Italian restaurant in the Pankau neighborhood in a quiet residential area. Run in Italian style according to all the rules of ceremony. The place is shiny and clean. White tablecloths on the tables. There is also the option of sitting outside, if the weather permits. The hospitality and service are very friendly and the dishes ordered arrived quickly. The dishes themselves are meticulous and delicious. The steak and pasta dish is outstanding. The desserts are also high quality. Highly recommended.

Service was a bit slow; we had to wait a long time for our first drink. The appetizer was forgotten. They seemed overwhelmed. The food, however, was good to very good.

Wow! The ambiance and cuisine are like in Bella Italia. We had tagliatelle with truffles from the Parmesan cheese. What can I say, it was a poem. A limoncello spritz, a dream come true.

Il Tartufo actually serves wonderful pasta made from Parmesan cheese and has been our favorite Italian restaurant in Pankow since it opened. Unfortunately, the portions have gotten smaller and smaller on recent visits. Today, our children's plates were so small that we thought it was a shared adult portion – but the bill showed that both were charged the full amount (€25 each). At that price, I wouldn't want to take home hungry children. The dip for the appetizer was also missing, the place was full, and the service was correspondingly slower and less attentive. We had to remind them to order a drink, and our friendly criticism wasn't really addressed. It's a shame – with open communication and a little more equal treatment at the table, it would have been an unqualified 5-star experience.

The restaurant's excellent pizza dough deserves special mention. Both the flavor and the thickness of the pizza base were perfect. Otherwise, this is a really nice restaurant located in the middle of a residential area and is therefore rarely crowded. I recommend anyone traveling in northeast Berlin and craving Italian food to take a detour to Pankow and eat there.

We came here because of the good reviews, but unfortunately, we can't share them. The food wasn't bad, but totally average and certainly not what we expected given the reviews. Iceberg lettuce in a salad at a restaurant is a bit weak, I think. Our drinks were forgotten and only arrived with the main course after we asked for them. It's nice that you can sit outside, but the music was a bit distracting. We personally don't like the red carpets, but that's a matter of taste.

A beautiful, cozy Italian restaurant with great attention to detail. The pasta from the Parmesan wheel was a true taste experience – creamy, fresh, and perfectly paired with truffle and Parmesan. The tagliatelle with shrimp and truffle is particularly recommended. The steak with pasta was also excellently prepared. The service was excellent: the waiter was very friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable.

One Monday evening, we decided to visit this restaurant at short notice. It was unexpectedly busy. We were seated immediately, received a warm welcome, and felt at home. Our food arrived in no time. It was delicious and of the highest quality. Our waiter, "Sam" (Samsam), was the best ever. He played on our puns and was our best friend. Overall, a very positive experience! Thank you very much! I went there for the first time today with my girlfriend because we are celebrating our 12th birthday and I am really amazed. Really delicious food and really nice cold drinks. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, as the unfriendly service spoiled the evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant is generally appealing. The stylish interior would have earned 4.3 to 4.5 stars on its own. Unfortunately, this positive impression was permanently tarnished by the unfriendly behavior of two waiters. The unprofessional treatment of us as guests, in our case, overshadowed the ambiance, which can therefore only be rated with 3 stars. We wish the operators of il Tartufo much success in addressing these shortcomings, which are purely due to the quality of the staff deployed that evening – this certainly appealing restaurant would have deserved this opportunity.

The starter and main course were incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced by the panna cotta...But as we all know, that's a matter of taste😉 For me (personally) it was a bit too cool on the ground floor. It was definitely warmer on the floor 6 steps higher

Yesterday we were guests at Il Tartufo again. I think all the regulars know that there is an excellent pizza maker at work there. But all other dishes are also recommended. The staff is friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. Fairly priced and the food is of high quality... ie. Reservation is advisable. Unfortunately, the parking situation for 🚗 is limited due to a permanent construction site that has been ongoing for several years. But Il Tartufo is easy to reach via the M1 and 50 trams.

Upscale ambience: Nicely furnished, white tablecloths, pleasant lighting, comfortable chairs. Service was excellent, good menu and a large selection of cheaper dishes too. The four of us had lamb as well as pizza and pasta with truffles in parmesan - and we were all thrilled! Also good, inexpensive wines that were regularly replenished. Absolute recommendation!

