Very good burger 👍 at a great price

Ordered an hour ago and the food still hasn't come. Very poor commitment, poor delivery service.

Very, very sad shop, very sad story, very sad what's going on here.

Ordered via QR code, food (burger) came quickly, was delicious, but unfortunately no one came by and took care of us afterwards (dessert was missing and was only served after repeated requests). Payment then directly at the checkout, or in advance when ordering online by credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Not recommendable!!! Half of the delivery arrives incorrectly! No comment was taken into account, except that there should be more bacon on it, the rest was completely ignored! After a friendly attempt to change the order over the phone, I was quickly told in an unfriendly manner that I should contact their service provider for clarification. Driver uses a headset to talk on the phone extremely loudly in Arabic in the hallway... For the money, the bad/unfriendly service and the underwhelming food, I'd rather just order or eat at 45 Burgers! Last time!

Unfortunately we ordered there again...for the third time they forgot half of the order...the sauces were wrong...burger was completely missing. When I called back, suddenly no one answered the phone, after 10 minutes I was pushed away! It works for you...I'll prefer to order from "Bones Bbq & Burger" in Marl in the future. Thanks for nothing....everyone has to know for themselves...

I liked “being” there. I think the only motto that applies here is: “Milk the cow”! Apart from the already high prices, only getting meat half the size of the bun is an outrage and a rip-off. When asked about this, you hear the following: we're sorry, it wasn't extra. Hello?? I was there with 5 other people from my family and left almost €90. This statement doesn't work at all. The boss was informed and his cheap statement: he would train the staff. Ridiculously high 10.

My best burgers and chicken pieces so far! One star deducted for the fact that every time, really every time, something is forgotten!! Mostly the drinks or sauces!! They're just small things but you pay for them and that's just how you want them to be!! The drinks from our last order were not delivered or credited to us despite my call!! And one thing that bothers me a lot and has caused us to choose other burger shops: My favorite burger is only available on the menu!!! What's this nonsense? I don't need fries!! As long as that's the case, I won't order anymore. As soon as my Amsterdam Burger is available to buy individually again, I'll be your customer again =) But otherwise everything was really super super super delicious!!!

Ordered a table for 4, served quickly. Everything was fresh and tasty, only one sauce was missing, but it wasn't dramatic considering the quantity. Luckily there was free choice of seats as it was empty at the time. The only thing that was difficult (or unusual) was ordering online using a QR code (via email). Gladly again.

The really good thing....the lady on the phone was very friendly when she pointed out to me that I accidentally ordered 3 times and she immediately and happily canceled the 2 remaining orders 😎👍 And the guy who delivered the food. Very friendly and deserved his tip 👍 The food.....2 burger menus....honestly....for 45€ even with drinks, a joke!!!! The fries tasted surprisingly good 😎👍 I've heard much worse things from some suppliers, which they call fries... but that doesn't really make sense.... The burgers...phew.....visually don't have much to do with the pictures on the menu....in terms of taste, let's say....okay, visually....the burgers from a large Fastfoot chain do that at a fraction of the price, more sense and just as filling... “All” that for 45 EURO!!! To be honest, no... it was our first, but also our last time that we ordered here...

The restaurant seems very cold and uninviting. But the food was really great. Hot, tasty and freshly prepared. We had a veggie burger, a Texas burger and a smash cheese. Everyone was just great. We'd love to come back

Often very long waiting times for home delivery. Even beyond the specified time. At least 90 minutes must be planned, even if only 10 minutes away from home. Cancellation over the phone is no longer possible and there is no response. Food only lukewarm.

I ordered almost 2 hours ago. Still waiting for the order. The phone number was not assigned on the website and the other number was called several times. In the end it was someone's turn who, of course, couldn't do anything about it. But suggestions for solutions were not accepted or compensation was made

Wrong food delivered and money not returned!!!!!!!!

Order should arrive after 30-40 minutes and delivered after almost 1.5 hours. Burgers were only luke warm, the rest were completely cold!

