Enzo Sushi Bar in Berlin

Tatsächlich war ich schon zum vierten Mal hier. Meine ersten beiden Besuche haben mir sehr gut gefallen, der dritte war etwas enttäuschend, deshalb habe ich eine Weile gewartet und bin dann zurückgekommen, um dem Restaurant noch eine Chance zu geben. Diesmal habe ich die Sashimi-Platte mit sechs Stücken, Gelbschwanz-Nigiri und flambierten Lachs-Gunkan bestellt. Mir persönlich haben sowohl das Gelbschwanz- als auch das Lachs-Sashimi sehr gut geschmeckt, sie hatten eine angenehme Schärfe, die ich sehr mochte. Der Lachs-Gunkan war ebenfalls hervorragend, aber ziemlich reichhaltig, daher sind zwei Portionen pro Person wahrscheinlich genau richtig. Der Thunfisch hat mir allerdings nicht so gut gefallen, die Konsistenz war etwas ungewöhnlich, was aber auch bei meinen vorherigen Besuchen der Fall war. Der Service war jedoch super freundlich, was ich sehr geschätzt habe.

Ein rundum fantastisches Restaurant. Wunderschönes Interieur und eine tolle Terrasse, überaus freundliches Personal, bei dem wir uns sofort wohlfühlten, und elegantes, köstliches Essen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die knusprigen Algen, das Karaage, die Cocktails (wir haben die „Cocktails by Diego“ probiert, die es alle zwei Wochen sonntags gibt) und die Spezialität des Hauses: die Ebi-Tempura-Lachsrolle. Unsere Bedienung Victoria war großartig und gab uns außerdem tolle Tipps für Berlin!

Ein nettes Sushi-Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft! Für Berliner Verhältnisse ziemlich gut und die Preise sind recht günstig (und es gibt drei Thunfischsorten, was in Deutschland eher selten ist). Ich komme wieder :) Unbedingt das Hamachi-Nigiri probieren!

Bei einem Berlin Besuch immer wieder die beste Adresse für super leckeres Sushi mit sehr freundlichem Service. My ist jedes Mal außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich war das erste Mal hier. Von außen sehr unscheinbar, eher gewöhnlich, doch innen ein sehr typisch japanisches Ambiente. Ich fühlte mich wohl. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl und Empfehlungen der Speisen oder auch bei Sonderwünschen.,wie bei Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten. Die Speisen sind beste Wahl. Der Fisch ist frisch und gut zubereitet. Auch der Reis ist erste Klasse. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen.

Ich war tatsächlich hier schon mehrmals essen und es ging nicht um Hunger stillen im klassischen Sinne. Das Essen und der Geschmack war eher ein Erlebnis es gab so viele leckeres Sushi. Die Örtlichkeit strahlt etwas sehr herzliches aus. Mein Fazit Mal was anders worauf man sich freuen kann.

Es ist immer wieder ein Vergnügen, Enzo zu besuchen. Alles ist frisch und von ausgezeichneter Qualität, und die angebotenen Kombinationen mit ihren einzigartigen Aromen sind wirklich interessant. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und einladend, und unsere Bedienung war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Sie gab uns hilfreiche Empfehlungen, kannte die Speisekarte offensichtlich in- und auswendig und half uns mit viel Freude bei der Auswahl der besten Gerichte. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Hervorragende Sushi-Qualität und freundlicher Service!

Wirklich köstliches Sushi. Sehr frisches und zartes Sushi von hoher Qualität. Es war sehr voll, daher hatte der Kellner alle Hände voll zu tun. So kam es zu einigen kleinen Fehlern und Ungenauigkeiten. Aber alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis, und ich würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Ein nettes Lokal mit gutem Essen und soliden Getränken. Mein größter Kritikpunkt ist der etwas dürftige Service. Die Bedienung war nach dem Sushi und den Getränken praktisch nicht mehr zu sehen, und wir mussten aktiv nach der Dessertkarte fragen. Außerdem fand ich es nicht so toll, dass wir, obwohl wir das Überraschungsmenü gewählt hatten, nur zwei Sushi-Teller für uns drei ohne Vorspeisen bekamen. In anderen Restaurants mit diesem Konzept wird das Erlebnis deutlich durchdachter gestaltet, mit mehreren Gängen, die so angeordnet sind, dass es abwechslungsreich bleibt und sich länger hinzieht. Nächstes Mal bestellen wir wieder à la carte. Sushi und Getränke waren aber gut.

