It was another wonderful evening, the food was fantastic. I had dinner with my girlfriend and we shared everything. The waitress noticed this right away when we ordered and even asked if we wanted four slices of bruschetta instead of the usual three. For the main course, the waitress served it on two plates. A huge thank you to the owner! She came over to me because she saw that the chair with the backrest wasn't quite comfortable for me and politely asked if she could change it. Our four established ice cream parlors all have the same basic ice cream selection, but each also offers a special selection of additional items. That's why I went to Buono that day. They also serve good pizzas and pasta dishes. At Sernice, the German language skills can sometimes be a problem.

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. We had a lovely evening. We'd gladly come again. It was a bit noisy, and very crowded on Saturday nights.

Ate there after an event on Sunday evening: attentive service, food served quickly. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor: a vegetarian pasta dish. At 9:05 p.m., we received a message telling us to finish our meal because the restaurant would be closing in 15 minutes. The opening hours say otherwise. At 9:20 p.m., two couples arrived and were also turned away because they were closing. The seven guests at that time paid and left. I was annoyed by the abrupt departure. Therefore, service deductions. Then the opening hours changed. Happened on October 19, 2025.

A small, fine restaurant in the center of Chemnitz. Very friendly staff, and the spaghetti aglio et olio was very good.

Always a good pizza, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere

The waiters are as slow as a turtle, the wait time is 15 minutes just to get the check! And there were practically no people! I approached the waiter, they said someone will come to you. I waited again. I just wanted to get up and leave. It's terrible. They didn't give me plates with the pizza; you have to eat it with your hands however you want on one plate. It's unreasonably expensive; pasta that costs 2 euros costs 16, but the pizza is more or less okay. I won't come here again. For this money, you can eat somewhere normal.

The ambiance was so-so, more like a bistro/snack bar. The staff was friendly, except for one employee who seemed to enjoy terrorizing her colleagues. The wait time was also rather long for a Friday evening. Pasta was good, but the pizza, unfortunately, was not; it felt more like a pre-made pizza. Overall, the evening was okay, but it won't be my new favorite Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, the location wasn't so good... It's in a square, and you can hear the traffic from the street, but you can sit outside. You can't complain about the service either. The pizza was incredibly generous, but unfortunately, the base reminded me a lot of a frozen pizza and was just as hard and difficult to cut with the knives provided. The food wasn't enjoyable. The drink prices weren't exactly cheap either.

Service was good and friendly, but I didn't appreciate any trained professionals, which I noticed. The kids' area is good, but it needs some sorting out; some things are broken and sometimes dirty. All the drinks were low in carbonation, whether beer or spritzer. Now for the pizza: we had three pizzas. There was a misunderstanding with one of them and it had to be remade, which I have to take into account. But when I looked at the bottom of the pizza and saw the small, even holes, I knew, as a restaurateur, that this was a prefabricated base. And not a good one at that; it was so dry and crumbly and lacked flavor. There was a lot of cooked ham, but it was tough and not convincing. Tomatoes were more of a decoration than an ingredient. The tomato sauce tasted and looked like seasoned tomato paste diluted with water. The cheese was also used sparingly. None of the pizzas were really hot, and the knives were unsuitable for pizzas. Unfortunately, we were there for a few hours and also got stomachaches. I thought the new big pizza chain at the Rosenhof would be the worst pizza in any restaurant, but no, this is it. I was last here 10 years ago, and it wasn't that bad.

I went to Buono for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, the quality has declined. The pizza was tasteless. The pizza bread, unfortunately, was too. Any local pub could have prepared my kids' pasta with more care and made it taste better. The hefty €82.00 (2 adults / 2 kids) wasn't even remotely worth it. The only thing that was super friendly was the service. I still won't be back.

Buono is our favorite restaurant. Delicious Italian food and cool drinks complete a summer evening. Richie's super friendly and attentive service is always a positive feature. Highly recommended!

The good reviews are a mystery to me. The pizza is the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Thin as a tarte flambée, tough as stale bread, and the ingredients are really bad. Cheap salami instead of Italian sausage. The Margherita had arugula instead of basil... And way too expensive! The only thing that was good was the service, and that was a trainee.

I visited this restaurant last week and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. But the food was good. There were two Indian waitresses who seemed uninterested in helping us with the menu. When we asked questions, they appeared to struggle with both English and German, which made it difficult to communicate or get clear information about the food. To make things worse, they were more focused on chatting with each other than actually paying attention to the guests. We felt ignored and uncomfortable, especially since there was little effort to provide proper customer service. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant itself seemed nice, but the lack of professionalism and communication from the service team really impacted our visit. Hopefully, management will address this and provide proper training for better guest experience.

A great Italian restaurant in the right location with super friendly staff. We came here as a group and, after a quick request, even got a table outside, just to kick off the weekend with the beer festival right outside. Ritschy, our server, was absolutely fantastic. We've rarely had so much fun with a member of staff. He does a great job: polite, courteous, and quick. We arrived after a long journey and were extremely hungry. The pizza was burnt and bland, but expensive. The service was so-so. After only partially clearing the place, we didn't see the waitress again, even though the restaurant was barely busy. It's a shame, no one asked for espresso or dessert, etc.! It's nice when things are going so well that no further sales are needed. There must have been a change of ownership here, because the quality and service have declined significantly. What a shame.

