Buongiorno Pizzeria Eiscafé in Dresden

Antipasto für 2 Personen bestellt. Bei über 30 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das Essen wurde über 1 1/2 Stunden zu spät geliefert, war ungekühlt, heißt der Salat war matschig, Wurst und Käse haben ordentlich geschwitzt, Vitello Tonnato hat sich verlaufen. Zu allem Überfluss fehlte auch noch das Carpaccio auf dem Teller und die billigen eingefärbten Oliven und nach günstigem Sonnenblumenöl schmeckende eingelegte Paprika mit Frischkäse sollte man sich entweder sparen, oder selber machen wie man es erwartet. Sorry für das teuerste Gericht der Karte eine absolute Enttäuschung und ganz bestimmt keine Empfehlung. PS: Und ob der Fahrer nun Schuld war oder nicht, das will der Kunde nicht wissen.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen ging ich dorthin, um Eis zu kaufen. Ich kaufte drei Eisbecher, aber Qualität und Geschmack waren sehr schlecht. Die Gefrierschränke funktionierten nicht richtig.

2023 Das beste italienische Restaurant von ganz Dresden 🥰 wir besuchen regelmäßig diese kleine Stube seit ein paar Jahren. Es ist jedes Mal ein Erlebnis. Nachtrag 2026: seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist es leider nicht mehr so wie früher. Man war teilweise in Turbo- Geschwindigkeit bedient worden (man aß Vorspeise plus Hauptgang zu dritt und konnte innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Essen fertig sein). Wir hatten leider mehrfach das Problem, dass man die Kellner direkt ansprechen musste, jedoch sehr sehr spät eine Rückmeldung bekam, teilweise wurden Getränke / Bestellungen wieder vergessen… der Kellner hat sich auch entschuldigt, aber mit Kind dauert uns das alles zu lange. Wir werden weiterhin dort essen, da die Atmosphäre schön ist, die Kellner sehr nett waren, aber man muss deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen und leider schmecken mittlerweile einige Gerichte nicht mehr so wie gewohnt und sind kleiner geworden. Schade, aber wir freuen uns, dass das Restaurant zumindest nicht schließen musste und einen neuen Betreiber hat.

Früher habe ich hier häufiger gegessen und war sehr zufrieden. Offenbar hat es einen Besitzerwechsel gegeben. Ich kann Buongiorno leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Sehr geehrtes Buongiorno-Team, Nun möchte ich direkt auf Ihre Antwort eingehen: Ich war gestern definitiv bei Ihnen und habe zwei Pizzen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Während der Wartezeit haben meine Begleitung und ich jeweils eine Kugel Eis bestellt. Das Eis war qualitativ extrem enttäuschend. es wirkte auf uns, als sei es bereits einmal angetaut und wieder gefroren worden. Probieren Sie gerne selbst eine Kugel. Im Eis meiner Begleitung befand sich außerdem ein Haar (in dem mit der Frucht). Zur Pizza und Betreiberwechsel: Auch wenn Koch, Pizzabäcker, Rezepte und Lieferanten nach Ihrer Aussage gleich geblieben sind, bedeutet das aus meiner Sicht nicht automatisch, dass die Qualität und das Gesamterlebnis gleich geblieben sind. Mein Eindruck war leider klar: Es ist nicht mehr wie früher. Die Pizza hat mich nicht mehr an das Restaurant erinnert, das ich früher gerne besucht habe. Für rund 14 € pro Pizza erwarte ich eine andere Qualität. Natürlich hätten wir uns, zumindest über das Eis, direkt vor Ort beschweren können. Das haben wir nicht getan. Einerseits aus Höflichkeit an falscher Stelle und andererseits, weil wir eine anstrengende Woche hinter uns hatten und uns einfach auf die Pizza von Buongiorno freuen wollten. Bekommen haben wir etwas Essbares, deshalb auch zwei Sterne. Gut war es aus unserer Sicht aber nicht und es erinnert auch nicht an das, was wir von Buongiorno gewohnt sind. Ich habe Ihr Restaurant auf Grundlage meiner tatsächlichen Erfahrung bewertet und Bewertungen sind genau dafür da, ehrliches Feedback zu geben. Ihre Antwort empfand ich ehrlich gesagt als unangemessen defensiv. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Sie die Kritik einfach aufnehmen, statt die Echtheit meines Besuchs infrage zu stellen. Weiterhin alles gute und vielleicht spielen Sie sich noch ein.

