I like going there, the waitresses are all very friendly, the food and beer are delicious. That's the most important thing. I think it's good that every now and then there is a beer special, currently there's the Maibock and it's highly recommended.

The food was OK. If you like, let's say, very robust operation that successfully knows how to create the atmosphere of a barracks yard. Then you've come to the right place. The kitchen, however, is characterized by disorganization. If three people are eating, I expect that the first one won't have calmly finished their meal by the time the last one gets their food. Conclusion: There will be better things in the area - for the next visit

Unfortunately, some menus are often sold out early. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m. Food is 3 to 4 stars, prices go like this, side salad has to be ordered separately. The service is good, strangely enough the guests often leave very early. The ambience is very nice, one star deducted because the benches are not too comfortable. You always have to make a reservation in advance, as the upper floor is no longer served due to a lack of staff.

If you like a nice beer garden and good food, this is the place for you. There is a children's playground right next to it, so even the little ones won't get bored

The service is not good. We were there at the beginning of August when it was 23° on a Sunday evening. According to the website, the beer garden is open until 20° and otherwise the terrace would also be open and they are looking forward to seeing us. We sat on the terrace for 20 minutes. 3 waiters walked past us during this time. Nobody responded. After 20 minutes a waiter finally comes and tells us that the terrace is closed. After looking into the crowded interior with considerable noise levels, we left. It's a shame that the staff is too fine to offer the advertised service. After this treatment we will no longer visit the restaurant and will not recommend it to others. Apparently you have enough customers as it is.

Unfortunately, our table was forgotten several times, both for drinks and food. Orders were subsequently delivered following appropriate instructions. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm on the plates that were much too hot. In general it seemed a bit uncoordinated between the service staff.

We spontaneously drove from Frankfurt to Ingelheim today and were hungry and thirsty... Brauhaus goldener Engel is totally recommended... even without a reservation (a well-attended restaurant) we were offered a table and our requests were immediately taken into account... the food was great and the staff was very friendly attentive... we'll be back 🙃

We felt very comfortable. The service is great. The Tyrolean pan-fried rösti tastes very good. The schnitzel wasn't that great because it was very thin. We prefer schnitzels that are thicker cut so that you can taste meat and not just breading. But overall very nice. We will be back.

Super place. A nice setting for socializing with nice food

We were there with 4 people on a Saturday evening. It took 65 minutes to get the main course after waiting almost 15 minutes to get a menu. The whole thing was due to the fact that the electronic booking system had failed. We found the waiting time to be inconvenient for a simple schnitzel. When we asked the waitress about the long waiting time, we were told that she was not responsible for our table. It's a shame that the waitress couldn't have looked flexibly in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the food was only partially good. The fries were drowned in sauce underneath the schnitzel, which meant they were no longer crispy and were also over-salted for my personal taste. We were there in the summer and the service and quality was significantly better.

Good restaurant with attentive service and well-kept rooms. What I found disturbing was the white limestone flooring in the parking lot, which gradually made the entire restaurant floor more and more dirty. Unfortunately, the same goes for the shoes. Otherwise we were satisfied and would like to come back.

Last Thursday we visited the brewery with a larger group (approx. 15 people). We called ahead and asked for a table outside. We were told on the phone that they don't make reservations and so we should just show up. When we arrived on Thursday and wanted to take a seat in the beer garden, the waitress called out to us unfriendly “TERRACE PLEASE”. Shortly afterwards she pointed out to us that we couldn't visit the brewery unannounced with a larger group because staff had to be scheduled here. It “wouldn’t work like that”. She put the tables together for us in a bad mood and disappeared. Then another waitress came. Here too the service was catastrophic. If you said your order was too quick, you would be rudely interrupted with a loud and unfriendly “WAIT” or “SLOW”. The icing on the cake came at the end: we had to stand in line to pay because the good gentleman didn't want to walk around the table. If you counted the drinks and food you had to pay for too quickly for your feeling, you were again loudly insulted with “NOT SO FAST” or “SLOW!” We have never experienced such miserable and unfriendly service! I would have preferred to give 0 stars! The food was OK, but nothing more. I was otherwise a regular and happy visitor to the Golden Angel. But that has now been resolved.

