The food was delicious, prepared and served quickly. There was a bit too little space. People were waiting in line to get in. Most of the tables were reserved

The only thing that's Italian about this "restaurant" is the name. I understand it's a tourist-only place, but I've honestly never eaten such awful food in my life. I ordered the Carbonara.

A great bakery with delicious cakes and generously filled rolls. Very friendly service. We'll be back.

What a shame. I was really looking forward to my visit. Unfortunately, I received the wrong pizza (Ragusa instead of Ragusa Ibna or something similar). I don't think you should call two very different pizzas almost identical. When I asked if they could exchange it, they reluctantly replied. I didn't want to cause any trouble, so I declined. Unfortunately, the incident wasn't addressed again, and no one at the table checked if everything was okay. It's a real shame because the restaurant is actually really good. I just didn't feel valued.

The restaurant is conveniently located on a main street, making it easy to find and access. We visited on a Saturday evening, and the place was quite crowded, with both indoor and outdoor seating fully occupied. It was our first time in the area, and we chose this restaurant based on Google Maps search results. The prices are competitive compared to other nearby restaurants, and the Google rating of 4.8 was one of the reasons we decided to visit. We ordered pasta, pizza, coffee, and tea, and the total came to €36.30, which offers good value for the location. The food was generally average — not particularly impressive, but not bad either. Overall, a reasonable dining option with good accessibility and pricing.

We were very disappointed with the food. The pizza (calzone) was burnt on the outside and partly cold inside. The pasta on the plate was very small and cold. After we complained, they said the pasta had probably been microwaved and was swimming in sauce. The staff wasn't very friendly. Not recommended.

A restaurant in dire need of renovation. We both ordered pizza, and it's impossible to describe the taste because it was practically tasteless. I've rarely seen such a bland pizza. We probably won't be coming back.

SFIZIO was an excellent choice for dinner. We had the carbonara and the calzone, both were absolutely delicious. The carbonara was rich and perfectly balanced, while the calzone was baked to perfection with a crisp crust and flavorful filling. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy authentic Italian comfort food in the heart of Dresden.

Limited selection, yet we waited over an hour for our food. Even our drink order took 20 minutes. A visit for four therefore took over 1.5 hours. And this was with a small menu consisting mainly of pasta and pizza. To make matters worse, the pasta was served almost cold, and when we complained, we were simply told, "I'll pass it on."

Food good, service unfortunately not. The pizza tastes good, the dough is airy and soft, the toppings vary in quality. Most of the time, though, you can't complain, at least as far as the food is concerned. The service, however, is a completely different story. Once, our group of four had to wait a quarter of an hour for a table, even though we had a reservation. Then they placed a table right at the edge of the room for us, with chairs that were unfortunately wobbly and very uncomfortable. The food and even the drinks took forever. It's no better inside; you're crammed together. Recently, I ordered ONE pizza online for takeout and arrived right on time for the specified pickup. Despite this, I still had to wait another 30 (!!) minutes before I received my order. In the meantime, a man came in, ordered from the menu for takeout, and was able to leave before me. And instead of apologizing, I was informed that, according to Lieferando, there were still two minutes left to prepare my order. The waiter apparently didn't know that my pickup time, which had already been reached and exceeded, was being pushed back again. There was no additional service, such as a complimentary drink or dessert. Good food isn't everything, it seems. Unfortunately, that was my last time at Sfizio.

Unfortunately, the tuna pizza was disappointing. The pizza base looked like the oven had never been cleaned and was very hard, even though it was paper-thin; I couldn't cut it. The second issue is that the sauce was a complete disaster in terms of taste and very salty. Overall, the quality and taste have nothing to do with an Italian restaurant. At a real Italian restaurant, you're offered prucchi upon arrival and a complimentary sambuca, amareto, or espresso upon departure. Since I've had very good experiences there, I immediately noticed that it wasn't being run by the owner. I also noticed something odd when I paid. I'll never eat there again.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. The food was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was very cozy and the service was outstanding. 😀

After eating a total of six meals – both pizzas and pasta – we absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews, especially for a pizzeria that, apart from salads, only offers pizza and pasta. The pasta was cold and tasteless, the pizza was hard and difficult to cut, and almost all of it had inedible burnt spots. On top of that, the place was too small and too crowded – and then we sat overlooking the sink and were able to "enjoy" the cozy warmth while the dishwasher in the dining room was being emptied. Once and never again.

Top-notch. Very fast and friendly service. 3 great pizzas and one carpaccio, a couple of Pinot Grigios, and a beer. Very Italian and highly recommended.

