Brasserie im Rinnehof in Osterode am Harz

Online table reservations were easy. After a 15-minute wait, WE got a menu and drinks list. Our food and drink orders were taken quickly, and the drinks were brought to our tables immediately. However, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the food, and it really wasn't busy! The wait was by no means worth it, as the salmon bowl was bland (no option to add seasoning, no salt and pepper shakers on the tables) and dry. The brasserie burger looked promising, but the patty, which was far too thick, was suspiciously light (for beef) and ultimately half-raw!!! Simply inedible and sent back! No apology, the server just scuttled off to the kitchen... what now? A new burger? After another 15 minutes, the new burger arrived... better, but ultimately unconvincing in terms of taste! Completely overpriced at around €18. Only the steakhouse fries were impressive. Conclusion: Not a recommendation, and unfortunately, no tip! As sorry as we were...

The food was really tasty, the service was also nice and friendly, unfortunately the portion didn't fill me up at all.... Schnitzel about 6×12cm in size with 5 asparagus for a good €20 Not recommended if you're hungry, even though it's a restaurant

The potato soup an 11/10. The cheese pasta was a solid 8.5/10. The service was very competent and friendly at the same time, rarely experienced something like that in a long time. An 11/10 for this.

Great restaurant! Beautiful terrace, great service, great burgers and sensational asparagus! Plus a price-performance ratio that's hard to beat. Everything is just right here. Of course we were lucky with the weather but the interior also looks inviting. This is where you want to be and definitely want to come back. Thanks for pampering!

Absolutely in need of improvement. Map does not correspond to reality. Products prepared differently than described. Service helpful, friendly and accommodating. Ambience normal for a brasserie. Definitely worth a try. So just try it out.

I was in the brasserie for the second time today, this time for breakfast, and I can only report good things. A large selection of breakfast menus, good and friendly service, nice atmosphere. We had the American and the Easter breakfast, both sufficient and very good. Absolutely recommended.

We went there for breakfast and were thrilled with the selection. The breakfast for two was very nicely prepared with fresh fruit and was also reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, we were rather disappointed with our visit to the brasserie in Osterode. At first the waitress seemed friendly, but unfortunately this impression was not confirmed over time. We sat outside in a beach chair - a nice idea in itself. However, we were forbidden to eat cake there on the grounds that they didn't want to dirty the upholstery. It's just funny: there was an ashtray on the table, so smoking was obviously not a problem - but cake would have been too much? This contradictory regulation seemed poorly thought out and spoiled the experience. Overall, we were not impressed with the visit and decided not to tip. It's a shame, because the ambience actually had potential.

The “food” was very tasty. The service is friendly and helpful. The only criticism is the relatively long wait for the food, we had to wait an hour.

The new range of cakes and tarts is top notch and can keep up with pastry shops. But there are also cakes like mom's: pot cake, great chocolate cake and the latest creation, rice pudding and apple cake. Very tasty! Commitment, joy and love when preparing and presenting are obvious.

We were there spontaneously on Wednesday and it was very nice. Very good food and reasonable portions. Also found the service very friendly. When I'm in Osterode again I'll take a look again 😊

Typical German food for a good price. Don't expect high cuisine, but definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a meal. Very friendly staff.

We ate here on a Monday, most other restaurants were closed on Mondays, but we had a good meal here.

Friendly service and delicious food. This town has many half-timbered streets, partly an overdue impression but a lot of potential and cannot compete with the touristy towns further on in the Harz, which is a shame.

Nice restaurant in downtown Osterode. Friendly staff and delicious schnitzel. We were served very well, were full and everything tasted very good. The only small drawback is that the fries could have stayed in the fat for a few minutes longer, but that's certainly a matter of taste.

The feel-good atmosphere is very good as soon as you enter the restaurant - very friendly service, no matter which of the two young people is nearby, you can speak to them, special requests such as salad with only vinegar and oil or sauce for the schnitzel in a separate bowl were fulfilled without any problems. The food was delicious and we will definitely stop there as often as possible.

The portions are huge here, the food - Schnitzel Jäger style and spaghetti - was very good. We were served very friendly and our small dog was also very welcome.

So etwas umsichtiges und freundliches wie die junge Dame die uns am Abend des 17.11.2023. bediente findet man leider nur ganz selten , ganz großes Lob. Zu Zweit haben der Koch und die freundliche junge Frau den Laden gerockt. Wirklich eine Empfehlung , macht weiter so.