Wir hatten die Kroketten (keine Empfehlung, da wenig Eigengeschmack) und die Hühnerschenkel (klare Empfehlung!) vorweg. Als Hauptgang hatten wir Enzo‘s Choice: Super Lachs, toller Trüffel, aber Shisoblatt war nichts für uns. Super freundlicher und schneller Service - gerne wieder 🍣☺️

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und der Fisch superfrisch. Die Bedienung war jedoch während des gesamten Essens, insbesondere zum Schluss, äußerst unfreundlich. Sie ließ uns die Rechnung erst sehen, nachdem wir bezahlt hatten. Sie meinte, sie würde sie später ausdrucken, und selbst dann mussten wir mehrmals nach dem Beleg fragen. Man zahlt also viel Geld für hervorragendes Essen, wird aber so unhöflich behandelt – das ist wirklich schade. Ihre Kollegin sah, wie unmöglich sie zu uns war, und bot uns netterweise ein Dessert aufs Haus an. Die Hygiene ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig: Der Tisch klebte und die Toilette war nicht sauber. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Es ist ein nettes Restaurant für ein Abendessen mit einem Date oder Freunden. Das Essen ist hochwertig, die Stühle sind allerdings etwas unbequem und die Tische stehen zu eng beieinander, sodass man fast alle Gespräche mithören kann. Die Getränke ließen etwas auf sich warten; ich glaube, sie wurden vergessen, aber als wir nachfragten, ging es schneller. Es ist ziemlich voll, daher empfehle ich, vorher zu reservieren. Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants, die ich in Berlin gefunden habe – und das ganz ohne Allüren. Der Service war exzellent und freundlich, die Atmosphäre elegant und gemütlich zugleich. Alle bestellten Sushi-Rollen waren köstlich, besonders hervorzuheben sind jedoch die Rolle mit gebratenem Lachs und die Vorspeise mit Kaviar. Himmlisch! Die Cocktails waren nicht so überzeugend, daher wechselten wir zu Wein. Der Rosé war sehr gut.

Das Sushi ist hervorragend. Allerdings reicht ein Kellner für das ganze Restaurant nicht aus. Außerdem ist es recht teuer.

Wunderbare Atmosphäre und hervorragendes Sushi. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat ein komplett glutenfreies Abendessen zubereitet, inklusive glutenfreier Sojasauce.

Seit dem qir durch Zufall die Sushi Bar gefunden haben, gehen wir regelmäßig hier hin. Wer super frisches, leckeres ind vielleicht auch mal neues Sushi ausprobieren will (Überraschungsplatte überzeugt sehr) sollte hier vorbei schauen!

Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis! Super nettes Personal, wunderschönes Ambiente und der Fisch war absolut frisch und von hervorragender Qualität. Besonders der fette Thunfisch und der Aal haben mir geschmeckt. Der flambierte Lachs mit Trüffel war ein Traum. Einfach exzellent! Wir bekamen sogar ein experimentelles Maki-Set mit Königsmakrele und Umeboshi-Sauce gratis dazu. Wahnsinn!

Ich verbringe hier immer eine tolle Zeit mit meinen Freunden – das Sushi ist hervorragend und es gibt viele kreative Rollen, die man sonst nirgends findet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich super, und ich finde es toll, dass es eine Sake-Verkostungskarte gibt, bei der man verschiedene Sake-Sorten auswählen kann! Auch mit dem Service habe ich bisher nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht.

Vermutlich das beste Sushi und der beste Sake, den ich je gegessen habe. Der ganze Abend war ein Erlebnis: Eine unglaublich ästhetische Einrichtung. Super freundlicher Service (Englisch war kein Problem). Wunderschönes Geschirr und Besteck. Wir haben an der Sake-Verkostung teilgenommen und wurden hervorragend beraten. Der Sake war unglaublich lecker (vielleicht der beste Sake, den ich je getrunken habe). UND DAS ESSEN!!! Wir hatten Enzos Spezialangebot für 25 Euro – ausreichend für eine Person oder geteilt mit einer anderen Bestellung (wir hatten zwei Nigiri). Es ist eine kleine Mahlzeit (wir haben darum gebeten, dass es nicht scharf und ohne Fleisch ist – das wurde problemlos umgesetzt). WOW! Köstlich! Vermutlich das beste Sushi, das ich je gegessen habe. Absolut empfehlenswert! … Ich hatte außerdem mein Handy vergessen und konnte es nach Ladenschluss mit einem Lächeln zurückbekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich.

