Waren hier auf der Durchreise und haben uns einmal das Wiener Schnitzel und einmal das Cordon Bleu bestellt ... Sehr zu empfehlen !

Die Burger sind ausgezeichnet!!!

Leckerer Burger und Pommes. Veggieburger ebenfalls lecker. Gutes Ambiente. Der Service war nicht ganz so schnell, weil zur gleichen Zeit drei Gesellschaften im Laden waren. Und die waren nur zu zweit. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben unser Hochzeitsessen im Restaurant gefeiert. Die Planung haben wir ganz unkompliziert telefonisch vereinbart. Da wir nur eine kleine Gesellschaft von 10 Personen waren, wollten wir ganz entspannt à la carte bestellen, was wunderbar geklappt hat. Besonders dankbar waren wir dafür, dass das Restaurant extra früher für uns geöffnet hat, da wir bereits um 15 Uhr essen wollten, obwohl zu dieser Zeit eigentlich geschlossen ist. Das wissen wir wirklich sehr zu schätzen! 😊 Unser Hochzeitstisch war liebevoll eingedeckt. Das Essen war erstklassig. Wir hatten das volle Programm mit Vor-, Haupt-, & Nachspeise. Es hat uns allen fantastisch geschmeckt und hat uns mehr als satt gemacht. Ein großes Lob gilt außerdem dem Service: Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden rundum bestens versorgt und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Besuch im Restaurant hat unseren Hochzeitstag perfekt abgerundet und wir können es jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zufällig in Rheinbach und dort spontan essen. Das Essen war mit viel Liebe zubereitet und schmeckte einfach phantastisch. Sehr nett angerichtet. Supernettes Personal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder❤️

Zunächst war ich überrascht über doch viele positive Bewertungen. Aber um fair zu bleiben muss ich einräumen, dass wir mit unserer großen Gruppe (ca. 38 Personen) Küche und Servicekräfte des Lokals wohl doch überfordert haben. Trotz Vorbestellung der einzelnen Menüs dauerte es über 90 Minuten bis der letzte sein Essen hatte. Nachdem ich mich beim Kellner beschwert hatte, verlor dieser seine vordergründig freundliche rheinische Art und reagierte sehr dünnhäutig. Hätte er sich entschuldigt für diese unzumutbare Wartezeit, wäre alles okay gewesen. Aber er glaubte mich über gutes Benehmen belehren zu müssen. Wer berechtigte Kritik nicht aushält hat meines Erachtens im Gastgewerbe nichts zu suchen. Das Essen hat den Meisten geschmeckt und war qualitativ in Ordnung.

Wir waren heute mit 5 Personen essen und ich hatte den vegetarischen Burger - 10/10! Der Service ist unfassbar freundlich und man merkt, dass da viel Liebe hinter steckt. Gleiches beim Essen - alles unglaublich lecker!! ♥️♥️♥️ Und auch super : Trotz absolut vollen Laden konnte man sich durchgehend angenehm unterhalten.

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Genuss und hatte mehr erwartet, da ich auf Empfehlung mit meiner Familie hingegangen bin. Wir saßen direkt an der Eingangstor, was beim aktuellen Wetter zur Folge hatte, dass es kalt wurde, wenn neue Gäste kamen. Mein Salat mit Schafskäse war optisch und geschmacklich maximal durchschnittlich. Daa Essen der anderen Familienmitglieder hat geschmeckt, ich persönlich fand es optisch auch nur durchschnittlich. Da wir mit einem noch nicht zweijährigen Kind essen waren, wurde die Tomatensuppe direkt mit zum Hauptgang bestellt , um die Essenszeit nicht so lange hinauszuzögern. Die Suppe wurde serviert, als wir fast alles verspeist hatten. Daher mussten wir sie leider zurück gehen lassen. Es war insgesamt sehr laut, so dass man sich schlecht unterhalten konnte. Vielleicht lag es an einer größeren Gruppe, die hinter uns saß. Die Plätze im Aussenbereich waren aufgrund des Wetters nicht geöffnet.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort. Jeder hatte ein anderes Essen und alle waren begeistert. Die Wartezeit war länger, aber dafür war das Essen frisch gekocht und perfekt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider war es etwas laut, aber das ist ja in den meisten Restaurants. Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen

