Very nice place. We arrived a little late and the kitchen was already closed, but we still got something to snack on. The drinks were good too. We'll definitely come again.

Very long wait times for very mediocre food. Drinks required a wait of 20 minutes. The food took over 60 minutes. Unfortunately, not recommended.

After repeated recommendations, I finally tried it. I had a Bulleye Burger. My daughter had fries. My fries were almost cold, hers were piping hot. Okay, okay. At first, I thought the taste was okay. Then I forgot about the cold fries. Until a sharp pain forced me to spit out the bite. Inside was a sharp wire, about 3 cm long, evidently from a wire brush. It had pierced my palate and lower gums. I called the waitress and brought the wire to the kitchen, then to her colleagues. She explained what had happened. After paying, we asked if it was normal that they didn't even apologize for this. The reply was that they thought it was from another customer. Still, there was no apology. The dish came to €18-19, so no "thank you" again!

We had no complaints about the food. With the wide range of dishes on offer, the restaurant is ideal for groups. Whether meat, vegetarian, or vegan, pizza, pasta, or burgers, they offer everything. As is so often the case these days, the service here is a mystery to me. We would certainly have each ordered at least one more drink if someone had actively shown interest.

The food was delicious, the music was perfect for dancing, white-girl music at its finest! The restrooms were "so-so," but no matter, you don't come for the restroom. The main thing is good food and good music. 😗👌🏼 I'll definitely be back!

We were there at 11 p.m. and were looking forward to a quick drink and a bit of chilling... The answer was: "No, we can't serve anything anymore... the bar has already been wiped and the cash register has been closed..." And that was a whole hour before the store's official closing time... How disappointing and absolutely deterrent...

The pre-ordered food (for a group) was forgotten. The reorder took a while, so the food wasn't served for an hour and 30 minutes late. The burger and side dish I ordered didn't taste to my liking. The service staff were very friendly and attentive. I was disappointed by the delay and the disappointing taste.

Unfortunately, we had to wait two hours for our food. Many people arrived after us and got their food before us. Despite repeated inquiries, we received no response; instead, we were given a baked nacho as compensation. We finally got to eat at 9:30 p.m., and the place closes at 10 p.m. Very nice. The food wasn't that hot either, which is a shame.

Unfortunately, my dish was completely burnt, both the vegetables and the noodles. I'm appalled that they even dare to serve people like this. It was my first and last time.

The location is great! The restaurant itself is also quite nice. Unfortunately, the food isn't that great. Three of us went there at lunchtime. There weren't many people there. Nevertheless, we waited an hour for two salads and a pizza. The salads were nothing special, and the price was simply too high in our opinion. The pizza was soggy and looked like a frozen pizza. There was a time when the food there was tastier. We won't be back for a while. UNFORTUNATELY

Highly recommended. Great burgers, large grilled platter, avocado love (great summer dish), delicious Bitburger and Erdinger beer on tap. Good Aperol Spritz and cocktails. Service is quick and friendly. Beautiful sun terrace with large parasols. Anyone visiting Andernach should stop by here.

After a long time, I returned to Casablanca. I was very surprised. The service was very friendly, and the food was very satisfying in terms of taste and portion size. The Casablanca was unrecognizable from its former glory. Everything has turned out for the better. Keep up the good work.

I had the pasta combination with fussili, spaghetti and tortellini baked with cheese. There were 3 pieces of tortellini, the sauce tasted weird and the meat tasted even weirder. The cheese also quickly became cold and hard. And 15 euros for that... The rest looked good, the fries were delicious, the burger too, but the pasta combination is not recommended.

Nice atmosphere inside. I had a burger and it was really tasty and successful. The combination of different ingredients was put together brilliantly. My husband had a schnitzel, but unfortunately he wasn't that impressed because it was fried. Baked would have been better here. The waitresses were nice, friendly and accommodating. What didn't have to be that they started removing the fairy lights from all the windows during opening hours. Otherwise everything is ok.

I had dinner at Casablanca with my family on a Saturday evening. Very friendly staff, short waiting times and really delicious food. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pizza was nothing more than a frozen one, something you could easily make at home. The waitress was more concerned with chatting with the next table than taking our order. To make matters worse, a fork lay on the floor for three hours, constantly visible but never picked up. Furthermore, an appetizer was completely forgotten. Overall, a very unprofessional and inattentive service quality. Never again!

I know the Casa from before, it was very good there. Today I waited an hour for food until a waitress came and asked if she could bring us something. Food was forgotten, there wasn't much going on and there was no apology. The waitresses weren't particularly polite either. So we don't go there anymore. We drove to Andernach specifically because I wanted to have my birthday dinner there. I'm really disappointed. You can forget something, yes, but then I behave differently towards the guest.

