Brasserie Classic in Lehrte

Wir waren länger nicht mehr da. Leider hat die Brasserie seinen Charme seit dem Umbau und der Vergrößerung verloren. Schade. Personal ist aber nach wie vor sehr freundlichen und aufmerksam.

The brasserie has been my favorite place for a long time, where I have always enjoyed eating and would have given it 5 stars. Now, however, I have been disappointed twice in quick succession. Once I was there with someone for lunch at lunchtime. My companion ordered a small pizza with salami, I ordered a normal pizza with more toppings. What came were, on the one hand, two pizzas of the same size, i.e. my pizza was just as small as the small pizza of my companion, and on the other hand, it was not a pizza in the usual sense with little crust and thin dough, but the pizza, which was already quite small, still had about 3 cm thick edge of the dough and the base was also very thick, probably America style. Since I always cut off the edge anyway and don't eat it, there wasn't much left of my pizza. In addition, there is nothing in the menu that says American style pizza and unfortunately the waitress didn't point this out to us when we ordered, which is a shame, I won't be eating pizza there anymore. The tiramisu for dessert was very tasty. A week later I met a couple in Lehrte for breakfast. We actually wanted to go somewhere else, but since I had seen that the brasserie had recently started serving breakfast again during the week, but without a buffet, we decided to go to the brasserie. Unfortunately there were only baked rolls and no fresh rolls and there are two bakers in the immediate vicinity. My companion also complained about this and was told that there were only baked rolls during the week. Very, very unfortunate. When you have breakfast in the restaurant you should expect fresh bread rolls. The other point was that because I don't drink coffee or tea, I wanted to order a cocoa instead. Unfortunately this wasn't possible according to the boss I was told. So I had to order an extra drink and then pay for breakfast on top of that. Where is the problem and is there still the service to bring someone a cocoa without having to pay extra if someone doesn't like coffee and tea? There is something like that too. I could have eaten a buffet at another location for the same price if I had known that beforehand. That was two visits now and I was very disappointed. So if the two points don't change, I won't go again for normal breakfast, although I always like to sit in the brasserie because the atmosphere there is really nice and the service is always very nice and friendly.

To the management/brasserie Lehrte Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to thank you very much for your excellent choice of staff in the brasserie in Lehrte. It's always a very pleasant climate there, the staff is polite, courteous and warm. You feel welcome and always very well and quickly served. If you're not in a good mood, you get a smile or a kind word, that's really great... The atmosphere within the team also seems harmonious and well-coordinated, so that you as a guest feel well "taken care of". We received and paid for things that we never ordered. The noodles completely soft and tasteless. The pizza was also a total disaster. Overall really underground and not recommended.

Update! The most beautiful, best gastronomy far and wide. Chief Vasilios is sure to envy this team. I like being with you, always happy!

Very friendly service, great new facility, very tasty breakfast. All in all, a very successful day. The winter garden also turned out very beautifully. My girls were very enthusiastic, keep it up.

We ate pasta that you could have eaten without teeth. 1 dish of pasta with ham cream sauce, unfortunately the sauce was completely tasteless. The 2 dish spaghetti rigatoni unfortunately without garlic. And unfortunately not the first time. Overall, the kitchen has really declined. Unfortunately.

We had reserved a table for the breakfast buffet. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The friendly waitress accompanied us to our table and promptly served us coffee. Used dishes were cleared away immediately. The buffet was extensive and was constantly replenished. Conclusion: Recommended

Próximo ao centro de lehrte, estacionamento nas proximidades. Atendimento comum na Alemanha aguarde o garçom para adicionar a mesa. Ambiente climatizado. Pedi schinitzel que estava muito saboroso com molho de cogumelo acompanhado de batatas. A entrada um mix da casa. No geral uma nota 7.

Delicious breakfast and super lovely staff! We had the vegan breakfast with extra scrambled eggs and extra oat cappucini and a Greek yogurt.

Lunch was great today. We had the turkey roulade and the pepper cutlet. What can I say? The chef deserves at least 1 star. It was soooo delicious and nice and hot on preheated plates. A few weeks ago there was an onion schnitzel. I can't get that out of my head either. There was also a top team in service today. Fast, competent and always with a smile. You are simply great.

Went there for breakfast today - the buffet was great, the price was right including coffee € 18.90 per person. Keep it up. 🥰👍

I was there today with my wife. We are from Salzgitter and were passing through for something to eat. We can only say positive things about the restaurant. Simply great👌. Whether it was the ambience or the food, just great 👏. And big praise to the service staff. Totally nice and courteous employees. Anyone who feels poorly cared for or treated here cannot cope with their own life! We definitely won't be there for the last time. The journey is worth it😋

Den Tisch haben wir um 18 Uhr bestellt,10 Minuten eher waren wir da und haben um 18 Uhr bestellt.Um 19.40 Uhr kam das Essen,nach zig Nachfragen.Das Essen war von absolut minderwertiger Qualität. Gehen Sie woanders hin!