Ich habe dieses Restaurant zufällig besucht, weil ich mein Auto in der Nähe aufgeladen habe. Dieses Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Gerichte sind lecker, der Service ist freundlich, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und die Preise sind sehr erschwinglich. Wenn es 10 Sterne gäbe, würde ich ihm 10 Sterne geben 😊

Das Essen wie auch der Service und das Ambiente sind devinitiv 5 Sterne wert.

Lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen, aufmerksamer Service, ansprechendes Ambiente, angemessen lange Wartezeit auf das Essen, was für eine frische Zubereitung spricht. Abwertung um einen Punkt, weil wir erneut keine Antwort auf unsere Fragen nach der Herkunft der verwendeten Produkte, Biofleisch und Tierwohl bekommen. Eine entsprechende Auszeichnung würde den "Genuss" perfekt machen.

Ausgezeichnet!! Wir bestellten Papa Pollo, eine Fajita und zwei Kinderburger. Es war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren großzügig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Guacamole, die einfach unglaublich war.

Wir waren heute spontan im „Der Genuss“, um unser monatliches Date dort zu verbringen. Das Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Speisen exzellent. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicherlich wieder.

A very nice, cozy restaurant. The food (sauerbraten, red cabbage, dumplings) and the service were excellent 👍 We were there with 10-15 people for a class reunion. I can highly recommend this restaurant even for smaller groups.

Generally recommended, both in the restaurant and in the courtyard. The lovely ambiance. When we pointed out that there was a hair in the spaetzle, the waitress responded with, "Well, then I wouldn't have eaten any more." Please work on that; that's not good service for me. Apart from that, the service on this and our last visit was excellent, the food delicious, and the price reasonable. We will be back despite the hair faux pas.

Delicious, quick and the best in Rheinbach

Here you'll find home-style cooking in the best sense of the word. A small restaurant with outdoor seating, somewhat tucked away in a large courtyard. Our cordon bleu (even though it looked like a Dutch frikandel at first glance) came with fried potatoes and a small salad and was absolutely excellent. After cutting it, the cheese oozed out, just the way we like it. We've always been satisfied with the kitchen's performance on previous visits, too. The service is also top-notch. We'll be back.

The outdoor terrace area is truly beautiful and idyllic, and the tables were clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired: We initially waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to us. The server was friendly, but seemed very laissez-faire, so ordering drinks and waiting for our food order to be taken also took a while. Positive: The food arrived surprisingly quickly after ordering. However, the taste was rather mediocre. Some of it was even burnt. The salad was unspectacular, and the baked potato with chicken was disappointingly small. There were just three small pieces of chicken. Overall, the value for money was unfortunately not right for us. The server tried hard and, after I pointed out the burnt potato, offered us a coffee as compensation. However, since we were overall disappointed, we declined the offer and simply wanted to leave.

The outdoor area is very pleasant and idyllic. There's no traffic, as it's located in the courtyard, and there's no noise; everything is very well-maintained. The service is friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. Even though it wasn't busy right after opening at 12:00, the wait times were disproportionately long: 10 minutes for the menu, 10 minutes for drinks, and another 30 minutes for the food. Definitely not a place for guests whose lunch break is limited. The food is of decent quality, but the taste is unfortunately only average, but a certain amount of effort is evident in the kitchen.

We held a celebration there on Saturday. From the reception of the guests, to the wonderful and extremely delicious food, right up to the end, we were warmly served and all wishes were addressed and fulfilled. A big compliment to the kitchen and the service… see you soon…

Last Saturday we celebrated our daughter's children's communion in the restaurant Der Genuss - and it was simply perfect! Every detail was taken into account during the organization, and the implementation on the day itself was also absolutely professional. The team was attentive, warm and well prepared, so that we as a family could simply feel comfortable. It was an unforgettable day for our daughter – and our guests were thrilled too! The food was excellent, the service first class. We are thrilled and can really recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to celebrate something special. We had a wonderful wedding celebration here in April. From the great food, great decor to very good service, everything was perfect. The planning was completely uncomplicated, we as the bride and groom and the groomsmen were able to come up with ideas that were implemented.