Atmosphere like at the kebab shop!!! Despite a reservation, you are seated right at the cold entrance door! At the next table sit the relatives of the staff who constantly have to go out and in to smoke, and the waiters spend ages standing there at the table having long conversations!

Small point deduction for the fact that the tables are very close together, so that as a couple you can unintentionally become participants in the family meal at the neighboring table. You don't really feel comfortable either, as the individual courses are served in very quick succession. Conclusion: Anyone who wants to spend an entire evening chatting here over wine and good food will not be completely happy in the end. but: Great address for a very good but rather quick dinner!

We were there with the family for my birthday and had a great evening! From the food to the service, everything was perfect🙌

We were in this restaurant for the first time. The service was very nice and attentive. We really liked the furnishings and ambience. The menu itself doesn't offer anything exciting. In Berlin, the menus in most Italian restaurants are unfortunately interchangeable. In this respect, we were curious about the quality of the food. We started with Antipasto il Tartufo: pink fried Vitello Tonnaton - we really liked it, baby calamaretti from the grill - was also very tasty and Bresaola - well, it came out of the package quite dry with a few truffle shavings on top. This could have been spiced up with olive oil and parmesan, for example. Next came the main courses at a very short interval. We would have liked a longer break: Piccata al Limone - veal fillet medallions with lemon sauce. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Unfortunately, the cook missed the cooking time for the meat; it was too well cooked. The lemon sauce also has room for improvement. It was too floury for me. Unfortunately, we missed the taste of the porcini mushrooms in the potato gnocchi with porcini mushroom filling. The gnocchi also had the consistency of mashed potatoes. We have made the service aware of this. And he reacted very professionally and took the court back. The alternative dish was Tagliatelle Tartufo Nero, tagliatelle with fresh truffles. And they were very good. We also really enjoyed the dessert, tiramisu in the shape of a ball. The lemon sorbet, served in a whole lemon, came from the freezer but tasted like the original in Naples. Even if there is still room for improvement when it comes to food, this restaurant was definitely fun. And that's the main thing when it comes to eating. The prices are also completely reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

Nevertheless, I deducted a star because the food was served far too quickly for my taste. We were in the restaurant for a maximum of 15 minutes and we already had our main courses on the table. In total we spent less than an hour in the restaurant. Nevertheless, we would like to come back because the main thing when visiting a restaurant (the food) was really top.

Had our graduation meeting there, had the Gnocchi Tartufo, very tasty, absolutely recommended. Service and ambience also good, although you could set up a few patio heaters on the terrace in the evenings.

The new terrace is very nice. However, the interior appears careless and uncomfortable. The staff is friendly but unfortunately not very professional. While the wine was too warm, the pasta with truffle was almost cold. This is unacceptable at a price of €19.00. When the waitress at the next table poured the drinks over the guests' clothes, they were unable to put a new tablecloth on the guests. At this price level it should work better.

The restaurant is very invitingly decorated. The distance to the next table is very small, so you think you are sitting at the same table. The food wasn't anything special, but nothing to complain about. The service, however, has a lot of room for improvement (to paraphrase Loriot, “Waiter, can I maybe get you something?”). If you have enough time and are in a good mood, you can still have a very nice evening here.

Very nice Italian restaurant, located on a quiet side street. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality you get. The service was also very attentive and what was particularly noticeable was how quickly the food was served. Highlight of the service: We forgot a wallet in the restaurant that evening (but didn't even notice) and it was personally brought home to us the next day. Thank you for that!!!

Ristorante il Tartofu is an Italian restaurant. It opened a few months ago. The food is absolutely delicious and very selected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The quality from the furnishings to the set tables to the food is first class. There are parking options nearby and public transport is not far either. If the weather is nice you can also sit outside. We will come back. Keep it up.

