I had a great meal. I had a hard time eating only greasy food for a few days, but the spaghetti and pizza here were delicious. The kids ate well and were kind and nice.

Great place overall. From the food to the staff, everything provided a nice experience for the customers.

What's not so great is that the so-called Spezi itself is made with Cola and Fanta and is called Mexomix by the company. Otherwise it's great.

We recently went to this restaurant and we still love it! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff polite and attentive, and the food is simply excellent. All the dishes were not only beautifully prepared, but also very tasty - you can tell that the cooking here is made with heart. We particularly liked the pizza with truffle and burrata – simply incredible! We will definitely come back and bring friends with us. Many thanks to the Sfizio team for a great evening!

I found the food delicious. That's the only thing I found good. There were two of us and we sat down to eat. We felt pretty cramped inside. The aisle between the tables was just big enough for the cellars to walk through. The conditions seemed unfriendly and annoyed when asked questions (whether she would recommend something or where the toilet is). After we asked for the bill we had to wait more than 20 minutes. During this time we were able to observe how others who wanted to pay after us were immediately charged. After we finally paid we wanted the bill. The waitress didn't seem to be interested in this and we could definitely have waited another 20 minutes or even longer. Then we got up and asked another cellar lady about the bills. The waitress who had cashed in on us probably noticed this and wanted to bring the bill and did so with a very annoyed look. For me one thing is certain. The service from the cellars left me with a lasting bad impression. I won't go there again even though the food was delicious.

We made a reservation request but received no response and didn't reach anyone by phone. Too bad

Food looks better than it tastes. It took several minutes for us to give order even if it wasn't full. Later on, when I checked the prices again I realised that they charged me more than what was written in the menu. Do not forget to ask for recipt!

Pizzas came with too much tomato sauce and oil. There was almost no mozzarella. It was difficult to eat the pizza because there was too much sauce leaking out. The waiter was indifferent.

Ordered via Liferando: 2 pizzas, 2 salads. The salads were completely forgotten, the pizzas were lightly topped, half of the toppings were in the box and not on the pizza, they were cold and completely tasteless. Extremely annoying today, never again...

We ate at SFIZIO today, and it was excellent. The staff were very nice and friendly. The pizzas we were served were delicious. I recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable evening. The service Mensur provided us with was particularly admirable.

Unfortunately, our visit there was not a pleasant one. It is understandable that we had to sit outside when it is full inside; we could have left, but I can't comment on the ambiance inside. Otherwise, sitting on the main street in spring is not recommended after sunset; the thin blankets don't help either. Let's move on to the unfriendly male waitresses, the young girls – who are still learning – and probably the boss, who seemed to be the only professional there. When we asked about gluten-free options, the gentleman gave us a dismissive laugh; even the greeting was completely unfriendly. The young ladies set the table for appetizers and brought the drinks; it's debatable whether pouring them isn't part of the job. For me, as the daughter of a good restaurateur and having worked in the restaurant industry for years, it's part of the job; you should take the time to serve guests. After the starter, nothing came for a loooooong time because our main course had been forgotten at the counter, and there it was, and when we asked for it, it was served and then probably reheated. It was cold outside, we waited for our food and were forgotten, and the service suffered from the number of people that needed to be served. The manager was the only one there, but even she didn't offer us a small discount for the faux pas. The pizzas were unfortunately very black around the edges, probably from the second heat treatment. Sorry, that's been proven to be carcinogenic and they don't offer that. My conclusion: we won't be back. Maybe we shouldn't focus so much on maximizing profits, but offer better service and then your seats would be more exclusive.

Pizza very very tasty. Pasta with truffle was good, but the cold burrata is definitely not for everyone. There is also pizza with a whole butrata, wouldn't be my thing. But fortunately tastes differ. Would eat pizza there again

As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in a small trattoria somewhere in Italy: red and white checkered tablecloths, a warm atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff ensure a completely harmonious experience. The evening was a real culinary highlight. The pizza was outstanding - a wonderfully crispy, slightly risen crust typical of Neapolitan pizza combined with a thin, juicy base. Topped with spicy salami, fresh pepper strips, black olives and tenderly melting mozzarella - simply perfectly balanced in taste. The starter was a beautifully presented bruschetta with fresh, aromatic cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, toasted bread and a generous scoop of creamy burrata. The whole thing was refined with a touch of oregano and an artfully applied balsamic reduction, which gave the dish a pleasant sweetness. There was also high-quality olive oil on the table, which gave the whole thing the finishing touch. You can immediately tell that they work here with great attention to detail and high-quality ingredients. The service was also extremely warm, attentive and open to questions or requests at any time. Overall, an all-round successful experience - an absolute must in Dresden for all lovers of Italian cuisine. I'll definitely be back!