Very, very good sushi. I love the truffle sushi and the rolls in shiso leaves. I've never eaten such high-quality sushi in Berlin – only at Enzo's. The quality is always top-notch. The service is also very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a bit dark, but still cozy. Good for date nights.

A friend told me this sushi restaurant was supposed to be the best in Berlin – and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The place is small, but very cozy and spotlessly clean. The decor is much simpler than in many other sushi restaurants in Berlin, but that's part of its charm. What really surprised me, however, was the quality of the food. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and many dishes seem more creative and varied than what you usually find in Berlin. The prices are also very reasonable. For anyone looking for something new and special, this sushi restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Sunday evening we ordered with Wolt, the quality was lower than usually, the sushi was poorly prepared, the sashimi wasn't cut, the sushi and nigiri were all falling apart, which you wouldn't expect from the price you pay.

The food is very good. For Berlin, the fish is surprisingly fresh and juicy. They also offer several vegan options with quite interesting flavors. The service is always excellent. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy, especially outside in the summer, and the terrace is very close to the street with passing / parked cars. Aside from that, it is always a great experience overall. Prices are slightly above average.

Everything is great except for fish itself. I ordered 8 salmon nigiri and ate only half of it. It just felt like tasteless plastic.

Our first visit to Enzo was a fantastic experience—so much so that it’s now our go-to sushi spot in Berlin. The cozy atmosphere, with its dimmed lighting, set the perfect mood for an intimate dinner. The service was both friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the start. As for the sushi, the selection was excellent, with impeccably fresh ingredients. The fish was cut to perfection, paired with just the right amount of rice. And to top it off, fatty tuna was on the menu—what more could we ask for? Highly recommended!

Enzo is hands down my go to sushi spot in Berlin. For a slightly higher than a standard budget, you get extremely high quality sushi. In addition to the standard offerings, which are great, their higher end positions are to die for.

Locale molto piccolo e rumorosissimo al limite dell insopportabile. Tavoli e sgabelli (niente sedie) minuscoli e stipati a qualche cm di distanza (quindi zero privacy). Tanto personale, ma distratto e impegnato nel preparare il take away/delivery. Il cibo è soddisfacente, ma il menù molto limitato nelle proposte, prezzi alti in rapporto all offerta e alla location.

My favorite Japanese in Berlin. Everything is spot on every time I come back. Special mention of the Crispy seaweed appetizer, Otoro and Chutoro and the special roll with shrimp tempura and truffle on top. Delicious. Great drinks as well. Very good price/quality.

I had high hopes for Enzo Sushi Bar on Saturday night, but yet again, I left deeply disappointed with the subpar service. For a place targeting high-end customers, they failed miserably at even the basics of hospitality. First impressions matter, and not being greeted at the door, being poorly directed to our reserved table, and having dishes and chopsticks thrown onto the table was an unpleasant start. As shown in the pictures I’ve attached, I was seated right in front of the sushi fridge. Instead of the clean and organized environment you’d expect from a professional sushi establishment, there was chaos on full display. The service was no better. We ordered the house sake selection, but the waitress kept saying, "I don’t know the differences," and couldn’t explain why the sakes were served in that particular order or provide any helpful insights. When my wife asked if the first sake could be served warm, as the menu suggested, the response was rude: "You should have asked that during ordering." How unprofessional for a place charging premium prices. The food itself was decent, but the service ruined the experience. After just 15 minutes of sitting down, the waitress asked if we wanted more food because the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. Seriously? This isn’t a döner shop—where even they manage to accommodate customers until closing time. We reluctantly ordered another chef’s selection sushi, and it was the final straw: a roll with asparagus, flambéed tuna, and a spicy sauce on top. It looked great - the tuna - supposed to be the highlight, was entirely overshadowed by the overwhelming sauce. It was a disgrace to what sushi should be. It’s shocking how customers still tolerate such terrible service in Berlin (Germany). For the prices Enzo Sushi Bar charges, they should at least invest in a great hostess (or manager) who knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere, explain the menu properly, and elevate the overall hospitality. Dining out should be about more than just food - it’s about the experience, the ambiance, and feeling welcomed. But just maybe, Enzo's owner or manager and hostress doesn't care after all, maybe they never had a decent experience. Maybe they just repeat what they see in Berlin. Unfortunately, Enzo Sushi Bar failed on all counts. Ok food with idiotic and stupid service. Never again.