Four of us went there to eat this evening. A table was reserved for 7 p.m., and our food orders were taken shortly afterward. The food arrived at 8:40 p.m. Unfortunately, the dishes were cold. No one even came for our drink order. The staff didn't respond to our message. When we paid, we again mentioned the long wait and the cold beer, and after another wait, the cocktails were removed from our bill. It's just a shame that only 2 out of 4 people ordered cocktails...

Friday, 4 p.m. 3 tables occupied, everything else with reserved signs but no guests in sight. Unfortunately they could or only wanted to place us right next to the kitchen. Thanks for nothing. We definitely won't be coming back!

Das Essen dort war sehr gut und hat volle Punktzahl verdient . Allerdings sollte die junge Dame in der Bedienung lieber öfters die Sauberkeit der Toiletten kontrollieren, als über die Gäste zu schimpfen. Beides war nämlich nicht in Ordnung.

Reservation using the contact form worked very well. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. And most importantly, the food was delicious and the portions were generous. We really liked the diverse selection of dishes. We were completely satisfied and give a clear recommendation.

Everything was totally uncomplicated, very nice and accommodating, the service was very attentive and quick, the food was really tasty and not even expensive in terms of price, very cozy atmosphere, simply beautiful and therefore a perfect day for us. Were very satisfied. The food was delicious across the board (we had burritos, burgers and chicken nuggets) and the service staff was also very attentive. The homemade lemonade was also delicious and came at a fair price compared to many other restaurants. We'd love to come back to try the rest of the varied menu 😉

Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer for our cocktails. A couple sitting next to us even waited 40 minutes for the bill. It was also a shame that the kitchen closed at 9 p.m. because we wanted to eat something else.

We had dinner in Casablanca on Sunday after the Michelsmarkt. I didn't know it and was thrilled. It was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive. You don't find that often anymore these days. Clear recommendation, we would love to come back.

We were in the restaurant in a large group (family, 10 people) on a Sunday. It was therefore very full. Nevertheless, the service was great and quick. The food was good and tasty. We had children in our group and there was enough choice for them. There are also vegetarians among us. There was enough choice here too. Pop music is playing in the background at a pleasant volume. The restaurant itself is a little decorated and there is also seating outside.

Generous portions, beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

Located in the heart of Andernach with a large outdoor terrace. The waitresses are very friendly. Dogs are welcome and are provided with water without request. The Aperol tasted good. Unfortunately, the food was only given 3* because the Fussili noodles were unfortunately not aldente and definitely had too much cheese sauce, even though I asked for less. The shrimp were ok. Unfortunately the sweet potatoes were packed together. We'd love to come back, but then we'll eat something different.

As always, I was thrilled with the service and ambience. I would particularly like to highlight the service at the bar by Sophia, who simply does a good job.

We had to wait more than 1 1/2 hours for our food and what we got was very bad: the vegan Bolognese had no sauce but only consisted of (burnt) meat substitute and carrot strips. Furthermore, the noodles were obviously not fresh, had a disgusting consistency and had strings. Through subsequent research we found that this probably meant that the noodles were bad.

Menu with delicious, freshly prepared dishes at reasonable prices. The salad dressing is great. Small drawback in service, slightly longer waiting times due to the number of visitors. However, the overall impression is still great.

We give 2 stars because it's nice to sit there. Otherwise, the Casa has unfortunately fallen into disrepair. We had the fitness salad twice. The advertised red cabbage was nowhere to be found and the dressing could only be found if you looked closely. Unfortunately, we know things very differently. The restaurant is located in the pedestrian zone in the old town of Andernach, not far from the train station. The prices are OK. A delicious salad with prawns and grilled mushrooms costs €19, which is reasonable. I think it's particularly nice that the staff is very friendly. I was there with a friend and wanted to work on something on the laptop. We got a seat inside without a reservation, and we found a table near a power outlet without any problems. Later we decided to sit outside and it was really uncomplicated. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I ordered a salad and my friend ordered a grill plate. There are many choices for pizza, burgers, pasta and salads. The only thing that needs to be done is the toilet, it's a bit dirty.

Burger recommended. The salad was also very good and the waitresses were without exception very nice, attentive and helpful. The ambience is nice but not exceptional. There are many tables outside but it was too cold for us to sit outside today.

My friend said the chocolate cake was good, but unfortunately I had to take the salad home because my baby wouldn't let me eat it. Just ate at home and had to stop halfway through. Very unpleasant, the salad was still completely sandy. You just couldn't eat it. If I had eaten there, he would have gone back. It's a shame now the rest ends up in the bin, for 14 euros it hurts twice..