Delicious vegetarian pizza and beer, and extremely reasonably priced! We didn't have a reservation and the only seating was outside, but they provide blankets so we were very snuggly 😁. Edit: We liked the restaurant so much that we popped in the next day and booked a table for the evening. However, when we arrived there was no table for us. The excuse was that the woman who took our booking didn't know how to do it properly. Poor service. Extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. We'd gone for pizza, but the waiter/perhaps owner, after asking if there was a table available, said only one word: "aûs" (outside) in a curt tone without a half-smile. Rather than saying, "There's only room outside," it sounded like, "Go outside!" He then continued on with his business without asking us if we wanted to wait for a table inside, like waiters have done at other places in Dresden. We left, partly because a place that doesn't know how to welcome guests and make them feel at home doesn't deserve anything else. One star, but only because I couldn't leave it blank.

The food is okay. In my opinion, the prices are too high for what's on offer. However, what was particularly negative were the long wait times. Service took about 10 minutes, and drinks a total of 20 minutes. It took a whole hour for the food to arrive. That's definitely too long. Many guests would have left the restaurant after just waiting for their drinks. Friendliness and service could be improved!

We went there for lunch. The food was delicious and plentiful. The only downside was the service, which ignored us several times, and payment took a while.

The food is the only important factor here… I had the pizza Trentotto. It was disappointing on several levels, the stuffed crust was fine, but the middle part of the pizza had almost no dough/crust. They must use the same amount of dough for all of the pizzas, because it didn’t really have a center. It had a pile of arugula, and some tasteless parmigiana chunks with prosciutto— all three were cold. It all needed salt to help with the lack of flavor. I was hungry and only ate half. If you go here, I hope you have better luck than I did. Service was fine and the atmosphere was outdoor. The inside dining area was packed and quite loud for 1500 hrs on a Sunday afternoon.

This was our first time at this pizzeria and we were absolutely thrilled! The pizza selection is extensive, the flavors are authentic Italian, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The service was attentive and warm, and the cozy atmosphere invites you to linger. A definite recommendation!

Difficult. Generally, the staff was very friendly. The food was definitely good. A great selection of pizzas. But the seating inside was extremely cramped, and it was freezing cold to boot. The door was open at the front and back. The outside temperature in the evening was barely 10 degrees Celsius. And the noise level was very high. This made the visit rather tiring. I would only go back in the summer, when it's also nice to sit outside.

We reserved a table, the food was excellent, the pizza was really tasty, but unfortunately, the knives weren't cutting anything. The staff weren't particularly friendly, and unfortunately, there wasn't even a decent place to sit. Great food, but the service was unfortunately a flop.

I ordered a Diesel beer, penne arrabbiata pasta, and a pizza salami. The beer alone took about 15 minutes, and the pasta over 30 minutes. It was a long wait.

We received a great welcome here and even got our beer before opening time. We'll be coming here more often now! Nice people and a great view included.

5 out of 5 for the pizza – it was simply perfect! The pasta dishes, on the other hand, only get 3 out of 5: For the first time, I was served spaghetti Bolognese without ground meat – unfortunately, that's not possible. Furthermore, both portions were overpowered by an overly overpowering sauce. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the prices were absolutely reasonable.

Bad experience, took too much time to order, too much time to prep the food. Moreover, this is the worst italian restaurant I have ever tried, despite the fact that Italian cuisine is my fav one, this restaurant food taste the least delicious one. Worst restaurant of my current trip too though.

The food is really nothing to write home about, lacks flavour. Service was not very accommodating, staff is all serious and hardly smiles. The atmosphere is ok tables are really too packed against one another. Not really child friendly either.

We tried the pizza and were very satisfied. It had a light crust and a thin base. The tables inside are very close together, but it was fine for us. You should definitely reserve a table.

So, the reviews are fitting here. We had a Margherita pizza and spaghetti with grilled vegetables. Both were delicious with the homemade tomato sauce! You can't go wrong 😊

We were there for lunch on a Tuesday and couldn't get a seat inside because it was lunchtime, so we decided to sit outside! Thanks to the ample supply of blankets and pillows, it wasn't too cold, and the place had a nice roof! The food was delicious, but the pizza base was a bit thin, making it a bit difficult to eat. The tomato sauce on the pasta could have used a bit more flavor. All in all, a really nice restaurant in Dresden and definitely recommended!

We discovered this restaurant through a voucher. The pizzas are delicious! However, the very blunt knives somewhat spoil the experience. Unfortunately, it feels like you can't cut at all and have to tear the pizza apart, which is a shame.