I ordered Italian salad. I did not like it at all. Not fresh salad, 4 mini mozarellas, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 cold mushrooms, 4 small slices of marinated zucchini, missing olives that were listed on the menu. Did not look good, did not taste good, not fresh at all. It was not value of the price at all (15,50 Eur). Never come again, do not recommend. Service ok, wine ok.

Just sad, still no vegan option. A great restaurant in itself, but don't think about the future. I enjoyed spending breaks here during my training.

All in all, the food was okay. The exception was the antipasti plate -> no bread was served and the composition was random and only half had to do with Italian antipasti! A purchased tzatzik as well as simple slices of cucumber and cocktail tomatoes are absolutely outrageous for the price! The staff, with the exception of one young woman, were demotivated and as a guest you could notice arguments and insults within the team! Two waiters constantly insulted each other and the whole thing was provoked with eager egging on in the kitchen! An actually good atmosphere that was absolutely disrupted by unprofessional staff!

Very friendly service and the food was also very tasty. Despite the restaurant being full (school enrollment), we enjoyed a very nice lunch.

The food was delicious and the service was also excellent, very friendly employees who were happy to have fun and followed up on every request without any problem. The cocktails were very worth it thanks to the happy hour 😅😋 Personally, the gin sour wasn't “sour” enough for me, but that's always a matter of taste. Overall, we are super satisfied and would love to come back. ☺️

Very good shop in the heart of Lehrte. The food is of top quality and for me it is the best restaurant in Lehrte. Waiters are friendly and attentive and the food tastes simply excellent. The store has a slightly higher price, but in proportion it is absolutely reasonable. Ideal for celebrating graduations with a meal.

This restaurant is a real gem in Lehrte. My husband and I went there for cocktails yesterday. My Caipirinha classic was too bitter and had too strong a taste for me, so I asked for it to be enhanced with strawberries. This request was followed up quickly and without any problems. We really enjoyed our cocktail evening there and promptly had a table reserved for us to go out for dinner today. The food and my non-alcoholic cocktail today were a real pleasure. I really enjoyed my asparagus with smoked salmon and potato rostis and would order it again at any time. The pork schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and fries that my husband ordered was also extremely delicate. The sauce tasted excellent, the schnitzel was perfectly crispy and still tender on the inside. Fries were super fried and seasoned. The portions were more than enough and the quality and price/ratio are absolutely right. The restaurant was furnished with attention to detail. Very cozy atmosphere, which invites you to stop and linger. The service was excellent on both days. Very attentive, personable and present but not intrusive. I didn't want to leave the order cube on the tables unmentioned. You can press this for service or payment (pay). This signals to the service staff that you still have a request or want to pay. We recommend the brasserie without reservation and if we are in Lehrte again, we would be happy to come back.

Very nice restaurant! We stopped here for an early dinner/late lunch during a trip through Germany, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fresh made Italian salad and pizzas. The waiters were super friendly:) thank you so much for the nice experience!

Was there for brunch for the second time... both times the service was overwhelmed and very slow - for me the price-performance ratio is out of proportion and I have higher expectations of brunch than a standard breakfast buffet expanded to include grilled vegetables. The only positive thing I can say is that some regional products are also offered.

I went to the brasserie at lunchtime with a friend based on a recommendation... and this much in advance: it was a pleasant experience. The guest rooms/sanitary rooms are very stylishly designed and extremely generous in size, which also applies to the outdoor facilities. The brasserie is a gastronomic added value for the otherwise rather dull Lehrte. We decided on the "Kanzlerplatte" (curry sausage with red/white fries) and a baked potato with salad, sour cream and smoked salmon. Everything was very generously sized, delicious and attractively draped and we liked it👍. The service was friendly and attentive. A stroke of luck for the brasserie. The menu is designed so that everyone can find something suitable, mostly bistro classics 🤷‍♂️. But the brasserie is not responsible for more interesting creations.

Went to brunch today, salads mostly with mozzarella, limp fries, chicken and pork in a bowl unfortunately not visible, no sauces, cheap nuggets, lamb only as a leg, who wants to gnaw on a leg in a restaurant? only light desserts, Berries extremely sour, few guests, which is not surprising given the price of 39.90 per person and the selection. We expected high quality food for the price, we won't be coming back.

Our favorite restaurant in Lehrte for a long time. Unfortunately not since our visit 5 weeks ago. There are no more tortellini alla panna on the menu, baked potatoes and matjes are just average and there is no longer a nightcap on the house either. A pity !

