It's okay, but there's room for improvement. The portion is too small.

We wanted to have dinner there last night, ordered wine and water. The wine arrived, but the water was forgotten. We ordered food, but after almost an hour, we still hadn't received anything. We weren't the only ones, though. Other guests also complained. So we left after an hour and ate somewhere else. You can't treat your guests like that; other guests also left disappointed. I won't go there again. It's unacceptable to treat your guests like that.

We love going there. The Wienerschnitzel is fantastic, better than real Wienerschnitzel in high-priced restaurants. I also love the tarte flambée. The street noise, when you sit outside, is a bit annoying; it's not their fault. The city and the mayor need to come up with a good idea.

A truly fantastic brewery in the heart of Rheinbach! The food was delicious, as always – fresh, well-seasoned, and with seasonal dishes. The attentive service and friendly owners, in particular, create a warm atmosphere. I always enjoy coming back. Keep up the good work!

Great restaurant with an equally great outdoor area. The Jägerschnitzel with fries was simply delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also attach great importance to clean restrooms. 👍Because if they're not well-maintained, I don't want to go into the kitchen.

Two of us came here for lunch on a weekday. It's a small brewery and was busy. The menu selection is good, and there are apparently seasonal specials. We opted for the very tasty wild bast sausage. Service was very friendly and prompt. We'd be happy to come back.

Very generous portions and reasonable prices. We tried the Braumeister salad and were very satisfied.

Great staff and good atmosphere but the food was very dry, like it had sat under a warmer for quite some time before being served. The ribs were particularly bad. The burgers were exceptional, but that didn’t offset the other meals.

Great spit roast with beer sauce - delicious House beers taste great

It's been a long time since we've been to the brewery. My tarte flambée was good, the board it was served on was probably from another century. Wooden-handled cutlery isn't necessary either. It certainly looked as old and moldy as the board. Our other order was a schnitzel hunter's style. The meat and fries were good, but the hunter was definitely an alcoholic. The sauce was very wine-based and quite thickened. What I noticed is that the brewery is dirty. The table edges are stained... the floor is incredibly dirty... the sockets and lamps are dusty... cobwebs everywhere in the corners... Then you wonder what the kitchen looks like?!

Hello, I was out last Saturday with my family and two little ones and noticed this lovely brewery. We're not usually so spontaneous and go to our regular Italian restaurant, but this time fate had other plans. The extremely friendly owner struck up a conversation with us and invited us to dinner. We have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! The drinks and food arrived super quickly, the waitress was very friendly, and the bartender also conjured up some great spritzers for us. The food was also outstanding. I highly recommend the schnitzel with Camembert and cranberries. The little ones were able to let off steam in the play area after dinner, and they even gave us a lollipop at the end. The joy of both young and old was incredible. Definitely worth a visit

Top brewery, just as you would wish!

It was our first time eating there with 4 people. It was really tasty and everything was freshly prepared. The pork knuckle was perfect, as was the hamburger and the schnitzel. It was definitely not the last time we were there.

Short of bodily harm! Spit roast, smoked pork roast, fried potatoes: burnt over a large area, probably reheated several times. The savoy cabbage side dish was a creamy mush and barely contained a leaf of cabbage. Ambience, not for people who care about cleanliness. Never again!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed on our last visit. I ordered a dessert and had to wait 45 minutes for it. When it was served, I was told that the dessert I had ordered was not available and they wanted to give me another dessert without asking. I rejected this. Afterwards you could hear the waiter, the boss (?), and the kitchen saying one after the other that my requested dessert had failed and that I had therefore been given an alternative. In general, something can always go wrong, but then it should be communicated. Neither the waiter nor the presumed boss commented on this. No explanation why we had to wait 45 minutes, no apology, nothing like that. After the waiter took the cash, he left without a word. Again, no simple “goodbye”, “thanks for visiting” or anything like that. I understand that it is difficult to find good staff in today's situation, but there should still be a certain basic level.

I can only recommend the brewery. Good portions and not overpriced.

Today we had a classic tarte flambée that was dripping with fat. All the cheese on top just doesn't belong in a classic tarte flambée. There was no sign of the creme fraiche. I've never eaten such a bad tarte flambée. It's a shame, because we've always been very satisfied so far.