Were here this afternoon. Were served quickly and the food was OUTSTANDING! There was only a small problem with the nachos, which were intended as a starter: they weren't brought. When we got the main course and asked for the nachos, the waitress said: they're on the counter inside, do you want them now? Yes, we wanted to. So we had a mixed menu that we both found extremely tasty. We were both satisfied and the delayed nachos are no reason for a point deduction, especially since the waitresses were friendly.

Underground service. If you're being served, it's best to order two drinks at once with your meal and then pay the bill straight away. Food itself was good.

I celebrated my birthday on Saturday May 18th, 2024 at Casablanca Andernach. We were very satisfied, everyone enjoyed the food and the service was quick and great! I can highly recommend the Casablanca Andernach!!

We have known the “Casa” for a very long time. But right now it's at its lowest point! Disgraceful service staff (you get shouted at), orders have to be repeated countless times... And this is not an isolated case - you think, let's try it again... Absolute catastrophe :-(

I orderd Gemüse Pizza, I was disappointed. Vegetables were not grillen enough and secondly cheese wasn't tasty. Rest is fine ...place is nice in summer with lot of hustle and bustle.

I ate there today with my family, a total of 7 adults and 1 child. We eat there often but today it was a disaster. Pizza had such strange cheese as if it were the cold cuts from the refrigerated shelf instead of pizza. Half of the cheese was missing from the salads, whether feta cheese or red cabbage and there was also way too much dressing on it that the salad became soggy after 2 minutes. The pasta I ordered aio olio or how it is spelled was completely dripping with oil and way too much chili in it! So normally we go out to eat there often and so far it's always been good, but the fact that the kitchen was under a lot of stress today can't be a reason to send out a completely catastrophic meal order worth almost €200!

Waiting time after ordering the food more than an hour!!

I loved coming here to eat, but unfortunately that will be over after today's visit. Firstly, the food was served cold. When I asked where my side salad would be, one of the "service staff", who kept standing in the door like King and looking around like Master, told me that he was coming now. I was kindly offered this half an hour after my meal, which I then politely declined. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Nice location!! Nice and good service!! Food delicious and plentiful!! Price performance top!! That was 5 stars 🌟 We were there last weekend and what can you say, disappointment across the board!! First we waited over 2 hours for our food and then to top it off we were missing 2 dishes which were ready half an hour later!! In the end we got the wrong invoice, but that was changed!! It's a shame, but 3 1/2 hours isn't possible!!

We sat down at an unreserved table and ordered the drinks that came. Then someone came and asked if we had a reservation. No. Then we would have to get out. After a long time, an employee wandered around with a salad. When we waved she came. My pizza didn't come. When I asked, my salad pizza came which was cold. All in all, unfortunately not good.

Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker. Den Schokoladen Nachtisch können wir jedoch eher weniger empfehlen. Ansonsten ist die Bedienung immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Die Cocktails kann man ebenfalls immer empfehlen.

Ich sitze gerne im Casablanca. In Andernach ist es das modernste und schönste Lokal, um mal spontan wohin essen zu gehen, wenn es nicht zu teuer sein soll. Ich finde den Service ziemlich gut und alle sind immer unglaublich freundlich. Alles, was ich bisher gegessen habe, hat mir gut geschmeckt.

I've been going to Casablanca for several years because I'm a huge fan of the salad pizza there. The last two times I was there at lunchtime, there was only one waitress who was responsible for both the drinks and the service. Despite fewer visitors, we had to wait almost an hour for our food. Something seems to have been changed about the salad pizza. It just doesn't taste good anymore. Spaghetti Bolognese is also available as a children's portion, but unfortunately it's not on the menu, so you don't even know that there are children's meals and how much they cost. I probably won't go there again.

Very nice atmosphere and nice service. Food arrived quickly. The portions are large and good value for money. We recommend the sweet potato fries and the homemade mint mango lemonade. Very clean and tidy. Music in the background is not too loud so you can still have a conversation. Keep it up, we'll be back 😉

Nice location. The food is nice too. You can spend a nice evening. But I wouldn't go there a second time. It's really 0815. the card has no aha-wow effect. We had a Caesar salad, which wasn't a real one. But a large portion. Service and price ok. Warm pizza rolls with it would have been really great. But it was beautifully presented. No parking spaces in front of the location. But close. You can go there with your dog. Mega good.

Hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Leistung der Servicekraft diese bei vollem Haus den Laden ohne Probleme mit offenem Ohr problemlos gemeistert hat. Wir hatten jeweils einen Burger, welche top zubereitet waren. Wir waren überaus Zufrieden. Wir waren am 16.01.2024 zu Gast.

Waren am Samstag abend dort essen und meine spezielle Pizza wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit serviert :) ganz leckere cocktails, super Ambiente und aufmerksames Personal. immer wieder gerne :)