Very tasty food, we were there with a group of 5 people. Everyone enjoyed it very much. We've been there before and it was great there too. Personally, I had the asparagus this time, it was great! But the schnitzel and the cordon bleu were also very well received by our group. Attentive and friendly service, thank you very much. I can only recommend it. We'll definitely be happy to come back.

We chose the restaurant for a small wedding celebration and were completely satisfied. The preliminary discussions were uncomplicated and very friendly, which gave us a good feeling right from the start. The service throughout the visit was excellent. Our waiter Giovanni was extremely attentive and made sure we didn't miss anything. All in all, it was a lovely visit that we would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of dining in the Der Genuss Traditione restaurant and I was completely impressed! The service was first class - friendly, attentive and always committed to providing guests with a pleasant experience. The food impresses with its excellent quality and authentic taste. I can particularly recommend the Wiener Schnitzel – tender, crispy and simply delicious! Traditional German cuisine is prepared here with a lot of love and skill. Friends, I've had a decent meal at your place before, so here's some friendly advice: If you charge €16 for cheese spaetzle and make your guest wait half an hour for it, then the food has to be good. It must! Instead, I got a completely underseasoned, overcooked cream broth with the consistency of baby food and the taste of water soup, bordering on edible. You only do that once and then people won't come back. Anyway, I say goodbye.

Went there for the first time today. Nice atmosphere, music wasn't really to my taste at first, but when the restaurant filled up it was no longer audible, so OK. We all enjoyed the food. Service was great and attentive. When the waiter found out that it was my birthday, he even gave me a small plate of dessert as a hoodie, which I found very thoughtful. Here for the umpteenth time, got a table at short notice, what a relaxation, not just Christmas music and overloaded Christmas decorations. Ordered a goose leg with red cabbage and dumplings and Eifler spit roast. Rarely have I eaten such a juicy leg with a thyme sauce... the service staff was very friendly and competent, we asked for an extra dumpling, it was no problem. Conclusion: again and again, the pleasure, where else can you get “German cuisine”. THANKS

Very friendly service, great menu, very tasty food. You can tell that very good products are used here and that the chef prepares the dishes with a lot of passion. Unfortunately, this is rarely experienced anymore. Finally a chef who spices things courageously and to the point and also cooks them perfectly. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent. I can't comment on the food. My wife and I left after 15 minutes. Regular guests who arrived after us and were sitting right next to us were immediately given a menu. We were ignored. The tables were so close together that private conversation was impossible.

We enjoyed celebrating our wedding with 25 people. It was ideal and really fantastic! Giovanni made the day exactly how we wanted it. We had a huge buffet for dinner. Simply fantastically delicious and the chef responded to all of our wishes. In terms of decoration, everything was taken care of for us, so we only had to bring the things the day before and didn't have any work on the wedding day. All around a great restaurant with very tasty food and a great ambience. Chic, cozy, familiar, personal - that's how I described it in advance and that's exactly how our wedding was. Thank you for this great day!

After our registry office wedding, we were welcomed with a warm champagne reception at Der Genuss. Our waiter Giovanni in particular was an absolute asset – charming, funny and always in a good mood. His humorous manner constantly made us laugh and created a relaxed atmosphere. A wonderful surprise was the personalized menu for our special occasion. The menu of starter, main course and dessert was perfectly coordinated. All in one a great restaurant!

Incredibly friendly staff, very tasty food at fair prices and a very short waiting time. Unfortunately, the prices/sizes of the drinks leave something to be desired, and personally the portion was a bit too small for me. All in all, the store lives up to its name!

