Our favorite restaurant in Chemnitz.. Great atmosphere, large play area for the children and the food tastes delicious. At the end we always end up stuck at the ice cream counter 😋. When it's time to say "we're going out to eat" again, everyone calls enthusiastically to BUONO!

We have visited Buono several times. The food and service has deteriorated significantly. The pizzas have few toppings!!!!! It was half a cherry tomato... However, the seafood spaghetti was a hit! No seafood to be seen, just sauce. Nope people, not for this price! The dishes were also served individually served so that each of us had to eat individually...and there were only 4 of us. We won't be back any time soon!

Difficult to judge. The restaurant certainly doesn't want to be a small, fine Italian restaurant, but rather an Italian restaurant for everyone with a touch of system gastronomy. The place was full on a Wednesday evening and I think most of the guests were completely satisfied. The furnishings are simple and functional, some of them a bit older. Style and ambience are completely missing here. The dishes should at least come close to a system Italian like Vapiono, but unfortunately they don't. I had Bruschetta Avocado Pomodoro, which unfortunately didn't have any olive oil or salt and pepper on it. Too much very bitter garlic for that. A slice of baguette was bitterly burnt and there was no oil here either. The Vitello Tonnato was carelessly prepared, the veal was thinly sliced ​​and delicately pink. The sauce was a little too runny and moderately flavorful. The pasta Frutti di mare had good pasta, but tasted more like a mushroom cream sauce and had nothing to do with frutti di mare, something tasted burnt. Sorry, but the food had too many craftsmanship errors.

Leckere italienische Küche. Man kann sehen mit welchen Zutaten hier gekocht wird. Ich hatte die Trüffelsuppe und fand sie sehr lecker. Gnocchis mit Trüffelcreme als Hauptspeise, welche ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Service war nett und aufmerksam.

Der Service war einfach mega – das Personal war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich wirklich um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Das Essen war super lecker! Jede Speise war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Auswahl auf der Speisekarte ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ich kann Buono nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wenn ihr in Chemnitz seid und ein tolles Restaurant sucht, solltet ihr unbedingt vorbeischauen. Ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein!

Ich war beruflich in chemnitz und hatte spät abends noch hunger, auf empfehlung bin ich ins Buono und habe es nicht bereut. Es war alles sehr gut, essen sowie service, Alles hat gepasst.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen da. Die Bedienung war sehr flott und vor allem sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend und wird mit frischen Zutaten gekocht, wovon man sich in der offenen Küche überzeugen kann. Ich habe mir eine Kundenkarte geben lassen, so kann ich beim nächsten Mal mittags einen Rabatt über 20% bekommen. Vielen Dank dafür.

First the supplier was still on the way, then he couldn't find the address, then it was said that the order had been received but not processed and finally a third party was to blame for everything. Despite the error, there was neither an understanding nor a friendly response. We haven't seen our money back to this day and the evening was ruined too.

I recently visited Buono in Chemnitz and was thoroughly impressed! The highlight of my visit was their pizza "Bomba Vulcanica"—an absolute culinary delight. The pizza was bursting with rich, vibrant flavors, and the perfect combination of ingredients made every bite a memorable experience. Beyond the exceptional food, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it reflects in the quality of the food and service. The ambiance of the restaurant was also spot-on cozy, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Whether you're a local or just passing through Chemnitz, I highly recommend stopping by Buono. Their "Bomba Vulcanica" pizza is a must-try (but only if you are a fan of spicy pizza), and the overall experience is nothing short of excellent. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately a very disappointing visit to the Buono Restaurant and the mixed reviews speak for themselves. I would like to mention the service staff, who was present on August 11th around 6:00 p.m., in a more positive way. The young woman is hard-working, friendly and really enjoys her job, hence 5 stars for the service. However, the food was just average and absolutely nothing special. The price/performance ratio doesn't fit. We had the Pasta Rollo Ligure. The pasta was al dente and well cooked, but the rest was simply tasteless and carelessly mixed together. Each ingredient only had its own taste, but it didn't really fit together and the portion of parmesan was manageable. An additional portion of parmesan costs €2.90 and no, I didn't order that because that's just cheeky. We also had a Pizza Verdure and the dough was more like a delivery pizza. The topping wasn't even remotely good, as there was no grill aroma and the selection of vegetables was manageable. Here, the cheaper options tend to be thrown onto the pizza. The food wasn't bad and you could eat it, but overall it's just too expensive.

Die beste Pizza der Stadt. Knuspriger Boden und leckerer Belag. Zum Nachtisch gibt es selbstgemachtes Eis oder italienische Spezialitäten. Auch die Kinder waren vom Klassiker Spaghetti Bolognese begeistert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Taking the order turned out to be extremely complicated because the waitress didn't understand even simple requests. Finally she arrived with two bottles of beer, only one of which had been ordered. Then the food, a pizza whose base was not baked through and because of its toughness, was difficult to cut even with a sharp steak knife. A corresponding notice met with little interest.

All in all, a spent evening. After the pasta with scampi and food poisoning, I would advise against the dish. My companion's dish was delicious. The service was quick and friendly, just a bit difficult to understand at times. The atmosphere is nice, but it was around 35 °C.

I went to Buono for dinner today. There were two of us and we got a seat straight away without a reservation. When ordering, we were conveniently given a variety of side dishes to choose from. We had barely ordered our food when it was already on the table. I could hardly concentrate on the delicious food because of the pleasant ambience and the stunning Italian pop that made you want to dance. We had pizza and pasta. Afterwards I treated myself to a delicious pizza with Nutella. We both really enjoyed the visit and anyone who wants to enjoy Italian cuisine in the most pleasant way in downtown Chemnitz should definitely give Buono a try.

The selection of pizzas and pastas is average. You won't find anything unusual on the map. Taste is solid, but not outstanding. Prices are borderline. Drinks are generally more expensive than average. When it comes to the salad, however, the price-performance ratio is outrageous. Card payment possible.

We had dinner here beforehand on the evening of an OMD concert and we were really impressed. The food and ambience were great. But what we liked best was the service. Although it is a "typical" Italian, shortly after we arrived he changed the background music from Italian to OMD. And this is always adjusted depending on the event in the nearby town hall. We think it's a great idea to get a "warmup" 👍. So gladly again when we are back in Chemnitz.

We had dinner at Buono again. Since we always have to have a pizza at Buono in the evening when we visit the city of Chemnitz, we were even more disappointed this time. Unfortunately, the service was forgettable... more comparable to canteen help. But not even that - empty plates and drinks were not cleared away even after paying (see picture). We had reserved and pre-ordered, the meal (starter) took about 20 minutes, which was too long. "Buono family day" (to be specified when making a reservation) were ignored even though I specifically asked when paying whether the cheapest main course was excluded ("yes"). You will not receive an invoice statement. I recalculated it several times at home. I was cheated out of €11.90. Starter: - Unfortunately, Bruschetta doesn't deserve the name. Bread soft, tomatoes not pickled or similar - it's a simple, cheap and tasteless tomato salad that's on it, you have to look for oil and garlic. Accompanying salad worthless. - The antipasti platter "Misto della casa" was OK, but for 15.90 it wasn't of high quality, the salad spread in the middle wasn't that good, some of it was really bitter and some light dressing was missing. But the homemade pizza bread was really delicious!! - Aperol Spritz was watery, safely diluted with mineral water. - The pizzas were both very good!! - The pasta arrabiata was good. Probably not homemade pasta, but just right al dente. - The risotto was good and is recommended. - the ice cream was good and corresponded to the quality expected from a German Italian