Sfizio is one of the few Italian dining options in Dresden, also offering ice cream for takeaway. While it provides a passable experience, it doesn't particularly stand out. After several visits, I’ve tried their salads, antipasto platters, pizzas, and ice cream—all consistently average. The lack of strong alternatives makes it hard to be too critical, but with a '60 Seconds to Napoli' franchise set to open near the Frauenkirche, competition may soon heat up. One major drawback is their pizza. The cheese is often overbaked, likely due to lower oven temperatures (320°C or below). To compensate, they extend the baking time, which causes the cheese to brown excessively and lose its texture as the fats and proteins break down. The toppings are also rather uninspired in flavor. Another disappointment is their use of canned, machine-cut, and unseasoned olives in salads and antipasti platters—something that always feels like a missed opportunity for authentic flavor. The cold cuts are fine but nothing memorable just like the remaining offerings.

We came here because of the good reviews and recommendations from work colleagues and made a reservation in advance because the restaurant was already very fully booked. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but we haven't been this disappointed when we've gone out to eat in a long time. We got the last free table in the corner. It was very narrow and not exactly comfortable for my 3 men. At the entrance they didn't really understand us, which is why we were only able to sit down after a few minutes. The service wasn't too slow but there wasn't a smile or a thank you. The employees generally seemed stressed and tense. We ordered 3 different pizzas and one pasta arrabiata for me. Unfortunately the pizza topping was cold and slipped off the pizza. The dough was very soft and could only be torn with cutlery instead of cut. I like my pasta to be a little firm to the bite, but half of the pasta was so undercooked that the penne broke when I bit into it. How the cooking point of each pasta could be so different is still a mystery to me to this day. When we asked if it tasted good, we kindly expressed our disappointment. But overall the waiter didn't seem to care because he didn't react to it at all. Afterwards they only came to our table again to collect money. The only thing we can recommend is the homemade lemonade. Unfortunately we won't go there again because of the staff and the food. But as full as the store was, they didn't have to rely on everyone enjoying it.

Auf Nachfrage wurde mir ein Tisch zugewiesen und dann wartete ich auf die Karte. Und wartete und wartete und wartete. Es waren mehrere Tische frei, aber die sehr zahlreichen Service-Kräfte waren mit quatschen beschäftigt. Nach einer Viertel Stunde warten bin ich gegangen.

Mensur best man in the business, friendly, quick, sweet and very accommodating. Food really, really good. Pizza is definitely the best in Dresden. We'll be back.

Pizza is ice cold and slightly burnt, stuck to the lid, the pizza box was damaged, the pizza was about to fall out, the whole topping had slipped and stuck to the lid. The whole food also smells like chocolate. I tried to refuse acceptance, but the Lieferando driver couldn't understand me because he couldn't speak German or English. Last but not least, my request for a refund of almost 22 euros was ignored. An absolute disgrace for Lieferando and for this "restaurant".

We usually ate at a branch of Sfizio. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed and so today we visited the main restaurant in Dresden's old town. The food, like in Edelweiss, was delicious and we felt very welcome. Thank you!

Thursday lunchtime. Order of 3 Pizzas, 2 of which children. We had to wait 50 minutes between order and serve. Place lives of tourists that visit once. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the enthusiasm of many reviews. The food came quickly and looked excellent, but my wife's truffle pasta was unbalanced and overly greasy, kind of bland. My guess is that truffle oil was used primarily instead of fresh truffles. I had a calzone. The dough was crispy and delicious, but I never knew there could be too much filling in a calzone. I had the impression that a whole package of ham had simply been baked. The olives, which were also plentiful, were unfortunately completely tasteless. I was also surprised by the excessive use of burrata in every other dish. Overall, I have the impression that the dishes are intended to be Instagrammable, i.e. they are primarily designed for appearance, while the quality and taste are mediocre. The food was simply overpriced for this service.

The pasta wasn't as tasty as I expected. I should have had pizza instead! There are more people ordering pizza at restaurants. The noodles seemed a bit undercooked and the surrounding toppings were not edible. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so I went to a restaurant that had many recommendations, but the taste was average.