Wir waren 8 Personen mit dem Ziel, die edlen Produkte deutsche Küche zu genießen. An unserem reservierten Tisch wurden wir flott bedient, die verschiedenen Gerichte kamen ohne lange Wartezeit und alle gleichzeitig. Alle waren mit den frisch zubereiteten Speisen zufrieden. Neben der Routinekarte, auf der einige Tellergerichte nicht verfügbar waren, wird für Mittag eine Sonderkarte angeboten, ebenso für die jeweilige Saison (Pfifferling). So findet der geneigte Gast mit Sicherheit seine Leibspeise. Leider sind fast alle angebotenen Speisen aus der Liste der Kurzgebraten, oder einige entstammen der beliebten Fastfood Generation. Hier sollte dem Motto des Hauses mehr Respekt gezollt werden, es gibt unendlich viele klassisch deutsche Gerichte. Das Rheinbacher Krüstchen zähle ich nicht dazu.

Really great location and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, there are some very uncomfortable, old wooden chairs and very small tables in the back area (the place mats inevitably protrude above the table). The food is good and nicely prepared. The waiters are very nice, but unfortunately they have no expertise when it comes to allergies. The card has some labeling errors and despite repeated requests when planning the family celebration, ordering and serving, I almost ended up in the emergency room. For us it was probably the last visit here. Something like that simply shouldn't happen.

The food was very tasty, but the portions could be a bit larger. Next time I'll probably add an appetizer to fill me up. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. After we had our food, we were no longer very interesting to the waiters, otherwise we would have definitely had one or two drinks.

Very nice and small restaurant. The service was super friendly and you immediately felt comfortable and welcome. We were served promptly and the food came quickly. I can only recommend aioli with bread. 🙂 The only thing that bothered me personally, which is why I gave it one star less when it came to eating it, was that there was a taste in the sauce of the mushroom cream schnitzel that I didn't really like. But it's also a matter of taste. Still deserves 5 stars and I would definitely come back. 👍

I was able to get to know the pleasure during a wedding celebration that ended there. We were welcomed very warmly and openly. Everything seemed very professional and well thought out. Each table was provided with various snacks as a starter and could then choose between 4-5 main courses. Finally there was dessert. When it comes to the service, the ambience and the taste, I can only speak highly of the enjoyment! The ambience of the restaurant was also perfect for our celebration. The decoration was beautiful and was prepared independently by the team. The atmosphere was both festive and cozy. A big thank you to the entire team at “der Genuss” for this unforgettable day. Special thanks to Giovanni, who always supported us throughout the planning and fulfilled our every wish! Absolutely delicious asparagus with salmon. Everything was great and tasty.

We were at “der Genuss” for the first time today. Service is really very friendly, fast and always attentive. We ordered the pink fried pork loin with fries instead of spaetzle and the beef sirloin, each with a side salad with a really tasty dressing. The loins were great, but rather through instead of pink, but still very tasty and pleasantly tender. The fries were the best we've eaten in a long time. Still okay in terms of price. With the beef rump with spaetzle... Unfortunately, the meat was rather cooked and didn't give the impression of being fried. Very soft and floppy. Still tasty in combination with the sauce, but not fair to the price and expectations. So the price is rather too high. We would like to see even more sauce variations, most of which are with mushroom cream sauce. All in all... Very comfortable, you can sit outside, fast and super nice service and delicious food with some room for improvement.

We hosted a lovely wedding dinner with the closest family (16 people) in the restaurant and were thrilled by the excellent service and the delicious food with starters, main course and ultra-tasty dessert. We felt completely at home and would book again or just go there again for dinner!

A small but very cozy restaurant located centrally in Rheinbach. The menu includes classic German cuisine. The quality of the dishes is great! The service is warm and interested. Here, as a guest, you really are the center of attention! A reservation in advance would be recommended, as the few seats in the restaurant are quickly taken. In addition, the restaurant offers around thirty seats outside on the beautiful sun terrace. When the weather is good, these make the visit a real highlight. Parking spaces are approximately fifty meters away. A clear recommendation!