Brauhaus Goldener Engel is a nice restaurant for the whole family. Plenty of space and if the weather permits you can also sit outside. The food looks fine, but next time I would ask for the sauce separately. It takes away the crispiness of the schnitzel. It's nice that the restaurant is located in a brewery.

We had a catastrophic day. Waited 90 minutes for the food. Dirtier smellier ashtray on Table. Drinks were not delivered and we were sitting in the blazing sun. And a fly in the sauce 😅

Leider kann ich über die Speisen und Getränke keine Bewertun abgeben, da wir mit Fahrrädern und Gepäck in Rüdersdorf Art und Weise aus dem Biergarten geworfen wurden. Wie hatten nicht einmal die Chance zu fragen, ob es möglich wäre unsere Fahrräder in unserer Nähe abzustellen, da wir die Räder vollgepackt hatten. Wir waren auf einer längeren Radreise. Ein Kellner in gebrochenem deutsch schrie durch den ganzen Biergarten wir sollten mit den Rädern verschwinden. Sorry, aber so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen, sind als Gruppe angereist und mussten schon bis 13.00 Uhr mittags angeben was wir von einer kleinen Karte möchten! Leider war auf dieser Karte nichts für mich dabei! Bei der Bestellung habe ich gefragt bei ich auch das Tagsgericht, das sie am Eingang groß angepriesen haben bestellen könnte, was verneint wurde, darauf fragte ich, wenn ich mich an einem anderen Tisch setzen würde, könnte ich dann das Tagesgericht bestellen!? Ja, das wäre dann ok!!! HAALLLOOO Service nicht sehr freundlich! Nach 10 Min. hatten 36 Personen die Getränke und das Essen auf dem Tisch!!! Wie geht das? Nicht frisch zubereitet!!!! Essen hat auch nicht geschmeckt, zu lasch gewürzt, Fleisch zäh! Preisleistung schwach! War das erste und letzte Mal hier gewesen, empfehlen kann ich das Lokal also nicht! Einzig das Ambiente war ok!

Just to drink, it's beautiful, But food no, value for money is not given, my sausage salad was cheaply prepared and tasted like there was no freshness in the refrigerator, the beef broth was salty, probably reduced because it had been on the stove for a long time. Before I send out food, I check the taste. Turkey strips fried to death, the animal was already dead, carelessly prepared. Unfortunately, this is not a professional honor for the chef available. If you like beer, this is the place for you And if you don't like beer, this is still the right place for you! Because there are super delicious homemade lemonades with great fruit combinations. If you want to stick to water, you'll find delicious food on the menu, like everyone else, from schnitzel to knuckle. A visit is worthwhile at any time, as there is space for 2 people inside and outside. There is enough parking space whether you are traveling by bike or arriving by car.

Very cozy both inside and out! Enough space is provided. The dishes are sumptuous and served quickly and taste good every time! Unfortunately, I haven't gotten a taste of the beer yet, but friends were enthusiastic about it. The children's portion is also great, maybe a little too much. Brauhaus Goldener Engel is actually always delicious, but for today's visit I have to give it 5 stars because the vegetarian version of PINK FLUFFY BEN was extremely delicious on my palate. A mega composition!

Really recommended: food is very good, beer is delicious, service is on point and I also really like the ambience inside thanks to the dark wood paneling and loving decoration. We were there twice without a reservation and still got a place. It's also big inside. If I could wish for anything, it would be a larger selection of home-brewed beers. There is light beer, dark beer and wheat beer. I always enjoy coming here.

