Food tastes delicious and service was nice

The service and ambiance are appropriate for a brewery. Unfortunately, we didn't find the food that good; the Bavarian potato salad wasn't homemade, and the Leberkäse (liver sausage) didn't seem fresh either.

Everything was 100%. Good service, good food, great value, and a fantastic location!

Food arrived quickly, service was fast. Bavarian atmosphere, but the music wasn't necessary, but whatever... Kaiserschmarrn and Weißwurst were good. You can easily do it.

Most of the food is good, the roast pork is very tasty, but here's the thing: the Kaiserschmarren wasn't even good. It tasted like Kaiserschmarren from a packet, which you can just stir up. Not recommended.

We were at the Münchner Brauhaus in Grömitz, right on the promenade – with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The location is truly unbeatable: you sit comfortably, look out at the sea, and enjoy a relaxed meal. I was particularly impressed by the schnitzel: huge, crispy, and truly delicious – exactly as you would expect. The portion was more than generous, and the side dishes were also perfect. Service was friendly and attentive; despite the restaurant being packed, we didn't have to wait long. All in all, a fantastic experience – we'll definitely be back when we're in Grömitz.

The brewery on the beach promenade in Grömitz is absolutely worth a visit! The beer is good. 👍 We were equally impressed with the schnitzel. Of course, we first read the mixed reviews, which had already put us off eating here on our last vacation. Today we decided to give it a try. We weren't disappointed. The schnitzels were tender as butter and absolutely deliciously seasoned. The portions were generous, just like in the original Munich brewery. The currywurst was also excellent. Not to mention the beer. You'll still get a real filling meal here for a fair price. It's a shame we were misled by the apparently fake bad reviews.

I've eaten in much nicer Hofbräu houses, and the food was also of much better quality. The service was unfriendly and lackluster. We barely managed a "Hello." And I certainly wouldn't have expected to get frozen schnitzel that had been fried for far too long at the Hofbräu. In this case, it was a real waste of money. In retrospect, we would have preferred to eat elsewhere.

The staff at a beer garden should know what a Maß is... This demand indicates poor management training. And if not every member of staff takes orders at every table, they would certainly tip their "own" waiter. The place urgently needs to be organized, because if "everyone" does "everything," it's chaotic.

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio here isn't quite right. Long wait times. Service is somewhat unmotivated.

Anyone expecting a traditional brewery with hearty home-style cooking will be disappointed. Instead of knuckle of pork and dumplings, the menu is mostly frozen and ready-made – schnitzel, currywurst, and fries dominate. And most of it ends up directly in the deep fryer. Little to nothing here seems freshly prepared. Ready-made sauces and nothing homemade. This place has little to do with a real brewery – neither culinary nor atmospheric. The beer was good and at least rounded off the visit with a drink. In conclusion: Not a brewery, but more of a snack bar with a beer connection.

A typical brewery atmosphere that invites you to linger. Everything seems clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and always in a good mood, the prices correspond to today's standards. The beers are all recommended 😉 the food is also very good. A great place that is definitely worth visiting. We always enjoy coming here.

We ordered the food to take away. That went without any problems. We had schnitzel with mushroom sauce and Hungarian sauce and the Bräuhuu plate. The meat was dry, thin and tasteless. The mushroom sauce went well and the Hungarian sauce was unfortunately catastrophic. It was reminiscent of curry ketchup, no peppers in it and had absolutely nothing to do with Hungarian. Both sauces tasted off the charts. The Bräuhuu plate costs €23, fried half currywurst, meatloaf and a dry schnitzel without sauce. Price performance absolutely not acceptable. The restaurant has a great location. Unfortunately no more. At least the service was friendly.

If you want to drink a delicious, brewery-quality beer, this is a great place to be. If you feel hungry after a few beers, there's something to combat it. If you want to go out to eat, this is the wrong place. You don't go to a beach bar there either.

My wife and I are more than disappointed by the poor quality at luxury prices here in Grömitz. We were looking forward to a lovely evening as we always enjoy being guests at the brewery in Bad Salzuflen. For Kässpätzle with a side salad, Leberkäse with potato salad & side salad and two beers we were charged €50.10! Afterwards we went to the Seaside restaurant to enjoy something decent in a nice atmosphere. For €40 we had salmon tartare with avocado, bruschetta, a beer and a wine.

The food was terribly bad, paper fryer schnitzel with "Hungarian bucket sauce", the service was unkempt and musty, he had no interest in welcoming guests... We were able to watch the landlady "cleaning", THANK GOD we're not beer drinkers, the rag went over the tables, the counter and then straight over the tap... er, there's no need to comment further on that. Furthermore, the restaurant smelled like an old cellar...this "restaurant" will never see us again. And we hope that we don't have to spend the evening in the toilet.
