Super friendly service, delicious food at fair prices. Even as vegetarians, we had plenty of choice. The beer was really good. Everything was just right – including the ambiance. A definite recommendation!

I've enjoyed eating here for years. Yesterday I ordered a steak, and what I received was half a steak. Of course, it was the price of a whole steak. That's what disqualifies this restaurant for me.

I had half a duck, which unfortunately arrived lukewarm and dry, with a little red cabbage and two instant dumplings. Only the truly delicious beer saved a star for the food. The beer garden is located on a busy street.

I was lucky enough to eat here today. A wide selection of dishes, very friendly service, and excellent food, both the main course (beef cheeks) and dessert (beer mashed potatoes). Not to mention the good beer from their own brewery.

We spontaneously stopped by the brewery for dinner. Friendly and quick service, delicious food. What more could you want?

Four of us went there for lunch. The schnitzel and fries were delicious and plentiful. The grass-fed beef with beans and fries was also delicious, but the steak was a bit small. The crusted baton was average. The hearty beef broth was unfortunately a bit watery, as was the beer. The service was attentive and polite. You can get tables at lunch, but almost all the tables for the evening were already double-reserved.

My first visit to this restaurant will certainly not be my last! Starting with the restaurant. You sit here in a great atmosphere in the middle of the village. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The house Falkenstein beers "light & dark" are truly a delight. On the recommendation of the friendly waitress, we had the soup with sausage dumplings, which you should definitely try. Very delicious! The main course was the roast beef with onions and cheese spaetzle. The visuals were impressive, but the taste was the icing on the cake. Perfectly cooked, generous portions, and perfectly balanced in flavor. A true dream for any hearty food lover! For dessert, we had the apple strudel, which also left nothing to be desired. A visit to this restaurant is definitely a must if you're in the area!

I went to the Braugasthof Falkenstein and ordered a steak with fries and green beans. The order came super quickly, and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant and perfectly matched the restaurant's style. I ordered a Fanta with it, which was served in a beautiful 0.5-liter glass. There were four of us there, and the total price was €110.20—a completely reasonable price for the quality. I'm very satisfied and would gladly return!

We stayed at the Braugasthof Falkenstein over Ascension Day, and although it was packed inside, we were served quickly and always with a smile outside in the cozy beer garden. The home-brewed Falkenstein beer was a delight, and the Allgäu cabbage doughnuts and beer-a-misu for dessert were delicious and highly recommended. Great service at really fair prices!

If you're looking for a cozy dining experience, this isn't the place for you. Nevertheless, the food is good, home-style. The staff is very friendly.

A super nice atmosphere, absolutely delicious food, absolutely fair value for money (very large portions), and the service is truly top-notch and on the ball – even when the place is packed and both the restaurant and beer garden are full, you'll receive friendly and prompt service, and you won't have to wait long for drinks and food. Definitely worth a visit – make a reservation in advance if necessary. Tip: The cabbage fritters and beer-à-misu are divine! 😋

We were on vacation in Pfronten and were looking for good restaurants. We found this one. We ordered two pork knuckles with side dishes. The sides were delicious, but unfortunately, both of the pork knuckles were very dry. We're not used to it. Unfortunately, we were disappointed, and we won't be returning. The service and location were very good.

We were there for dinner earlier. The wrong drink was delivered - it can happen. We had to wait forever for the fourth meal - it can happen. Moldy fruit in the Kaiserschmarren - not great, but it can happen - was still charged in full (see picture). We still left a tip - and "unfortunately," the waiter "accidentally" added too much tip (card payment). We complained, and then she surreptitiously placed a few coins on the table and quickly disappeared. All of these things can happen on their own, but in combination: you really don't need them.