Very nice and modern restaurant. It's clean, the food was very good, the staff is very friendly and you just feel comfortable here. I would go here again.

Very good lunch menu, attentive staff

Something between a restaurant and a bar. Half the menu includes drinks and the atmosphere invites you to sit comfortably. There is also an Italian-style selection of dishes, but it falls short of a real restaurant. If you want to fill up quickly, there are numerous snack bars within walking distance, but if you want to meet up with others, there is room for that here. Funny: the service cubes on the tables let you order waiters.

Update from four to one star: Recently I was no longer enthusiastic about the sambal schnitzel, it was just molded meat and spoiled. This time I tried the steak plate, but it was also a failure. Such a small portion is simply outrageous for 24.90 euros. Especially since the menu says pork medallions (emphasis on the S at the end), but there was only one of them. The rump steak was not medium, but rare. Let it go back into the kitchen, then still more rare than medium. Only the service and cocktails are great, the food is no longer worth it. We were there for breakfast on Saturday. Dogs are allowed 👍. The selection is good (several types of rolls, bread, muesli, fruit, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, hard and soft boiled eggs, crispy ham, good sausage and cheese platters, jams and honey, salmon, waffles). Everything was very tasty and it was topped up! Drinks included only water and juices. The only drawback: according to the website, coffee and tea specialties are not included. I can understand that with cappuccino and latte macchiato, but the fact that a normal pot of coffee is considered a specialty is new to me and I don't know it from other competitors. What a shame!

Good food and drink. Very cozy. Always happy. Since the renovation, the restaurant has become even more recommendable because even people with mobility problems can easily reach the toilet, which is now on the ground floor. Great modern ambience in the guest room invites you to visit again for lunch. Well done.

We were there for lunch on Saturday March 9th with 11 people. It took quite a long time from ordering to being served at the table. When the food was finally on the table, everyone was pretty disappointed. Every piece of meat was dry, fish was boring, burgers were hard as a chock and pasta Bolognese had almost no minced meat. Everything was bland and somehow without spices. Alioli was already slightly brown on the surface... Even the empty glasses and bottles were only cleared away after three hours when leaving the restaurant. We definitely won't be eating there again!

Unfortunately I have to give a not so great review. Since my steak was unfortunately not medium well but medium rare. My cocktail was really good, but the shake was worse, which was unfortunately just cold milk with a cocoa flavor. Unfortunately, if the boss in the store barks at the service, that's a no go. This happened at the next table.

First the wrong wine was brought, then the fries with the burger weren't cooked through and finally the wrong ice cream was brought, although it was only later noticed that the type ordered wasn't there at all. In my opinion the restaurant wasn't even full. So it couldn't have been that. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

A place to linger! Everything is great, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to decoration.

The starter soup consisted of water with half-raw mussel noodles in it. It didn't taste like anything. The paprika schnitzel from the lunch menu was completely carelessly prepared and was swimming in an overly sweet ready-made sauce and the fries were soggy. The service didn't make the most motivated impression. It's a shame because the atmosphere is actually very nice.

Had a delicious meal with 6 people. From vegetarian to burgers and dessert. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber! Top! Hund sind hier herzlich willkommen.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Portionen etwas kleiner sind, aber dafür etwas hochwertiger zubereitet sind. Weniger Convenience Food und dafür etwas mehr Geld verlangen wäre cool. Die Spaghetti waren sehr sehr gut. Das Schnitzel mit Pommes leider ein flopp. Personal und Ambiente sind aber wirklich sehr sehr sehr gut!

Schönes Restaurant und erstklassiger Service! Als Veganerin wird man jedoch sowohl in der Karte als auch am Buffet nicht fündig. Da das einzige vegane Gericht Pommes sind, wäre eine kleine Auswahl wünschenswert. Ebenfalls gibt es beim Frühstücksbüffet auch nur Obst und Gemüse als Option. Über Hafermilch habe ich mich aber sehr gefreut, gerne mehr vegane Optionen.

Essen durchschnittlich, aber nicht schlecht. Ambiente, zum Essen und sich zu unterhalten, einfach zu laut.

Bis auf die nasse Bruscheta, war alles super. Eine sehr nette Stunde mit vorweihnachtlicher Stimmung in gelungenem Ambiente.