Absolutely horrendous service and experience. Their online system for payment is clearly non functional. They kept us for an hour after making out payment insisting their system was showing us we owed them money. Even after showing them their own system showing us “successfully completed payment” and the amounts on our bank statements. They still wouldn’t accept it. Eventually we just had to walk out and leave. Never again.

The best Pizza and Pasta and dessert you could find in Chemnitz. This time I had Bruschetta(a little soggy), Arrabbiata(Amazing) and Bomba vulcanica(The best) and as always Panna cotta for dessert. But if you are craving for some spicy pizza and pasta!! Then Buono's BOMBA VULCANICA is a must try. !! It's damn Hot and tasty 😋

According to her, he wasn't there. The 5.71% tip and the reminder that we were there often didn't change anything... Bad experience... Never again, the service charge is being used for no reason...

I was visiting Chemnitz for a private visit, and after my appointment that afternoon, I got hungry in the evening and was looking for a nice Italian restaurant nearby. Then I came across this restaurant, and the reviews spoke highly of it. So I set off. Just before I reached the restaurant, I was overcome by a fragrant cloud of garlic. And I love garlic. I had reserved a table for one person and got a very nice, centrally located table. I was served right away. The staff was very friendly and very prompt, and my drink order was fulfilled very quickly. I then decided on bruschetta for my starter, and it was really delicious, and the portion was really generous. For the main course, I had lasagna, which I chose because I haven't had lasagna in a long time. It was really tomatoey and fruity. For dessert, I treated myself to a raspberry panna cotta, and I have to say it was very, very delicious. The serving sizes are just right, and it tastes really, really good. I felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back on my next visit.

We ordered from Buono via Wolt, and I have to say, the pizza was disgusting. 1. There wasn't real Italian ham on it, just some cheap ham. 2. The tomatoes were bitter, sometimes sour. 3. The tomato sauce also tasted bitter-sweet. 4. The price is way too high for such an outrage. I can only advise everyone to stay away from Buono. Especially if you want to order or eat pizza. Even takeaways do better. The only good thing was the fast delivery.

We were an announced group of 30 people. Some things worked great in the service, some things not so much. Some dishes were very good, some simply from the frozen counter (lasagna was still icy in the middle) or wildly mixed together (classic Italian gnocchi we ordered was swimming in onion stock). According to other reviews, the restaurant seems to be better in smaller guest constellations.

We had dinner as a family on Sunday. The restaurant was moderately busy and the service was correspondingly quick. We really liked the carbonara with spaghetti. The creamy cream and egg sauce harmonized perfectly with the bacon and spring onions. I also think the idea of ​​ordering via the QR code is very good, but we haven't tried it. Unfortunately, there were some points that we didn't like. First you should replace the knives. These cut very poorly in the front area. I would also find it more pleasant if extras were offered verbally and it was pointed out that these come with an additional charge. Some of our dishes tasted very bland. Affected by this were the pesto and the pizzas and their grilled vegetables, which were very rubbery. The chocolate cake, which was more like a must, and the panna cotta were acceptable. The little one really enjoyed the salami pizza.

I went there with my boyfriend for our anniversary, and it was an absolute disaster. I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I absolutely cannot understand how a waitress could ask us if we'd decided after less than three minutes! She came every five minutes, and we wanted to decide in peace, which was simply impossible. Our food was completely oversalted, and the atmosphere was awful. The tables were so close together, and the tables themselves were so small that you had to be careful not to drop anything. We were both so disappointed that we really didn't want to tip. The waitress was beyond pissed off and didn't even say goodbye, which is an absolute no-go. These days, I don't feel it's necessary to tip; not everyone earns enough to be able to spend it, and especially not with such terrible service! We don't know what that was all about and will definitely never go there again. I'd actually like to give it zero stars; it's absolutely awful and unacceptable!

We have visited Buono several times. The food and service has deteriorated significantly. The pizzas have few toppings!!!!! It was half a cherry tomato... However, the seafood spaghetti was a hit! No seafood to be seen, just sauce. Nope people, not for this price! The dishes were also served individually served so that each of us had to eat individually...and there were only 4 of us. We won't be back any time soon!

Style and ambience are completely missing here. The dishes should at least come close to a system Italian like Vapiono, but unfortunately they don't. I had Bruschetta Avocado Pomodoro, which unfortunately didn't have any olive oil or salt and pepper on it. Too much very bitter garlic for that. A slice of baguette was bitterly burnt and there was no oil here either. The Vitello Tonnato was carelessly prepared, the veal was thinly sliced ​​and delicately pink. The sauce was a little too runny and moderately flavorful. The pasta Frutti di mare had good pasta, but tasted more like a mushroom cream sauce and had nothing to do with frutti di mare, something tasted burnt. Sorry, but the food had too many craftsmanship errors.

Leckere italienische Küche. Man kann sehen mit welchen Zutaten hier gekocht wird. Ich hatte die Trüffelsuppe und fand sie sehr lecker. Gnocchis mit Trüffelcreme als Hauptspeise, welche ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Service war nett und aufmerksam.
