Brose Gastronomie Gmbh in Coburg

This was my first time there, and I'd give it seven stars if I could. I've never seen such friendly and helpful staff anywhere else. A huge compliment to the whole team! 👍🏻

Catastrophic! Two waitresses for the entire place? We waited half an hour before we were even seen and given a menu. After about an hour, drinks arrived... It was an extremely long wait before the waitress came by again. The drinks were so-so! The tea that was on the menu wasn't even available. The white chocolate only tasted of milk. Absolutely disappointing for us, and we definitely won't be back. A real shame!

A spontaneous visit while passing through, a little hungry. We were more than satisfied. The salads were lovingly prepared and delicious, and the pizza was also excellent. The prices were very fair, and the service was extremely friendly (and child-friendly). The shop also seemed very clean.

Beautiful location right in the city center. The food tastes good. However, the portions are small for relatively high prices. The owner seems to be able to afford to react to criticism (long waiting times) with annoyance and rudeness.

Yesterday, I went to the Osteria for the first time with my mom and her friends. And what can I say? The atmosphere is truly enchanting. The entire team was incredibly welcoming. We were asked several times if everything was alright, even though it was very busy on a Saturday evening. The food also arrived surprisingly quickly and was absolutely delicious. I was particularly impressed with the Inglesina pizza. And that's saying something, considering I rarely eat beef. But this time I wanted to try something different from my usual tuna pizza, and it was definitely worth it. I would come back anytime for that pizza. I would have loved to try the panna cotta with mango sauce, but the pizza was very filling. The prices are also absolutely fair. For both of us, including tip, it came to €45. What I also really appreciated was that even though we lingered over drinks after the meal, we weren't pressured to leave. No unnecessary clearing, no feeling of being rushed, just pure, attentive hospitality. That's exactly what a truly perfect restaurant experience should be. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening. Many thanks to the entire team at the Osteria.
