was very, very loud and there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant which made it a bit stuffy. The staff was friendly to us, even if they weren't professional and a drink was forgotten. The waiting time was quite long - I think that's okay if the food is good. The food quality and taste was good butttt... The most disrespectful service and waiters and waitresses. First time it was a bit late that we arrived and after having the food the waiter start yelling to his friend "we should close the store yesss?" The way not to say his friend but he wanted us to leave. The next day I went again and since the cellphone data was not working I kindly asked the waitress to give me the wifi please and she just yelled the wifi password from the middle if the salon and when I said its not working she said I am coming but she never came back to me and when I asked again she said you didn't ask for help. The restaurant was nicely decorated and the food looked really good. But unfortunately it was very disappointing. It wasn't bad but it was below average. Unfortunately, the tahdig wasn't crispy at all, and that was what lured me into the store. As an Iranian I know what the food can be like, that's why I can only give it 2 stars. And the toilet was really bad. It was just so dark that you could hardly see anything. Was a bit uncomfortable.