Unfortunately I have to say that the quality has drastically decreased. I've been a customer for years, Burger Bulle was my favorite burger shop in the area, but I haven't eaten such a bad burger in a long time. And at Burger Bulle of all places! As always, I ordered the Fire Bull with my few extra requests, none of which were taken into account. You used to be able to choose your bread, but unfortunately that's no longer available. There are no sweet potatoes anymore either. Instead there are cheap fries that didn't taste good at all. My Firebull arrived BURNED and BLACK. Our burgers didn't arrive one after the other but 10 minutes apart. While I was still waiting for my burger, my sister's burger got cold. The staff reacts slowly or not at all. There were also fake sauces. I'm really disappointed with my favorite burger shop to date!

Eating the wrong thing at the wrong time Never again and too much breading!!

We had a total of 5 burgers and a Friends Special to break our fast - unfortunately the burgers were completely burnt and the sauces didn't arrive when we ordered them. Quality has deteriorated quite a bit, which is a shame as we intend to stop by at least once during Ramadan as a ritual. Urgent need for improvement - you used to be able to choose your bread and the fries were much better. Burgers are not prepared with love - but the eye eats with them. You can clearly notice the reduction in quality.

Soup first came lukewarm. Bread wasn't fresh. Fries half dry.

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star. The pre-order took more than three hours and more than 20 attempts to reach the restaurant by phone but unfortunately no one answered. It's the first and last time.

In short, we have ordered 5 citizens. 3 were cold, 1 was warm and good but only half because the other half was black/burnt as you can see from the pictures. The fifth citizen was good and have 0 complaints. We also ordered dessert (brownies) which we paid for and didn't get delivered. (very nice too) It was also very nice when we opened the curly fries and only half of them were in there. (It's very nice because you have to pay an extra €1 for the curly fries ((even though you order a menu)) and then not even the full portion gets) Terrible. Very disappointing because I had high expectations. Edit: The order was supposed to arrive after 60 minutes but it took 90 minutes to arrive.

Ordered food online. Delivery time is 15 minutes. I received a call shortly after placing my order and was told it would take 30 minutes. Arrived at the store after 30 minutes and they said the order would take another 10 minutes. The order hasn't even started yet. It's already been 20 minutes in the store and the food is still not ready. For a burger menu, 12 wings and a salad, this shop simply takes 1 hour to prepare. I have hardly experienced worse service in my life. Never again Burger Bull.

Actually, I'm not the person who writes reviews when the chef has had a bad day, but I've experienced a catastrophe like this in a long time and maybe you can warn one or two people before they are just as disappointed. Unfortunately, I ordered directly from your homepage and not from Lieferando, so I probably would have had the chance to get my money back, well there are worse things. So the food was ordered for 2:00-2:15 p.m., it arrived at 2:30 p.m., completely fine for a delivery service. In addition, you eat well, when you order you can't expect that it will arrive hot and that the fries will still be crispy, that's clear anyway, BUT that the food arrives completely cold, lukewarm would be too well described, shouldn't happen. But there's no reason for me to bother writing a bad review. Soo the burgers were okay, really okay frozen meat, but you can find that in most stores and we didn't have high expectations. But everything that came out of the deep fryer, wings and the fillet bits were really inedible!! So completely black, cold and hard, I couldn't believe that the chef could make something like that. So we're not talking about beautifully crispy fresh wings NO, but about chicken parts from the chest, all 100% of which were completely forgotten in the deep fryer and then still go to the guest and unfortunately ended up in the trash with us... Sooo not nice up to this point, shouldn't happen, could possibly happen, how does a restaurateur deal with it now is the question. And here we come to the reason that underlines this bad review again. After a really nice inquiry about where my sauces were (which I also ordered/paid for 3 times at 50 cents each), I received the response that it was my mistake that I ordered this and that mayo and ketchup were included 😅 (um, okay what can you say about that…) try to quote the young lady: “We're not going out again now To bring you 3 sauces, there have “Unfortunately, she was unlucky this time.” Yes, you should be able to get over 1.5 euros, but what about the inedible food? My experience at this burger restaurant was disappointing. The burgers were of poor quality, too oily and poorly fried, which affected the consistency. The overall taste was not what we expected, with soggy fries, flattened buns and mediocre sauces. For those looking for a satisfying dining experience, this place might not be the best choice.