Och nö... nicht unbedingt wieder. Tisch bestellt >10 Personen. Es wurden zwei Tische (war wohl vom Platz nicht anders zu machen - hätte man vorher ja erwähnen können). Bestellung aufgenommen - 10 und 15 Minuten später erneut Service da und gefragt, ob wir schon bestellt hätten. Nach 90 Minuten haben wir dann in der Küche nachgefragt, ob das Essen noch kommt, da die ersten Gäste nur noch 1 h Zeit hätten. Das Restaurant war nicht voll! Zu guter letzt wurde uns noch die Heizung ausgestellt und die letzten 40 Minuten wurden empfindlich kalt (zugig im geschlossenen Glas/Wintergarten). Das Essen wir ok - aber nicht die Wartezeit wert.

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen. Der Service war perfekt und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente war modern und sehr schick. Zu dem sind die Kartoffel Ecken sehr lecker ! Wir Kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Waren zum Frühstück hier. War alles gut.

Wir gingen hier gut 11 Jahren immer wieder so RICHTIG gerne essen. Mit Abstand war die Brasserie immer unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Lehrte und Umgebung. Ob lecker essen oder einfach auf ein feines frisch gezapftes Bier. Doch leider lief es die letzten Male nicht mehr so rund wie gewohnt, was wir echt sehr bedauern. Hier ein paar Beispiele unserer letzten Erfahrungen: ...wenn wir vor Ort gegessen haben, haben wir häufig schon mal eine halbe Stunde und länger gewartet, bis wir überhaupt Getränke hatten. ...zwei Essen zum Abholen bestellt, nur eins in der Tüte. ...heissgeliebte "Maccheroni Gratinata" in der Rezeptur so stark verändert, dass es leider nicht mehr wie erwartet schmeckt und zudem so scharf, dass ich mit dem Brot "löschen" musste. ...Schnitzel Sambal ebenfalls neuerdings mit so scharfer Soße, dass der Genuss auf der Strecke bleib. ...neulich Pizza mit Salami, Schinken, Champignons, extra Käse bestellt und zu Hause festgestellt, dass statt extra Käse, Paprika auf der Pizza ist! Nochmal zur Brasserie zurück, wurde auch ausgetauscht, aber ohne ein einziges Wort der Entschuldigung. ...vor einigen Tagen wollten wir es erneut versuchen und ich rief an. Drei Mal innerhalb einer halben Stunde ist niemand ans Telefon gegangen. Das vierte Mal wurde abgehoben, nur um sofort wieder aufzulegen. Das fünfte Mal kam ich durch und fragte höflich, ob viel los ist, weil ich jetzt das erste Mal in 40min durchkomme. Es kam die gleichgültige Antwort "haben wir wohl nicht gehört.." - wieder kein einziges freundliches Wort, um mich als Kunden wieder abzuholen. Schade, sehr schade. Das war früher wirklich mal ganz anders. Umbau der Brasse ist total gelungen, aber die Menschen im Service scheinen mit der großen Fläche so stark belastet, dass die Liebe fürs Detail und das Bemühen um den Kunden auf der Strecke bleibt. Wenn wir so viel Geld fürs Essengehen ausgeben, dann möchten wir auch ein rundes Gesamterlebnis. Leider häufen sich die bedauerlichen Erlebnisse. Früher war keine Frage, wo wir essen. Heute beziehen wir die Brasserie meist nicht einmal mehr in unsere Überlegungen ein. Richtig schade!

Immer wieder gerne schmeckt immer lecker der Preis stimmt und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich weiter so das haben mein man und ich gegessen

Seit der Übernahme des Restaurants hat das Essen extrem nachgelassen. Die Speisekarte hat sich deutlich minimiert, was ja auch in Ordnung ist, wenn die Speisen gleich oder besser werden. Ich selber war jetzt ca. 5x zum Mittagessen da und mein Essen war einfach nicht gut gewürzt oder einfach deutlich schlechter als damals. Zum Frühstück war ich auch einige Male da, das kann ich auch empfehlen. Service war ne zeitlang schlechter, aber hat sich definitiv gebessert. Leider nicht mehr die erste Anlaufstelle in Lehrte

Das Restaurant ist sehr chic und auch nicht zu voll. Ich hatte vorher für den Wintergarten reserviert und nachdem die Getränke kamen, wurden wir gebeten quer durchs ganze Restaurant, an einen anderen Tisch zu wechseln, da eine größere Gruppe kam und der Platz gebraucht wurde. Eine unangenehme Erfahrung. Der neue Tisch war direkt unter der Lüftung und ich durfte im Mantel essen, sowie viele andere Gäste es auch um uns her taten. Das Essen war gut aber schnell kalt, da die Ecke so kalt war. Ich war froh als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren und ich mich Zuhause aufwärmen konnte. Auf ein weiteres Erlebnis dieser Art kann ich verzichten.

Wir waren zu viert gestern Abend dort Essen. Der Service, das Essen und Ambiente haben hervorragend zusammen gepasst.