Lieferservice leider nicht zu empfehlen. Nachdem die Adresse angeblich nicht gefunden wurde, wurden die Pizzen einfach zurückgebracht, statt kurz anzurufen und nachzufragen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden sie dann doch geliefert, halbwegs warm, aber qualitativ enttäuschend. Ich bin selbst Italiener und hatte eine Regina sowie eine Siciliana. Bei der Siciliana hat die Ricotta komplett gefehlt, außerdem waren die Auberginen noch roh. Bei der Regina wurde der Parmaschinken mit in den Ofen gepackt. Das macht man nicht, Parmaschinken gehört erst frisch nach dem Backen auf die Pizza, da er sonst viel zu trocken und ungenießbar wird. Früher war das Lokal echt mal gut aber mittlerweile nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war einfach Spitze, die Bedienung sehr sehr freundlich und hat uns nett beraten. Leider muss man zur Toilette in das Haus neben an gehen. Aber insgesamt ist es ein super Restaurant

Kleines, authentisches, italienisches Restaurant mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Pizza und der Salat waren sehr gut.

Sowohl als Pizzaria, als auch als Eiscafe hervorragend. Gute Auswahl, sehr lecker und schnell angerichtet! Nachtrag: Nachdem ich jetzt 2 Jahre immer wieder Kunde war, kann ich sagen, dass Buongiorno noch nie enttäuscht hat. Sie sind schnell, das Essen ist super lecker, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist das Beste in der Umgebung und die Leute sind super nett und zurvorkommend. Und es gibt nochmal 10% Rabatt, wenn man über WhatsApp bestellt. Höchste Empfehlung!

Kleines, einfaches, gemütliches italienisches Lokal. Die Speisen sind immer extrem lecker und der Service ist auch charmant, familiär. Wir hatten eine Pizza 5 Käse, Spaghetti Bolognese und Bruschetta zu Beginn. Alles sehr lecker und hausgemacht. Obwohl die Pizzen immer gut sind und diese Pizza auch lecker war, fehlte mir persönlich das hervorstechende des Peccorino.

Ein richtig schönes italienisches Restaurant, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Frisch, aromatisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders die Pasta hat man gemerkt, dass sie handgemacht ist. Der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und man hatte das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Very small for a restaurant, but all the more cozy for it. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The pasta and pizzas are fantastic! We love eating there.

We ordered several pizzas, including the "Shrimp" pizza (#99). When we opened it at home, we discovered that it only had two-thirds of the listed toppings. There was no sign of cherry tomatoes or arugula anywhere. As a result, we received a "Shrimp" pizza with only shrimp and tomato sauce. Attached are photos of the pizza and the menu. This was extremely frustrating...

We ate at the Italian restaurant Buongiorno for the first time with our friends and were very satisfied. The restaurant is relatively small, but very cozy and has a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is varied and all the dishes we ordered were delicious. We also think the prices are reasonable. The waiter was friendly and busy because many orders were being picked up. Nevertheless, we were served promptly. Parking is available in the surrounding side streets. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I ate a pizza at this restaurant. The 32 cm pizza (according to the menu) was XXXL, meaning it overhanged the plate by 2 cm. My wife had a small mixed salad and received an XXL portion. Price/performance ratio is ==> 1+++

A fantastic restaurant! I've been there several times and I'm always impressed. There are only a few tables inside, which makes it a bit more cozy. The food is absolutely fantastic! I had pizza, pasta, and bruschetta there—everything was excellent! The only thing I don't like is the outdoor area, as it's right next to a (moderately busy) intersection. But with good food and good company, you can easily forget about that 🙂

Due to a workshop appointment that ran a bit longer, we were forced to look for somewhere to eat lunch nearby. Based on the reviews, we decided to eat at Buongiorno. We weren't disappointed. The small dining room was cozy, with seating groups separated by light partitions. The staff was very friendly. I hardly need to say anything about the food; it was perfect. Light, fluffy, crispy dough. Absolutely moist thanks to the ingredients. We'll be back next time we visit the workshop!

We're just visiting Dresden, but we go several times a year. Buongiorno is a must. I'm actually not supposed to write this, so we can always get a table or make a reservation at short notice. Usually, all the seats are taken. The food, no matter what, is super delicious 😋 and the price is still affordable. Excellent quality and filling portions. The ambiance isn't five stars, but I'll give it one anyway because everything else is just right! We're already looking forward to our next visit here at Buongiorno ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We attended a birthday party at Buongiorno and were thoroughly satisfied. The food was authentically Italian and tasted excellent – ​​from the appetizer to the main course, everything was fresh, delicious, and attractively served. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and courteous, without being intrusive. A particularly positive aspect: After paying, we were surprised with a generous dessert platter, along with a selection of schnapps and a lollipop for the children – a nice gesture that you don't see very often these days. Conclusion: Typical Italian food, friendly service, and little extras that made the evening special. A definite recommendation.