I'll start at the beginning, you're unlikely to find a nearby parking space as advertised because the restaurant is located directly on a main street. Then we came in, ordered food on our cell phone, and waited. The waiter then came and immediately commented that certain things were sold out and therefore not available (after you had paid on your cell phone!!) We were there with 4 people, after a little over 20 minutes the first food came, but it was only lukewarm, some of it was wrong and only for 2 of the 4 people present. 30 minutes later, the food for the other two still wasn't at the table. Not even the drinks. That means about 40 minutes after two of the four o'clock had eaten, the food for the others arrived. However, it was mostly cold (makes you wonder why it's cold even though it's been going on for so long?) Food was ok, except that it was cold etc. Ambiance is fine, very imaginative. However, the restaurant is not very big and quite loud. You sit in an unpleasant atmosphere. Screaming children, loud conversations, kitchen right next to the table...but it's different. Maybe it's okay to order from the restaurant to take home, but I don't want to make too big a noise right now. I definitely can't recommend it any further. I don't know when I order, but I definitely won't do so in the future.

Ordered and waited. Almost 2 hours delivery time and at no rush hour. Burgers were OK but nothing more. Actually ordered chicken fillets and got wings. Completely forgot fries from the menu. So I wouldn't order again and wouldn't recommend it either.

Ordered there for the first time. We had the "Friends" menu and chicken popcorn in small. The burger was okay, the chicken was very crispy and still a bit juicy. However, something could have been done differently with the way the evidence was provided. Thick slices of jalapenos are not our thing. The Wings were a 0/5. We found hair on the wings that we couldn't determine whether it came from the chicken or from an MA. The chicken popcorn and the fillet bites tasted 1:1 like the fillet on the burger. So it's more standard. Unfortunately, the fries tasted very strongly of oil, which suggests that the fat must have been a little older. I have to give positive credit to the employees who called me immediately after placing the order and asked for the lost house number. All in all OK, but a lot of room for improvement.

Wir hatten bestellt um 19:45 Uhr, das Essen sollte nach 40-50 min geliefert werden. Das Essen kam Punkt 22 Uhr, war eher lauwarm und eher durchschnittlich. Zuerst ging auch niemand ans Telefon, um dann auch nur mitzuteilen, dass wir doch schon geschlossen hätten und alle Bestellungen raus sind.

Über 2 Stunde gewartet auf ein chickenburger, dazu noch sehr kalt und ohne Box wird geliefert. Einmal und nie wieder mehr!!!

Das Essen schmeckt, die Burger sind saftig und die Chicken Wings estehen nicht nur aus Panade wie bei anderen Lokalen. Auch wenn ich kein Fan von Pommes bin, kann ich durchaus die Curly Fries empfehlen. Nachtrag: 06.01.24 Ich kann es mir leider nicht erklären warum die Qualität nachgelassen hat. Ob ein neuer Betreiber oder das Personal mittlerweile unmotiviert aufgrund der wirtschaftlichen Lage… jedoch waren wir heute von den Burgern enttäuscht. Explizit die Chicken Burger. Das Fleisch an sich war lecker jedoch ging es im Burger unter. Sehr dünn und nicht wirklich „flächendeckend“. Die Beilagen waren, wie immer, gut. Beim bezahlen hat der gute Herr am Handy telefoniert (vermutlich privat) und war nicht bei der Sache. Fand ich etwas unverschämt. Daher kein Trinkgeld… Ich hoffe trotzdem dass es eine Einmalige Sache gewesen ist. Zum Foto: wer ist auch der Meinung, dass das Stück Fleisch etwas größer sein könnte???

Kompliziertes bestellen, auch vor Ort nur mit Handy. Lieferung war nicht so gut (hat ewig gedauert, viel länger als angegeben). Das Fleisch war stark gewürzt was eher untypisch für einen Burger ist.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut und wor sind hier sehr zufrieden. Die Digitalisierung macht das Bestellen sehr einfach. Dadurch verliert die Gastronomie aber etwas Bindung zu den Kunden. Das merkt man hier auch. Nicht jede Einsparung ist ein Gewinn für das Geschäft. ;) Trotzdem waren alle nett und freundlich, es war nur sehr unpersönlich. Das Ambiente ist o.k.. Die Location hat das Problem einer sehr lauten Kreuzung. Die Straßengeräudche werden mit Musik bekämpft. Die Musik allerdings war nicht die Unsere.