Delicious food at fair prices. Great seasonal menu, the house beer is probably a matter of taste.. Friendly and helpful service, only the lighting was a bit dim and the atmosphere was very rustic.

We had celebrated a big birthday in the brewery, everything had been discussed several times in advance. In particular, the evening was marred by the fact that they wanted our company out of the restaurant at 10:30/11:00 p.m. Remember: we invited for 7 p.m. and it wasn't an 80th birthday... Last round at 10 p.m. There was discussion throughout the evening, I asked several times to call the boss, with whom we had agreed at least midnight. That was refused. The food was so-so, the schnitzel and currywurst were slightly burnt. Potato gratin not cooked through. It's a shame, we know it differently from the brewery. The ambience was good, the welcome drink was great. The student who served did her best. She was also embarrassed about the whole situation. The other employees were unfriendly and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the brewery is not recommended for evening celebrations.

Today I really wanted a nice crispy pork knuckle with fried potatoes, sauerkraut and a delicious sauce. I found what I was looking for relatively quickly on the Internet. When I arrived at my destination, I was greeted warmly and placed my order. The location is very dark and doesn't exactly invite you to linger. After 30 minutes I received my order, well packaged. When we got home, disappointment quickly set in. The sauerkraut was too sour for my taste. The fried potatoes tasted good, but unfortunately they were too dry. The beer sauce was OK. However, the pork knuckle was the biggest disappointment. It was very dry, I didn't like the taste/spice at all and the rind wasn't crispy at all because the knuckle was in the sauce with the rind. So I continue to search for a nice crispy pork knuckle.

It was our first time at the brewery and we will definitely try out more dishes. We were there at lunchtime and had spinach dumplings and schnitzel with winter vegetables. Both unreservedly recommended. Very tasty dumplings in a mushroom sauce with fresh mushrooms, with a large side salad A large schnitzel with fried potatoes, two types of winter vegetables, broad beans and kale, both with bacon and everything was extremely tasty. The prices are okay and the service is very friendly and attentive.

A brewery as you imagine it. Rustic, with lots of wood. A great ambience with typical brewery character. You can sit comfortably on two levels. The bar is in the middle with super friendly service. The food is first class and is brought to the table quickly. Every meal is recommended. There are always events in between. Only the parking situation should be taken into account. However, parking is possible on the street in the surrounding area.

There were 6 of us. Service was quick but also impatient. Plates were already cleared away while people were still eating. Fries were lukewarm and the schnitzels we ordered were all fried with various sauces. So the meal came quickly. Edible but not enjoyable. Frittenbude you get the same level if not better. Gypsy or tomato-based paprika schnitzel for €15.80 with a small iceberg lettuce. Don't come back.

The camembert schnitzel is amazing here. Service is fast and kind. Perfect for our quick diner stop on the road but also a nice place to hang out longer.

Essen und Ambiente waren sehr gut.. viele Restaurants in der Umgebung waren fast leer und dieses war gut besucht. Aus gutem Grund ! Sehr lecker Essen! Spießbraten und Bauernpfännchen sehr zu empfehlen. Beilagesalat sowie Brot mit Aioli sehr gut.

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen mit der Familie. Das Essen war sehr gut und die die Größe der Portionen überzeugte. Insbesondere das vegetarische Angebot, das in einem Brauhaus nicht immer so umfangreich ist, überzeugte uns. Aber auch klassische Gerichte, wie Jägerschnitzel finden sich auf der Karte. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Angeboten werden drei Rheinbacher Biere (hell, dunkel, Weizen). Das Weizen war unser Favorit. Das helle Bier kam wenig geschmacksintensiv daher und gefiel uns nicht so gut. Insgesamt würden wir wieder zum Essen hierher kommen! :)