I felt that the atmosphere was good enough to be considered the best among Japanese restaurants in Berlin. It may feel a bit dark, but you can focus on the sushi. It feels like a lot of effort went into the sushi, and of course it's fresh. They seem to pay attention to many aspects, including plating, soy sauce brush, and gluten-free soy sauce. The drinks they make themselves are also quite delicious, so I want to order them again next time.

Best sushi in town. Great atmosphere. If you like sashimi, this is the place for you. My recommendation as a starter is definitely the broccoli salad! Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't open until 5 p.m.

Wow, this was insane! When you enter, you feel immediately the vibe of this place! It’s dimmed, it smells fantastic and furniture looks and feels authentic. I chose the highest tier of the chef’s choice, the waitress kindly explained what the options were. After a short time of waiting I received the sushi, as you can see it looked fantastic! And it tasted even better!! Highlights for me were the tuna belly and truffle specials, holy moly! After I was done, the waitress came to pick up the plates but never returned for any desserts or drinks. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to walk to the counter and pay the bill. Apparently she was there this whole time spending on her phone. That was a huge miss, you could’ve earn more money on me. Nevertheless, sushi doesn’t get any better than this!

I went to have dinner with my girlfriend and the whole experience was really nice. The waitress was well trained and suggested some dishes also gave explanation about the products we ordered. The place was looking clean, great vibes within the customers and the people working behind the bar. I’m giving 4 stars because we only had 1.5h to have dinner, but I would have prefer to have 2 hours apart from this everything was lovely.

The three of us spontaneously ate there a few weeks ago…Sushi was incredibly tasty. We ordered Enzo's Choice and were surprised and were not disappointed. We liked the Nigiri HON OTORO fatty bluefin tuna so much that we ordered it again. We can definitely recommend anything with truffles. Service was polite, quick and friendly. Ambience very pleasant both inside and outside. Definitely coming back.

In my opinion a pretty expensive sushi restaurant. Paid €38 for the record. You won't get enough of it...with the edamame and two drinks we paid almost €55! Extremely overpriced. It was tasty and the waitress was very nice, but I wouldn't stop by again. For the money you can get enough at other sushi restaurants.

Solid sushi quality. The tuna was lean and the sashimi overall was on the milder side. Anyone who likes that is in good hands here.

I am very enthusiastic, very tasty sushi and great service! There were lots of great options for me as a pregnant woman and some roles were changed just for me. When I was here for the first time and was able to eat raw fish, all the rolls I ordered were super tasty :) I'll be back soon! Price-performance ratio is also more than good!

Tl;dr Food is great but service is very slow. They were kind though to adjust our booking request last minute to accommodate more people. We got a mix of rolls, the “enzo choice”. We went for the lowest and mid price options (24 and 38 euros) if i recall correctly. The quality of the fish was great. The rolls were tasty! My favorite was the one with salmon and truffle on top. The tuna one were great too

I was there twice. I thought the sushi was really great. Especially the nigiri. I've been looking for a very good sushi restaurant for a while and found it here. Unfortunately it doesn't open until so late. The deduction is for the service the first time. It was our anniversary and we were the first and only ones in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the waitress still couldn't manage it and forgot or mixed up a lot of things. That was really disappointing. Especially when you have something to celebrate. The second time the service was better and our group wasn't thrown out immediately after 1.5 hours, but was kindly pointed out shortly before the next guests arrived.

Do not; waited an hour and then for €38 you get so little sushi that tears come to your eyes… and you are eating in 1 large ashtray….
