The burgers are yummy in general and their sweet potatoes are quite crunchy. The place is sticky though and the tables, especially outside, are imposible to clean. The service is a little slow.

I ordered the jackfruit burger. Burger was quite small and tasted boring. Fries were extremely salty. The whole thing for almost €14 is not good value for money. Wouldn't come again.

The brunch burger wasn't good at all in my opinion. The patty was far too thin, didn't have any flavor at all, let alone crispy, in general the burger tasted like tomato, and instead of guacamole there was probably wasabi on it because it was really fiery in the last 2 bites. You didn't taste any of the sweet potatoes either. In my opinion, far too expensive for €13.90.

This shop proves that you can also get good burgers on the right bank of the Rhine. Small and inconspicuously located, you can get delicious burgers here at a reasonable price. The only point of criticism: It was a bit drafty in the store, which is unpleasant at low temperatures. Apparently moving to Hohe Strasse now...

Nos ha encantado. La comida buenísima. Todo lo que hemos probado está riquísimo. El boniato y las patatas fritas super crujientes. La salsa agridulce con el pollo frito un acierto y las dos hamburguesas que hemos probado igual. De precio sobre los 12€ la hamburguesa, las patatas son a parte. Sin duda repetiremos otro día en estas vacaciones.

Can be done, does not have to be. Smashed burger was okay, fries unfortunately not good compared to other burger places I've eaten in. Unfortunately, the chicken burger wasn't good at all. The chicken fillet tasted very watery.

Music is always way too loud to eat inside; The waiter doesn't know the sauces by heart and always refers to the menu that is digitally hanging at the top but is far too small and has too much on it for the guest to choose... Ordering takes a long time even though it is not fully occupied.

I tried the burger here a few years ago and it was okay, nothing special. Recently we spontaneously decided to order there again and didn't have particularly high expectations. We were really very surprised: the meat was now smashed, a different sauce was used and the bacon was extra crispy. It's one of the tastiest burgers I've ever tasted and I've tried many burgers around the world. The fries are also very tasty and crispy. Sure, the burger isn't cheap, but it's definitely worth it. I don't know what's happened there in the last few years, but please keep it up! For me the burger comes in second place after a Halal Kobe Beef Burger in New York. Thank you for this great taste experience here at home in Cologne. 🙏

Honestly, I almost never rate on Google but you get 5/5 stars from me. The price is a bit higher (€10-13 for the burger) but you can simply taste the good, fresh ingredients. You're happy to spend a few euros more and have a great experience in return. The fries have always been delivered crispy, which is generally a rarity for deliveries. Honestly guys, keep it up!

There are very tasty burgers here. For a good burger with fries and a drink you pay around 20 EURO. But very tasty and very friendly staff.

**Disappointing burger experience** I was really looking forward to this burger, but was seriously disappointed. The burger had way too much sauce that drowned out everything else. According to the menu it was supposed to be a freshly baked bun, but in fact it was just ordinary buns from Edeka that were taken out of the packaging right in front of me - I don't need to go to a restaurant for that! It doesn't work at all!! The patty was also not properly mashed, so no crust was formed, which significantly affected the taste. The fries were also a disappointment - they had no salt and tasted bland. Overall a very disappointing experience.

The burgers were of really good quality. The burger itself looked "home-made" and I could say it was the best I 've tried in my 5-day visit in Westphalia Germany, no kidding!

I ordered at 9:30 p.m. you have until 10 p.m. I wait for hours and you just don't bring my food that's anti-social what you're doing I want my money back!!!!!

As discussed over the phone, the food should be delivered. I had to wait an hour for my food and at the end I had to pick it up myself because no one answered the phone (called 20 times). I was told in an unfriendly and cheeky manner in the store that it was busy. Instead of contacting me and apologizing, the cold food was handed to me! The fries and chicken bits were rock hard. The burgers weren't even as ordered. Most of the ingredients such as sweet potatoes, tomatoes, onions, etc. were not in the bazoo burger. But I will never order there again because of the outrageous nature of this restaurant and the lack of preparation of the burgers! You're spending a good €60 on rubbish... I fasted all day, it was arranged several times by phone that the food would be delivered and come before the fast was broken. As a fasting person, I'm really horrified!! If you don't have the capacity, you shouldn't make empty promises several times! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

If you would like to wait over 2 hours for your delivery and have the time, then you should order there. I had a fairly large order via Lieferando, which hasn't changed at all with every update. Apparently it should take 40-65 minutes for delivery. After 45 minutes there is still no change in sight. Then from 27 minutes to 39 minutes. After 1 hour, it's suddenly 1 hour 30. Others are much more responsible. Never again.

If you love burgers, you've come to the right place. Friendly staff, cool location, good meat, rounded off with delicious sauce and a few fries with mushroom sauce or would you prefer pesto with that? Vegans also get their money's worth at this burger joint (Pulled Jackfruid Burger is highly recommended) Bon appetit!

We ordered food to take home. Everything arrived warm and fresh. The burgers were a 5/5 and the fries were also a 5/5. Truffle mayo was great and the fact that the cheese sauce came separately was also the right decision. Everything done right!