We were there with six people on a wonderful sunny day and unfortunately we hadn't made a reservation beforehand. All the tables in the courtyard were occupied, but the beer garden in front was still completely free. But they refused to let us sit there. There was no service in the adjacent beer garden. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to get our drinks ourselves and sit down there; this request was refused in a very assertive and unfriendly tone. None of us understood that and we found it quite inflexible. I actually enjoyed being a guest at the “Goldener Engel” brewery very often, but I probably won’t come with more than two people in the future. Where you receive a friendly welcome, you will be happy to come back. On this day, however, very, very unfriendly and inflexible 👎

We were here with a larger group. Had reserved. The reservation also worked, but the staff disagreed about which table was our reserved one. The food there was overall very good. However, the size of the Cordon Bleu is quite small relative to the price and compared to the other dishes. We also had to wait a long time after eating to finally be able to pay. Yes, there was a lot going on that day. But the fact that only one person was able to settle the bill is not possible.

We went to the Goldener Engel brewery with friends for the first time. We expected a rustic, traditional location and were very positively surprised. Modern and yet cozy with the option to linger in the beer garden. The menu offers a lot of choice and also a good mix of tradition and modernity. Very friendly service. Food came quickly, was very attractively prepared and very tasty. But the best thing is the beer. A pleasure. Great quality at a fair price. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back, even if it's not right around the corner.

Wir hatten einen guten Abend in Ingelheim. Service sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Speisen und Getränke kamen sehr schnell obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Gerichte, alle konnten geschmacklich überzeugen. Allerdings war beim Cordon Bleu die Portion definitiv zu klein, dies haben wir kommuniziert. Unabhängig davon ist das Restaurant eine klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder. Kartenzahlung möglich.

Location outside the center of Ingelheim, plenty of parking spaces. Reservations recommended, it's very busy and quite crowded everywhere. Main hall quite loud. Ambience good. Service is excellent, very attentive and friendly. Food: Portion quite large, quality good. Was there several times and was always delicious. Beer is naturally cloudy and tastes slightly different than the clear bottled beers, several variants to choose from. Prices are OK. Highly recommended!

This is probably my favourite place in Ingelheim. Why? Great Beer Garden during the warm days. Cozy inside during the cool days. The beer and food is great and a great price for the quality. The food never fails. I remember to take a picture after I ate half of it. They always have great burger ideas. It’s best to put the camera away and enjoy as the food is good. I would like also acknowledge Frau Schwartz and other staff member (the Italiano 😄) for their amazing hospitality. It would be great to see some outdoor music on the weekends.

Came on a personal recommendation and got a great Good Friday menu! Great schnitzels, pork loin cooked to perfection, delicious beer and warm service! We will be back! In summer the children can play in the playground and we have a little more peace and quiet 😉

Beautiful ambience, super nice service. The food was also really good and hearty, I just wished for homemade sauce. This looked like a sauce out of a bag to me.

I celebrated my anniversary there a few weeks ago. There was also an extra room for 25 people. The planning and preparation of the celebration by the staff was excellent. The location is very easy to find and there is more than enough parking space available. Included in the price was a wonderfully designed anniversary menu with dishes selected by me. The room was very well prepared and, despite being full of people, was very quiet, so that people could converse at a good volume and speakers could be heard clearly. Since the room is equipped with speakers, it is possible to play quiet music in the background. The staff (2 people) was included in the room rent of 150 euros. Both were very friendly and did the job really well. All guests were very satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food. Of course, the home-brewed beer is also a highlight. In total we were represented by 23 people. For a champagne reception, small table dishes, main courses and final coffee, I paid a total of 940 euros, which I think is very good in terms of price/performance. I would celebrate there again at any time.

Simply recommended! Despite a spontaneous decision to eat there, I managed to get a seat. However, it is better to reserve in advance as all tables are occupied during peak meal times. The food was fresh and delicious. The meat was particularly tender. The service is very nice and you didn't have to wait too long for your order despite it being very busy.

The lady at reception this afternoon was very stressed and not very welcoming. We immediately had an unpleasant feeling, as we noticed how condescendingly she treated her colleagues. So this lady is definitely not a positive advertisement for your house. Käsespätzle were very bland. Little cheese taste. The Kaiserschmarrn was positive!