Also ich kann einfach nicht verstehen wieso burger Bulle nur 3m5 Sterne hat für mich in Gelsenkirchen einer der besten burger Buden und wir bestellen meistens nur nach haus also immer wieder gerne 💙👌

Haben uns das Essen liefern lassen. Cola wurde vergessen mitzuliefern und dann gab es am Telefon Diskussionen, ob die Cola geliefert wurde oder nicht. Kundenfreundlich ist anders. Der Beef-Burger- Patty war außen verbrannt und innen roh.

Habe heute mir einen Burger und Pommes liefern lassen. Der Burger und die Pommes waren sehr lecker.

Das Essen dort schmeckt sehr gut. Aber das heftigste was ich hier erleben musste war bei der 4 und letzten Bestellung. Hatten 2 Burger bestellt plus Hähnchen Filetbites 20stück. Nach ca 90 min kam dann alles an. Was sich in der Tüte befand war so etwas von lächerlich. Keine Burger, tüte voll mit Cilli Cheesenuggets und ein Burger Bun mit nichts drauf. Dort Angerufen, niemand hat sich bereit erklärt sich darum zu kümmern. Habe dann Kontakt mit Lieferando aufgenommen und mein Geld zurückerhalten von Lieferando. Schade eigentlich, da es dort gut Schmeckt, aber bestellen nie wieder.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich fantastisch. Wir haben dort jetzt ein paar mal bestellt. Aber trotzt angezeigte warte Zeit von 60 Minuten kamen die letzten 2 Bestellung erst nach fast 2 Stunden an. Zudem gibt es für alle Filiale nur eine Telefonnummer. Musste daher in Gelsenkirchen anrufen um nach der Bestellung in Duisburg mich zu erkundigen.

Erste Mal heute dort bestellt und total begeistert gewesen! Burger war lecker, leckere Hotwings und die Dipps waren auch sehr gut! Essen kam schneller als angegeben! Gerne wieder! So muss es sein!

Früher war das Essen echt gut hier. Essen über die Restaurant-Internetseite bestellt, weil bei Lieferando einzelne Burger nicht in der Karte verfügbar waren. 4x Pommes mit Joppie-Sauce bestellt und 1x mit Käse-Sauce, davon kamen vier Pommes, alle mit Käse-Sauce Einen Grilled Chicken Burger mit Extra Jalapenos (70ct bezahlt, keine Jalapenos auf dem Burger gewsesen) bestellt, das "Grilled" Chicken war zwar Chicken, hat aber definitiv noch nie einen Grill gesehen (Fritteuse lässt grüßen) Einen Burger mit bitte ohne Jalapenos bestellt, weil es keine andere Auswahlmöglichkeit gab (kann man mal übersehen) Insgesamt war das einzig positive leider die pünktliche Lieferung, der Rest war eher unerfreulich. Früher mal echt zufrieden mit den Burgern gewesen, jetzt leider kein Wiederholungsbedarf...

Die Fleischpatties sind nur halb so groß wie das Brötchen. Zu wenig Salatdressing. Die Pommes sind trocken und labbrig und bei so einer hohen Bestellung noch Lieferkosten zu nehmen ist ein Witz. Absolute Enttäuschung!

Wir haben gestern bestellt nach 90 min kamen dann unsere fast kalten Burger die so aber ganz lecker waren, jedoch wurden meine Pommes nicht geliefert genau so wie zwei sausen (die bezahlt wurden) nach dem wir sofort angerufen haben und das Fehlen mitgeteilt haben legte man einfach ohne jeden Kommentar auf 🤔schade aber ich bestelle dort nie wieder

Die Burger die ich bestellt hatte waren bisher lecker kann man nichts dran aussetzen aber diese starter Platte für angeblich 2 ist der größte Witz dann noch für 12,99 € also kann sich jeder selber ein Bild von machen ob das für den Preis und der Menge ok ist .