Food is ok, nothing special but overpriced. I can't rate the ambience, I had the food delivered. But the worst thing is the unfriendly woman who delivered me the food. She was too stupid to ring my doorbell, then called me and hung up after a second. When I went down to the door she insulted me and said it was impossible to keep her waiting. and my coke was forgotten, for which I also paid 3 euros So don't order, spend your money at mcs

It tastes good, but unfortunately all 3 of our burgers were delivered cold and one of them was missing grilled champions. Delivery time of about 55 minutes wasn't quite right either...

We were passing through and wanted to satisfy our hunger with helalburger. But unfortunately it was a failure. There wasn't even a meat patty in the burger. A flat, fairly charred hard thing and there was lettuce in it. I've had better smash burgers.

The burgers were tasty but the bacon was a bit tough. It's a shame there are no menus. What really irritated me was the fact that there are old pictures of the snack bar on Google, where there were still tables to sit on and it looked like a restaurant. But when we got there there was only a small corner table and a window table. Apparently they completely reduced the size of the snack bar and built a wall. The pictures should definitely be removed because otherwise you will be disappointed afterwards if you want to sit down comfortably...

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life and the ones from Burger Colony are among the best for me (I came here especially from Düsseldorf) because you get solid, top quality burgers here and don't pay more attention to style and show like in many other shops . Staff understands the catering industry and therefore the service to the customer...keep it up👍

In the middle of the pedestrian zone, the store doesn't look that inviting from the outside and inside. Very narrow inside, rather uncomfortable to sit on. Long counter, choose and pay at the front, the food is prepared in the middle and at the back. Fresh salad, generous portions, nothing to complain about. Tastes good too, fresh. The 6 people behind the counter seemed a bit uncoordinated, but we'll blame that on the carnival WE, there was a lot going on. Service but very nice. We would come back.

Muss sagen die Hähnchenteile waren wirklich super mit der Marinade. Der California Burger war wie immer sehr lecker nur hätte ich einen besseren Smash der Pattys erwartet was Konsistenz angeht.

Waren einmal vor Ort Essen und einmal wurde das Essen selbst abgeholt. Der Laden ist etwas klein aber tut der super Ambiente nichts. Die Jungs hinter der Theke sind sehr bemüht und wirklich sehr nett. Am Sonntag haben wir zwei Burger und eine große Portion Pommes bestellt ( ohne Sauce ). Der Kollege hat von sich eine Hot Chili Cheese Sauce dazu gegeben. Die Aktion fanden wir echt super. Das Essen war bei beiden Male einfach nur klasse und super lecker. Diesen Laden können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Hey! Whenever i thought about burger, my first choice was Burger Colony. Most of the time i order. Everything was perfect until 1-2 months ago. Today i tried again. Cheeseburger and Fries. The burger looks like it was cooked from leftovers… i am very dissapointed. Also the food came cold. I searched an email adress so i can send you this review but you don‘t have one. Richtig guter Smashed Burger in der City (Hohe Straße). Geile (wahrscheinlich selbstgemachte) Pommes. Die Location ganz nach meinem Geschmack, nicht so hochgestylt oder fancy wie die neuen Konzepte an Burger Läden in Köln. Macht weiter so 👍🏻

das Essen kam 25 Minuten früher als erwartet. Der Lieferant war sehr lieb und von dem Burger kann ich nur schwärmen! Habe zum ersten mal Burger Colony ausprobiert obwohl ich in der Nähe wohne und es hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Sehr lecker und empfehlenswert!

Bester Burger Laden! Hier gehen wir immer wieder gerne hin.

Mehrmals nach Hause schon bestellt. Nun wollte ich mal selber hin und vor Ort essen. Die Qualität der Smash Burger ist 1A. Ich würde sogar soweit gehen und auf Platz 1 in Köln setzen. Die Buns, Salat und Sauce auch sehr frisch und lecker. Einfach nur perfekt und gleichbleibende Qualität.

Ich habe einen Chili Cheese Burger 🍔 gegessen. Dieser war sehr lecker. Es gab einiges Dips zur Auswahl für die Pommes. Sehr lecker.

Essen war sehr, sehr toll. Etwas unscheinbare Lage. Aber absolut empfehlenswert

Hammer Burger 🍔. Kleiner Laden, bisschen wenig zum sitzen aber die Burger sind SUPER. Waren 2 mal da haben verschiedene Burger gegessen und verschiedene pommes und alles war BOMBE. Freue mich jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Ein sehr leckerer Burger, mit sehr leckerem Brot, gut gebraten, knusprig, sehr leckere Saucen und zügige Zubereitung. Obwohl es teilweise eine one men Show war. An diesem Tag haben wir nicht lange auf unser Essen gewartet. Auch die Knoblauch Pommes sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Wenn Ihr mich fragt ist es der beste Burger 🍔 Laden. Das Fleisch sehr lecker und leicht und nicht versalzen. Die Pommes 🍟 auch sehr frisch. Kann nur weiterempfehlen. Der zweite Burgerladen wird auch auf der anderen Rheinseite eröffnet Hohestrasse. Viel Spaß und Erfolg Good luck have fun!!!
