Very slow and rude to guests, we waited 15 minutes to get seated and everyone ignored us, we sat inside finally and were again being ignored for so long that we ended up leaving and the waitress yelled at us on the way out..

There is no better shawarma in this restaurant

We've been here several times, the starters and naan are always amazing and the mains are pretty good. However the service at our last visit was atrocious. It took around 70 minutes for our starters to come out, meanwhile people who arrived after us had already received their mains. Once our mains had arrived, it quickly became obvious they had forgotten our naan, as it took another 30 minutes and several reminders from us for them to bring it out. Furthermore, we didn't receive a single apology for any of the long wait times. To add insult to injury, the table next to us was even offered a free drink at the end, while we weren't offered anything, even after leaving 150€(!!) behind. Overall, while the food is quite nice and the starters are especially excellent, I don't think I'll be back following this experience.

They have a great peanut sauce! And awesome Moscow mules. The food is super good and comes in really generous portions. The staff is always kind.