Four of us had lunch at Brauhaus Rheinbach. Inside: Typical brewery atmosphere, outside: Beer garden right on the street. Opening times: Tuesday. - Sun. from 12:00 p.m., Monday is a day off. Service: Despite there being very few guests, it took quite a long time until we were served. To do this, the chairs were removed from the tables on the first floor, which was quite loud. This is what you do before the opening. Drinks: Large selection, the alcoholic beers are home-brewed, 0.3l for €3.00 and taste good. The open wines taste just as good and are still relatively inexpensive at €5.50 for 0.2l. Food: Regional and typical brewery dishes. We ordered Kaas dumplings, dumplings Dreierlei and Hüttenschnitzel. The schnitzel was gratinated with spinach and herder cheese and served with fries. For €16.90 you were really full. The dumplings were different: There were 2 Kaas dumplings for €14.90 and 3 Dreierleis for €16.90, with mushroom cream sauce and a small salad bouquet. Unfortunately no one got enough of it, which is a shame.

We ate there with our family after our civil wedding and were so excited that we also ordered catering there for our big wedding celebration. Everything went smoothly, the bosses and staff are super friendly and all of our guests and we were completely satisfied. Thanks to the whole team! We would love to come back to eat!

Beer and service very good, food depends The in-house beers are all delicious and highly recommended. The service is very friendly and very fast, for example you were allowed to taste a wine before ordering. Four of us were there and had different experiences while eating. Unfortunately the sauerbraten was dry, but the sauce was great. The chanterelle schnitzel was great but the sauce was so bad. The chanterelle burger was good. Our companions said that the sauerbraten was otherwise excellent. We'll definitely give the brewery another chance and would love to come back.

After being awake for a long time, I rediscovered my old home and so this time I was lured to the Brauhaus Rheinbach. I haven't been here for a good 10 years and a lot has changed, and for the better. I had a Camembert schnitzel that was seasoned with chili and cranberries and was surprisingly spicy. (If you, unlike me, are not a fan of spiciness, you might find it a bit too spicy; the mild Camembert is a bit underwhelming. But personally I don't want to compromise on that) Suggestion: call it "Chili Camembert" on the menu it becomes clearer what you get. My companions had the Jägerschnitzel, Sparerips and a Pfifferling Flamkuchen and were all very happy with the food.

I had a very nice meal at this restaurant. Booking a table in advance is important. They also have very tasty beer. There was a bit of a shortage of staff for the number of tables. They had to work hard. So you have to seize the moments when they come along. But this restaurant was a hit. We were passing through so we only had 1 chance, but we will definitely come back here.

We used to go to the brewery regularly, but haven't for a while now. We were disappointed at how the standard had dropped, despite the competing neighborhood. Food very mediocre, not good, service visibly stressed and annoyed. That wasn't a nice experience for us. That was our last visit, sorry

Staff is friendly, the location is at an intersection and very busy, but you know that. The food came 10 minutes after ordering, which is surprising. That's how it tasted. The paprika schnitzel was just fine, but I can only warn you about the fries. Parts of the salad had probably already seen yesterday. The beer was good, the only bright spot. Won't come back.

Food and beer were okay, but service was not. Waitress couldn't help herself and corrected my husband’s German grammar and pronunciation several times, which was quite unnecessary. He orders a "Bier, klein", she says, "kleinES?" Huttenschnitzel, she says, "Hütten?" Like there's another schnitzel called Hutten? There was no doubt what he wanted, just condescension that he didn't speak the language 110% perfectly. She was perfectly nice and friendly to the Germans around us. After multiple of such remarks my husband just decided to switch to Dutch.

The meal was truly a dream. I've never had such a good falafel salad. Everything was just right there. The service was also quick and very friendly. Gladly again! Thank you.

We ordered pork knuckle twice. You couldn't eat the crust because it was so hard and old, nor the fried potatoes, which were actually potatoes, but not fried potatoes. The gravy was totally watered down. The sauerkraut was tasty and so was the beer. But definitely too expensive for that. You look forward to the food and don't get anywhere near the tasty pork knuckle as advertised. One point for that. Edible, but not great. Too bad.

Ich war mit einer größeren Gruppe das erste mal im Brauhaus. Ich kann hier natürlich nur für mich schreiben, es war aber jeder sichtlich zufrieden. Das Essen wurde ziemlich zeitgleich serviert, die Portionen waren allesamt sehr groß und keiner hatte etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn ich wieder nach Rheinbach komme, wäre dies mein erstes Restaurant.