Diese Imbiss eine sehr gute restauröst unf gute essen haben pomes mit snitzel geesst und mein frau haben staik mit katofal geest dasu wir haben cola und sprait gehabd die betreuung sehr nett unsere essen zerviert. Das man tolette ser ohrdehntlig und der frau tolette wissen nich wail frau nicht mus gehn da werden komen neu besuchen und komen aus ungarn

Sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir hatten bisher Schnitzel, Braten, Burger und vieles mehr und alles was sehr gut. Einziges kleines Manko: leider wie der ganze Rinnebereich am Sonntag geschlossen.

Mmh da kann man lecker 😋Essen gehen. Das Schnitzel ,Pommes 🍟 bzw. die Kroketten und der Vorspeisensalat waren Top. Fahrt selber hin und überzeugt euch selbst .

Ich kann es nicht unbedingt empfehlen. Teilweise schmeckt das Gemüse, wie aus der Tiefkühltruhe, nicht frisch. Die Sauce Hollandaise schmeckt nicht, wie der Verpackung und das Nudelgericht war nur lauwarm. Diese waren teilweise zu fest.

Frühstück immer wieder lecker, kein Problem mit Sonderwünschen.

Waren auf Kurzurlaub und sind dort an zwei Tagen essen gegangen. Wenn man zum Wochenende dort einkehrt sollte man etwas Zeit mitbringen aber man wird mit der Qualität des Essen und der größe der Portion am Ende belohnt. Das Servicepersonal ist super nett. Absolut empfehlenswert... 👍👍👍👍👍

Seit langer Zeit unser bevorzugtes Restaurant.

Gehe ich immer wieder gerne hin. Der Service ist super.

Unfassbar nette Bedienung, waren sehr zuvorkommend. War während meines einwöchigen Urlaubs dreimal da. Das argentinische Steak und die Waffeln waren super lecker .

Meine Eltern, mein Bruder und ich hatten heute Mittag für 13:00 einen Tisch bestellt. Wir waren jedoch schon gegen 12:45 in der Brasserie. Die äußerst unhöfliche massiv inkompetente Servicemitarbeiterin hat uns erst Punkt 13:00 bedient. Bei mehreren aufeinander folgenden Getränkebestellungen war sie nicht selbständig in der Lage, unsere leeren Gläser abzuräumen. Wir mussten sie jedes dazu bitten. Wir hatten noch von dem Essen etwas übrig und wollten das einpacken lassen. Dabei ist sie uns mit ihrer unfreundlichen Art direkt über den Mund gefahren und sagte:“Moment ich bringe Alufolie an den Tisch, damit wir das selbst einpacken.“ Dann kam die Rechnung, 80,20€ Mein Vater legte 100€ auf den Tisch und die Bedienung meinte ganz rotzig ob jemand noch 0,20€ hätte, sie würde kein Kleingeld haben. Mir kam es so vor, als ob die Servicekraft lediglich mit dieser Masche ein ordentliches Trinkgeld abstauben wollte. Da habe ich ihr die 20 Cent auf den Tisch geknallt. Das Essen war wie gewohnt gut, aber diese Bedienung hat uns allen den Genuss vergrault.

Gute Auswahl, auch vegetarisch, freundlicher Service, bequeme Öffnungszeiten.

Waren Morgens zum Frühstück eingekehrt, da Arzt Termine anstanden. Wir haben ein 2 Personen Frühstück bestellt und waren sehr begeistert. Der Preis war angemessen und wir waren bestens versorgt von sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Ambiente wirkt rustikal und hat ein Bar ähnlichen Hauch, was sich auf auf der Herrentoilette mit lustigen Sprüchen auf den Fliesen wiederspiegelt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen.

Nichts für Gemüseliebhaber. Mischung aus verkochtem Tiefkühlgemüse mit Dosenpilzen beim Hauptgericht. Die Kartoffelsuppe war lecker. Service nett, rettet das zerkochte, schlecht gewürzte Essen aber auch nicht.

Wir sind durch Zufall in der Brasserie eingekehrt und haben zu unserem Erstaunen festgestellt wie voll es ist und zudem war nur eine Dame im Service und eine in der Küche. Wir waren darauf eingestellt hungrig gehen zu müssen. Aber alles kam anders: Die Dame vom Service hat einen Tisch nach dem anderen der Reihenfolge nach abgearbeitet und die Dame in der Küche hat das Essen Tisch für Tisch fertiggestellt und heraus gegeben ohne das auch nur der Ansatz von Hektik zu spüren war. Das beste war das es auch noch super geschmeckt hat. Das Lokal muss man weiter empfehlen.