The menu is varied, the value for money is good, and all the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. And let's not forget the delicious house beer. Everything is just perfect here. We'll be back again and again 👍

The Falkenstein brewery is an absolute highlight! The atmosphere is cozy and traditional, the staff is friendly and attentive. The kitchen offers a variety of delicious dishes, but the absolute highlight is the pork knuckle! The pork knuckle is crispy and juicy, perfectly seasoned and simply delicious. There is also a selection of delicious beers that are brewed directly in-house. The beer is fresh and authentic, perfect with food. The combination of the delicious pork knuckle and the fresh beer is simply perfect. Braugasthof Falkenstein is a must for anyone looking for traditional Bavarian cuisine and delicious beer. We also decided to take a 5 liter keg chilled with us so we could enjoy the delicious beer at home. That was a great idea! The beer was still fresh and delicious at home, and we were able to enjoy the atmosphere of the Falkenstein brewery a little longer. The prices are fair and the portions are generous. The location is also ideal for enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. Overall, Braugasthof Falkenstein is a perfect place to enjoy traditional Bavarian cuisine and delicious beer. Simply a must for anyone in the region! The pork knuckle and beer are simply second to none! We'll definitely be back!

So... There was little going on at lunchtime and the food came super quickly. The service was also very friendly and quick. However, one star deducted because the red cabbage tasted fatty. I think the duck was in its own juice (or fat) for a long time and it wasn't drained enough and was just "dragged on". In addition, the duck was not very crispy. However, since the duck is on the map as standard, I assume that there are simply a lot of ducks next to each other. So you can eat sometimes. In itself it was OK. My counterpart's duck was probably delicious.

Wir waren dreimal in diesem Lokal - nicht immer gegessen, aber stets sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen am dritten Tag war erster Klasse , die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung einfach ehrlich und offen, wie all die Tage zuvor auch. Da meine Lebensgefährtin etwas gesundheitlich angeschlagen war hatte sie einen Extrawunsch, welcher ohne zu zögern umgesetzt wurde. Ich möchte mich nochmals herzlichst bedanken.

Absolutely recommended! The portions are large and the food is fresh. Price performance is top. Children under 6 years of age pay nothing for spaetzle with sauce. Very friendly staff, we will be back. A compliment to the kitchen and also to the nice hospitality

I really like it and I come as often as I can. Every time I go paragliding to Breitenberg or Tannheimer Tal, there is at least one visit. Great beer 🍻, great food and last time there was even live music. Service very good, reliable and fast.

The desserts are also very tasty and beautifully presented - as we all know, the eye eats too. The home-brewed beer can be enjoyed with every sip - very tasty ;) Always worth a visit - definitely recommended.

One of the tastiest cuisines where I have eaten, a must for anyone who is in Pfronten or nearby. The only drawback for me are the tables. They are a bit too narrow, especially the table legs, the chairs barely fit in there and it's just tight for 2 adults, but you quickly forget that with the delicious food ☺️ and the beer is simply delicious, the best beer.

The food was good, €16 for a pork knee, €11.50 for a children's menu of schnitzel with fries, but such a large portion that even an adult can eat plenty. The service is perfect! 👌

The food was very good and the portions were also large, when we ordered chicken nuggets and fries they brought us a basket full of ketchup and mayo packets. The service was great, we were served by Miss Sarah, she was very nice and smiling. She saw that a child was sitting at the table and immediately brought the children's menu. I liked the interior and the atmosphere was nice.

We were there at short notice on a Saturday in the early evening, 7 people with children, without a reservation and no problem. Our waitress, Sarah, was incredibly warm and the food was a dream. Very great atmosphere. It was definitely not the last visit.

Hier heisst es klar und deutlich : Erstmal eine Pause machen das super Essen genießen selbst gebrautes Bier probieren und sich einfach wohlfühlen. Die Mitarbeiter in diesem Restaurant ,egal ob Service ,Bar oder Küche machen einen super Job. Egal wie oft ich dort bin und egal was ich gegessen und getrunken habe ich war jedes einzelne mal wunschlos glücklich. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und einladend. A true treat! We are so thankful we spontaneously chose to eat here. The menu was diverse with so many wonderful options it was difficult to choose! I got the goat cheese salat and it was incredible. There was a very robust kids menu with plenty of high chairs and a baby changing room. The server was so kind and put up with my terrible German. I fully recommend this restaurant to anyone looks for a delicious meal in a comfortable and yet special setting!