I order pizza there regularly. Ingredients are always fresh, dough and tomato sauce are typically Italian, and simply put, they're incredibly tasty. Preparation is very quick, depending on how busy the restaurant is. Employees and trainees are always very friendly.

We spent a lovely evening in this restaurant with the family. We were greeted with bruschetta on the house and served quickly and friendly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the pasta was homemade. When the waitress found out that we were celebrating a birthday, we were surprised with a plate of tiramisu at the end of the evening.

I have rarely enjoyed such a “round” evening! A small and very lovingly run ristorante. I like it when you can feel the harmony between the staff, but unfortunately you can't find it everywhere. From the waitress to the Sicilian chef, everyone was very attentive, friendly, even almost familiar. Photos of the food...? Sorry, but it just looked too good and tasted even better! We had the antipasti platter, Vitello Tonnato, Spaghetti Napoli, and the dish of the day, Penne alla Genovese, all really great...to finish I was "brave" and ordered Tiramisu. Well, I'm really spoiled and so far I'm of the opinion that I've unfortunately never had good tiramisu at an Italian restaurant (sorry), but this really convinced me! Served in a flower pot...original... Price-performance ratio absolutely appropriate. Finally, limoncello and for me a grappa on the chef's recommendation... a dopo... we'd love to see each other again :-)

The pickup service is a disgrace. Apparently the transmission from the website to the restaurant doesn't work - ok happened. We were then left sitting there for 20 minutes while the order was supposedly taken care of. Then it was discovered that no one had cared and we could pick up the pizzas in 1.5 hours. Nothing else. Just put 2 hours away with practically 30 minutes wasted and you don't manage to come up with a small compensation? Some people simply don’t want guests.

I've eaten here several times. The food tastes good, but a few things bother me. The people in the restaurant are unfriendly, and you always have to be extremely careful to get the right change. I've been cheated on several times and got far too little in return. I ordered my last lasagna to pick up, but when I got home I was disappointed to find that it was almost completely burned on top and there was extremely little of it, so I wasn't full. For these prices I expect something better, I recommend the other Italian restaurant "La Contadina" a little further ahead, the service there is very friendly and the food is better.

It's always great here. Best Italian cuisine, friendly and familiar. Everything here comes fresh and handmade from the kitchen. Making a reservation in advance is an advantage, the restaurant is not very big inside. But has a large outdoor area in warm weather.

I like that small place with super natural Italian taste - quite unique for this area as they serve all kind of found not just pizza and pasta - good for the kids and sweeties, during the warm days they have also nice icecreme - Drinks and food have good price value - make sure you book in advance as small and only a hand of tables available normally. When I read the reviews here I can't believe that we ordered our food from the same restaurant, maybe we were served from another one due to being overloaded, who knows. In the pictures: 1. my Al Forno with gnocci from Aldi, completely overcooked. About 30 minutes after eating I started having stomach cramps. You look in vain for Al Forno. 2. The pizzas both had a very thin dough and were oily. One was missing the cheese and anchovies. Otherwise they were pretty much edible with a knife and fork. One of the two pizzas tasted very bad, the other was at least okay. Overall a very bad experience. We will not use the delivery service again and I cannot recommend it. Addition: The gnocci were overcooked, looked just like the ones you get in discount stores and nothing was overbaked. They really didn't taste good either. Assuming that the dissatisfied customer is to blame is not a great answer either. Not even checking the order for mistakes, which you undoubtedly made here, either. Update: Of course, a photo of the order was not uploaded. It's a shame that you can't admit that you delivered the wrong order :( Definitely a really good restaurant, but I really wouldn't recommend ordering here.

Excellent food, freshly prepared. The restaurant is really very small and cramped, not much space. Italian atmosphere, unfortunately. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the wait for the food was a bit long, which led to frustration for our 7 year old granddaughter. At the end there was a great surprise with various delicacies. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant.

We were there this evening and were very impressed. We didn't have a reservation and only got a seat inside - it was relatively warm and there was no air conditioning. Nevertheless, as soon as a place outside became available, we were offered it. The service was outstanding. The food was really tasty and there was also homemade pasta. The pizza dough was outstanding. At the end there was ice cream - which is also highly recommended. The mango ice cream, for example, is fruity and sweet and tastes very natural with pieces of mango in it. Definitely again!

Nice service, delicious ice cream

Absolutely great food at more than fair prices and the service is friendly. If I'm in the area and feel like eating Italian, that's where I go! The only drawback: the location itself is very small. That definitely means making a reservation. And the best way to get there is by public transport, because there is no dedicated parking space - but the operators really can't do anything about that.