I was honestly disappointed. You have reserved a table for 6 p.m. and they only start setting the table when you show up at 6:05 p.m. Next to our place outside on the terrace there was a nice bit of roof construction lying around, which took up almost the entire terrace. Staff very inattentive. The bread on the table was super dry. With the Vitello Tonnato, the tuna cream was really not good, much too liquid and hardly tasted like tuna. I then ordered the pasta with cheese. Well, there was no alcohol in the cheese body, which is set on fire so that the cheese can melt nicely. Chunks of cheese were scraped out. On the whole it was all enjoyable but the visit was very sobering. Maybe they'll manage to convince me again if they improve the quality of the food and service.

3 weeks in Berlin & this was our favourite meal. Inside & outdoor seating on a lovely street, very near the outdoor swimming pool. The menu suited us perfectly, we would have been happy to order any number of dishes. Bottles of wine for around €30, nearly all were Italian. We had a lovely Rose. Very generous portions. We ordered starters - Bruschetta €5.90 Tomato soup with gin €5.90. Great ingredients simply cooked. Perfect We ordered mains Saltimbocca €21.90, Sea Bream €20.90. Again fab We would return in a heart beat. Pankow is lucky to have such an excellent restaurant in the neighbourhood.

We went for dinner yesterday, the food was of poor quality, especially the linguine with garlic and oil, it was just garlic without oil, disgusting, we left it, the waiter was absolutely rude, the service was completely lacking, they brought the first courses while they were eating the starter, prices for that that we ate tall. I don't recommend it.

We really had a very nice evening at "Il Tartufo". Food and service were first class! This restaurant is a real asset to this part of Pankow. We liked it... But there are far too many tables and chairs...so it's very tight there. The food was okay. I drank Prosecco, which was on the menu for €3.90. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I got home that I discovered that it was charged at €4.20 per glass! I was very annoyed about that. Such a lie... Yesterday's email said that it was an oversight... and today I read that the prices have been increased. What's true now????

The food was good, nothing more and nothing less. The service was nice, but she could have asked every now and then whether everything was OK, as is usual. Otherwise she was very personable, especially to my 6-year-old son. There are deductions for portion size. We like to eat out often and I can't remember ever having such a small portion of pasta. Especially with Aglio e Olio dishes, the cost of goods tends to be low, so you should definitely expect more than the 80g that is probably served. You shouldn't go there if you're very hungry. The espresso and amaretto on the house were only half full. It is unclear to me why austerity is being cut on the very things that define Italians.

Visit to "Il Tartufo" - An Italian restaurant gem in our neighborhood. The idyll under a chestnut tree provided the perfect setting for a culinary experience. The pizza, a real culinary delight, and the antipasti, a perfect introduction. The wine selection was impressive, the Pinot Grigio was particularly convincing. What should be highlighted is the outstanding service - competent, friendly, simply top class. A big thank you to the team! We look forward to many more visits.

A small, cozy restaurant with very attentive staff. The sea bream + side dishes was perfectly prepared and tasted simply delicious, as did the salad as a starter. Well, I expected a lot more and hoped that it would be an enrichment for Pankow's gastronomic scene. Truffle doesn't smell or taste like truffle - made in China? Parmesan pasta is not made in front of the guest, why? It's a good show effect. Waiters overwhelmed, you have to refill your own drinks, you don't ask if it tastes good or if everything is OK. Ambience is nice but that's it. It's a shame, unfortunately I was disappointed.

The furnishings aren't quite to my taste, but they fit the relatively small space. The service was courteous and attentive. Extras when ordering are no problem. The preparation of the food is consistently good. The meat is tender and complemented by a tasty sauce, the pasta tastes like it was homemade, the vegetables are fresh and firm. The portions are rather small, but not too few. The wine selection seems sufficient to me. the prices overall are pleasantly moderate. In the end, the dessert sweetened our good experience in the neighborhood.

We really liked the new Italian restaurant. It is an offshoot of Firenze on Florastraße and hospitality is also very important here. The food was very good and the waiters are all very nice. We had a lovely evening and would love to come back.

Very nice new little Italian restaurant. White fabric tablecloths and napkins and large, well-stocked wine racks create a beautiful ambience. Drinks came quickly and food didn't take long either. You can see a fillet steak with perfectly cooked oven vegetables and truffles. Very good 👍 Tiramisu for dessert was not too much and not too little, nicely presented and not too sweet, I would have been happy with a more intense coffee taste. Gladly again see you soon :)