Leckeres Essen. Aber wenn man 3 mal bestellt und entweder fehlt was ,was bei allen drei besungen der Fall war oder es ist kalt oder Haare im essen sind dann denke ich ganz einfach falscher Beruf. Die 5 Sterne sind ausschließlich für's Essen und den netten Fahrer! Das Essen hatte 'ne Bombenpanade und der Fahrer, der nix für die Verspätung kann, hat sich gefühlt 1000 mal entschuldigt. Minussterne für die Lieferzeit und den "Service". Wenn 60 Minuten angegeben werden, und ich bin echt nicht kleinlich, müssen nicht über 120 Minuten daraus werden. Dann ist man eig. bereits satt, da man einen dicken Hals bekommt, wo kaum mehr was durchpasst. Und am Telefon bekommt man dann auf Nachfrage bloß ein liebloses "sorry". Kein Problem wenn's länger dauert, aber nicht zu informieren ist einfach totaler Käse! Naja, scheinbar genug Kunden am Start. Dann kann man sich eben was erlauben... Auch wenn's lecker war, war das definitiv die erste und letzte Bestellung! Andere Läden machen auch gutes Essen...sogar mit gutem Service. Guten Hunger!

Burger bun hmm hat was der Belag etwas dünn die patties irgendwie denk ich die sind tkware pommes super gell knusprig und schmecken Fazit nix besonderes aber auch nicht so das es nicht zu empfehlen wäre.

Ein Laden mit Klasse. Fahre immer wider gern mit Famillie oder Freunde dahin. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Habe in mehreren Läden Burger probiert, jedoch die bei Burger Bulle und Chickenboss sind wirklich appetitlich und saftig. Beste Grüße aus Duisburg 🙋🏻‍♂️

Essen immer super gewesen, aber zweimal ärger mit dem Lieferanten gehabt. Beide Male keine Quittung dabei gehabt und mehr verlangt als bei Lieferando angegeben. Und wenn man dann nach Wechselgeld fragt wird man angelogen, er hätte kein Wechselgeld bei. Erst nach dem gedroht wurde sich zu beschweren gibt er einem auch noch zu wenig Wechselgeld bis man die Nummer gewählt hat. Und verabschiedet wird man mit den Worten man soll dort nie mehr bestellen. Der Mann hat absolut nichts in dem Beruf verloren.

For my first time coming to Germany i visite this resto pub chicha I go there because smoke Shisha and I come because to play 🎱 they say no you can not because maybe you get drunk and they don’t want accpte to play and the barman speak with no respect was 2/10 Not place where you can chill

Wir haben jetzt 3 mal dort bestellt. Jedes mal kam das Essen zwischen 30 und 60 Minuten zu spät. Die Burger waren kalt und die Extras (die man noch zusätzlich zahlen muss) haben bei 2 Bestellungen ganz oder teilweise gefehlt. Wir haben dort nun zum letzten Mal bestellt.

Ich habe mit meinen Kollegen zusammen gestern das erste Mal bei Burger Bulle bestellt. Wir waren alle super zufrieden. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zum ersten mal dort und waren positiv überrascht. In der Speisekarte findet man neben den Burgern auch Chicken, Salad, Loaded Fries, Shakes & Smoothies. Außerdem ist auch das Personal super freundlich. Wir werden den Laden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und wieder kommen.

Letztes Wochenende waren meine Frau und ich in dieser Lokalität um uns mal einen guten Burger zu gönnen. Leider war dieser Abend ein Reinfall. Die Burger waren einfach nur grottenschlecht. Das beste an den Burgermenüs waren die Süßkartoffel Pommes und das Getränk dazu. Ich konnte noch nicht mal ein Bier Trinken weil es dort keines gibt. Der Service war recht bemüht unsere Bestellung an der Theke auf zu nehmen. Freundlich waren die Angestellten, das war aber auch alles. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, laut, nicht ganz sauber, verschmutzte Tabletts und sehr zugig. Wir können leider nichts Positives an dem Laden lassen und werden diesen auch nicht mehr Betreten.