After a long time I visited the brewery again to give the place another chance. I was really very positively surprised. The food was really good and you can't complain about the portion and the beer was okay. You can sit outside very nicely :)

Now have bad reviews, which are very detailed, deleted by a lawyer! Better to spend money on good chefs than on lawyers.

We had lunch here this Sunday. The Camembert Schnitzel and the Leberkäseburger from the daily menu were great. The homemade fries in particular rounded the whole thing off perfectly. The service was very nice and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality, we'll be happy to come back.

Our tarte flambée was topped with smoked (!) salmon, which is unusual and unfortunately we don't like smoked salmon. If this had been noted on the menu, we would have chosen a different dish. When you walk in you immediately notice the loveless atmosphere. We sat downstairs, near the bar and the door. A rather unpleasant noise came from the upper seats and echoed throughout the restaurant. It was also quite cold, so our daughter wore her winter jacket the entire time. The drinks came pretty quickly. Unfortunately we had to return one straight away because the glass was dirty. There were dirty pepper and salt shakers on our table. I don't want to mention the dirty coasters in the dispenser (these were discovered by chance while playing around with them). Our food also came very quickly. Unfortunately, the schnitzel and side dishes we ordered were very fatty and not very seasoned. None of the three of us have finished our food (we can make the child some bread at home). The toilets and sinks weren't really clean either. What you have to say: the service was very nice and quick. Unfortunately this was our last visit to the brewery.

Thank you for your hospitality! We visited the restaurant on Sunday; We hadn't reserved any seats in advance, but a free table was immediately found for us. The atmosphere is slightly dark and there is no background music. Now about the food. The pork knuckle was a bit dry. But the burger and grilled salmon were fantastic! We also ordered pork medallions and spinach and mushroom gratin. The menu didn't say that the dish contained garlic. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to garlic and hate the smell. If I had known beforehand that the dish contained garlic, I would not have ordered it or asked not to add it.

Solid food. Schnitzel with fries perfectly fine. It would have been nice to have a little more spice in the dish. Price-performance ok. Overall, a satisfactory meal, but there is still room for improvement.

Let's start with the food: steak and smoked pork steak, to put it mildly, with very strong roasted aromas. The winter vegetables, savoy cabbage (?) in my case, a brown(!) mush (gravy?) with a strong caraway flavor, with a hint of cabbage flavor in the “background”. Only my companion's food was OK (heavenly). No, not a nice (testimony) meal for our granddaughter. The latte was warm...I didn't want to complain, it ruins every invitation. So, brave it. Service OK, Environment too cold. It's a shame, we had much better memories of the brewery.

Every meal we ordered was not cooked properly. Onion in the burger although ordered without. Water was so cold even though it was room temperature. Apple rings were cold and vanilla sauce too (both should be warm according to the menu) and there was nothing going on...

I remembered the brewery better, the food was good and suitable for the price! Our waiter was really trying hard and on his toes, but his colleague didn't work at all, absolutely the wrong choice of career, we ordered more mayo from him, he said yes and left and never came back, after waiting 10 minutes we ordered from our actual waiter and received it straight away . Several guests who were sitting upstairs came down to pay because the cellar in question was not visible upstairs. It's a shame, this one man was in a negative mood all evening.

Absolute disappointment. The brewery was recommended to me by friends. We arrived on a Thursday around 4pm. There were only a few tables occupied, but we still had to wait almost 50 minutes for our food. When the food arrived, the next disappointment followed: the game pan I ordered came (differently than requested) with red cabbage. The food itself wasn't good either. The spaetzle were just thick flatbreads of dough that weren't even fully cooked. I found several pieces of bone in the wild boar meat - this is not only unappetizing, but potentially dangerous if the bone parts are swallowed. The experience was rounded off by a waitress who didn't even apologize for the wait, the incorrectly assigned food or the bone fragments in the game pan. Unfortunately I will not visit the brewery again.

Servus, ich war am Sonntag Abend auf weg nach Hause spontan bei ihnen. Das Essen, Bier und der Service waren ganz fantastisch ich habe mir eine schöne Liter Flasche vom eigenen Bier mitgenommen 🍻😁 lg bis zum nächsten Mal!