Als aller erstes mal das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber nicht so kompetent. Da bestellt man sich nen Gigant Bull Burger als Menu mit Sesambrötchen und bekommt einen mit nem Vollkorn. Die bestellung an der Theke hat für mich eher einen Bahnhofsflair. Die nette Dame bei der Bestellung war auch überfordert, vieleich war Sie noch neu dabei. Den Geschmack meines Menü konnte man auch in die Tonne treten so etwas von fade. Jeder Burger bei der großen B-Kette ist um längen besser. Die Tabletts sind teilweise noch mit Saucen der Vorgänger beschmutzt und viel zu hoch. Die sind so hoch das wir (12,5 Personen) unsere speisen auf den von uns gereinigten Tisch stellen mussten. Da wir noch ein Kleinkind dabei hatten wurde voher dort angerufen und gefragt ob hochstühle vorhanden sind, das wurde verneint. Als wir ankamen waren doch hochstühle vorhanden. Da kommt man sich ja verarscht vor, danke. Mein Fazit, es gibt bessere Lokalitäten viel bessere.

Endlich mal einen guten Burger Laden in Gelsenkirchen! Wir waren zu 6 Abends dort essen und waren alle super zufrieden. Es gibt 4 verschiedene Pommes zur Auswahl. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist überragend. das Personal ist super freundlich! Wir kommen wieder!

Auch wenn mir der Burger sehr gut geschmeckt hat, ist wegen der Selbstbedienung und dem kräftigen Fritten Geruch eher der Eindruck eines Imbisslokals geblieben. Leider war das komplette Restaurant wegen offener Küche mit Burger und Fritten Duft benebelt, schade! Außerdem sollte man sich im Vorhinein überlegen wo geparkt werden soll, da in der näheren Umgebung nur wenige Parkplätze vorzufinden sind.

Zwar hat sich das Personal bemüht nett und freundlich zu sein aber das wars dann auch. Die tiefgefrorenen Burger waren einfach geschmacklos. Zwar sind diese als Menü (Fritten, Pommes & Soße) unter 10€ zu bekommen aber mehr sind sie auch nicht Wert. Unweit von hier gibt es ein "Burger-King" ... smile. Zu einem Burger haätte ich gerne ein Bier getrunken ... Fehlanzeige. Toilleten ohne Spiegel und zu Hause konnten die Klamotten in die Wäsche wegen dem Geruch !!! Leider durchgefallen.

Wir haben uns gestern vom neuen Restaurant beliefern lassen. Leider eine total Katastrophe. Hatten um 17:25 Uhr bestellt und gegen 19:55 Uhr kam über Lieferando eine Nachricht das, dass Essen nun auf dem Weg zu uns ist und in 10 min ankommt... 35 Minuten später (20:30 Uhr) alles unverändert, endloses Warten... Da kam ein Anruf und das Restaurant war dran. Die Bestellung sei nun fertig, ob die es denn noch bringen sollen? Ja natürlich. Weitere 15 Minuten später kam dann endlich nach 2 Stunden 15 Minuten Wartezeit der Fahrer. Er entschuldigte sich, es waren so viele Reservierungen im Laden da sei die Bestellung untergegangen... Gut neuer Laden ok. ABER leider war das Essen kalt... Pommes und Burger. Trotzdem schmeckte es lecker, schien auch alles selbst gemacht zu sein. Selbst die Pommes sahen unterschiedlich aus. Ein Laden mit Potenzial. Wir werden bei Gelegenheit dort einfach vor Ort essen und dem Restaurant eine zweite Chance geben.

Wir haben uns mit 5 Personen kurzfristig dazu entschieden den "neuen Burgerladen" zu testen und waren zunächst beim betreten ein wenig ernüchtert von dem Mobiliar. Die Stühle könnten ein wenig besser sein und eine Garderobe fehlt leider auch. Aber....... Es ist nunmal ein Burgerladen und da soll es schmecken. Und das tut es auch. Die Mitarbeiter waren echt freundlich und unsere 5 Bestellungen waren zeitgleich fertig. Wer sich hier mal das Preisniveau anschaut der wird feststellen das es überhaupt nicht teuer sein muss einen guten handgemachten Burger zu bekommen. Fazit:Wir kommen wieder!!
